Abstract

This research is motivated by several important issues. First, there are statements stating that the pesantren curriculum in a number of pesantren may be related to the issue of radicalism. Second, Luwu Regency, as one of the Level II Regions in South Sulawesi, has a variety of boarding schools, which need to be studied because pesantren have autonomy in developing curriculum and management systems. This study aims to identify the content of the pesantren curriculum in Luwu Regency and examine its relationship with the issue of radicalism. The results show that the content of the boarding school curriculum in Luwu Regency tends to emphasize the prevention of radicalism. However, it should be remembered that the pesantren curriculum does not only include subject matter, but also the overall learning experience of the santri within the pesantren environment. Therefore, there is a need to reconstruct the pesantren education system in accordance with the needs of society and the times. This will help boarding schools in playing their role in the development of a society that loves Indonesia, based on the principles of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution.

Abstract

Batam merupakan salah satu wilayah di Indonesia yang termasuk kota heterogen dan multietnik dimana sebagaian masyarakatnya adalah etnis Tionghoa. Etnis tersebut memiliki budaya dengan keunikan arsitektur bangunannya, terutama pada bagian atapnya. Karena keunikannya, konsep arsitekturnya menjadi salah satu daya tarik untuk diketahui dan bahkan menjadi objek wisata. Untuk mempelajari konsep arsitektur tersebut, diperlukan instruktur yang paham dengan budaya tersebut. Apa lagi jika ingin menyebar luaskan serta mempromosikannya, tentu memerlukan media sebagai alat bantu. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut, maka diperlukan perangcangan aplikasi memanfaatkan teknologi Augmented Reality (AR) yang berfungsi sebagai media pembelajaran dan promosi. Konsep perancangan yang digunakan menerapkan pendekatan konsep Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC) yang dimodifikasi menjadi tiga bagian utama, yakni: persiapan, pengembangan dan pengujian. Hasil pembuatan aplikasi dan evaluasi yang dilakukan, diperoleh responden sebanyak 43 orang yang terdiri dari laki-laki sebanyak 18 atau 42% dan perempuan sebanyak 25 orang atau 58%. Penyebaran aplikasi mendapatkan respon baik di masyarakat dengan memperoleh persentasee sebesar 79,88% atau tergolong kuat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bawah aplikasi ini sangat diperlukan dan berfungsi sebagaimana yang diinginkan.

Abstract

The Effect of the Use of Canva Media on the Motivation to Learn Indonesian Language of Students of SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Makassar. Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Muhammadiyah Makassar. Supervisor I Muhammad Nawir and Supervisor II Kaharuddin. The main problem in this study is whether there is an influence of the use of Canva media on the motivation of students to learn Indonesian Language of SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Makassar. This type of research is quantitative with an experimental method with a One-Shot Case Study research design, The sample in this study is students of class XI OTKP SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Makassar with a total of 23 students. This research procedure is carried out by observation, questionnaire and documentation methods. Based on the results of the study, the percentage of student activity in the first meeting learning was 78.69% and the percentage of student activity in the second meeting learning was 89.99% and from the results of the student response, an average score of 79.13% was obtained. The results of the infront statistical analysis showed that the result of the sig value was 0.063 where 0.063 > 0.05 which means that H0 was rejected or in other words H1 was accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of Canva media on the motivation of Indonesian Language learning students in grade XI OTKP at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Makassar.

