Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in driving national economic growth, particularly in underdeveloped regions with limited access to developmental resources. Beyond being the largest employment sector, MSMEs significantly contribute to local economic empowerment. However, MSME actors in these disadvantaged areas often face critical challenges, including low product quality and inadequate implementation of effective and adaptive marketing strategies. These issues limit the competitiveness of MSME products in both local and national markets. This study aims to comprehensively analyze the impact of the synergy between production training and market targeting training on improving product quality and the competitiveness of MSMEs in underdeveloped regions. Employing a qualitative methodology through library research, the study synthesizes secondary data from scholarly journals, research reports, and relevant publications. The findings indicate that integrating production training which encompasses quality enhancement, efficiency improvements, and product innovation with marketing training covering branding strategies, digital marketing, and consumer segmentation simultaneously can elevate product standards and expand market reach. These results underscore the necessity of designing holistic, contextual, and sustainable training programs to address the structural challenges faced by MSMEs in underdeveloped areas. An integrated training synergy proves more effective in cultivating competent, adaptive entrepreneurs with heightened competitiveness amidst increasingly complex market dynamics.

Abstract

Abstract This study explores students’ needs for deep learning-oriented Islamic Education materials at SD Negeri 7 Kediri Tabanan. A qualitative case study approach was employed, using classroom observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The results reveal that current materials remain textual and focus on memorization without contextual application. Teachers face challenges in linking Islamic values to real-life contexts, while students expect more interactive, visual, and applicable learning resources. The findings highlight the urgency of developing Islamic Education materials that promote critical, reflective, and contextual thinking. This study contributes to pedagogical innovation by emphasizing the importance of student-centered material design to enhance meaningful understanding and practice of Islamic values. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi kebutuhan siswa terhadap bahan ajar Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) yang berorientasi pada deep learning di SD Negeri 7 Kediri Tabanan. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan studi kasus kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi kelas, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar yang digunakan saat ini masih bersifat tekstual dan berfokus pada hafalan tanpa keterkaitan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. Guru mengalami kesulitan mengaitkan nilai-nilai Islam dengan konteks nyata, sementara siswa membutuhkan bahan ajar yang lebih interaktif, visual, dan aplikatif. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengembangan bahan ajar PAI yang mendukung berpikir kritis, reflektif, dan kontekstual. Studi ini berkontribusi pada inovasi pedagogis dengan menekankan perlunya desain bahan ajar berbasis kebutuhan siswa untuk memperkuat pemahaman dan pengamalan nilai-nilai Islam secara bermakna. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) in nurturing religious moderation and mutual respect within the multicultural school environment of SDN 5 Gubug, Tabanan Regency. The research employed a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation, and analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques. The findings indicate that Islamic Religious Education plays a strategic role in cultivating religious moderation through contextual learning, the integration of local wisdom such as Tri Hita Karana, and the promotion of interfaith understanding among students. The implementation of IRE is supported by teacher pedagogical competence and inclusive school policies that encourage tolerance and social harmony. However, challenges arise from external influences, including exclusive digital religious content and limited parental involvement. Overall, Islamic Religious Education at SDN 5 Gubug functions as an effective medium for fostering tolerance and mutual respect from an early age. Continuous teacher development and strengthened collaboration between schools, families, and communities are essential to sustain and enhance the impact of religious moderation education at the elementary level.

