Abstract

The poverty and unemployment rate in Indonesia is quite high, the lack of jobs in Indonesia is one of the problems that must be overcome by the government. All kinds of ways have been done to help the community, one way that can be done is to change the mindset of the community from finding a job to an entrepreneur who opens jobs. This method needs to be done slowly and must be given an example. One of them is students, because students are drivers of change in a better direction, through knowledge of ideas, and skills that students have become locomotives of progress. Therefore the importance of this education can change the mindset of students from job seekers to entrepreneurs, this can help the government in solving this problem, therefore this entrepreneurial education is very important in building the characterization of students to become young entrepreneurs.

Abstract

This study means to dissect the execution of business training in tertiary establishments, its connection to the skills of graduates anticipated by the universe of work and other supporting abilities. The open joblessness rate in Indonesia is very high, arriving at 9-10% and incorporates taught jobless school graduated class. To conquer the elevated degree of instructed joblessness, encouraging business venture among students is considered significant. There are five fundamental substances in business venture, to be specific: (1) a solid will to work freely, have brilliant thoughts, and be hopeful in business, foster new, exceptional thoughts, draw in many individuals, particularly in the financial field; (2) the capacity to face challenges and decide; (3) readiness to think and act imaginatively and creatively; (4) eagerness to work cautiously, constantly and gainfully; (5) work with the soul of harmony and sound business morals..

Abstract

In this day and age, many college graduate students need a long time to get a job, so there are still many unemployed students from various college graduates. Entrepreneurship is the key to overcoming the unemployment of college graduates. For this reason, student interest in running a private business is needed to be developed on campus. Entrepreneurship is a field that is often discussed because it is always experiencing developments in the economic and business fields. Entrepreneurship is considered an important aspect because one of the solutions to help the economy in Indonesia is by increasing the number of competent entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs are people who will always face risks and are smart in looking for opportunities. Higher education is an institution that is expected to be able to give birth to young entrepreneurs through organized entrepreneurship education. This research is a qualitative method with a literature review. There are several factors found regarding the factors that make students want to be entrepreneurs such as variables, namely, entrepreneurship lessons, family environment, self-confidence, income expectations, encouragement, business capital, technology.

Abstract

In doing business for SMEs, Islamic business ethics has a major impact on their business. Therefore, the purpose of this study is how Islamic business ethics can advance and improve the business of MSME actors. In conducting this research, the researcher uses a qualitative descriptive method, where the data obtained through the analysis of previous research and also uses accurate reading reference sources such as journals, books, articles, and trusted websites. As for the results, the results obtained are that MSME actors are fully aware that Islamic business ethics has a major influence on their business, seen from MSME actors who have widely applied Islamic business ethics in production, consumption and distribution. Because MSME actors strongly believe that Islamic business ethics can advance their business so that they experience a significant increase.

Abstract

With the existence of E-Commerce, business owners or companies do not need to incur excessive costs in providing many stores and many employees. The purpose of this research is to find out how to apply the benefits of E-Commerce for entrepreneurs. The research method used is using qualitative methods. Where the qualitative research used is a literature study using books and other literature such as magazines, articles, journals, and trusted websites. The results of this study are the use of E-Commerce sometimes still requires other media, to realize a transaction. The use of E-Commerce is relatively easier for entrepreneurs with the condition that the contact on their mobile is a demand for the products offered. Marketing by utilizing E-Commerce for management and business managers can be managed by utilizing E-Commerce, so customers will be very loyal beyond loyalty to a business that is run offline.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of incomingand outgoing letters and arrangements, especially in the Medan City Education Office. The results showed that the management of incoming and outgoing letters at the Medan City Government Education Office, especially in the financial room, was still not carried out optimally, which was caused by: 1) limited equipment for storing letters or documents, especially filing cabinets; 2) limited letter storage space so that the continuous increase in the volume of letters resulted in the available storage space and equipment unable to accommodate letters.

Abstract

This research focuses on the application of E-Commerce in increasing business competitiveness in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this research is (1) to fnd out what E-Commerce is, (2) to find out how the implementation of E-Commerce in increasing business competitiveness in era of the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitatively. The results of this study are the application of E-Commerce in the business world is needed by users of the latest technology such as the internet in facilitating business activities. Through the internet, business actors can easily communicate and correspond via email, chat, and others. Can produce products through advertising, introduce the company, and find new customers through the website. With the implementation of E-Commerce, it becomes market access in promoting the products it sells, increasing revenues that were previously declining to rising, helping communication between customers and sellers, and expanding the business.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are to find out the effect of promotion on purchasing decisions in online stores and product quality's effect. The method used in this research is qualitative. Product quality is a product with ability to meet predetermined needs. Promotion is the activity of offering product to consumers. The purchasing decisions is a final result in buyer's determination. The result of this research shows that many people prefer to instead of shopping at offline stores.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the business strategies implemented by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic. The object of research is the snack food industry with the trademark Waroenk Ngemil which is located on Jalan Sadang, Bandung Regency. The method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Based on the results of the study, data were obtained that the business strategy in marketing their products was through social media. From the results of the research above, it can be described that this strategy can work as expected by taking into account the purchasing power of consumers during this covid-19 pandemic. However, by using social media facilities, the funds needed by small business actors have an impact on reducing business capital. From the description above, it can be concluded that the role of government and banking is very important, especially with regard to training in the use of information technology so that small business products can survive in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The emergence of young entrepreneurs and the involvement of the active role of entrepreneurs are alternative solutions to the problem of unemployment. Young entrepreneurs have functional roles and strategic positions in accelerating national development. The purpose of this paper is to provide an overview, analysis and discussion of the role of young entrepreneurs in the Indonesian economy and development. The approach used in this paper by using the perspective of national interest and the method used in this paper is a qualitative analysis method. In the role of young entrepreneurs, there are at least three main things that are important discussions, namely important discussions, namely the government's steps to encourage the active role of young entrepreneurs through efforts to create new young entrepreneurs and maximize the role of young entrepreneurs. The second is efforts to develop and empower young entrepreneurs, including contributions and partnerships with organizations and local governments. And the third is regarding the active role of young entrepreneurs in increasing national economic development. Easy entrepreneurs act as innovators whose duties and activities play a role in finding and carrying out reform tasks, planning in formulating business operating guidelines and playing a role in facing challenges risks, as leaders who have a vision of development goals. , as a systematic and strategic decision making in facing the challenges of change as well as acting as a liaison that establishes harmonious, collaborative relations, both internally and externally in an effort to contribute to national development.
