Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyse the influence of social influence, import brand, trust, and price on purchase interest in thrift shops on e-commerce platforms. This quantitative study has 96 respondents taken using a probability sampling technique and obtained the data through questionnaires and secondary data from journals and internet sources. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption testing, instrument testing (validity and reliability), hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination using the SPSS version 26.0 program. The results of partial tests reveal that social influence, import brand, trust, and price positively and significantly affect purchase interest in thrift shops on e-commerce platforms. Price is the dominant variable influencing purchase interest in thrift shops on e-commerce platforms. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.536 indicates that the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variables (social influence, import brand, trust, and price) by 53.6%, and the remaining 46.4% can be explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of brand image, product quality, and price on purchase decisions for Bella Square Hijab among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Malikussaleh University. The research method used in this study is quantitative. The instruments in this study include validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests, namely normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests. This study was conducted on female students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Malikussaleh University, who had used and made purchases of the Bella Square Hijab. The primary data were obtained by distributing questionnaires via Google Forms to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique employed was multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The results indicate that brand image does not significantly affect purchase decisions for Bella Square Hijab. Product quality significantly influences purchase decisions for Bella Square Hijab, and price does not have a significant effect on purchase decisions for Bella Square Hijab. The practical implication of this study is that Bella Square Hijab producers need to improve their brand image, product quality, and price to increase sales.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of service quality, product quality and price compatibility on customer satisfaction at Café WH, Kisaran City, Asahan Regency, North Sumatra. This quantitative study uses a purposive sampling technique to collect the data from 100 respondents through questionnaires, while secondary data are from journals and internet media. The analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, validity and reliability test. Hypothesis testing and determination coefficient were conducted using the SPSS version 26.0 program. The results of the study indicate that partially, service quality does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Café WH in Kisaran City, product quality significantly affected customer satisfaction at Café WH, Kisaran City, price compatibility does not significantly influence customer satisfaction at Café WH, Kisaran City. Simultaneously, service quality, product quality, and price compatibility significantly affected customer satisfaction at Café WH, Kisaran City. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.544 shows that 54.4% of the variation in usage interest can be explained by the independent variables studied, while the remaining 45.6% is explained by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Desa Pancana merupakan salah satu desa di Kecamatan Tanete Rilau Kabupaten Barru. Desa Pancana berada di 100km arah utara kota Makassar. Secara geografis Desa Pancana berada di daerah pesisir berhadapan langsung dengan selat Makassar. Jumlah penduduk desa Pancana mencapai 3.756 jiwa. Sebagai daerah pesisir profesi utama penduduk Desa Pancana sebagai mata pencarian mereka adalah nelayan dan sebagian sebagai petani penggarap sawah. Permasalahan pangan yang dialami oleh masyarakat desa Pancana adalah kurangnya ketersediaan sayuran untuk konsumsi sehari-hari. Faktor utama penyebab tidak adanya persediaan sayuran di desa Pancana pesisir adalah tidak adanya lahan bercocok tanam. Hal tersebut disebabkan kondisi fisik lahan mudah tererosi, berkapur dan mengandung kadar garam yang tinggi, sehingga tidak memungkinkan lahan tersebut untuk ditanami tanaman khususnya sayur sayuran. Selama ini, pemenuhan kebutuhan sayur warga desa Pancana hanya bergantung pada pedagang dari luar karena jauhnya akses ke dusun tersebut mengakibatkan harga beli sayur tersebut 2 kali lebih mahal dari harga normal. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pangan sayuran warga desa Pancana, diperlukan upaya penerapan teknologi sederhana bercocok tanam di daerah pesisir. Upaya tersebut dilakukan melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat Pancana oleh mahasiswa. Adapun program pemberdayaan masyarakat pesisir Pancana yang dilaksanakan adalah (1) Penyuluhan Budidaya Tanaman Sayuran bagi warga Pesisir Pancana, (2) Pelatihan pembuatan hidroponik alir dan hidroponik apung bagi warga pesisir Pancana, dan (3) Pelatihan budidaya tanaman sayuran dengan system hidroponik pada kelompok-kelompok rumah tangga.

