Abstract

 The third source of law referred to in the civil law system is jurisprudence. When argued that customary law applies to all members of society as a whole not directly, but through jurisprudence. However, the position of jurisprudence as legal sources in the civil law system have not long been accepted. This was caused by the view that rules of conduct, especially statutory rules, are aimed at to regulate the existing situation and avoid conflict, thus the rules made for matters after the law was enacted. Law in p This is a guideline regarding what can and cannot be done. The forms of legal sources in the formal sense in the Civil Law legal system are: Legislation, customs and jurisprudence. Abstract

Permasalahan pengungsi saat ini adalah masuknya pengungsi dari negara Myanmar yaitu pengungsi etnis Rohingya. Konflik etnis Rohingya yang berkepanjangan yang terjadi di Myanmar membuat mereka lari dan keluar dari Myanmar, dan salah satu negara yang terkena dampak dari pindahnya etnis Rohingya ini adalah indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian hukum normatif dengan teknik pengumpulan bahan hukum yang dilakukan dengan menggali kerangka normatif dan teknik studi dokumen menggunakan bahan hukum. Sehingga didapat kesimpulan bahwa yurisdiksi dari ICC sendiri dalam menangangani kasus Genosida yang terjadi di Myanmar terhadap etnis Rohingnya, ICC berpedoman pada statuta yang mendasarinya yaitu Statuta Roma 1998. Kata Kunci: Pengungsi, Genosida, Rohingya ABSTRACT The current refugee problem is the influx of refugees from the myanmar state of ethnic rohingya. The ongoing rohingya ethnic conflict in myanmar leaves them in and out of myanmar, and one of the countries affected by the rohingyas is Indonesia. The type of research used in this study is a normative-law study with legal collection techniques done by digging up normatif skeletons and document study techniques using legal materials. This leads to the conclusion that the jurisdiction of the ICC itself is responsible for the genocide that occurred in myanmar against its ethnic rohinge, the ICC adheres to the underlying statute of Romans 1998. Abstract

This development research aims to (1) produce a module based on ADIS (Argument-Driven Inquiry with Scaffolding) on material on the human reproductive system class IX in junior high school that is suitable for use. (2) to find out the students' responses to the ADIS-based module (Argument-Driven Inquiry With Scaffolding) on the material of the human reproductive system class IX SMP. This research was conducted at junior high school PGRI 1 Sukadana, East Lampung. This type of research is development research with the development model used by ADDIE, the data collection stage (analysis), the design stage (design), and the development stage (development). the stage of application of teaching materials (implementation), and the stage of feedback (evaluation). The types of data in this study are qualitative and quantitative data. The data collection instruments used in this study were interview sheets, product validation questionnaires, and student response questionnaires. Based on the validation results of module experts it was declared very feasible with a percentage of 85% which was accumulated from an average validation of design experts of 80%, an average validation of material experts of 87%, and validation of linguists 92% with very feasible criteria. Based on the results of the practicality test, the module was stated to be very practical with an average percentage of 91.67%. So it can be concluded that the ADIS (Argument-Driven Inquiry With Scaffolding) based module on the material of the human reproductive system has been declared very feasible and very practical.

