Abstract

Perkembangan era teknologi digital yang sudah berkembang dengan cepat dan maju memberi dampak pengaruh besar berbagai aspek dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Dengan berkembangnya era teknologi digital juga berdampak bagi yang sedang berada difase remaja dan dewasa. Di era digital, tekanan mental bisa berasal dari berbagai sumber seperti tuntutan pekerjaan, media sosial dan ekspektasi sosial. Media sosial merupakan platform dari teknologi digital yang memiliki hubungan dengan kesehatan mental. Dengan pengaruh dan dampak teknologi digital yang berkembang begitu pesat, tentunyta teknologi digital dapat berdampak positif dan negatif terhadap kesehatan mental termasuk pada wanita. Meskipun teknologi digital menawarkan berbagai informasi yang bermanfaat seperti konektivitas sosial dan akses informasi, dampak negatif dari penggunaan teknologi digital yang sangat berlebihan atau tidak sehat dapat menyebabkan gangguan kesehatan mental seperti kecanduan internet, gangguan tidur, depresi dan kecemasan.penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji lebih lanjut mengenai pemahaman tentang bagaimana menghadapi tekanan teknologi digital untuk menjaga kesehatan mental di era penggunaan media sosial.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh kompetensi pereviu dan equity sensitivity terhadap kualitas reviu atas LKPD serta konsekuensinya terhadap akuntabilitas keuangan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pereviu yang tersebar pada Inspektorat Kabupaten Bima, Inspektorat Kota Bima dan Inspektorat Kabupaten Dompu sejumlah 45 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kompetensi pereviu berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kualitas reviu atas LKPD, equity sensitivity berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kualitas reviu atas LKPD dan kualitas reviu atas LKPD berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas keuangan.

Abstract

This study is used to determine the effect of leverage, profitability, firm size, sales growth, operating cash flow and tangible assets on cash holdings in food and beverages sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2022 period. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling, with a total sample data used of 42 data from 7 entities in the food and beverage subsector. This study applies multiple linear regression as an analytical technique. The results of this study finds that: (1) Leverage, profitability and tangible assets have a negative and significant effect on cash holdings, (2) Company size and sales growth don’t effect cash holdings, (3) Operating cash flow effects positively on cash holdings. This research is useful for investors to be used as a reference source in making investment decisions as well as useful for company management in improving company performance in managing and holding cash, and also contributing to companies, especially the food and beverages sub-sector in the welfare of the Indonesian economy. As for the writer, this research is useful to deepen the researcher's insight into the factors of financial ratios that influence cash holdings.

Abstract

Penggunaan media sosial sebagai alat pemasaran utama telah berkembang pesat, terutama dalam membangun loyalitas merek di kalangan Generasi Z. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi efektif dalam memanfaatkan media sosial untuk membangun loyalitas merek melalui systematic literature review. Data dikumpulkan dari literatur relevan periode 2021–2023 menggunakan database akademik seperti Scopus dan Google Scholar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi seperti konten autentik, interaksi aktif, dan kolaborasi dengan influencer terbukti meningkatkan keterlibatan dan loyalitas merek di Generasi Z. Kebaharuan penelitian ini terletak pada pendekatan sistematis dalam analisis literatur serta fokus khusus pada Generasi Z sebagai konsumen unik. Implikasi penelitian ini memberikan panduan praktis untuk mengoptimalkan pemasaran digital dan membuka peluang studi lanjutan terkait strategi berbasis teknologi baru. The use of social media as a primary marketing tool has grown rapidly, especially in building brand loyalty among Generation Z. This study aims to identify effective strategies in utilizing social media to build brand loyalty through a systematic literature review. Data were collected from relevant literature for the period 2021–2023 using academic databases such as Scopus and Google Scholar. The results of the study show that strategies such as authentic content, active interaction, and collaboration with influencers have been shown to increase engagement and brand loyalty among Generation Z. The novelty of this study lies in the systematic approach in literature analysis and a special focus on Generation Z as unique consumers. The implications of this research provide practical guidance for optimizing digital marketing and open up opportunities for further studies related to new technology-based strategies.

