This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge and capability on employee performance at PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Tapung, Kampar Regency. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Tapung, Kampar Regency. The sample of this study used the technique of the census method so that the sample was all employees at PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Tapung Kampar Regency as many as 100 people. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, observations and research files. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with a significant level (?) of 0.05. The results of this study conclude that Knowledge and Capability have a partially significant effect on employee performance, with a significant value less than 0.05. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that Knowledge and Capability have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Tapung Kampar Regency. There is a very strong relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The contribution of Knowledge and Capability variables to employee performance is 85.80%, which is very high.

Objectives: This case report aims to describe a large radiolucent lesion associated with an impacted tooth from CBCT radiographs. Case Report: A 19-year-old woman was referred to have a CBCT examination in the dentomaxillofacial radiology unit in Dental Hospital Universitas Padjadjaran with swelling on the palatal side of the face and a lump on the gum at the upper right unerupted canine and premolar. The CBCT examination results showed impacted teeth 13 and 14 with a large radiolucent lesion with a well-defined and corticated border surrounding teeth 13 and 14, expanding into the maxillary sinus and nasal cavity. Oral hygiene was in good condition. The facial profile looked asymmetrical. Conclusion: Based on the CBCT result in terms of location and radiographic feature, this extensive radiolucent lesion led to a suspect radiodiagnosis of the ameloblastoma. Histology examinations are required to establish a definitive diagnosis. A cyst wall lined with odontogenic squamous epithelium was confirmed in the histology result examination.

Objectives: This case aims to report the finding of a unique lesion in the maxilla in a young female patient. Case Report: The patient, a 21-year-old female, presented with a painless swelling on the left palate for the past 3 months, causing discomfort during eating. On intra-oral examination, there was visible swelling in the left hard palate area, extending from teeth 23 to 26 and extending to the middle of the palate. The patient was referred for a CBCT examination. The aim of writing this article is to assess the findings of a unique case of benign tumor of the palate. The results of the CBCT examination showed radiolucent lesions in the palatal mucosal area without bone resorption. The density of the lesion was higher than that of the surrounding mucosa. The lesion does not damage the tissue of the surrounding area. This is unique because swelling of this size is usually accompanied by extensive bone resorption. Based on its nature, this lesion was diagnosed as a benign soft tissue tumor with differential diagnoses of pyogenic granuloma, pleomorphic adenoma, leiomyoma, and desmoplastic fibroma. Conclusion: The lesion found was a soft tissue tumor lesion at the time; it was found to have a non-aggressive and non-expansive nature, making it difficult to determine a specific radiodiagnosis. The differential diagnosis of this case has been established as follows: Pleomorphic adenoma, pyogenic granuloma and leiomyoma, and pyogenic granuloma, were the options for establishing a provisional radiodiagnosis.

This study aims to determine the effect of social media promotion and facilities jointly and individually on the decision to visit Andalus tourism objects. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the number of respondents as many as 98 people. Hypothesis testing is done by f test (simultaneous) and t test (partial). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the promotion of social media and facilities simultaneously influences the decision to visit Andalus tourism objects. Furthermore, based on a partial test, promotion of social media and facilities affect the decision to visit Andalus tourism objects. The close relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is very strong with the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable of 67.60 %.

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price and promotion on the sales volume of catfish nuggets at UPR CV. Graha Pratama Fish in Koto Mesjid Village, XIII Koto Kampar District. The population in this study were all consumers who bought catfish nugget products at UPR CV. Graha Pratama Fish in Koto Mesjid Village, XIII Koto Kampar District in 2020, totaling 1,244 consumers and based on the Slovin formula it is known that the number of samples in this study amounted to 93 respondents. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression model. Based on the results of simultaneous and partial tests, the variables of product quality, price and promotion proved to have an effect on the sales volume of catfish nuggets at UPR CV. Graha Pratama Fish in Koto Mesjid Village, XIII Koto Kampar District. The close relationship that occurs between the variables of product quality, price and sales volume of catfish nuggets at UPR CV. Graha Pratama Fish in Koto Mesjid Village, XIII Koto Kampar District is very strong, while the contribution of product quality, price and sales volume variables is in a strong category.

