Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan keluarga lingkungan, terhadap motivasi belajar, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif, penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 10 Banda Aceh yang dilaksanakan pada 30 Juli s/d 2 Agustus 2018. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 39 orang siswa SMP Negeri 10 Banda Aceh yang diambil secara random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan observasi. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Secara parsial lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa SMP Negeri 10 Banda Aceh diperoleh koefisien regresi sebesar 0,57 dan diperoleh thitung = 15,26 dengan taraf signifikansi ???? = 0,05. 2). Secara parsial lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa SMP Negeri 10 Banda Aceh dengan thitung = 5,26. 3) Secara simultan lingkungan keluarga dan lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh sangat tinggi terhadap motivasi belajar siswa SMP Negeri 10 Banda Aceh sebesar 46,86. Nilai rata-rata motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 4,4 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar siswa SMP Negeri 10 Banda Aceh berada pada kategori baik.

Abstract

Villages are now no longer seen as an area that only depends on the regional government, but villages are now self-governing communities where the Village Law states that villages have a function in managing government, village finances, village development, and obtaining facilities. and guidance from the Regency/City government. Building a village is not something easy. Development requires participation from all elements of village society. Village development does not only focus on physical development, but village development also includes economic development and social development. Development in an area or village is an inevitability that must be carried out by regional governments and village governments, one of which is through development that has beneficial value for regional governments, village governments and the community. Developing tourism is the most appropriate step taken by regional governments and village governments where tourism is an important aspect for a country and regional government. With tourism, a country or more specifically the local government where tourist attractions are located provides benefits to the welfare of the community and becomes a source of development costs for government administrators. Empowerment and development of an area or village of course needs to be supported by the entire community, through community empowerment in developing an area. The research method used by researchers is descriptive analysis using a qualitative approach. Qualitative research is scientific research that aims to understand a phenomenon in a social context naturally by embedding a process of in-depth communication interaction between research and the phenomenon being studied. This approach was chosen with the consideration that the nature of research data is able to maintain the integrity of the object, meaning that various data related to research are understood as an integrated unit.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal terhadap profitabilitas.Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), dan Long-term Debt to Equity Ratio (LDER). Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah Return On Equity (ROE). Populasi pada penelitian ini yakni Perusahaan Ritel yang terdaftar di BEI periode tahun 2018-2022. Metode penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling, yakni Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan kriteria tertentu, diperoleh 11 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria ini sehingga total sampel pada penelitian ini yakni 55 sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Variabel DAR dan LDER berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ROE, sedangkan DER berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap ROE. Kata Kunci: Struktur Modal;Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR);Debt to Equity Ratio (DER);Long-term Debt to Equity Ratio (LDER);Profitabilitas;Return On Equity (ROE) Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of capital structure on profitability. The independent variables in this study are Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Long-term Debt to Equity Ratio (LDER). The dependent variable in this study is Return On Equity (ROE). The population in this study is Retail Companies listed on the IDX for the period 2018-2022. The method of determining the sample in this study was purposive sampling, namely the sampling technique using certain criteria, obtained 11 companies that met these criteria so that the total sample in this study was 55 samples. The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the DAR and LDER variables have a positive and significant effect on ROE, while the DER has a negative and significant effect on ROE. Abstract

One technology that is developing rapidly and is part of communication technology is social media. Among various social media currently available, the three most used social media are Facebook, YouTube and Instagram. Facebook is the first social media that makes people in the world connected to each other and continues to develop its features so that it is difficult for old users to leave it. YouTube is a social media that allows someone to upload videos that they have for a long time. Instagram itself is popular because of its practical and simple way of using it. The aim of this research was to see how big a role social media plays in attracting tourists to visit Sabang City. This research was quantitative descriptive. The research method used was simple linear regression. The independent variable used was social media with the indicator being social media which is often used as promotional media such as Facebook, YouTube and Instagram, while the interest in visiting tourists to Sabang City was used as the dependent variable. The influence of social media in increasing tourist interest in the city of Sabang will be measured using the t test. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to tourists, both local and foreign. The research results show that the regression equation obtained is Y = 39.832 + 0.716X. The results of the t test show that the t count is 2,883, which means the t count is greater than the t table and shows the influence of social media on tourists' interest in visiting Sabang City. The coefficient of determination produces a figure of 12.7%, which shows that social media has an influence of 12.7% on tourist interest in visiting and the remaining 87.3% is influenced by other factors outside the model.