Abstract

Augmented reality (AR) is a technology that can integrate virtual objects into the real world and combine the two to create a combined space that is then projected in real-time. The application of augmented reality technology in education provides an innovation in creating learning media, especially in the subject of geography of the earth's layer structure for class X at MA Mamba'ul Ulum Bedanten which has so far been carried out with conventional learning media. The purpose of this study is to use AR technology as an interesting and interactive teaching method and can increase students' desire to study the geography of the earth's layer structure material. The method used in this study is the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method with the waterfall model. The testing method used is the black box method with functional suitability and probability aspects. This application was created using two software, namely Blender and Unity. The results of the study are in the form of a learning media application for the geography of the earth's layer structure by implementing augmented reality technology. There are two stages of testing, namely (1) system testing including the ar Play menu button, material button, information button, and exit button; and (2) testing on users of 23 class X students of MA Mamba'ul Ulum Bedanten. The results of the AR application system testing of the earth's layer structure can function well according to the planning and testing of users showed that 18% strongly agreed, 78% agreed, and 4% strongly disagreed that the existence of learning media by implementing AR technology can increase student activity and enthusiasm in learning the material on the earth's layer structure.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of digital literacy skills and self-regulation partially or jointly on the performance of junior high school teachers in the Bembelam District. This study uses a quantitative approach using correlational. Data analysis using the Chi Quare Test. The results of the study show that digital literacy skills have a significant effect on teacher performance. Digital Literacy Ability has an influence on Teacher Performance of 60.5%, the R value is 0.752. Self-Regulation has a significant effect on Teacher Performance. And found the value of R square (R) is 0.630. This shows that the self-regulation variable has an influence on teacher performance of 63.0%, and the R value in the table above is 0.774. Digital Literacy ability has a direct positive effect on Self-Regulation which can be accepted. Due to digital literacy skills and good self-regulation will improve quality and affect teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze compensation management in an effort to improve the performance of education personnel at SMK Teknikom Cikarang. This research uses a qualitative method. Data collection methods were conducted through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification. This research resulted in conclusions: 1) The form of compensation for educators at SMK Teknikom Cikarang is given in four forms of compensation, namely wages, salaries, allowances, and incentives; 2) Stages in the implementation of the compensation system at SMK Teknikom Cikarang start from analyzing positions, how to determine compensation and how to provide compensation; 3) The performance of education personnel can increase after the implementation of the compensation system at SMK Teknikom Cikarang. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the implementation of good compensation management, namely in a planned and objective manner, can improve the performance of educational personnel. Therefore, educational institutions need to pay attention to compensation management as an effort to improve the performance of education personnel which can have an impact on improving educational services for students.

Abstract

Al'Imaroh Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT Al’Imaroh) has a new product that must be offered to the community, SDIT Al’Imaroh Cikrang Barat Bekasi is in great demand by the community, the number of students registering is increasing, exceeding its capacity. This is an interesting factor to study, what is the marketing strategy. One of the effective marketing methods is the kinship model. In fact, many parents of new students end up getting to know and are interested in the institution because they get references from friends, relatives or co-workers in the office. This qualitative research obtains data from what is known, done, experienced and felt by informants. A school environment that is healthy and beautiful then with a school program that supports the curriculum by memorizing the Qur'an, memorizing daily prayers is a new product for the community. Services for basic educational needs are highly prioritized, for example exemption or relief from school fees, scholarships for outstanding children, health checks and child development consultations.

Abstract

The use of a variety of new technologies in the learning process is getting stronger. The practice produces two general implications, positive and negative. This paper seeks to reveal the efforts of Islamic religious education teachers at the vocational high school level in increasing their digital competence amid the strengthening use of new technology in learning. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. The results of this study indicate that the development of teacher digital competence takes place through two stages. First, the stage of strengthening digital competence by following technical guidance on the management and use of ICT for Vocational High School (SMK) teachers develops it by self-learning through the use of YouTube, makes products in the form of Google Sites, and uses them in the learning process in class. Second, carry out post-guidance guidance programs for teachers and students at the school where the assignment is. The implications of the study are discussed within the framework of an independent curriculum. Practical advice for this study lies in the importance of integrating technical guidance, independent teacher learning, and collaboration between teachers as a basis for developing teacher competence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengetahui bagaimana pertumbuhan dan kualitas tanaman Indigofera di tanah marjinal dengan bantuan pupuk hayati Fungi Mikoriza Arbuskular. Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Peternakan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Musi Rawas, untuk menganalisa kualitas nutrisi akan di uji di laboratoriumn Nutrisi dan Makanan Ternak Fakultas Peterternakan Universitas Jambi Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola faktorial dengan 6 perlakukan . Setiap unit perlakuan di ulang 4 kali, sehingga jumlah keseluruhan unit percobaan sebanyak 24 unit percobaan. Adapun Faktor Perlakuakn Sebagai berikut : M0 = Tanpa Mikoriza M1 = 5 gr Mikoriza / polybag M2 = 10 gr Mikoriza / polybag M3 = 15 gr Mikoriza / polybag M4 = 20 gr Mikoriza / polybag M5 = 25 gr Mikoriza / polybag Data yang penelitian ini akan di analisis menggunakan analisisi ragam (ANOVA), jika terdapat perbedaan yang nyata antar perlakuan maka akan dilakukan uji Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT) Dari hasil analisis sidik ragam pertumbuhan Indigofera zollingeriana dan Inokulum Mikoriza pada tanah marjinal sebagai pakan ternak, berpengaruh nyata (P<0.05) terhadap parameter Tinggi tanaman, Jumlah Tangkai Daun, Diameter Batang, Panjang Akar dan Berat Biomas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diatas dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa pemeberian mikoriza arbuskula dapat meningkatan pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman Indigofera zollingeriana
