Abstract

Sekolah memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa, sebagaimana telah tercantum dalam isi pembukaan UUD 1945 alinea IV yang menengaskan bahwa salah satu tujuan nasional bangsa Indonesia adalah mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepuasan orang tua dan siswa terhadap kualitas layanan pendidikan di SDI Parangkantisang kabupaten Gowa. Melalui penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mengetahui presepsi masyarakat, yaitu orang tua dan siswa terhadap layanan pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data hasil wawancara dianalisis secara deskriptif. Tingkat kepuasan orang tua dan siswa terhadap layanan pendidikan telah ditetapkan melalui hasil uji P (persentase). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada aspek Fasilitas tingkat kepuasan orang tua sebanyak 16%. Sedangkan pada aspek Proses Pembelajaran tingkat kepuasan siswa sebanyak 67%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kepuasan kualitas pendidikan di SDI Parangkantisang pada masing-masing aspek yang dilihat dari dimensi: Fasilitas dan Proses Pembelajaran.

Abstract

The neutrality of civil servants (Aparatur Sipil Negara/ASN) is a fundamental principle in ensuring fair and democratic elections in Indonesia. Despite clear regulations under the 1945 Constitution, the Civil Service Law, and the Election Law, violations of neutrality among ASN have persisted, raising concerns over the balance between bureaucratic impartiality and the political rights of civil servants. This study aims to analyze whether administrative sanctions imposed on ASN for political involvement during the 2024 elections are proportionate in light of constitutional guarantees of political rights. Employing a normative legal research method with a statute, conceptual, and case approach, this paper examines relevant laws, constitutional provisions, and judicial decisions, including rulings from the Constitutional Court and Administrative Courts. The findings reveal that, while sanctions are necessary to preserve electoral integrity, their application often lacks proportionality, with cases of dismissal for minor infractions highlighting inconsistencies and potential over-restriction of fundamental rights. The proportionality test, widely recognized in constitutional law, provides a useful framework to assess whether restrictions on ASN’s political rights serve legitimate aims, are necessary, and remain balanced. The study concludes that proportional application of administrative sanctions, combined with clearer regulatory guidelines and stronger appeal mechanisms, is essential to uphold both democratic values and the protection of civil servants’ constitutional rights.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Rural Empowerment and Agricultural Development Scaling Up Initiative (READSI) as a model for strengthening village government capacity in the entrepreneurial education of millennial farmers based on Islamic values in Kalibamamase Village, Luwu Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product) to assess the relevance of the program, the readiness of resources, and the effectiveness of village governance in integrating Islamic values into entrepreneurial practices. Data were collected through in- depth interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results show that, from the context aspect, the READSI program is relevant to the socio- economic needs of rural communities, particularly in improving financial literacy and the entrepreneurial culture of millennial farmers. In terms of input, the success of the program is influenced by the institutional support of the village government, the competence of facilitators, and community participation, although there are still challenges in adjusting training materials and post-program sustainability strategies. The integration of Islamic values such as ṣidq (honesty), amānah (responsibility), and ʿadl (justice) has proven to strengthen collective ethics and transparency in village business management. This study concludes that the READSI program not only contributes to the economic well-being of farmers but also strengthens public morality, participatory village governance, and justice.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the influence of self-efficacy on students’ learning outcomes. This research was a causal ex-post facto study. The research subjects were elementary school students (SD) with a sample of 27 students. Data collection was carried out using instruments in the form of self-efficacy questionnaires and multiple-choice tests that were developed based on the basic competencies in the cognitive domain to measure science learning outcomes. The results of this study, based on the calculation of the correlation between self-efficacy and learning outcomes, showed a correlation coefficient of 0.029 with p < 0.05. This means that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, indicating that students with good self-efficacy tend to achieve higher learning outcomes. The findings confirmed that there is a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and student learning outcomes. From these results, it can be concluded that one of the indicators of successful student learning is reflected in the level of self-efficacy. Therefore, this assessment can be used as a basis for teachers to consider solutions and strategies in implementing the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

