Abstract

This research aims to analyze the model for forming consumer loyalty through digital business with innovation. This research used quantitative methods with accidental sampling techniques so that 101 people were obtained as samples. Data were analyzed using the Structual Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) method. The research results show that digital business does not have a positive effect on consumer loyalty, but digital business has a positive effect on innovation, and innovation has a significant effect on consumer loyalty. Other findings show that digital business has a positive effect on consumer loyalty which is mediated by innovation. This research contributes to the understanding of digital business and innovation influencing consumer loyalty in the fashion industry. The results can be used as a reference for the fashion industry to increase consumer loyalty through the application of digital technology and innovation. Keywords: consumer loyalty; digital business; innovation. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis model pembentukkan loyalitas konsumen melalui bisnis digital dengan inovasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik aksidental sampling sehingga diperoleh 101 orang sebagai sampel. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode Structual Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bisnis digital tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas konsumen, namun bisnis digital berpengaruh positif terhadap inovasi, dan inovasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, temuan lainnya menunjukkan bahwa bisnis digital berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas konsumen yang dimediasi oleh inovasi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pemahaman tentang bisnis digital dan inovasi mempengaruhi loyalitas konsumen di industri fashion. Hasilnya dapat dijadikan acuan bagi industri fashion untuk meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen melalui penerapan teknologi digital dan inovasi. Kata kunci: loyalitas konsumen; bisnis digital; inovasi.

Abstract

Pada abad ke-21, berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia, termasuk lingkungan sekolah, menghadapi tantangan seperti bullying. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan proses internalisasi dan bentuk keterampilan abad ke-21 berbasis nilai-nilai multikultural dalam mencegah bullying di sekolah. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan naturalistik digunakan, dengan data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap 15 informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa internalisasi keterampilan abad ke-21 berbasis multikultural dilakukan melalui kolaborasi dalam pembelajaran, pembentukan kelompok heterogen untuk menanamkan toleransi, serta penanaman sikap saling menghargai dalam komunikasi. Keterampilan abad ke-21 seperti critical thinking dikembangkan melalui proyek dan pemecahan masalah, creativity difasilitasi dengan kesempatan yang setara dalam berprestasi, collaboration diperkuat melalui kerja kelompok, dan communication ditumbuhkan dengan memberikan ruang bagi siswa menyampaikan pendapat. Internalizasi keterampilan ini meningkatkan toleransi dan empati, yang berkontribusi dalam meminimalisir bullying di sekolah.

Abstract

The research aims to describe the readiness, attitude and motivation of self-learning towards collaborative online based mathematics learning during the covid-19 pandemic. The researcher applies a quantitative descriptive methods in this study. Data collection has been done by giving three kinds of questionnaires including readiness, attitude and self learning motivation during covid-19 pandemic, and has distributed to 80 students in 3 Senior High School and 1 Vacational High School at Nuha district. The result of this research shows that the students are ready for Mathematics learning collaborative online based during covid-19 pandemic. That is supported by their ability to operate the computer and the usage of internet as well as their online learning experience they have been through for 2 years in online learning situation. Students' motivation towards learning mathematics through the implementation of online based collaborative learning is inconsistent even though it is in moderate level of motivation. Some students prefer the face to face learning process to online learning process and think that the previous learning will provide better learning outcomes. This is a challenge for teachers to prepare for the new normal phase with more interesting teaching material, strategies and learning methods by the development of digitalization of learning

Abstract

Waktu luang adalah waktu ketika seorang tidak memiliki kesibukan harian atau kosong dari rutinitas harian baik dalam urusan dunia maupun akhirat. Waktu memiliki kedudukan yang sangat agung dalam Islam, sebagaimana Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala bersumpah dengan waktu pada beberapa tempat di dalam Al-Qur'an. Sekolah Tinggi Dirasat Islamiyah (STDI) Imam Syafi’i Jember merupakan Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam Swasta (PTKIS) yang menyelenggarakan pendidikan tinggi bagi generasi Islam sesuai dengan ajaran agama yang benar dan berdasarkan Al-Qur’an dan Sunnah sesuai pemahaman para sahabat. STDI Imam Syafi’i pada semester genaptahun ajaran 2022-2023 memberi mahasiswanya minggu tenang selama tujuh hari dan ditambah libur Hari Raya Iduladha selama enam hari. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Derajat hadis-hadis tentang waktu luang adalah sahih karena tidak ditemukan indikasi yang bisa menjadikan hadis-hadis tersebut tertolak. (2) Mahasiswa STDI Imam Syafi’i Jember telah mengimplementasikan hadis tentang waktu luang di hari tenang praujian akhir semester dengan berbagai kegiatan yang bermanfaat; di antaranya dengan mengulang-ulang materi pelajaran, ziarah kerabat dan teman, olahraga, dan lain lain. Kata Kunci: Implementasi; Waktu Luang; Hari Tenang; STDI Imam Syafi’i.

