DSS is built to support the solution recommendation of a problem. AHP and VIKOR are examples of DSS method. Due to VIKOR’s subjective weighting, this study combines the AHP and VIKOR approach to create a better and more reliable decision support system. The DSS is used to recommend article acceptance using five criteria: originality, quality, clarity, significance, and relevance. The results showed that AHP-VIKOR outperforms the performance of VIKOR. AHP weighting reliably replaces the subjective VIKOR’s initial weighting. The AHP-VIKOR result is more accurate and steadier than VIKOR. Thus, AHP-VIKOR can be presented as a proposed approach for creating a recommendation of scientific article acceptance.

Perkembangan dunia game sangatlah pesat. Game bahkan sudah menjadi bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari kebudayaan dan melahirkan banyak kompetisi. Berbagai genre game semakin banyak dikembangkan. Genre Multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) menjadi salah satu genre yang paling digemari, hal ini tak luput dari sistem informasi yang diberikan oleh pengembang terhadap pemain. DotA 2, League of Legends, dan Paladins adalah tiga dari sekian banyaknya game MOBA yang diminati oleh pemain Indonesia. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisis berdasarkan kenyamanan pemain yang didapatkan dari hasil analisis user interface dengan menggunakan 6 aspek pada prinsip Usability, yaitu: Visual clarity, Consistency, Informative feedback, Explicitness, Appropriate functionality, dan flexibilty and control. Hasil penelitian bisa digunakan sebagai acuan untuk mengetahui game mana yang paling populer dan agar pengembang selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan game yang lebih baik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa DotA 2 mendapatkan skor yang paling tinggi dan merupakan game MOBA yang paling populer di Indonesia.

Word correction used to find an incorrect word in writing. Levenshtein distance is one of algorithm to correcting typing error. It is an algorithm that calculates a difference between two strings. The operations that used to the calculation are insert, delete, and substitution. However, this algorithm has a disadvantage that it cannot overcome two switched letters in the same word. The algorithm that can solve those issues is a damerau Levenshtein. This research aims to analyse a damerau Levenshtein algorithm that used to correcting Indonesian spelling. The dataset in this research consists of two fairy tale stories with a total of 1266 words and 100 typing errors. From these two algorithms, the accuracy is up to 73% on Levenshtein distance and 75% on damerau Levenshtein.

Stemming is the process of finding a basic word with several stages of affix removal. The main reason for stemming is to check spelling and machine translation and to support the effectiveness of the retrieval process. This study uses the Nazief and Adriani algorithm for stemming Javanese-influenced words. The first step taken is data collection and making a basic word dictionary. Then do the stemming process. Before stemming, modifications are made to the rules. The rules of the Nazief and Adriani algorithm, which are based on the morphology rules of the Indonesian language, are modified to suit the morphological rules of the Javanese language. Of the 366 words that were tested, it produced 351 correct basic words and 15 basic words that experienced errors. The results show that this algorithm can be used for stemming Javanese with an accuracy value of 95.9%.

Stemming is one of the essential stages of text mining. This process removes prefixes and suffixes to produce root words in a text. This study uses a string matching algorithm, namely Damerau Levenshtein Distance (DLD), to find the basic word forms of Javanese. Test data of 300 words that have a prefix, insertion, suffix, a combination of prefix and suffix, and word repetition. The results of this study indicate that the Damerau Levenshtein Distance (DLD) algorithm can be used for Stemming Javanese text with an accuracy value of 49.6%.

Abstract: Website is a collection of related pages and used to display information in the form of text, images, sounds, or a combination of everything that is static or dynamic. Website can be used as a marketing tool. This article discusses collaborative website development for marketing digital teaching materials. The development of this website is expected to increase the usefulness of student thesis products in the form of teaching materials. Finally this development study finds that the website can be implemented for selling the academics products.Key Words: collaborative marketing, website, digital learning materialsAbstrak: Website adalah kumpulan halaman terkait dan digunakan untuk menampilkan informasi dalam bentuk teks, gambar, suara, atau kombinasi dari segala sesuatu yang statis atau dinamis. Website dapat digunakan sebagai alat pemasaran. Artikel ini membahas pengembangan website kolaboratif untuk pemasaran materi pengajaran digital. Pengembangan website ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kegunaan produk tesis mahasiswa dalam bentuk bahan ajar. Abstract: One of the newest and most well-known training patterns for developing students career in terms of skills and knowledge is Dual Education System. This gives an opportunity for the student to attend for the real practical work in the real environment where learning is the real task and activities which equip students with the required skills and knowledge. These tasks and activities are really done in industrial work practices areas where they provide the knowledge appropriate on the student’s field of expertise. One the industrial practices areas are Universities. A survey was conducted using a questionnaire consisting of eight aspects which include: the implementations of the industrial practices (Prakerin). Based on school and students preparation, the resemblance of material provided theoretically and practically, supervision and monitoring students activities, facilities in the industrial practices area, students creativity and initiative, cooperation, students’ discipline and attendance, students achievement and lastly student’s readiness on doing industrial practices (Prakerin).The survey results show that there is the effectiveness of dual education system program on vocational students’ industry practices (Prakerin) in Universities.Key Words: dual education system, industrial practices area/placeAbstrak: Salah satu pola pelatihan terbaru dan paling terkenal untuk mengembangkan karir siswa dalam hal keterampilan dan pengetahuan adalah Pendidikan Sistem Ganda. Hal ini memberi kesempatan bagi siswa untuk berada dalam kerja praktek nyata di lingkungan yang sebenarnya dimana pembelajaran adalah tugas dan aktivitas nyata yang membekali siswa dengan keterampilan dan pengetahuan yang dibutuhkan. Tugas-tugas dan kegiatan tersebut dilakukan di praktek kerja industri di mana mereka memberikan pengetahuan yang tepat di bidang keahlian siswa. Salah satu tempat praktik industrinya adalah Universitas. Sebuah survei dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri dari delapan aspek yang meliputi: implementasi praktik industri (Prakerin). Berdasarkan persiapan sekolah dan siswa, kemiripan materi yang diberikan secara teoritis dan praktis, pengawasan dan monitoring kegiatan sis-wa, fasilitas pada tempat praktek industri, kreatifitas dan inisiatif siswa, kerjasama, disiplin dan kehadiran siswa, serta prestasi siswa dan yang terakhir adalah kesiapan siswa dalam melaksanakan praktek industri (Prakerin). Hasil survei dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada keefektifan program pendidikan sistem ganda pada praktik industri siswa SMK (Prakerin) di Perguruan Tinggi.Kata kunci: pendidikan sistem ganda, praktik kerja industri