Abstract

Desa Sehat merupakan program kerja yang diusung oleh mahasiswa dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat dan mencegah penyebaran penyakit di Desa Bune melalui beberapa kegiatan, seperti penyuluhan kesehatan gigi dan mulut, senam, dan Jumat Bersih. Berdasarkan hasil survei situasi dan lapangan, salah satu masalah masyarakat adalah terkait masalah tentang kesehatan yaitu masih rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat Desa Bune dalam menjaga kesehatan diri dan kebersihan lingkungan. Oleh karena itu, Tim KKN Tematik UNM 2023 melalui program Desa Sehat diharapkan mampu menjawab permasalahan masyarakat. Melalui program ini dapat memberdayakan masyarakat Desa Bune untuk hidup sehat sebagai penunjang kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui kegiatan kesehatan dan olahraga. Dalam program ini terdapat 3 kegiatan yang dilaksanakan yaitu penyuluhan/edukasi kesehatan gigi dan mulut, senam dan jumat bersih. Program Desa Sehat ini diikuti oleh seluruh kalangan masyarakat Desa Bune. Dalam program ini ada yang bersifat rutin dan ada yang hanya satu kali pelaksanaan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat yang menjadi sasaran memberikan respon yang baik dan kontribusi yang besar terhadap program yang dilaksanakan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang tradisi momulah emas (menanam emas) dalam pembangunan rumah baru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Temuan penelitian ini diantaranya tradisi momulah emas memiliki makna untuk mengungkapkan rasa syukur kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa yang telah melimpahkan rezeki. Melalui momulah emas masyarakat memohon keselamatan, ketentraman, serta kesejahteraan dalam hidup. Tradisi momulah emas memiliki pengaruh terhadap si pemilik rumah baru tergantung dari tata carak praktik apabilah praktiknya melenceng dari aturan adat yang sudah di tentukan maka sipemilik rumah beru akan mendapatkan musibah misalnya “rojiki molanjaru” rezki selalu lancar, “diyo salalu mohopate” tidak selalu bertengkar, “Ohtania boleh diyo mopopanas” rang rumah tidak sakitsakitan, “diyoh mososalana” tidak saling meningalkan. Agar tidak terjadi musibah tentunya kita harus mengikuti aturan adat yang sudah di tentukan terlebih dahulu

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on the adoption of social media marketing and the performance of MSMEs: the moderating role of innovation capability. This study was conducted on 120 MSMEs in North Aceh Regency, and data collection was carried out through questionnaires distributed through Google Forms. The data analysis tool used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) operated with Amos. The results of the study found that entrepreneurial orientation significantly influenced the adoption of social media marketing and the performance of MSMEs. The adoption of social media marketing and innovation capability also significantly improved the performance of MSMEs. And in testing the mediation effect of social media marketing adoption significantly mediated the influence of customer value on customer loyalty. Furthermore, in testing the moderation effect, innovation capability significantly moderated the influence of social media marketing adoption on MSME performance. The results of this study are expected to provide important contributions for stakeholders in formulating MSME business marketing policies and strategies in the future

Abstract

Istana Amal Beach, located in Penajam Paser Utara, East Kalimantan, is one of the region's ecotourism destinations. One of the key indicators of environmental quality in this area is the presence of macrozoobenthos. This study, conducted in December 2023, aimed to identify the types of macrozoobenthos present, calculate the diversity, evenness, and dominance indices, and assess the physical and chemical parameters of the water at Istana Amal Beach. A purposive sampling method was applied at two stations, selected based on different activity types in the area. The results revealed the presence of macrozoobenthos from two classes: Gastropoda and Bivalvia, comprising a total of 16 species. The ecological index values indicated a moderate diversity (H' = 2.2), high evenness (E = 0.8), and low dominance (D = 0.1), suggesting a relatively balanced ecosystem. Water quality measurements at both sampling points showed a salinity of 30 ppt, pH averaging 7.65, temperature of 30°C, and dissolved oxygen levels averaging 5.2 mg/L. The substrate at the site was identified as having a sandy texture.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness on Customer Satisfaction and Intention to Continue Using E-Wallets in Lhokseumawe City. The sample in this study was 140 people from Lhokseumawe City who had used e-wallets. Data collected through questionnaires were analyzed using data analysis methods using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which was operationalized with the Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) tool. The results of the study indicate that PEU and PU have a significant effect on CS and IU. And CS has a direct effect on IU. Then, in testing the indirect effect, CS was found to play a role as a partial mediating variable in the relationship between PEU and PU on IU. The results of this study are expected to be important information for e-wallet brand providers in making policies related to product development. The results of this study also provide important information for consumers or e-wallet users in deciding to use e-wallets to support transactions through digital marketing.

Abstract

Permasalahan ketidakseimbangan kelas pada data klasifikasi biner dapat menyebabkan model bias terhadap kelas mayoritas dan menurunkan performa dalam memprediksi kelas minoritas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh metode penyeimbangan data Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) dan kombinasi SMOTE dengan Edited Nearest Neighbor (SMOTE-ENN) terhadap performa model klasifikasi. Dataset yang digunakan adalah Bank Marketing dengan variabel target berupa keputusan nasabah dalam menerima tawaran produk deposito. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pengumpulan data, preprocessing data, splitting data, resampling data, modeling dan evaluasi performa. Tiga algoritma machine learning yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu Logistic Regression, Naïve Bayes, dan Random Forest. Evaluasi model dilakukan menggunakan metrik accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, dan G-Means. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SMOTE meningkatkan sensitivity model terhadap kelas minoritas, namun cenderung menurunkan specificity. SMOTE-ENN memberikan hasil yang lebih seimbang antara sensitivitas dan spesifisitas karena mampu mengurangi data outlier dan overlapping. Model Random Forest dengan data hasil SMOTE-ENN menghasilkan performa paling seimbang secara keseluruhan berdasarkan keempat metric evaluasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pemilihan metode penyeimbangan data yang tepat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas klasifikasi pada data tidak seimbang.