Demokrasi dapat tercipta jika terdapat keseimbangan antara tugas dan peran DPR beserta generasi z dalam menciptakan kedaulatan pada suatu negara. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana partisipasi generasi z dalam ikut andil mengambil sebuah peran dalam menyuarakan hak maupun pendapat sebagai salah satu nilai dari keberlangsungan demokrasi, serta menjelaskan dampak yang diberikan generasi z dalam mencapai kedaulatan dengan berdasarkan nilai-nilai demokrasi. Metode yang dipakai adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif-analitis dan literature riview, dengan menganalisis partisipasi generasi Z serta implementasi kedaulatan rakyat oleh DPR dalam sistem demokrasi Indonesia. Generasi z memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam menegekan kedaulatan dalam sistem demokrasi di Indonesia, melalui langkah ini dapat menjadi sebuah masukan dan refleksi terhadap DPR untuk membuka ruang partisipasi generasi z dalam menciptakan kehidupan yang berlandaskan demokrasi. Indonesia membutuhkan generasi z dalam memperkuat sistem demokrasi di Indonesia, melalui adanya inovasi yang melibatkan penggunaan teknologi dapat menjadi langkah bijak untuk mendorong kemajuan demokrasi modern yang berkelanjutan

Abstract

This study aims to examine the application of humanistic learning to address the challenges of modern education through a literature review approach. Humanistic learning emphasizes the holistic development of students' potential, including cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects, and places students at the center of the learning process. Amidst globalization, the development of digital technology, the demand for modern-day skills, and the increasing complexity of socio-cultural issues, a humanistic approach is considered relevant for maintaining the human dimension in education. This study analyzes various scientific literature discussing the concept of humanism, humanistic learning models, and their implementation in various modern educational contexts. The results indicate that humanistic learning can enhance students' intrinsic motivation, creativity, emotional engagement, and learning independence. Furthermore, this approach can counterbalance the tendency toward dehumanization in technology-based education. However, the study also identified various challenges, such as limited teacher competency, school cultural resistance, and the suboptimal integration of curricula that support learner-centered learning. The study concludes that the application of humanistic learning remains relevant and needs to be strengthened through teacher training, the provision of supportive learning environments, and educational policies that emphasize human values.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menyusun strategi pengembangan ekowisata berbasis konservasi keanekaragaman hayati di Dusun Turgo, Desa Purwobinangun, Sleman, Yogyakarta, sebagai respons terhadap potensi biodiversitas yang tinggi namun tingkat kunjungan wisatawan masih rendah. Ekowisata dikelola dengan mengedepankan prinsip konservasi, pendidikan lingkungan, dan pelibatan masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan meliputi survei lapangan untuk identifikasi potensi objek dan daya tarik wisata (ODTW), termasuk aspek 3A (atraksi, amenitas, dan aksesibilitas) dan keanekaragaman hayati. Selain itu, dilakukan Diskusi Terpumpun (FGD) dengan para pemangku kepentingan (stakeholders) seperti masyarakat lokal, pengelola desa wisata, BKSDA Yogyakarta, BTNGM, dan akademisi untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan, peluang, serta merumuskan strategi pengembangan. Hasil observasi awal menunjukkan potensi signifikan dengan identifikasi 80 jenis burung, termasuk spesies kunci Anis Merah (Geokichla citrina), serta potensi herpetofauna dan flora endemik seperti Anggrek Vanda tricolor. Dusun Turgo memiliki modalitas seperti kawasan Wildlife Turgo yang fokus pada bird watching dan herping. Analisis strategis menunjukkan posisi Dusun Turgo berada pada kuadran Agresif (SO), yang mengindikasikan perlunya memanfaatkan kekuatan biodiversitas tinggi dan dukungan kelembagaan (BKSDA) untuk menangkap peluang penelitian akademik dan pendanaan konservasi. Strategi M83-84ayor yang diusulkan adalah menggunakan data biodiversitas dan dukungan akademik untuk menyusun materi edukasi/interpretasi berbasis ilmiah guna menarik pasar wisata edukasi yang lebih niche (SDGs 4 - Quality Education). Peta jalan pengembangan Ekowisata Turgo direncanakan dalam empat fase (2026-2029), diawali dengan fase persiapan dan diakhiri dengan fase launching agar established sebagai model ekowisata berbasis Pendidikan Konservasi Biodiversitas.

