This study aims to determine the effect of advanced organizer learning model using concept mapping on studentââ¬â¢s physics learning achievement SMA Negeri 1 Lingsar. This research type is quasi experiment with pretest-posttest control group design. The population of this study is all students of class XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Lingsar with sampling technique using purposive sampling. The classes that sampled are class XI IPA 2 as experiment class and class XI IPA 1 as control class. The results of study are learning outcome in the cognitive aspect while affective and psychomotor aspect as supporting data. The instrument was used to measure the learning outcome of the cognitive aspect is an objective test. The result of prerequisite analysis test shows that posttest data are normal and homogeneous distributed so that statistic test used is parametric statistic t-test poled varian with t test criteria of two parties, and obtained = 2.19 and à= 1.99 at 5% significant level. Thereforeà>ààthen àis rejected and àis accepted, it can be concluded that there is the effect of advanced organizer learning model using concept mapping on studentââ¬â¢s physics learning achievement SMA Negeri 1 Lingsar.

This research aimed to examine the effect of expository learning model scaffolding assisted and advance organizer toward physics learning outcome the students of class X. This is a quasi experiment with pretest-postest control group design. The population of this research is all students of class X IPA SMAN 4 Mataram. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. There are two samples taken that is sample as a class given treatment in the form of learning using scaffolding expository aided learning model (class X IPA 1) and classes treated using expository learning model assisted advance organizer (class X IPA 2). The data of learning outcome is obtained by using the multiple-choice test of 25 questions. After hypothesis testing using statistical test (t-test separated varian). The first hypothesis testing showed that tcount > ttable which means that Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted. The second hypothesis testing showed that, tcount > ttable which means that Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted. Based on the hypothesis test, it can be concluded that there is effect of expository learning model with scaffolding and advance organizer to the physics learning outcome of students.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of using virtual laboratory in guided inquiry learning on studentsââ¬â¢ mastery concept of heat material.àThis study is quasi experiments with posttest only control group design. There were 58 respondents in this study which were divided into two group; experimental group and control group. The data were analyzed by using t-test. The results showed that experimental groupsââ¬â¢ mastery concepts significantly differed from the control group. It can be concluded that the use of virtual laboratory in guided inquiry learning model affects studentsââ¬â¢ mastery concepts of heat material.

This research aims to determine the effect of experimental based learning cycle 5E model to the critical thinking ability of physics students class XI SMAN 1 Gerung. This research is a quasi experimental research with design called "untreated control group design with pretest and posttes". The population in this study is all students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Gerung, and sampling technique using purposive sampling. There are two samples taken are class XI MIPA-3 as experiment class and XI MIPA-2 as control class. The data collection critical thinking ability using the technique to description of 6 questions. Based on the result, it is found that the average posttest of experimental critical thinking ability is 70,28 and control class is 62,39. The obtained data were first tested for normality and homogeneity. Both classes were normally distributed and homogeneous, followed by hypothesis testing using statistical test (t-test polled variance). The hypothetical test of critical thinking ability was obtained by ÃÂ of 3.38, of 1.99 at significant level of 0.05, because ÃÂ is greater than ÃÂ , H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The conclusion of this research, there is influence of experimental based learning cycle 5E model to the critical thinking ability of physics learners class XI SMAN 1 Gerung.

The study intended to discover : 1) the impact of Guided InquiryàLearning Model (henceforth, GILM) towards students scientificàprocessing skills and conceptual mastery which was reviewed from their prior knowleadgeà(high or low ), 2)àthe impact ofàstudents basic levelàof knowledge towardsàtheiràscientific processing skills and conceptual mastery, and 3) the interaction between learning model and students prior knowledge towards their scientific processing skills and conceptual mastery. The study employed quasi experimental method with 2 x 2 factorial analyses. The study was conducted in Junior High School 2 Mataram (SMPN 2 Mataram) in academic year of 2016/2017. The sample of data collection utilized cluster random sampling technique. Both experimental and control groups were consisted of 62 students.àScientific processing skills and conceptual mastery observation sheets were used as research instruments. The data analyzed with Anava with SPSS version 20 for windows. The results showed that 1) there was a significant impact of GILM and conventional learning model towards studentsââ¬â¢ scientific processing skills and conceptual mastery, 2) there was no significant impact of students prior knowledge towards their scientific processing skills and conceptual mastery, 3) there was no interaction between learning models and studentsââ¬â¢ prior knowledge towards their scientific processing skills and conceptual mastery.

