Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh fenomena yang terjadi pada faktanya yakni di SMA Negeri 1 Teluk Meranti yang mana pengaruh budaya asing sejalan dengan perkembangan informasi teknologi yang pesat berpotensi mengancam identitas nasional dan nilai-nilai kebangsaan. Oleh karena itu, Pendidikan Pancasila menjadi sangat penting untuk menumbuhkan rasa nasionalisme dan kesadaran akan identitas bangsa di kalangan generasi muda. penelitian ini berfokus pada bagaimana pendidikan pancasila dapat menjadi alat untuk memperkuat wawasan kebangsaan siswa, khususnya di tingkat SMA. Fenomena tersebut menunjukkan bahwa fakta yang terjadi dilapangan tidak sesuai dengan kondisi ideal yang seharusnya terjadi. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah terdapat pengaruh Pendidikan Pancasila terhadap Wawasan Kebangsaan siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Teluk Meranti. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara, angket/kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Pengolahan data dengan analisis statistik dengan rumus regresi linear sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil uji signifikansi regresi linear sederhana F hitung ≥ F tabel yaitu 94,560 ≥ 3,96 dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti variabel Pendidikan Pancasila  berpengaruh terhadap variabel Wawasan Kebangsaan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Job Readiness of Graduates of the Electrical Power Installation Engineering Department at SMK Negeri 1 West Sumatra. Job readiness is a comprehensive individual condition that encompasses physical, mental, and experiential aspects of life, as well as the willingness and ability to perform work or an activity. The research method employed in this study is a descriptive approach with a quantitative orientation. The variables studied are the job readiness of graduates of the Electrical Power Installation Engineering Department of SMK Negeri 1 West Sumatra. The research instrument used in this study was a questionnaire that was distributed to respondents directly, which had 1 variable and 6 indicators. Based on the results of statistical calculations, the graduate job readiness variable is in the classification score of 76.7% ready to work, 23.3% likely to continue their education, or become entrepreneurs. The results of this study can be concluded that the job readiness of graduates of the Electrical Power Installation Engineering Department of SMK Negeri 1 West Sumatra, some continue to college, some work according to their fields and some work (Placeholder1) (Placeholder2) which is not following their field of expertise, and some are looking for work.

Abstract

Human potential in human resource management is divided into four parts, first emotional potential, second physical potential, third intellectual potential, fourth spiritual potential. The existence of human potential by integrating human resource management based on spiritual behavior. This research aims to build human ethics and morality in interacting, build human potential in developing skills, balance welfare at work and create an environment that is in accordance with inspiration or a desired goal. . By using qualitative research methods, literature study or library research. The results of this research show that based on a study of several scientific works that have been presented, it can be concluded that optimizing human potential by integrating spiritual behaviorbased human resource management can be done in three ways, namely by paying attention to several things including, the importance of values and ethics, creating prosperity. in individuals or groups, making leadership spiritually based. These three things refer to an approach to human resource management that emphasizes the importance of spiritual values, ethics and morality in the work environment. This approach can improve employee welfare, productivity and organizational sustainability

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze innovative educational management strategies that can increase parental involvement at Sirojul Ummah Prasi Gading Senior High School (SMA). Data analysis using data collection methods carried out observations, interviews and documentation analysis to gain an in-depth understanding of the challenges faced in parental involvement and develop innovative strategies that can be implemented. This research uses qualitative analysis research methods. With the research location at Sirojul Ummah Prasi Gading High School (SMA). In this case, collaboration between schools and parents is the main key. The research identified several innovative strategies, such as using digital platforms for real-time communication, involving parents in decision making through regular meetings, and organizing joint activities that involve parents in the educational process.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of the One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) policy based on Regional Regulation No. 05 of 2016 in Pejangkungan Village, and to identify supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, as well as data analysis of the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of PTSP has brought positive changes to the pattern of public services, marked by a good understanding of regulations, the preparation of SOPs, and commitment from village officials. However, its implementation still faces obstacles, such as limited human resources, minimal technical training, inadequate infrastructure, and weak evaluation and monitoring systems. The conclusion shows that although the implementation of the policy is quite effective in changing the service system to be more structured and efficient, strategies are needed to strengthen the capacity of the apparatus, utilize technology, and provide ongoing support from the local government so that the policy implementation runs optimally.   Keywords: Policy Implementation, Public Services, Village, One-Stop Integrated Service, Resources