Abstract: This paper describes the practical activities of Electrical Energy Systems (EES) course at University of South Australia (UniSA). The practical subject is Laboratory Component (LC). It is a compulsory subject for first-year students of bachelor of the engineering program. Students may do practically in conventional laboratories or by using Internet-based remote laboratory (RL). An experiment was conducted to explore the students’ preference for practical approaches. Most students prefer the RL schedule flexibility while the others like to do real component wiring in an electrical laboratory. The combination between proximal and remote laboratories may become the best approach to delivering the LC practical.Key Words: real laboratory, remote laboratory, laboratory componentAbstrak: Tulisan ini menjelaskan kegiatan praktis pada matakuliah Electrical Energy Systems (EES) di University of South Australia (UniSA). Subjek praktis dalam penelitian ini adalah Laboratory Component (LC). Sebagai matakuliah wajib untuk mahasiswa tahun pertama dari sarjana program rekayasa. Siswa diharapkan dapat melakukan praktek di laboratorium konvensional atau dengan menggunakan remote laboratorium berbasis internet (RL). Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengeksplorasi preferensi siswa pada pendekatan praktis. Kebanyakan siswa lebih suka fleksibilitas jadwal RL sementara yang lain ingin melakukan real component wiring di laboratorium listrik. Kombinasi antara laboratorium proksimal dan terpencil mungkin menjadi pendekatan terbaik untuk memberikan LC praktis.Kata kunci: laboratorium nyata, laboratorium terpencil, komponen laboratorium

The development of smart city operation room of Makassar possesses several equally important stages which are equally important. There are four stages of development that are 1) data center construction, 2) camera distribution around the city , 3) wall room monitoring construction, and 4) smart operation room architecture construction. Since the time and cost are limited, it forces the project manager to be able to manage and control the priority in conducting the project. There are several usable criteria to determine the priority in conducting the project development through criteria consideration of the entire project stages. Project priority optimization system aims at making every single project activity effective including its evaluation process. It also exposes a ranking illustration of foremost project priority by providing cost preference of the entire development stages. Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision-Making is used to illustrate the project priority rank and further to determine the alternative optimal option in conducting the project. This enforces particular project to allocate its cost to the project with a higher level of cost necessity. The company, therefore, enables to make effective funding for the entire project based on the level of importance and time achievement and subsequently it promotes accessible technology integration. The conducted experiment suggests that the first construction of the project is data center construction followed by wall room construction and CCTV distribution. This is relevant with optimization value result of data center 0,405 higher than A2 0,42 for wall room construction and A3 CCTV distribution 0,24.

Abstract: This research was aimed to develop learning media in the form of educational games on computers and basic networks subject with Teams Game Tournament model at SMK Negeri 12 Malang. To develop the learning media, used Sadiman methods and LORI as assessment instruments. The results of this research indicate that the results of the material expert validation was 88.6%, media expert validation was 91.85%, and students was 91.33%. The media is declared valid and feasible as a learning media. This article discusses the product and development process, and the test results to assess the feasibility of the product.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berupa game edukasi ular tangga pada mata pelajaran komputer dan jaringan dasar dengan bermuatan Teams Game Tournament di SMK Negeri 12 Malang. Pengembangan media pembelajaran ini menggunakan metode Sadiman dan untuk instrumen penilaian media menggunakan LORI. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa hasil validasi ahli materi mendapatkan 88.6%, validasi ahli media 91.85%, dan siswa 91.33%. Media dinyatakan valid dan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Artikel ini membahas desain produk dan proses pengembangan, dan hasil tes untuk menilai kelayakan produk.