Abstract

Introduction: MSMEs made a significant contribution to the Indonesian economy at the beginning of 2018. However, since COVID-19 has become a global pandemic, micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) have been heavily impacted, due to a series of social restriction policies enacted by the government. In order to resolve issues, the government must assist and empower the MSME sector so that it can survive the pandemic. However, not many studies have been carried out regarding the extent to which empowerment policies by local governments have been effective in the field. Purposes of the Research: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the legal policies in empowering the micro and small enterprises (MSEs) during the pandemic based on the case of Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi.Methods of the Research: This is an empirical normative legal research that uses primary and secondary data with descriptive and qualitative analysis.Results of the Research: The results show that the empowerment policy in South Sulawesi has been regulated in Provincial Regulation Number 7 of 2019 concerning Cooperatives and Small Enterprises, where there are ten forms of facilitating MSE empowerment. Even though it has established the Cooperatives and MSMEs Office, the Gowa Regency Government does not yet issue spesific regulations on the empowerment of MSEs. Based on field data analysis, it was found that several forms of empowerment facilitation had been received by the respondents but were not evenly distributed. Empowerment received mostly focused on capital facilitation, while ignoring other form of facilitations. Thus, the existing policies have not been implemented effectively. This is influenced by several factors such as legal substance that do not provide legal certainty; legal structure factors, including the lack of apparatus and supporting facilities; and cultural factors, such as pragmatic behavior and low awareness of MSE actors.

Abstract

Ahli waris pengganti yang diatur dalam pasal 185 KHI masih menyisakan kekaburan hukum, bahkan sebagiannya dianggap melanggar kaidah baku yang paten dalam waris, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis ketentuan pasal 185 KHI, identifikasi masalah penerapan pasal 185 serta merumuskan Rekonstruksi Pasal 185 agar lebih ideal, penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan konseptual serta menggunakan studi pustaka untuk teknis pengumpulan sumber bahan hukumnya, hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Pasal 185 KHI memiliki beberapa kelemahan dalam mendefinisikan dan mengatur ahli waris pengganti, yang menyebabkan berbagai interpretasi, pada implikasinya terhadap hukum kewarisan, Pasal 185 sangat bertentangan dengan syarat waris serta menimbulkan kerancuan dan pelanggaran hak dibuktikan dengan simulasi kasus,  rekonstruksi pasal 185 merumuskan (1) ahli waris pengganti hanya berlaku apabila semua ahli waris yang tertuang pada Pasal 174 tidak ada secara mutlak, dikecualikan darinya suami atau istri pewaris (2) Semua kerabat yang bukan ahli waris dapat dikategorikan sebagai pengganti ahli waris, dan menduduki posisi waris yang digantikan (3) Besaran bagian waris mengikuti porsi waris yang digantikan, dengan konsep perhitungan yang tertuang pada pedoman pembagian waris pada ahli waris pengganti (4) Ahli waris pengganti yang lebih dekat kepada yang digantikan dapat menghijab ahli waris pengganti yang lebih jauh derajatnya. Abstract

Introduction: Long COVID is a persistent symptom among COVID-19 survivors. Fatigue and other symptoms related to respiratory or non-respiratory cause disturbance of patient functional status. Pulmonary telerehabilitation program after hospitalization was needed to optimize patients’ functional status. Assessment of functional status using 30-Second Sit-To-Stand Test (30s-STST) was easily to apply. The aim of this study was to know the changes of functional status in COVID-19 survivors after pulmonary telerehabilitation program.Method: This study was analytic experimental with one group pre-test and post-test design, conducted in Persahabatan Hospital from August to September 2020. The COVID-19 patient’s discharge records were recruited consecutively, 24 patients were eligible for this study to get pulmonary telerehabilitation program for four weeks. The patients were evaluated with 30s-STST twice, at discharge (baseline) and four weeks after discharge.Result: Participants consist of 19 men (79,2%) and 5 women (20,8%). The result of thirty second-STST before and after four weeks pulmonary telerehabilitation program result was 7,75 ± 2,19 dan 13,70 ± 4,23 times. There was a strong positive correlation (significant) between 30s STST result before and after program (r = 0,757, p less than 0,01).Conclusion: There was functional status improvement in COVID-19 survivors after pulmonary telerehabilitation for four weeks, evaluated with 30s-STST.