Abstract

There is a big difference between science and religion, so is between traditional science and modern science. This concept is made by the facts that the development of modern world right now and the industry revolution 4.0 do not have any balance with the morality and religion itself. It is proved by many evidence that most people tend to destroy this planet rather than saving it. Traditional science has a purpose for getting an understanding, but modern science develops science for manipulating nature. The worst thing about this is that, people do not know they have exploited nature this much because this already becomes a culture. Modernity is a culture which extincts traditional culture rather than developing it. This paper offers a new approach of understanding what science is and how humans learn it properly as the world needs. It also shows how important it is to apply moral and religion values in akhlak tasawuf teaching to learn, understand and develop science.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konseling sebaya terhadap School Well Being dan Adversity Intelligence. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu, siswa dan siswi SMP Muhammadiyah Pleret Bantul, untuk memperoleh subjek dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan purposive sampling sebagai teknik penetapan subjek. Jumlah subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 20 orang. Hal ini dilakukan karena adanya karakteristik khusus terhadap subjek. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan adaptasi skala Schoole Well Being (SWB) dan skala Adversty Intelegenc (AI), kedua skala dalam risert ini disusun berdasarkan teori Konu dan Rimpela untuk skala Schoole Well Being dan teori Saltoz untuk skala Adversty Intelegenc, yang telah diadaptasi dalam penelitian Diyah. F. K (2021). Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Paired Sample T-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan konselor sebaya berpengaruh positif terhadap School Well Being dan Adversity Intelligence pada siswa dimasa pandemi covid- 19, hasil yang diperoleh yaitu nilai t sebesar 32.508 dengan nilai signifikasi (Sig(2- tailed)) sebesar 0.000 yang berarti nilai tersebut kurang dari 0,05 (p<0,05).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the process of learning Arabic in SMKIT Khoiru Ummah Rejang Lebong which includes the Arabic learning process, namely: (1). Arabic learning process planning (rpp) Arabic learning, Arabic learning materials, Arabic learning methods, Arabic learning media and Arabic learning evaluation. (2) problems in the process of learning Arabic in SMKIT Khoiru Ummah Tasik Malaya Rejang Lebong. (3) the solution to the problem of learning Arabic in SMKIT Khoiru Ummah Tasik Malaya Rejang Lebong. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using interview, observation and documentation. The results of the study are as follows: (1). RPP and Arabic subject syllabus refer to the curriculum of the ministry of religion of the republic of Indonesia. The material taught is not in accordance with the rpp and syllabus that has been prepared. The material is in the form of reading texts, so the material taught does not vary. The method used is the lecture method. The media used are simple media such as blackboards, markers, and paper. The evaluation is in the form of a written test. (2) the problem of learning Arabic first, students are still having difficulty in translating a reading or qiro 'and writing Arabic or dictation imla'. The material in the curriculum is not packaged and arranged properly by the teacher because it is very monotonous only limited to the qiro'ah text. Third, the method used is the lecture method, the method does not vary in the learning process. The media used is only driven by textbooks and stationery such as blackboards, markers and paper Lu'bah lughawiyah has not been implemented. Even so many language games that can be used like children's songs are translated into Arabic. The second problematic is the heterogeneous educational background of students and the lack of motivation of students of SMKIT 45 | لما ةس ردلما يف ةيب رعلا ةغللا ميلعت ةيلمع ليلحت ةينه ةدحولا جنبيل جناجي ر ةم لأا ريخ Khoiru ummah Rejang Lebong. Students do not recognize the form of Arabic letters or writing, difficulty in arranging or connecting Arabic letters and difficulties in drawing Then less follow-up or reciprocity from the teacher and students on students' Arabic language skills. (3) the solution to the problem of learning Arabic in SMKIT Khoru ummah Rejang Lebong. First about the difficulty of students in translating an Arabic text or text and writing in Arabic, the teacher must use methods that are in accordance with the material presented such as the 'ilma method' and the qiro 'method. in the preparation of the material the teacher must adjust to the level of his education, because each level of education students have different abilities. the media used must vary such as implementing Arabic games with children's songs translated into Arabic. The second problematic students who have different educational backgrounds teachers must vary the methods and media in the delivery of material so that students easily understand the material presented even though they have never learned Arabic. In the introduction of Arabic letters the teacher can use the song and game method. Furthermore, with the lack of reciprocity of teachers and students on Arabic language skills there must be a sense of responsibility of a teacher towards students because one of the requirements for professional teachers is the teacher who is responsible for the ability of students

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap tingkat dan hubungan komunikasi interpersonal orangtua-siswa dengan kedisiplinan tata tertib sekolah siswa kelas VIII di SMPN 5 Muaro Jambi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII sebanyak 119. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah 91 siswa, dan teknik yang digunakan dalam penarikan sampel pada penelitian adalah Simple Random Sampling untuk variabel X dimana diambil secara acak sesuai pengukuran sampel representatif dan setiap orang berpeluang menjadi sampel dan Teknik Purposive Sampling untuk variabel Y yaitu menetapkan sampel berdasarkan tujuan tertentu atau ditetapkan karena terdekat dan mengetahui informasi atau permasalahan yang diteliti, dimana sampel dalam penelitian ialah siswa yang masih mempunyai orangtua yang lengkap. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode korelasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan instrumen (angket). Dari hasil pengolahan data keseluruhan dengan menggunakan presentase bahwa data menunjukkan tingkat komunikasi interpersonal orangtua pada siswa kelas VIII di SMPN 5 Muaro Jambi berada pada kategori sedang sebesar 41,2% dan hasil pengolahan data keseluruhan dengan menggunakan presentase bahwa datamenunjukkantingkat kedisiplinantatatertibsekolahpadasiswakelasVIIIdi SMPN 5 Muaro Jambi berada pada kategori sedang sebesar 43%. Dari hasil analisis korelasi terdapat hubungan signifikan ke arah positif antara komunikasi interpersonal orangtua-siswa dengan kedisiplinan tata tertib sekolah. Nilai signifikan yang diperoleh yaitu 0.000 < 0.05. Hubungan antara komunikasi interpersonal orangtua-siswadengan hasil rhitung0,379 yang berada pada kategori korelasi rendah yaitu hubungan jelas tetapi kecil.

