Abstract

This research aims to determine the feasibility of a device with an advance organizer learning model to improve student’s mastery of concepts and physics retention. Learning device developed include syllabus, lesson plans, student worksheet, concept maps, concept mastery and physics retention test instruments. The research design used is Research and Development (R&D) with the 4D model (define, design, develop & disseminate). This research is limited only to the development stage, namely validation by a validator with supporting data in the form of student responses to the developed device. The results of validation using CVR and CVI show that the device is in the very feasible category. The response results showed an average percentage of 99% with very good category. Thus, it can be concluded that the device developed is very suitable for use in learning physics and is predicted to increase the mastery of concepts and student retention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan produk perangkat pembelajaran dengan model reciprocal teaching untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar fisika peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan model penelitian 4D Models yang terdiri dari tahap pendefinisian (Define), perancangan (Desain), pengembangan (Develop), dan penyebaran (Disseminate). Kelayakan perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dilihat dari hasil rata-rata perhitungan skor penilaian enam ahli yang dihitung dengan validitas dan reliabilitas perangkat. Selanjutnya dilakukan penyebaran angket respon pada mahasiswa S1 pendidikan fisika FKIP, Universitas Mataram. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan penilaian ahli menunjukkan bahwa hasil pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran memiliki nilai kelayakan dengan kriteria cukup valid dan reliabel pada Silabus, RPP, Materi Ajar, LKPD dan instrumen tes yang dikembangkan. Hasil respon mahasiswa dan peserta didik menunjukkan respon sangat baik sehingga, dapat disimpulkan perangkat pembelajaran dengan model reciprocal teaching layak dilanjutkan ke tahap uji coba dalam proses pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar fisika peserta didik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan menggambarkan persentase kesulitan guru dalam menerapkan Kurikulum 2013 di SDN Tamekan. penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif metode naratif inquiry. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, angket, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisi data yang digunakan yaitu Interaktif Analysis Model dari Milis dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini menujukan bahwa persentase kesulitan guru dalam penerapan Kurikulum 2013 di SDN Tamekan sebesar 14,44%, dalam penelitian ini terdapat 3 Aspek kesulitan yang dialami oleh guru yaitu kesulitan dalam merencanakan pembelajaran, melaksanakan pembelajaran dan melakukan evaluasi atau penilaian pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian dari masing-masing dimensi menujukan bahwa kesulitan dalam perencanaan pembelajaran sesuai Kurikulum 2013 dengan persentase kesulitan guru sebesar 14,53% dengan letak kesulitan guru ialah dalam memahami kompenen dalam RPP, kesulitan dalam merumuskan indikator pembelajaran, kesulitan dalam mengintegrasikan tujuan pembelajaran dari beberapa mata pelajaran, kesulitan dalam meperoleh media pembelajaran, kesulitan dalam meperoleh sumber belajar dan kesulitan dalam menetukan bentuk penilain sesuai dengan Kurikulum 2013. Lalu hasil penelitian kesulitan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran Kurikulum 2013 dengan persesentase sebesar 10,56% dengan letak kesulitan ialah dalam menggunakan model dan metode yang bervariasi yang telah ditetapkan di RPP ,menggunakan langkah-langkah yang sudah di tetapkan di RPP, menggunakan sumber belajar yang diperoleh, mengintegrasikan antar materi pembelajaran dan menerapkan pendekatan saintifik pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Terakhir dengan pesentase kesulitan paling tinggi yaitu dalam mengevalusi pembelajaran dengan persentase kesulitan mencapai 19,84% dengan letak kesulitan dalam mengevaluasi pembelajaran yaitu kesulitan dalam penilaian sikap dengan mengevalusi proses pembelajaran pada aspek afektif, penilaian pengetahuan dengan melakukan penilaian hasil pembelajaran dan penilaian keterampilan dengan mengevalusi proses pembelajaran pada aspek psikomotorik serta pengelolaan penilaian hasil belajar memuat 3 aspek dalam rapot. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukan kurangnya pemahaman guru tentang K13 dan faktor penyebab kesulitan yaitu kurangnya pemahaman, kurangnya pelatihan, dan minimnya fasilitas yang mendukung penerapan K13.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar, sikap ilmiah, serta interaksi model inkuiri dan GI peserta didik kelas V pada mata pelajaran IPA SDN 37 Cakranegara tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif eksperimen, jenis Quasi Eksperimental Design tipe Non Equivalent Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN 37 Cakranegara sebanyak 47 siswa yang terbagi menjadi dua kelas yakni kelas A dan B. Tehnik sampling yang digunakan adalah tehnik sampling jenuh yaitu tehnik penentuan sampel yang dimana semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode tes dan non tes. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS untuk mengetahui adakah perbedaan model inkuiri dan GI terhadap hasil belajar IPA. Berdasarkan hasil post-test diperoleh nilai rata-rata hasil belajar IPA siswa pada kelas inkuiri (51,78) dan kelas GI (62,81). Hasil perhitungan SPSS diperoleh nilai sig. 0,001 < 0,005 untuk hasil belajar yang dapat dikatakan signifikan, selanjutnya sig. 0,199 > 0,005 pada sikap ilmiah yang menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara sikap ilmiah terhadap hasil belajar, dan sig. 0,687 > 0,05 untuk interaksi yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan sikap ilmiah terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas V mata pelajaran IPA SDN 37 Cakranegara Tahun pelajaran 2019/2020