Abstract

Abstract Menstruation education in Islamic Religious Learning (IRL) at the elementary level remains a sensitive and often neglected topic due to cultural taboos and limited instructional resources. To address this, the study explores the need for Android-based interactive learning media to teach menstruation material in a more engaging and religiously appropriate way. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach conducted at SD Negeri 1 Gebang. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving Islamic education teachers and female fourth-grade students. Data analysis included reduction, categorization, display, and verification stages.Findings revealed that both teachers and students face challenges in discussing menstruation topics. Teachers lack digital teaching materials, while students experience discomfort and curiosity. The need analysis indicated that Android-based media featuring visual, audio, and interactive elements could increase engagement, understanding, and privacy while aligning with Islamic values.The study concludes that Android-based interactive media are highly needed to transform Islamic Religious Learning into a more inclusive and modern framework. Such media can bridge the gap between scientific understanding and religious teaching, making menstruation education more accessible, respectful, and effective for young Muslim girls. Keywords: Islamic Education, Android-Based Media, Menstruation, Need Analysis, Interactive Learning Abstrak Pembelajaran materi haid dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di tingkat sekolah dasar masih menjadi topik sensitif dan sering dihindari karena faktor budaya serta keterbatasan media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Android dalam mengenalkan materi haid secara menarik dan sesuai nilai-nilai Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 1 Gebang. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap guru PAI dan siswi kelas IV. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahap reduksi, kategorisasi, penyajian, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru dan siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam membahas topik haid. Guru kekurangan bahan ajar digital, sedangkan siswi merasa malu dan ingin tahu. Analisis kebutuhan menunjukkan bahwa media berbasis Android dengan elemen visual, audio, dan interaktif dapat meningkatkan minat, pemahaman, serta menjaga privasi siswa dalam pembelajaran sesuai nilai Islam. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa media interaktif berbasis Android sangat dibutuhkan untuk mentransformasi pembelajaran PAI menjadi lebih inklusif dan modern, sekaligus menjembatani pemahaman ilmiah dan keagamaan dalam pendidikan haid bagi siswi Muslim. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Agama Islam, Media Berbasis Android, Haid, Analisis Kebutuhan, Pembelajaran Interaktif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the business management strategies implemented by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in an effort to increase competitiveness in the digital era. The digital era presents opportunities as well as challenges for MSMEs to develop and maintain their existence. The research method used is a literature study by analyzing various relevant sources such as scientific journals, books, and research reports related to business management, MSME competitiveness, and digital transformation. The results of the study indicate that adaptation to digital technology, product and service innovation, competent human resource development, and collaboration and partnership strategies are key elements in an effective business management strategy to increase MSME competitiveness in the digital era. This study provides insight for MSME actors, academics, and policy makers regarding the importance of implementing the right management strategy to face the dynamics of competition in the digital era.

Abstract

The Society 5.0 era is a concept of modern society that emphasizes the integration of the physical and digital worlds to create a balance between economic progress and social welfare. Millennials, as a group that grew up in the digital era, have great potential to drive economic transformation through technology-based entrepreneurial activities. This study aims to analyze the response of the millennial generation to the Society 5.0 era through digital entrepreneurship and identify the factors that influence it. The method used is qualitative with a library research approach through searching various scientific sources published from 2018 to 2025. Based on the results of the study, it is suspected that millennials have a positive response to digital entrepreneurship due to their characteristics of being adaptive to technology, creative, and innovative in creating new business opportunities. However, challenges such as low digital literacy in some regions, limited access to technology, and dependence on digital platforms are still obstacles that need to be addressed. Overall, digital entrepreneurship has the potential to be a strategic means for millennials to realize a Society 5.0 that is oriented towards people, innovation, and social welfare. Generasi milenial sebagai kelompok yang tumbuh di era digital memiliki potensi besar dalam mendorong transformasi ekonomi melalui aktivitas kewirausahaan berbasis teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis respon generasi milenial terhadap era Society 5.0 melalui kewirausahaan digital serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka (library research) melalui penelusuran berbagai sumber ilmiah terbitan tahun 2018–2025. Berdasarkan hasil kajian, diduga bahwa generasi milenial memiliki respon positif terhadap kewirausahaan digital karena karakteristiknya yang adaptif terhadap teknologi, kreatif, dan inovatif dalam menciptakan peluang usaha baru. Namun demikian, tantangan seperti rendahnya literasi digital di beberapa wilayah, keterbatasan akses teknologi, dan ketergantungan terhadap platform digital masih menjadi hambatan yang perlu diperhatikan. Secara keseluruhan, kewirausahaan digital berpotensi menjadi sarana strategis bagi generasi milenial dalam mewujudkan Society 5.0 yang berorientasi pada manusia, inovasi, dan kesejahteraan sosial. Abstract