Abstract

Permasalahan Mitra saat ini belum paham bagaimanan memasarkan produk camilan stik keju ini untuk menghasilkan profit yang memadai. Pemasaran yang dilakukan hanya menjual produk apabila mendapatkan pesanan. Produksi Stik Keju yang diproduksi ini hanya terbatas bahan baku yang digunakan setengah kilo perhari. Belum adanya pembrandingan untuk produk stik keju ini. Segmen pasar yang masih terbatas pada pesanan tetangga. Tidak adanya promosi, Bahan baku pembuatan kue menggunakan bahan baku yang berkualitas sehingga pangsa pasar yang dipilih belum merata di segmen rendah karena harga cenderung mahal. Belum adanya varian rasa stik keju. Hanya mengandalkan varian rasa yang original. Mitra masih minim pengetahuan tentang Perhitungan laba/rugi. Masih terbatasnya modal pribadi sehingga volume produksi belum optimal. Perlunya penambahan tenaga kerja untuk bagian produsi dan pemasaran. Implementasi program pengabdian ini antara lain meliputi: 1) Memberikan pelatihan produksi Camilan Stik Keju. 2) Melakukan pendampingan dalam memilih pasar potensial, promosi dan lokasi penjualan. 3) Memberikan pendampingan pembuatan merk/logo kemasan. 4) Memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam menentukan biaya produksi. 5) Memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan. 6) Memberikan pendampingan untuk perekrutan tenaga kerja. Hasil dari program ini mitra secara mandiri mampu untuk menjadi pengusaha UMKM yang dapat secara produktif meningkatkan pendapatan keluarganya. Kegiatan PPM ini juga akan sangat membantu perkembangan UKM skala mikro dan mampu sebagai pendorong pertumbuhan dan perkembangan ekonomi nasional

Abstract

Teachers' lack of understanding of the HOTS assessment concept and how to integrate it into learning assessment is a crucial problem that needs to be resolved. This research reveals the HOTS-based PAI learning assessment implementation at SMK Muhammadiyah 5 Jember. The aim is to explore and evaluate the effectiveness of using HOTS in assessing Islamic religious education (PAI) learning at this institution. Using a qualitative phenomenology-type approach involving observation, interviews, and document study. The research results show that 1). The formulation of learning objectives uses learning achievement (CP) references developed in learning objectives with high-level thinking indicators. 2). Assessment instruments are carried out by student competencies. 3). Use of a problem-based learning model (Problem-Based Learning) which was developed with several types of innovative learning strategies. 4) Creative tasks can improve high-level thinking skills as demonstrated by the behavior of appreciating explanations, being able to interpret actual problems, and generating new ideas by thinking critically and creatively.   Keywords: Assessment, PAI Learning, Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS)

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Ibu nifas kerap kali mengalami perubahan baik secara fisiologis mapun psikologis, salah satunya adalah perubahan reaksi tubuh akibat kontraksi uterus yang disebut afterpains (meruyan/mules-mules) yang berlangsung 2-4 hari pasca persalinan yang kerap kali dialami oleh paritas multipara yang menimbulkan nyeri yang kadangkala cukup berat hingga memerlukan analgetika. Tujuan penelitian: Mengetahui pengaruh teknik effleurage massage terhadap nyeri afterpains pada ibu nifas multipara di Puksesmas Kesamiran kota Tegal Tahun 2023. Metode: Metode Penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian pre- eksperimental dengan pendekatan one-group pretest-posttest design. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 31 orang. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar angket skala nyeri Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). Hasil: Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji statistik Wilcoxon diperoleh ρ.value= 0,000 < α=0,05, artinya ada pengaruh teknik effleurage massage terhadap nyeri afterpains pada ibu nifas multipara. Untuk mengatasi nyeri afterpains diharapkan bidan dapat memberikan asuhan sayang ibu dalam manajemen nyeri salah satunya effleurage massage.