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to develop an English learning application based on information systems to improve the speaking skills of LKP Bintang Mulia students. The app features voice recording, pronunciation practice, speaking exercises, and an essay tool to support structured speaking. This development addresses the limited use of technology and reliance on conventional teaching methods at the institution. Thirty students participated in a pre-test and post-test evaluation covering fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, and confidence. The average score increased from 62.4 to 78.6, with post-test scores of 79.5 (fluency), 78.0 (pronunciation), 77.8 (vocabulary), and 79.1 (confidence). The gain score was 16.2 and the normalized gain was 0.43, indicating medium effectiveness. A paired t-test showed significant improvement (p < 0.001), and the effect size (Cohen’s d = 2.2) indicated a large impact. Student feedback confirmed the app’s usability and effectiveness. These results show that integrating technology through interactive applications can significantly enhance speaking ability in language learning. Keyword: speaking skills; English learning app; information systems; language technology; LKP Bintang Mulia Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi pembelajaran bahasa Inggris berbasis sistem informasi untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa LKP Bintang Mulia. Aplikasi ini memiliki fitur rekaman suara, latihan pengucapan, latihan berbicara, dan alat bantu esai untuk mendukung berbicara terstruktur. Pengembangan ini mengatasi keterbatasan penggunaan teknologi dan ketergantungan pada metode pengajaran konvensional di lembaga tersebut. Tiga puluh siswa berpartisipasi dalam evaluasi pra-tes dan pasca-tes yang mencakup kelancaran, pengucapan, kosakata, dan kepercayaan diri. Skor rata-rata meningkat dari 62,4 menjadi 78,6, dengan skor pasca-tes 79,5 (kelancaran), 78,0 (pengucapan), 77,8 (kosakata), dan 79,1 (kepercayaan diri). Skor penguatan adalah 16,2 dan penguatan ternormalisasi adalah 0,43, yang menunjukkan efektivitas sedang. Uji-t berpasangan menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan (p < 0,001), dan ukuran efek (Cohen's d = 2,2) menunjukkan dampak yang besar. Umpan balik siswa mengonfirmasi kegunaan dan efektivitas aplikasi. Abstract

Pelatihan Bahan Ajar Digital bagi guru di Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan pengetahuan peserta dalam memanfaatkan bahan ajar digital. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh 47 orang peserta dan dilaksanakan selama 2 hari. Pendekatan yang dilakukan pelatihan dalam membuat bahan terbuka digital berbasis canva. Peserta adalah guru-guru yang tergabung dalam MGMP PPKn SMP Lirik Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu Riau. Melalui angket yang terisi peserta setelah pelatihan, bahwa guru telah memahami dan menambah pengetahuan mereka melalui pelatihan terbukti dengan masing-masing peserta wajib mengumpulkan project (bahan ajar digital) sebagai syarat untuk mendapatkan sertifikat pelatihan. Begitu juga dengan Tingkat kepuasan guru dalam mengikuti pelatihan sebesear 85%.

Abstract

Many factors are projected to affect the success of elementary school principals. The basis of this research is the impact and factors that influence the central performance of the State Elementary School Principals in North Sumatra Labuhan Batu Regency, especially the variables of organizational culture, interpersonal communication, innovative behavior, work motivation, and performance of the elementary school principal. This research is quantitative research with ex post facto research. The variables analyzed were not controlled and modified by the researcher, but the facts were revealed based on measuring the symptoms that have been owned or testing what will happen. The path analysis technique was used to investigate the pattern of relationships between variables to know the direct and indirect effects between endogenous and exogenous factors. Research results indicated that the exogenous component that had more substantial direct effect on the principal’s work motivation was the innovative behavior of the principle, interpersonal communication abilities, and the relatively less influential variable was the school’s organizational culture. Meanwhile, exogenous characteristics that had more substantial direct effect on the success of school principals are the school’s organizational culture, the principal’s work drive, innovative conduct and the lowest interpersonal communication abilities.

Abstract

Penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Discovery Learning terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila pada kelas XI Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri 1 Mandau. Kelompok kelas eksperimen menggunakan model Discovery Learning, sedangkan kelompok Kelas kontrol menggunakan metode ceramah. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes esai Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) dan observasi, Data dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas, homogenitas, uji-t, dan uji normalitas skor gain dengan SPSS 30. Hasil menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan model Discovery Learning dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa (p 0,05) dengan nilai N-Gain kategori cukup efektif.

Abstract

Abstrak: Bullying merupakan permasalahan sosial yang kerap terjadi di persekolahan, tidak hanya secara verbal seperti mengejek dan mencaci. Tetapi sudah sampai kepada tindakan menyakiti fisik seperti memukul bahkan dapat menyebabkan kehilangan nyawa. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan edukasi kepada peserta didik tentang pengertian, cara pencegahan dan penanganan hingga regulasi hukum mengenai bullying di indonesia. Metode yang dilakukan berupa sosialisasi, tanya jawab dan melalui permainan kartu sadari bullying. Adapun mitra dari pengabdian ini adalah 35 orang peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Atas. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemahaman peserta terhadap kegiatan ini, dilakukan evaluasi berupa pengisian google form, yang didapati hasil bahwa 100% peserta didik memahami bullying dan bertekad untuk tidak melakukan tindakan bullying dimanapun, pada siapapun dan kapanpun.Abstract: Bullying is a social problem that often occurs in schools, not only verbally such as teasing and insulting. But it has reached the point of physical harm, such as hitting, which can even cause loss of life. This service activity aims to provide education to students about understanding, how to prevent and handle it, as well as legal regulations regarding bullying in Indonesia. The methods used include socialization, questions and answers and through card games, awareness of bullying. The partners for this service are 35 class X students at SMAN 3 Dumai. To find out how the participants understood this activity, an evaluation was carried out in the form of filling out a Google form, which found that 100% of the students understood bullying and were determined not to carry out bullying anywhere, on anyone and at any time.