Abstract

This counseling aims to increase awareness of the importance of using polite and respectful language in online communication, as well as to preserve the authenticity and uniqueness of literary works in the digital era. The method used in this community service is through counseling and training for students of the Indonesian Literature Department, Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Mulawarman University in Samarinda, especially social media users and literary writers. Counseling is conducted through workshops, seminars, and online campaigns to introduce the principles of politeness in the Indonesian language and provide examples of appropriate usage on social media. Meanwhile, the exploration of AI usage in literary works is conducted through research and experiments to discover new ways of creating unique and original literary works by utilizing AI technology. The results of this community service are increased awareness and understanding among students of the importance of using polite language on social media, as well as the development of new techniques in creating literary works that utilize AI technology.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan ini mengidentifikasi masalah variasi bahasa dari segi penuturnya, variasi bahasa dari segi pemakaiannya, dan variasi bahasa dari segi sarananya pada buku kumpulan puisi Mata Damar yang ditulis oleh Lamuh Syamsuar menggunakan kajian sosiolinguistik Chaer dan Agustina. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah buku kumpulan puisi Mata Damar karya Lamuh Syamsuar, diterbitkan oleh penerbit Bening Pustaka Yogyakarta pada Maret 2019. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalah metode simak dengan teknik dasar yang berwujud teknik sadap. Adapun penyadapan dilakukan dengan teknik lanjutan berupa teknik simak bebas libat cakap dengan menggunakan teknik catat. Data penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode padan ekstralingual yaitu dengan cara menganalisis unsur yang bersifat ekstralingual, seperti menghubungkan masalah bahasa dengan hal yang berada di luar bahasa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat penggunaan variasi bahasa dalam buku kumpulan puisi Mata Damar, yaitu: (1) variasi bahasa dari segi penutur ditemukan variasi idiolek, dialek, kronolek, dan sosiolek, (2) variasi bahasa dari segi pemakaian ditemukan variasi bahasa bidang kegunaan ilmu keagaaman Islam dan sastra, dan (3) variasi bahasa dari segi sarana ditemukan variasi ragam tulis. Kata kunci: Variasi bahasa, Latar Belakang Penutur, Puisi Language Variations in the Poetry Collection Mata Damar by Lamuh Syamsuar: Sociolinguistic Study Abstract: This research aims to identify the problem of language variations in terms of speakers, language variations in terms of use, and language variations in terms of means in the poetry collection Mata Damar written by Lamuh Syamsuar using the sociolinguistic study of Chaer and Agustina. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. The data source for this research is the poetry collection Mata Damar by Lamuh Syamsuar, published by the publisher Bening Pustaka Yogyakarta in March 2019. The data collection technique for this research is the listening method with basic techniques in the form of tapping techniques. The wiretapping was carried out using advanced techniques in the form of skilled free-involved listening techniques using note-taking techniques. This research data was analyzed using the extralingual equivalent method, namely by analyzing extralingual elements, such as connecting language problems with things outside of language. The results of this research show that there is use of language variations in the Mata Damar poetry collection, namely: (1) language variations in terms of speakers found idiolect, dialect, chronolect and sociolect variations, (2) language variations in terms of usage found language variations in terms of use Islamic religious knowledge and literature, and (3) variations in language in terms of means found variations in writing. Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of social support on student learning effectiveness in the context of online learning, with a focus on students majoring in Guidance and Counselling. This study was conducted through a case study approach at a higher education institution. The main problem formulation includes an assessment of the level of social support felt by Guidance and Counseling students in online learning and its impact on their learning effectiveness. Apart from that, this research also aims to identify the types of social support that most influence student learning effectiveness, as well as examine the implications for the development of more effective support strategies. The research method used involved surveys, structured interviews and questionnaires for students in the Guidance and Counseling Department who were the focus of the study. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a better understanding of the importance of social support in increasing student learning effectiveness in the online learning context, especially for students majoring in Guidance and Counseling. It is also hoped that the findings from this research can provide valuable input for the development of supporting strategies that are more effective in improving student academic achievement .