The word Iqra 'is usually translated as "read.” This understanding follows the word Qara'a, which first meant "gathering.” The Qur'an o.” en uses the word Qara'a in various verses. When he received this sentence the, Prop,het Muhammad trembled and said he could not read. However, this verse’s revelation shows how the highest glorification and assessment of the ability to read and write various sciences is. These verses show that Allah SWT teaches people diverse knowledge, He opens multiple secrets, and He gives different keys to open the treasury of Allah's command, namely with a qalam or pen. Besides tongue reading, Allah also ordained that knowledge can be recorded. The Prophet Muhammad was a person who was not good at reading and writing, but he understood the importance of literacy. Literacy here is the ability to read and write. Including the ability to speak, calculate and solve problems at hand.

Abstract

Bekerja di lingkungan pesantren bukan hanya sekedar mencari uang/gaji melaikan juga sebagai bentuk ibadah. Motivasi kerja yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai Islami menjadi pendorong utama bagi pegawai Kedai Geprek81 di Pondok Pesantren Darul Hikmah Bangkalan dalam melaksanakan tugas mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi motivasi kerja Islami pegawai melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus, yang mencakup pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja pegawai didasari oleh tiga aspek utama: (1) bekerja sebagai bentuk ibadah dan pengabdian kepada pesantren; (2) penerapan nilai-nilai Islam dalam etos kerja, seperti kejujuran, disiplin, dan tanggung jawab; (3) harapan akan keberkahan dan keberlanjutan usaha sebagai bagian dari dakwah ekonomi. Selain itu lingkungan pesantren yang suportif dan kepemimpinan yang berbasis spiritual semakin memperkuat semangat kerja pegawai. Dengan memahami motivasi kerja Islami yang berfokus pada nilai-nilai islam dan penuh dengan khidmah ini, manajemen dapat merumuskan strategi yang lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan kesejahteraan pegawai, sekaligus menjaga keberlangsungan usaha sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam

Abstract

This research aims to theoretically examine the role of digital marketing management in increasing sales of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This research begins with very rapid developments in information and communication technology that have revolutionized the way businesses operate throughout the world, including in the MSME sector. Digital transformation requires business actors to adapt to new ways of marketing products and building relationships with consumers. The main emphasis in this research is to analyze how digital marketing strategies can be utilized optimally by MSME players to increase market access and optimize competitive position. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach through literature study, through collection and analysis of various sources of relevant information. The research results show that digital marketing management has an important role in helping the development of MSMEs, especially related to the efficiency of spending on promotions, relationships with customers, and increasing product exposure in cyberspace. These findings confirm that adapting to digital technology is a strategic step for MSMEs to survive and advance in the digital economy era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran strategis koperasi dan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan sosial di Indonesia, dengan fokus pada dinamika kolaborasi, efektivitas program kemitraan, serta hambatan struktural yang dihadapi. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui studi kepustakaan, dengan data sekunder yang bersumber dari literatur akademik, laporan pemerintah, dan hasil penelitian terdahulu. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa peran koperasi dan BUMN sebagai penggerak ekonomi rakyat masih belum optimal akibat lemahnya kapasitas kelembagaan koperasi, orientasi profit BUMN yang dominan, serta pelaksanaan program kemitraan yang cenderung simbolis dan tidak berkelanjutan. Meskipun demikian, terdapat bukti empiris bahwa sinergi antara keduanya dapat memberikan dampak positif, seperti peningkatan kapasitas produksi dan pendapatan masyarakat melalui model kemitraan yang berbasis pemberdayaan dan kolaborasi partisipatif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan kerangka kebijakan yang berkelanjutan, inklusif, dan berbasis nilai-nilai ekonomi kerakyatan serta prinsip syariah—melalui instrumen seperti qardhul hasan, musyarakah, dan Maqashid Syariah Index—guna memperkuat integrasi koperasi dan BUMN sebagai instrumen pemerataan ekonomi dan peningkatan kesejahteraan sosial secara berkeadilan di Indonesia.
