Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of return on assets and inflation on stock returns of telecommunications sector companies listed on the IDX for the period 2018 to 2022. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling where only 10 of the 16 populations were sampled. The research method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach, with the classical assumption test data analysis method, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study partially show that the variable Return on Assets (ROA) has a negative and significant effect on stock returns, and the inflation variable has a negative and significant effect on stock returns. Simultaneously the variables Return on Assets (ROA) and Inflation have a significant effect on Stock Returns Telecommunication Sector Company 2018-2022 Period.

Abstract

One of the problems that internet users often face is slow internet access. This problem can occur because there is no bandwidth management system in use. The Random Early Detection and Hierarchical Token Bucket methods are good methods. However, it is not yet known which is the best between the two. Research needs to be carried out to determine the comparison of network quality using these two methods. This research aims to determine the quality of networks that apply the Random Early Detection and Hierarchical Token Bucket methods whether they are given noise injection or not. This research data was collected by testing the wireless local area network. The collected data is analyzed using QoS. The results show that the implementation of the Hierarchical Token Bucket method is of better quality, it can be seen with a throughtput value of 879128 bps, a delay value of 8 ms, a jitter value of 11,041 ms and a packet loss value of 0%. On the other hand, the Hierarchical Token Bucket method was given Noise Injection with a throughput of 582716 bps, a delay value of 15,427 ms, a jitter value of 21,924 ms and a packet loss value of 2.8%. Meanwhile, the application of the Random Early Detection method obtains quality with a throughput value of 816,287 bps, a delay value of 8,673 ms, a jitter value of 12,591 ms and a packet loss value of 0%. On the other hand, the Random Early Detection method is given Noise Injection with a throughput value of 704778 bps, a delay value of 11,154 ms, a jitter value of 15,565 ms and a packet loss value of 2.14%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh Good Corporate Governance terhadap Return On Asset (ROA) pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor makanan & minuman periode 2020-2024. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data Sekunder yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi laporan tahunan dan laporan keuangan perusahaan sektor makanan dan minuman periode 2020–2024. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan manufaktur sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI pada periode 2020 – 2024. Tеknіk pengumpulan data dіlakukan dеngan tеknіk purposіvе samplіng yang kеmudіan dіtеtapkan 10 pеrusahaan sеbagaі sampеl. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis uji statistik deskriptif, uji asumsu klasik yang terbagi menjadi uji normalitas, uji multikolonieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi, uji regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis yang terbagi menjadi uji T, uji F, dan uji R2. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dewan komisaris independen, dewan direksi, komite audit, dan kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh terhadap Return On Asset (ROA). Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan gambaran komprehensif tentang pentingnya penerapan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) pada perusahaan untuk pencapaian profitabilitas.

Abstract

Retrofitting is a key strategy to restore or enhance the performance of reinforced concrete structures damaged by overloading, deterioration, fire, or seismic events. This study synthesizes findings from three approaches: a literature review, experimental testing using FRP on reinforced beams, and a case study involving post-fire strengthening with CFRP and steel bracing. Various methods epoxy injection, concrete jacketing, FRP, CFRP, and bracing are compared based on effectiveness, structural impact, and application context. Results indicate that CFRP and FRP significantly improve flexural and shear strength, epoxy injection is suitable for minor cracks, and concrete jacketing enhances capacity substantially. For fire-damaged structures, combining CFRP and steel bracing effectively reduced drift ratios and restored structural integrity. SAP2000 modeling results align closely with experimental data, confirming its reliability in retrofit analysis. The study highlights that retrofit selection must consider damage level, element type, and cost-efficiency.

Abstract

Citra terbentuk dari bagimana perusahaan melaksanakan kegiatan operasionalnya yang mempunyai landasan utama pada segi pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagimana persepsi pasien tentang kualitas pelayanan terhadap citra Rumah Sakit Ibnu Sina. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien kelas III yang berada ruang rawat inap RS Ibnu Sina. Besar sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanayak 72 responden dengan perhitungan jumlah sampel dengan menggunakan taraf kesalahan 5%. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji chi squar dan binary logistic. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi pasien umum tentang kualitas pelayanan terhadap citra RS. Ibnu Sina Makassar ditinjau dari dimensi penampilan fisik tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan nila p = 1,000 > α (0,05). Sedangkan persepsi pasien umum tentang kualitas pelayanan terhadap citra RS. Ibnu Sina Makassar ditinjau dari dimensi kompeten dan kepercayaan, memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan nilai p = 0,000 < α (0,05). Kesimpulan dalam penelitian tidak ada hubungan penampilan fisik terhadap citra RS. Ibnu Sina Makassar dan ada hubungan kompeten dan kepercayaan terhadap citra RS. Ibnu Sina Makassar tahun 2019. Diharapkan kepada instansi terkait, pembenahan kualitas pelayanan dari dimensi untuk peningkatan citra rumah sakit harus dari prioritas perbaikan dimensi yang memiliki pengaruh yang kuat dalam peningkatan citra rumah sakit.