Abstract

This study aims to construct a pattern of Al-Qur'an learning in the Bima society tradition and identify prophetic values in Al-Qur'an learning practices in the Bima society tradition. The research method used a qualitative approach based on phenomenological studies in the Bima region, involving national Qori from Bima, religious leaders, community leaders, Al-Qur'an education practitioners, and the Regional Ulama Council as sources of research data determined through purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was conducted through interviews, observation, and documentation, while data validity was ensured through source triangulation and technique triangulation. Research data was analyzed using the interactive analysis model steps developed by Miles, Huberman & Saldana, which included data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, and was analyzed using Nvivo 12 software. The results of the study reveal that (1) The pattern of Al-Qur'an learning in the Bima community tradition generally takes place in religious-based communities such as langgar, mosques, TPQ or the homes of Quran teachers through various learning methods such as Iqra', Talaqqi and Tilawati, (2) the form of internalization of prophetic values in the pattern of Al-Qur'an learning humanization (humanizing humans), and transcendence (connection with God) are naturally internalized in the Qur'an learning of the Bima community. (3) The factors that influence learning patterns are divided into four main categories: family support, government support, supportive social environment, and the Bima community. (4) The implications of prophetic education on strengthening the religious and social character of the Bima community. The findings show that prophetic education through Qur'anic learning has a significant implication on the formation of values of kaadaban, religious character, social ethics, spiritual attitudes, and morals of the Bima society. Abstrak Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengonstruksikan pola pembelajaran Al-Qur’an dalam tradisi masyarakat Bima dan mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai profetik dalam praktik pembelajaran Al-Qur'an dalam dimensi tradisi masyarakat Bima. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yang berbasis pada studi fenomenologis di daerah Bima dengan melibatkan, para Qori/Tahfiz nasional asal Bima, tokoh agama, tokoh masyarakat, para praktisi pendidikan Al-Qur’an, Majelis Ulama Daerah sebagai sumber data penelitian. Penentuan sumber data dilakukan melalui teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi serta keabsahan data dilakukan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan langkah-langkah interactive analysis model dari Miles, Huberman & Saldana, mencakup; pengumulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian tampilan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, serta dianalisis dengan bantuan software Nvivo 12. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa (1) Pola pembelajaran Al-Qur’an dalam tradisi masyarakat Bima umumnya berlangsung dalam lingkungan komunitas berbasis keagamaan seperti langgar, masjid, TPQ atau rumah guru ngaji melalui variasi metode pembelajaran seperti Iqra’, Talaqqi dan Tilawati, (2) bentuk internalisasi nilai profetik dalam pola pembelajaran Al-Qur’an humanisasi (memanusiakan manusia), dan transendensi (penghubung dengan Tuhan) terinternalisasi secara alami dalam pembelajaran Al-Qur’an masyarakat Bima,(3) Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pola pembelajaran terbagi ke dalam empat kategori utama: dukungan keluarga, dukungan pemerintah, dukungan lingkungan sosial yang kondusif dan komunitas masyarakat Bima, (4) Implikasi pendidikan profetik terhadap penguatan karakter keagamaan dan sosial masyarakat Bima, temuan menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan profetik melalui pembelajaran Al-Qur’an berimplikasi besar terhadap pembentukan nilai kaadaban, karakter religius, etika sosial, sikap spiritual dan moral masyarakat Bima.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, the influx of foreign cultures and rapid modernization present significant challenges to the preservation of local values as part of national identity. Character education based on local wisdom serves as an essential strategy to maintain moral integrity and cultural rootedness among younger generations. This article reviews recent news reports on the role of local wisdom amid globalization and analyzes how values such as mutual cooperation, deliberation, and responsibility can be integrated into character education systems. Through literature analysis and case studies, the findings reveal that although awareness of local wisdom remains strong, its implementation in schools and communities requires synergy between teachers, educational institutions, cultural communities, and the government. The article also highlights spelling and linguistic issues found in public communication about local wisdom, reflecting the need for greater precision in narrating cultural topics.

Abstract

The classical philosophy of education holds a fundamental contribution to shaping the construction of the modern educational paradigm. Major schools of thought such as perennialism, essentialism, progressivism, and reconstructionism play a significant role in directing the development of contemporary educational orientations, both in curriculum formulation and pedagogical application. This study aims to comprehensively analyze the relevance of these classical philosophical traditions in the formation of the modern educational paradigm through a literature-based approach. The research findings indicate that the modern educational paradigm did not emerge instantaneously but is instead the result of an evolutionary interaction between classical philosophical principles and the continuously developing dynamics of socio-cultural change. Key concepts such as the pursuit of universal truth, the importance of mastering essential knowledge, learner-centered instruction, and the significance of critical education serve as foundational elements in the formulation of contemporary educational policies and practices. Thus, this study affirms that classical educational philosophy retains strategic relevance as a conceptual foundation for strengthening the development of a modern education system that emphasizes humanistic values, adaptive capacities, and transformative aims.