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini merupakan salah satu upaya lembaga Universitas Mataram, khususnya Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (FKIP) yang berdampak untuk meningkatkan kualitas profesional guru. Para guru yang diberikan pelatihan adalah guru- guru pada jenjang pendidikan Sekolah Dasar (SD) yang mengajar di wilayah Kecamatan Gunung Sari Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Pemilihan sasaran pelatihan guru-guru SD berdasarkan fakta bahwa para guru SD masih belum memahami tentang konsep pendidikan karakter. Pengenalan pendidikan karakter melalui nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dalam bahasa Sasak sangat dibutuhkan untuk kondisi masa sekarang. Hal ini dengan mempertimbangkan para guru yang pada umumnya berasal dari Sasak, belum sepenuhnya memahami secara teoritis dan pragmatis nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dalam bahasa Sasak yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam pembelajaran pendidikan karakter. Tujuan yang dicapai dalam pelatihan ini adalah memberikan penyuluhan tentang pendidikan karakter melalui nilai-nilai kearifan lokal bahasa Sasak kepada guru-guru SD di Kecamatan Gunung Sari Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Secara khusus tujuan pelatihan ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada guru-guru SD tentang hakikat dan konsep pendidikan karakter, hakikat dan konsep nilai-nilai kearifan lokal, nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dalam bahasa bahasa Sasak dan hubungannya dengan pembelajaran pendidikan karakter melalui pembelajaran muatan lokal dalam bahasa Sasak. Selain itu pelatihan ini bertujuan memberikan keterampilan tentang praktik pemodelan dalam pembelajaran pendidikan karakter yang berbasis pada nilai-nilai kearifan lokal bahasa Sasak melalui pembelajaran muatan lokal. Setelah melaksanakan pelatihan penyajian materi konseptual dan pelatihan pemodelan pembelajaran pendidikan karakter, menghasilkan output berupa keterampilan, guru dapat menerapkan pembelajaran pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai-nilai kearifan lokal melalui pembelajaran muatan lokal dalam bahasa Sasak. Melalui praktik pemodelan, para guru juga menyadari pentingnya menguasai semua komponen pembelajaran seperti, materi, media/strategi pembelajaran untuk pembelajaran pendidikan karakter melalui pembelajaran muatan lokal yang berbasis pada nilai-nilai kearifan lokal bahasa Sasak. Selain itu guru juga memperoleh wawasan, bahwa dalam bahasa Sasak banyak terungkap tentang nilai-nilai kearifan lokal yang dapat mendukung pembelajaran pendidikan karakter. The teachers who are given training are teachers at the Elementary School (SD) education level who teach in the Gunung Sari District, West Lombok Regency. The selection of primary school teacher training targets is based on the fact that elementary school teachers still do not understand the concept of character education. The introduction of character education through the values ​​of local wisdom in the Sasak language is very much needed for today's conditions. This is due to the fact that teachers, who generally come from Sasak, do not fully understand theoretically and pragmatically the values ​​of local wisdom in the Sasak language which can be used in character education learning. The objective achieved in this training is to provide education about character education through the values ​​of local wisdom in the Sasak language to elementary school teachers in Gunung Sari District, West Lombok Regency. Specifically the aim of this training is to provide knowledge and understanding to elementary school teachers about the nature and concept of character education, the nature and concept of local wisdom values, local wisdom values ​​in the Sasak language and their relationship with character education learning through local content learning. in Sasak. In addition, this training aims to provide skills on modeling practices in character education learning based on the local wisdom values ​​of the Sasak language through learning local content. After carrying out training in presenting conceptual materials and training on modeling character education learning, producing output in the form of skills, teachers can apply character education learning based on local wisdom values ​​through learning local content in Sasak language. Through modeling practice, teachers also realize the importance of mastering all learning components such as materials, media / learning strategies for character education learning through learning local content based on the values ​​of local wisdom in the Sasak language. Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan mengenai prinsip dasar Lesson Study for learning community( LSLC) bagi guru- guru ketika dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia SMP di Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Di samping itu, kegiatan ini bermaksud untuk meningkatkan professional guru dengan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, dan meningkatkan kreativitas peserta didik dalam mengikuti pelajaran melalui LSLC ini. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dan pendampingan. Metode ceramah digunakan untuk menyampaikan materi pokok tentang pola lesson study for learning community (LSLC) kepada peserta agar memperoleh pengetahuan baru dan pemahaman yang sama mengenai LSLC secara komprehensif. Kegiatan pendampingan disasarkan pada latihan menyusun perangkat pembelajaran sebagai kegiatan perencanaan pembelajaran dalam konsep LSLC. Dalam kegiatan prencanaan pembelajaran (Plan) para peserta mampu menyusun secara bersama-sama rancangan pembelajaran berupa Chapter Design dan Lesson Design. Hasil kegiatan ini diharapkan peserta dapat mengimplementasikan konsep-konsep LSLC ini dalam pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran di dalam kelas mereka masing-masing. ABSTRACT This community service program aimed to provide insights into the basic principles of Lesson Study for learning community (LSLC) for teachers when implementing Indonesian language lessons in West Lombok District junior high schools. Additionally, this activity intended to enhance teachers' professionalism by improving the quality of instruction and fostering students' creativity through LSLC. The activity was conducted using lecture and mentoring methods. The lecture method was employed to deliver the main content on the pattern of Lesson Study for learning community (LSLC) to participants, enabling them to acquire new knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of LSLC. The mentoring activity focused on practicing the development of instructional materials as part of the lesson planning process within the LSLC concept. During the lesson planning phase (Plan), participants were able to collaboratively design learning frameworks such as Chapter Design and Lesson Design. The outcome of this activity is expected to enable participants to implement these LSLC concepts in their respective classrooms.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran tentang Dampak perilaku siswa dalam mengonsumsi minuman keras di Desa Bonehau Kecamatan Bonehau Kabupaten Mamuju, Adapun masalah yang di teliti yaitu dampak penggunaan minuman keras pada siswa di lingkungan sekolah, dan cara mengatasi penggunaan minuman keras pada siswa. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mencari tau dampak dari pengunaan minuman keras terhadap siswa dan cara untuk mengatasi pengunaan minuman keras. Adapun penelitian ini mengunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif, penelitian ini bermaksud untuk tujuan mengungkapkan suatu kenyataan sosial dengan jalan mendeskripsikan secara tepat sifat individu, keadaan, gejala, kelompok tertentu berkenaan dengan masalah unit yang diteliti. Adapun lokasi penelitian ini berada di Desa Bonehau. Informan secara keseluruhan dalam penelitian ini yaitu delapan orang, dua di antaranya adalah guru, satu orang sebagai kepala lingkungan dan lima orang siswa yang sering mengonsumsi minuman keras. Adapun hasil penelitian yang di temukan peneliti di lapangan yaitu masi adanya siswa yang sering mengonsumsi minuman keras yang mengakibatkan mereka sering bolos untuk pergi minum minuman keras dan kebiasaan inilah yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan belajar siswa karena siswa yang suka minum minuman keras dan merekok akan mengakibatkan mereka lupa dengan kewajiban mereka selaku siswa yang seharusnya kesekolah untuk belajar dan menuntut ilmu.