Abstract

Akreditasi merupakan upaya pelaksanaan dan peningkatan kualitas layanan, puskesmas. kualitas pelayanan dapat diukur dengan membandingkan antara pelayanan yang diharapkan dengan kinerja Pelayanan, kinerja pelayanan direfleksikan dengan apa yang diterima dan dirasakan (persepsi) pasien. Metode SERVQUAL membandingkan antara harapan dan persepsi pasien atas suatu pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi pasien tentang kualitas pelayanan di puskesmas akreditas dan non akreditasi kabupaten banggai. Penelitian ini menggunakan cross sectional dengan teknik Purposive Sampling dan menggunakan uji regresi berganda dengan derajat kemaknaan (ρ=0.05). Sampel penelitian adalah pasien rawat inap di 6 (enam) puskesmas (puskesmas kampung baru, kintom, batui, toili II, hunduhon dan tangeban yang berjumlah 121 sampel. Hasil penelitian dengan uji statistik regresi sederhana menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan meliputi: assurance memiliki pengaruh terhadap presepsi pasien (ρ=0,00), courtesy memiliki pengaruh terhadap presepsi pasien (ρ=0,00). Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi berganda, didapatkan bahwa secara simultan variabel tangibles memiliki pengaruh lebih besar terhadap presepsi pasien di puskemas akreditasi dan non akredtasi kabupaten banggai.

Abstract

Background: Nutritional status is a health status that is produced by the balance between nutritional needs and inputs and for growth and development. Nutritional problems have also become a problem in South Sulawesi, especially in Makassar. Objective: This study aimed to determine the relationship between mothers' knowledge and attitudes with nutritional status of children in the working area of Batua Health Center Makassar. Methods: This was an observational study with a cross-sectional approach. The population was 116 children aged 1-5 years. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample of 54 children. This study used questionnaires and observation sheet to collect data. Results: The Chi-square test showed a significance value of X2 calculation (18.917) > X2 table (3.841) and, which means that there was a correlation between mother's knowledge and children's nutritional status. Also, the Chi-square test showed significance value of X2 calculation (14.464) > X2 table (3.841), indicating that there was a correlation between mother's attitude and children's nutritional status. Conclusion: There is a relationship between mothers' knowledge and attitudes with nutritional status of children. It is recommended to parents, especially mothers, to pay more attention to children's food intake and get used to children to eat regularly and provide nutritious food every day so that children's nutritional intake can be met.

Abstract

Echocardiography is a test that uses high-frequency sound waves to describe the structure of the heart. Echocardiography is used by doctors to analyze the movement of the walls in the heart chambers and identify heart disease. Several images, including the long-axis, short-axis, 2-chamber and 4-chamber left ventricle, can be used to check heart function. Many studies that have been carried out, including cardiac evaluation, are still carried out conventionally and require a certain level of accuracy. In this research, several methods proposed to achieve object extraction are used to build a classification system, the steps start with image enhancement, segmentation, tracking, extraction, output characteristics, validation and classification. Imaging enhancement aims to improve the echocardiographic image, thereby clarifying the edges of the heart wall. In addition, the images are reprocessed to separate the left ventricle from the heart wall and generate ventricular contours, at the segmentation stage. The contours are obtained by looking for the good features on each heart wall. In this approach, good features are identified only on the first image of the left ventricular slice. The good feature points used are 24 point which will be grouped into 6 segments. In addition, all images will be processed using the optical flow method to track the movement of the walls of the heart. Optical flow tracing will generate direction and distance feature extraction values that can be used to describe the resulting data features and find a suitable classification algorithm that is combined using different validation techniques, namely K-fold and Leave-one-out. In its implementation, Classifier Support Vector Machine (SVM) with rbf core achieves the highest accuracy. The SVM classification algorithm with validation techniques, namely k-fold cross-validation and leave-one-out cross-validation, reaches an accuracy value of 100% and 100%.

Abstract

Radicalism can emerge in parts of society due to various factors, such as religious, political, economic, and other forms of radical actions. This study discusses the implementation of Pancasila ideology with project citizen model values as a means to prevent the spread of radicalism in Indonesia. The aim of the study is to explore how all elements of the nation can apply Pancasila ideology values with model project citizen in daily life, as citizens and members of the state, to prevent the growth of radicalism. The research used a literature review method. The findings show that an increased understanding of Pancasila ideology values with model project citizen can help counter radical actions that threaten national unity and the integrity of the Republic of Indonesia. The study concludes that as radical ideology continues to grow, the best solution for the nation is to apply the values of Pancasila ideology, which has been agreed upon as the national consensus. It is recommended that the implementation of Pancasila ideology values be used model project citizen as a preventive measure against radicalism in Indonesia. The ideology of Pancasila especially in the practice of Pancasila itself in daily life.

Abstract

The phenomenon of bullying against participants in the Medical Specialist Education Program within teaching hospital environments highlights structural inequalities and legal gaps in Indonesia’s advanced medical education system. This study aims to analyze legal issues concerning the protection of professional education for specialist Doctor participants from psychological violence and bullying, while proposing an ideal regulatory reformulation to safeguard their rights. Employing normative legal research methods with legislative, doctrinal, and responsive legal theory approaches, the study reveals that existing regulations such as Law Number. 20 of 2013 on Medical Education fail to provide explicit protections for professional education for specialist Doctor participants. Meanwhile, the Minister of Health’s Instructions remain merely administrative and lack legally binding force. Regulatory reform should clearly define professional education for specialist Doctor participants’ status within the national education system, specify the rights and obligations of program organizers and participants, establish an independent anti-bullying task force, and implement monitoring mechanisms and administrative sanctions. A victim-oriented, responsive regulatory framework would not only protect trainees’ rights but also enhance the quality of medical education and national healthcare services. The state must act promptly through progressive legislation to eradicate bullying practices and ensure a fair, humane educational environment for professional education for specialist Doctor participants.