Abstract

Kebutuhan air bersih layak konsumsi di Dusun XIII Paluh Bahorok, Desa Cengal, Langkat sangat mendesak karena sumber air keruh, berbau, dan terdapat kotoran. TPQ Ibnu Qoyyim di wilayah tersebut juga mengalami masalah serupa. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah membantu mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan mengolah air Sungai Paluh Bahorok menggunakan instalasi dan teknologi penyaring air. Selain memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari, air bersih juga diperlukan untuk keperluan ibadah. Melalui penerapan iptek dan penyuluhan, diterapkan metode sederhana untuk pengolahan air. Hasilnya mencakup satu unit instalasi dengan teknologi sand filter dan satu unit pengolahan air dengan Filter Air FRP 1054. Air bersih yang dihasilkan dapat digunakan oleh Taman Pendidikan Alquran (TPQ) Ibnu Qayyim dan masyarakat Dusun XIII. Program Penerapan Teknologi Tepat Guna (PTTG) ini berhasil memberdayakan masyarakat, melibatkan warga Dusun XIII dan TPQ Ibnu Qayyim dalam seluruh rangkaian kegiatan, sehingga mereka memahami proses penjernihan air dan mampu membangun instalasi air bersih.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the financial feasibility of beef goat business as a family business in the Katangka Village, Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency. This type of research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach, population and sample in this study business actors in the business of slaughtered goats in the Katangka Village, Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency. The results showed that the goat business that was run in the Katangka Village, Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency from the financial feasibility analysis was declared feasible and had economic benefits, as evidenced by the results of calculating the NVP value indicating that NVP> 0.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on Stock Returns of Cement Sub Sector Companies Registered on the IDX. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. This study uses independent variables, namely Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM). The dependent variable is Stock Return. The data used is secondary data derived from the financial reports of cement sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2022. The research sample was taken by purposive sampling method, so that 6 companies were obtained that met the criteria. The research data were analyzed using SPSS version 26. The results of the analysis show that partially the EPS variable has a positive and significant effect on stock returns. While the ROE and NPM variables have no significant effect on stock returns. And simultaneously the variables EPS, ROE, and NPM have no significant effect on stock returns. The results of the Adjusted R Square analysis are 0.102 which indicates that EPS, ROE, and NPM are only able to contribute to Return Shaam of 10.2%, the remaining 89.8% are influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT. Telecommunications Tbk. This type of research is the Quantitative method. The population in this study are all financial statements from 2017-2022. The sample is the balance sheet and income statement. Data collection is done through the method of documentation, namely collecting information about the company PT. Telekomunikasi Tbk, in the form of financial reports through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique used is Economic Value Added (EVA) analysis which is obtained from the difference between the NOPAT value and the WACC value. The results of this study indicate that the financial performance at PT. Telecommunications (Persero), Tbk. The period from 2017 to 2022 when measured using Economic Value Added (EVA) obtained positive results, meaning that PT. Telecommunications is able to create added economic value for investors who have invested their capital, and a level of compensation that is higher than the cost of capital. This reflects the company's financial performance in good condition because it has met investors' expectations and has the best financial performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the potential bankruptcy of PT Bukalapak.com (BUKA) and PT Gojek Tokepedia Tbk (GOTO) using the Z-Score (Altman) method. The population in this study is the financial reports of PT Bukalapak.com (BUKA) and PT Gojek Tokepedia Tbk (GOTO), with a sample of the financial reports of PT Bukalapak.com (BUKA) from 2020 to 2022 and PT Gojek Tokepedia Tbk (GOTO) from 2020 to 2022. Data collection This research was carried out using the documentation method. The data analysis technique uses the Z-Score (Altman) model with the variables Working Capital to Total Assets, Retained Earnings to Total Assets, EBIT to Total Assets, and Book Value of Equity to Book Value of Debt. The results of this research show that in 2020 PT Bukalapak.com (BUKA) and PT Gojek Tokepedia Tbk (GOTO) were in bankruptcy because the Z-Score was below 1,10. In 2021-2022 PT Bukalapak.com (BUKA) and PT Gojek Tokepedia Tbk (GOTO) are in a healthy condition because the Z-Score is above 2,60.

Abstract

Syekh Abdullah Kan'an was a Palestinian cleric and is considered pioneer of Islam to Aceh Besar. Apart from being a scholar, he is also an entrepreneur and an expert in agriculture, especially pepper. He played a role in spreading pepper in Aceh, so he is called the father of Aceh pepper. The aim of this research is to determine the perception of the people of Desa Lampeneu’eun, Aceh Besar, regarding Syekh Abdullah Kan'an as the father of Aceh pepper and to examine his role in the spread of pepper in Aceh. This research is qualitative research. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The findings suggest that Syekh Abdullah Kan'an, better known as Teungku Chik Lampeneu'eun, was born around 400-450 H/1012-1059 AD. The name Abdullah was given by his parents who came from Kan'an, Palestine, and were the first Mufti of the first Sultanate in Aceh. He was the figure who first introduced pepper seeds to the Aceh region. This success led pepper to become an important crop in Aceh. As a cleric, he is revered as a Tengku with blessings, and his reputation is well-known among local people and beyond the region.