This research aims to develop project-based teaching materials of experimental Physics that can improve the critical thinking skills of prospective teachers. This research includes development of education which is divided into three phases, namely preliminary study phase, product design development phase, and product testing phase. The results showed that the teaching materials that have been developed feasible / well used in learning and meet the validation test by the expert for the contentsââ¬â¢ feasibility, presentation and language with good category. Studentsââ¬â¢ response after using the teaching materials is very good to support and complete the teaching materials at the time of lecturing. The teaching materials which tested in experimental Physics II were able to improve students' critical thinking skills from the initial test result with the mean score of 38.1 and the final test result with the mean score of 69.8.

Lesson material presented in the form of data or facts and specific concepts on expository learning model helps learners to connect new material with material that precedes it, so organizers help is provided to instill meaningful learning. This study aims to determine the difference of influence of the implementation of learning model of assisted advance organizer and post organizer expository. The population in this study is all students of class X MIA SMA Negeri 3 Mataram academic year 2017/2018. Sampling is done by purposive sampling technique, and quasi experimental research uses non-equivalent control group design with pre-test-and post-test. The results obtained from the classroom given the treatment of expository learning model assisted by advance organizer and post organizer have the same tendency improvement. In both classes there is a relatively similar increase in the mastery of the previous concept, but the difference between the two is not much different. Therefore, there is no difference of influence between expository model of assisted advance organizer and post organizer to the mastery of work and energy concepts of learners.

The aim of this research is to know the effect of using Predict Observe Explain (POE) method toward studentsââ¬â¢ achievement in Physics. This is an experimental research by using experimental group and control group. The research design was Post-test Only Control Group Design. The population of this research was the students of class VII SMPN 1 Lembar academic year 2015/2016. The sampling technique was Cluster Random Sampling in which class VII 2 as the control group and class VII 3 as the experimental group. Both of the groups were given a pre-test before the treatment to know the homogeneity of the groups. The instrument used is an objective test in form of multiple choices. The finding showed that the mean of the posttest in experimental group was 70 and the control group was 60.67, in which both of them were distributed normal and homogeneous. The post-test result was analyzed by using t-test (t-test polled variants) in which the value of the was 2.473 and the àwas 2.015 with dk=46 and the significant level was 5%. It showed that the was accepted and was rejected. Therefore, it can be concluded that Predict Observe Explain (POE) Method gave significant effect to the studentsââ¬â¢ achievement in Physics at Class VII SMPN 1 Lembar Academic year 2015/2016.

This study aims to determine the response of teachers and students to physics learning with a guided inquiry learning model combined with an advanced organizer. This research was conducted in three senior high schools in Mataram. This research is a pre-experimental study. The subjects of this study were 3 physics teachers and 60 students in Mataram. The data obtained in this study are teacher and studentââ¬â¢ questionnaire response data. The results of the study showed that both the response of students and the response to learning with guided inquiry learning models combined with advanced organizers included in the excellent category.

The purpose of this study is to determine the validity of a learning tools based generative model with virtual laboratory. This type of research is Research & Development refers to the 4-D model which consists of four stages of development, namely define, design, develop and disseminate. Learning tools developed in the form of syllabus, RPP, LKPD, and evaluation instruments.ÃÂ This paper only focused on the process of testing the validation of the contents and constructs of the learning tool. Validation has been carried out by experts using a validity test instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Validity test for syllabus, lesson plan, student worksheet and evaluation instruments get results with valid categories. Based on the results and discussion of the research it can be concluded that this learning tool is feasible to be used in physics learning.