The Peucicap Aneuk tradition is part of past culture with historical value. In its implementation there are religious symbols that have their own meaning. The approach used in this research is semiotic theory to read and understand the meaning of the symbols used by the people of Aceh during the implementation of the Peucicap Aneuk procession. with descriptive qualitative research design. primary data of this research comes from field observations of the Peucicap Aneuk procession and secondary data comes from journals, books, and ancient Acehnese manuscripts. This research showed that, in general, the Acehnese people perform the Peucicap Aneuk procession in the morning on the 7th (seventh) day after a mother gives birth to her child. When the peucicap ritual is carried out, there are 17 (seventeen) symbols, namely rice and paddy, sticky rice, Tumpo, On Peusijuek, free-range chicken egg yolk, rice kneaded into porridge, honey, Zam-Zam water, fruits, chicken thighs, chicken liver, turmeric, salt, sugar, coconut, mirror, Quran. In the Peucicap Aneuk procession, this article confirms the expectations of every parent for their children through the representation of cultural symbols. This article shows that there are several relations between the role of these symbols and the spirit of the community to preserve this culture in line with Islamic values.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan minat dan hasil belajar siswa dengan penerapan strategi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi aplikasi digital. Penggunaan strategi pembelajaran ini dilatarbelakangi dari rendahnya minat dan hasil belajar bahasa indonesia khususnya pada kompetensi keterampilan. Sasaran penerapan strategi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa siswi kelas VII dan VIII MTsN 2 Aceh Utara. Penggunaan aplikasi digital terbagi atas dua kategori yaitu Google Cardbord dan Poster MyWall (Canva) digunakan untuk materi komptensi keterampilan dan Quizizz dan Google Form digunakan untuk melakukan evaluasi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dikembangkan dengan berbagai langkah, meliputi langkah mendesain syntax pembelajaran, mendesain alur distribusi materi, mendesain media pembelajaran dan mendesain evaluasi pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan strategi ini dapat meningkatkan hasil dan minat belajar siswa. Hal ini terlihat dari persentase ketuntasan belajar siswa pada menulis teks cerita fantasi sebesar 91,66%, menulis teks deskripsi sebesar 83,33%, dan membuat poster sebesar 100%. Sementara hasil angket minat belajar siswa kelas VII sebesar 82,62% dan siswa kelas VIII sebesar 89,28%. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan strategi pembelajaran peranti akal (pembelajaran berbasis teknologi aplikasi digital) dapat meningkatkan hasil dan minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran bahasa indonesia di MTsN 2 Aceh Utara. ABSTRACTThe research aims to determine the increase in student interest and learning outcomes by applying learning strategies “peranti akal (pembelajaran berbasis teknologi aplikasi digital)”. The use of this learning strategy is motivated by the low interest and learning outcomes of Indonesian language, especially in skill competencies. The target of implementing the strategy in this research is students of grades VII and VIII MTsN 2 North Aceh. The use of digital applications is divided into two categories, namely Google Cardbord and MyWall Posters (Canva) used for skill compatibility materials and Quizizz and Google Forms used to evaluate learning. This Penelitian is developed with various steps, including designing learning syntax, designing material distribution flows, designing learning media and designing learning evaluations. The results showed that using this strategy can improve student learning outcomes and interests. This can be seen from the percentage of student learning completeness in writing fantasy story texts by 91.66%, writing description texts by 83.33%, and making posters by 100%. Meanwhile, the results of the questionnaire on the learning interest of grade VII students amounted to 82.62% and grade VIII students amounted to 89.28%. Thus, it can be concluded that with a learning strategies “peranti akal (pembelajaran berbasis teknologi aplikasi digital)” can improve student learning outcomes and interest in Indonesian language subjects in MTsN 2 North Aceh. Gudang middle mile memiliki fungsi sebagai penghubung antara first mile dan last mile delivery [1]. Sebagai Gudang middle mile Palembang adalah Gudang besar penghubung untuk daerah sumatera selatan, Gudang ini memiliki SLA KPI yang kurang baik selama bulan November 2021- januari 2021 yaitu late picking, sending dan sorting sebanyak 2870 AWB. Setelah dilakukn define menggunakan Value Stream Mapping dan improvement menggunakan pendekatan re-layout dan Job leveling maka didapatkan perbaikan kesalahan yang terjadi pada bulan februari-april 2022 yaitu sebanyak 289 AWB. Dari hasil Value stream mapping future state didapatkan total waktu proses yang lebih baik setelah dilakukan perbaikan dengan menggunakan re-layout dan job leveling. Selain itu dalam penelitian didapatkan jika terdapat optimalisasi kebutuhan man power yang sebelumnya sebanyak lima orang menjadi empat orang.

The purpose of this research is to prove and analyze, 1) The influence of leadership on personnel performance, 2) The influence of organizational culture on personnel performance, 3) The influence of work motivation on personnel performance, and 4) The influence of leadership, organizational culture, and work motivation simultaneously on the performance of police personnel in all Pidie Jaya District Police Offices, Aceh Province. The analysis was carried out descriptively and with a Path analysis approach. The results of the descriptive study show that the response of the police personnel being studied is the perceived leadership level of what is expected by the Polri personnel at the Pidie Jaya Police office, judged by the personnel to be good, reaching 79.56 percent of expectations. Meanwhile, the assessment of aspects of organizational culture is quite good in supporting personnel performance. Personnel assessment scores on organizational culture among offices reached 73.48% and from the assessment the level of work motivation of personnel reached 76%, and this is quite good, and the level of performance has reached a fairly good category, namely 74.03%, although it still can. be improved again. The results of the correlation analysis between variables show that the correlation between leadership, organizational culture and work motivation on the performance of the Police personnel at the Pidie Jaya Police Office is obtained R of 0.803 which explains the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables, has high closeness, and is linearly related, with The degree of relationship is 0.803 Based on quantitative analysis, using a path analysis approach, the results are: a) There is a significant influence on the aspects of leadership on the performance of Polri personnel at the Pidie Jaya Police office (Y), both direct and indirect effects due to the relationship between The variables studied were 37.62 percent, b). There was a direct influence on organizational culture factors, or an indirect influence due to the causal relationship between organizational culture and leadership and work motivation on the performance of Polri personnel at the Pidie Jaya Police office, namely 11.50 percent , c). There is a significant influence on aspects of work motivation on the performance of the Police Personnel at the Pidie Jaya Police office, namely 15.51 percent, d). The amount of influence of leadership, organizational culture and work motivation on personnel performance is 64.5%. While the rest (residual value) from the role of the variables not studied was 35.5%. The residual value indicates that there are other factors that can affect the personnel performance variable

The number of cooperatives in Indonesia reaches hundreds of thousands, but not all of them are active due to several factors including member participation, business volume, total assets and outside capital. The purpose of this study is to provide the dominant factors that influence the success of cooperatives in terms of SHU/profits. The data used is from 2001-2021 with multiple regression as the analysis tool. The results of the analysis show that simultaneously the variables own capital, outside capital and businesa volume affect the SHU. Partially own capital does not affect the profit, while sales volume and outside capital affect the profit. The limitation of this research is that the data used is not based on the types of cooperatives in Indonesia
