Abstract

Tulisan ini membahas peran penting Mahkamah Syar’iyah dalam pembinaan adat istiadat serta implikasinya terhadap masyarakat. Melalui landasan hukum yang kuat, Mahkamah Syar’iyah memegang peranan utama dalam membentuk dan menjaga adat istiadat dalam masyarakat berbasis nilai-nilai Islam. Analisis ini mencakup landasan hukum yang digunakan oleh Mahkamah Syar’iyah dalam mengembangkan adat istiadat, menjelaskan peran lembaga tersebut dalam melestarikan nilai-nilai budaya dan tradisi, serta mempertimbangkan dampak sosial yang timbul dari intervensi hukum dalam kehidupan masyarakat sehari-hari. Melalui tinjauan ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman lebih dalam mengenai kontribusi Mahkamah Syar’iyah dalam membina adat istiadat dan bagaimana hal ini berdampak dalam kehidupan sosial masyarakat.

Abstract

Women's voting rights are part of human rights guaranteed by modern democratic systems and the Indonesian Constitution. However, women's political participation is often hindered by social, cultural, and conservative religious interpretations. This article aims to analyze women's suffrage from two perspectives: the constitutional democratic system and Islamic constitutional law. The study employs a normative-juridical approach through literature review of both positive legal documents and classical as well as contemporary Islamic texts. The findings show that the Indonesian Constitution—particularly the 1945 Constitution and the Election Law—ensures equal political rights without gender discrimination. From the Islamic perspective, although some classical scholars rejected women's political roles based on certain hadiths, many contemporary scholars permit their participation based on maqasid al-shari'ah, such as justice and public interest (maslahah). Islamic history also records women's involvement in significant events like the Pledges of Aqabah and Ridwan. This article recommends a contextual reinterpretation of religious texts so they do not become barriers to women's political engagement. Thus, women's suffrage can be legitimately accepted in both the constitutional democratic system and a progressive, inclusive interpretation of Islamic constitutional law.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the financial performance of PT. Bank Bukopin, Tbk. 2018 – 2022 using the CAMEL ratio which includes aspects of capital, productive assets, management, profitability and liquidity. Implementation of PT health assessment. Bank Bukopin, Tbk. done by qualify several components of each factor, namely components Capital (Capital), Assets (Assets), Management (management), Earnings (Profitability), Liquidity (liquidity) or abbreviated as CAMEL. CAMEL is a factor that really determines the health of a bank. Aspect These are interrelated and cannot be separated. Results of financial performance assessment with the CAMEL ratio shows that seen from the aspect of capital owned by PT. Bank Bukopin, Tbk. Apparently it was above 8%, so PT. Bank Bukopin, Tbk. Own sufficient capital to cover all risks arising from investment funds in productive assets that support risk. Then look at it from aspect management as measured by Net Profit Margin apparently meets the provisions from Bank Indonesia and apart from that from the aspects of earnings and liquidity achieved by PT. Bank Bukopin, Tbk. in accordance with Bank Indonesia regulations.

Abstract

Peningkatan proses pembelajaran adalah tujuan dari penelitian ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan tingkat keberhasilan belajar PKn siswa kelas XI TKR 3 SMK Negeri 2 Pangkep. Dalam penelitian ini sebagai gambaran penelitian tindakan kelas, langkah-langkah perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi-evaluasi, dan analisis reflektif didaur ulang. 27 siswa laki-laki kelas XI TKR 3 dijadikan sebagai subjek uji coba pembelajaran. Observasi, pengujian, dan pendokumentasian digunakan sebagai strategi pengumpulan data. Temuan studi diperiksa secara kuantitatif, termasuk menghasilkan peningkatan untuk mewakili kinerja siswa dan mencari tahu nilai tes mereka. Mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan pembelajaran Snowball Throwing di SMK Negeri 2 Pangkep untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar PKn siswa kelas XI TKR 3.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect between the implementation of regional financial management information systems and the quality of financial reports in the Palopo City Government. The research method used is a descriptive method using primary data obtained from all SKPD located in Palopo City. The data collection method used is a questionnaire and literature study with a qualitative approach. The analytical tool used in this research is simple regression. The results showed that the implementation of the regional financial management information system had a significant positive effect on the quality of regional financial reports. In the city government of Palopo.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of budget participation and clarity of budget targets on managerial performance at the Makassar City Office Joint Office. The approach used is a descriptive approach with quantitative methods. The population is the head of the agency/skpd, the head of the section/field, and the head of the subdivision at the Joint Office of the Makssar City Office, while the sample taken amounted to 48 respondents. The sampling method is Nonprobability Sampling. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression with the help of statistical package for the social science (SPSS) Version 20 software. Distributed questionnaires utilize ordinal scales. The results showed that the regression coefficient value of the Budget Participation variable of 0.229 with a calculated t value of 2.107 was greater than the table t value of 1.679 so that it could be stated that budget participation had a significant effect on managerial performance. The results of the study on the variable clarity of budget targets showed that the value of the regression coefficient of 1.322 with a calculated t value of 5.009 was greater than the table t value of 1.679 so that it can be stated that the clarity of budget targets has a significant effect on managerial performance at the Makassar City Office Joint Office