Abstract

BACKGROUND Diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging (DW-MRI) is a noninvasive, non-contrast sequence for cancer detection. Research involving DW-MRI in cervical cancer has revealed lower apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) values. This study aimed to evaluate the difference in tumor ADC values and ADC ratios (tumor-to-urine and tumor-to-muscle) with respect to tumor staging (early versus late) and histopathology (squamous cell carcinoma versus adenocarcinoma). METHODS This retrospective study included 56 patients with cervical cancer, divided into early- and late-stage groups. DW-MRI was performed in all patients, and the tumor ADC value, ADC ratio between the tumor and urine (ADC ratiot−u), and ADC ratio between the tumor and gluteal muscle (ADC ratiot−m) were measured. Statistical methods were employed to assess the difference in the tumor ADC value, ADC ratiot−u, and ADC ratiot−m with respect to cervical cancer stages and histopathological findings. RESULTS The median tumor ADC value was lower in the early-stage group than in the late-stage cervical cancer (0.75 × 10−3 mm²/s versus 0.8 × 10−3 mm²/s, p = 0.022). However, no differences were observed in ADC ratiot−u and ADC ratiot−m concerning the tumor staging, nor in ADC value, ADC ratiot−u, and ADC ratiot−m concerning histopathological findings (p = 0.29, 0.67 and 0.35, respectively), with no significant differences in the ADC ratiot−u (p = 0.153) and ADC ratiot−m (p = 0.260). In receiver operating characteristic analysis, the tumor ADC value was 75.0% sensitive and 50.0% specific in predicting late-stage cervical cancer with a cut-off value of 0.750 × 10−3 mm2/s. CONCLUSIONS The median tumor ADC value in early-stage patients was significantly lower than in the late-stage patients, suggesting that tumor ADC value has valuable potential for characterizing cervical cancer staging.

Abstract

This study explores AI-powered pedagogy for teaching argumentative essays in tertiary English Language Teaching (ELT) through focus group discussions with six experienced ELT lecturers. The research addresses two key questions: how to develop AI-powered lesson plans for argumentative essay writing systematically, and what EFL students' perceptions of AI-powered tools' impact on specific dimensions of argumentative writing are. Using Framework Analysis of qualitative data, the study identifies four areas where AI enhances instruction: scaffolding argument development, providing real-time feedback, improving peer review, and fostering reflective revision. These insights informed the development of a structured 110-minute lesson plan integrating AI tools throughout the writing process. Student questionnaires revealed overwhelmingly positive attitudes (82-90%) toward AI-powered tools, with benefits perceived in generating better arguments, improving writing skills, structuring essays, and identifying flaws in reasoning. The findings suggest that AI, when thoughtfully integrated, can address persistent challenges in argumentative writing instruction by providing personalised support while maintaining a balance between technological assistance and learner autonomy. This research contributes to the growing discourse on AI integration in language education.

Abstract

The law on music in Islam is an ongoing debate among Muslims, given its pervasive influence on everyday life. There are differences of opinion among ulama regarding the legal status of music, with some considering it haram while others allow it as a form of artistic expression. This study aims to detail the differences in views among ulama of Madhhab and compare them with the perspectives of students at the Kiai Haji Achmad Siddiq State Islamic University (UIN KHAS) regarding the hadith prohibiting music. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with data collection through literature studies and interviews. The results show that students have various views: most consider music to be permissible with certain conditions, such as not containing elements of blasphemy or distancing from worship. Some students argue that music is makruh because it is considered to cause negligence, while others do not even consider there is a prohibition in the hadith, seeing it more as a matter of perspective. In addition, students emphasize the importance of the context and content of music in determining its status. This study is expected to clarify students’ understanding of the hadith prohibiting music, show its relevance in modern life, and encourage a more open discussion between tradition and developments.