Abstract

This study aims to develop instructional media materials science magnetism at the junior level Models Earth Magnetism (MKB)media. The study was conducted by using the approach of Research and Development by Borg & Gall modified by Sukmadinata into 3 stages: a preliminary study, test models and test the product. Modeling exercise carried out in two stages. Limited test phase conducted at SMK Islam Nurul Hikmah Langko West Lombok and wider scale trials as well as the testing phase at SMPN 3 Lingsar. Of wider scale pilot phase characteristics obtained MKB media. At the end of the pilot phase conducted a broader scale questionnaire to get students' response in the development of MKB media at 20 students. Students responded positively to the development of MKB media. Keywords : Media Model of Earth Magnetism , Student Response.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to evaluate difference of influence between inquiry integrated by science generic (IIBSG) student’s work sheet and experiment verification (EV) student’s work sheet learning on students’s phisycs learning outcomes, difference of influence between high and low achievement motivation level on students’s phisycs learning outcomes, and interaction between student’s work sheet and achievement motivation on students’s phisycs learning outcomes. Method of this research was experimental method with a 2x2 faktorial design. Data analyzed with two-way ANOVA. The conclution of this study include there was difference of influence between IIBSG student’s work sheet and EV student’s work sheet  learning on students’s phisycs learning outcomes, there was difference influence between high and low achievement motivation level on students’s phisycs learning outcomes, and there was no interaction between student’s work sheet learning and achievement motivation on students’s phisycs learning outcomes.Keywords: IIBSG student’s work sheet, achievement motivation, and student’s phisycs learning outcomes

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop APKEMIT as learning tool for high school physics on temperature and heat concepts. This study used Borg & Gall approach on R & D which includes the step of development, pilot testing, and final testing. In the development stage, five APKEMIT models are produced: PKTSB, PW, PPSTUB, PK, and AB. Pilot testing stage is divided into two phase, limited testing and large scale testing. The first limited testing carried out on 6 eleventh grade science students in SMA 3 Mataram. The second phase carried on 2 groups (12 students) of accelerated tenth graders in SMA Negeri 1 Woha. Large-scale trials given to 8 groups (46 students) of tenth graders in SMA Negeri 3 Mataram. Pilot testing shows that APKEMIT is very good and ready to be used in learning activity. APKEMIT final testing stage is the stage to determine the effect of APKEMIT on the improvement of learning outcomes, which is determined by the Gain Score. Analysis shows that the gain of each model is: PKTSB Score of 0.50 (medium), PW of 0.15 (low), PPSTUB of 0.40 (medium), PK at 12:27 (low), AB of 0.34 (medium) and overall Gain Score at 0:36 (medium). This development received good response from the students with score 80.8% and according to observers, learning process has been going very well. The result of research  and validation of test show that the developed APKEMIT become as references in subject temperature and heats concepts.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of cooperative learning through problem posing approach to the mastery of concepts of students in terms of prior knowledge. The method used is a quasi-experimental method with 2x2 factorial study design. The study population was 163 students of class XI SMKN 9 Mataram scattered in 5 classes. These samples included 55 students, divided into two classes by cluster of random sampling technique. The research instrument is a test mastery of concepts and problem solving skills test given at the beginning and end of the study. The data was analyzed by Manova two ways. The results showed that (1) students learn to use cooperative learning model with problem posing approach was significantly different in the aspect of mastery of concepts than students who study with learning cooperative model only, (2) students who have high prior knowledge different significantly in aspects of mastery of concept compared students who have low prior knowledge, (3) there was an interaction effect between learning model with prior knowledge of the mastery of concepts students. Keywors: Cooperative Learning Model, Problem Posing, Prior Knowledge, Concepts Mastery

Abstract

This study aims to determine differences of knowledge biology student learning outcomes between groups of students who receive NHT cooperative learning model and STAD cooperative learning model treatment for digestive system. This research was conducted at SMAN 2 Gerung in class of XI. This study is a quasi-experimental research using modified of Type Between Group Design with Pre-posttest design. The number of population was 44 students that using simple random sampling in order to obtain two classes of experiments. Data were analyzed using inferential statistical analysis and hypothesis was tested using t-test analysis with SPSS version 20 for Windows. The results showed: First, there was no significant difference about knowledge learning outcome between the group the of students using NHT cooperative learning model and group of students using STAD cooperative learning model in the substance of Food, Food Healthy Menu, Structure and Function of Cells Network of Human Digestive System, Network Structure System of Ruminant Digestion, and Digestive Disorders Bioprocess Systems that gained tcount ≤ ttable (p> 0.05). Second, a group of students using STAD cooperative learning model has an average value of knowledge learning outcome that is significantly higher than the group of students that use NHT cooperative learning model for Body Mass Index (BMI) and Basal Metallic Rate (BMR) that gained value ttable < tcount (p ≤ 0.05).Keyword: NHT cooperative learning model, STAD cooperative learning model, student’s knowledge learning outcome of biology

Abstract

Descriptive study was conducted in order to determine the level of variation of instruction for student of Master of Science Education Program at University of Mataram. Important research carried out in connection with one of the competencies of teaching skills as a graduate Master of Science Education. Data collection method for the analysis of variations in instruction styles questionnaire used learning and teaching as well as a process for learning with multi representation approach on the subject of wave phenomena The population as well as a sample are students of Master of Science Education 2015/2016 and 2016/2017. The results of data processing of the variety of instruction based teaching style show 34.35% visual, 31.71% auditory and 33.94% kinestetic. While the level of variation of Instruction based on a total score of 45.50% in good category. Results variety of instruction with a multi representation provides a good level of 50.00%.Keywords: Variation of Instruction, Teaching style, Multi Representation Approach