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of audit experience, professional skepticism, and time pressure on auditor’s ability to detect fraud at the regional inspectorate of south sulawesi province. The data source in this research is primary data in the form of answers to a questionnaire to the auditor of the regional inspectorate of south sulawesi province. The sampling method in thisr esearch used the saturated sample method and from this method 41 samples met the criteria. The data analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis, where there search results show that the audit experience, professional skepticism, and time pressure have a significant positive effect on the auditor’s ability to detect fraud

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect between motivation on job satisfaction of employees of Perumda Air Minum Makassar City and analyze the role of motivation in job satisfaction of employees of Perumda Air Minum Makassar City. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The independent variable in this study is the motivation variable, while the dependent variable is employee satisfaction. The population in this study were 258 employees of Perumda Air Minum Makassar city. while the sample amounted to 80 people. The research data was obtained by giving a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is the simple linear regression test. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that there is a positive and significant effect of motivation on job satisfaction of employees of Perumda Air Minum Makassar City. Motivation and job satisfaction are interrelated and influence each other. Employees who feel motivated tend to be more satisfied with their jobs because they feel that the efforts they make are recognized and appreciated. So that a company must be able to increase employee motivation so that employee satisfaction can increase and company goals can be achieved easily.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance at PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk for the 2018-2022 period using quarterly, using the Return on Investment ratio, and the Return on Equity ratio using the Du Pont System approach. The population in this study is the entire financial report data of PT. Hero Supermarket Group Tbk taken from the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) website. The sample of this study uses time series data for the last five years consisting of quarterly balance sheets and profit and loss reports from PT. Hero Supermarket Group Tbk Period 2018-2022. Data collection techniques for this study using documentation techniques, which include data collection in the form of quarterly financial reports for the last 5 periods of PT. HERO Supermarket Group Tbk on the company's official website listed where it aims to collect and analyze financial report data and then perform a profitability ratio analysis. From the results of this study, we can see that the impact of converting Giant to IKEA for now looks influential but is still not clearly visible or not significantly visible. To see the results of the significant profitability ratios of PT Hero Supermarket Group Tbk, it takes 2 to 3 years.

Abstract

This research aims todetermine the potential for Financial Distress in cement manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. The equation model used is the Altman Z-Score and the Taffler model. The data collection technique used is the documentation method with quantitative descriptive research data types. The results of the study show that cement sub-sector manufacturing companies for the 2018-2021 period have varied analysis results depending on the type of model implementation used. Companies that are in a healthy condition (safe area) for the two equation models are INTP in 2018-2021, and SMBR in 2018 for the Altman Z-Score model, while the SMGR Taffler model in 2018 is in a healthy condition (safe area). SMGR 2018-2020, WSBP 2018-2019, WTON 2018, and SMBR for 2020-2021 is in a gray area position for the Altman Z-Score equation model. While in the taffler model, companies that are in a gray area position are SMGR in 2019-2021, SMCB 2019-2020, WSBP in 2021, and SMBR in 2018 and 2021. Meanwhile companies that are in a bankrupt position are SMGR in 2021, SMCB in 2018- 2021, 2019-2020 WSBP, 2019-2021 WTON and 2019 SMBR for the Altman Z-Score model. In the taffler model, bankrupt companies are 2018 and 2021 SMCB, 2020 WSBP, and 2019-2020 SMBR. 2019-2020 WSBP, 2019-2021 WTON and 2019 SMBR for the Altman Z-Score model.
