Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan tes untuk mendeteksi miskonsepsi pada materi katabolisme. Pengembangan produk mengikuti Borg and Gall sampai tahap ke-7. Subjek uji coba adalah siswa MAN 2 Semarang. Data diambil melalui wawancara, tes, pengisian angket, dan dokumentasi. Analisis produk secara kualitatif oleh validator ahli. Secara kuantitatif dengan menghitung nilai validitas, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran, daya pembeda, keberfungsian pengecoh, analisis miskonsepsi, dan interpretasi hasil. Instrumen yang dihasilkan dinyatakan valid. Reliabilitas butir soal yang dikembangkan masuk kategori tinggi yaitu sebesar 0,894. Sebanyak 37 butir soal dihasilkan terdiri dari 4 butir soal mudah, 24 butir soal sedang, dan 9 butir soal susah. Butir soal memiliki daya beda dengan kategori  4 butir soal cukup baik dan 33 butir soal baik. Sebanyak 18 indikator soal ditemukan terjadi miskonsepsi. Miskonsepsi tertinggi pada konsep analisis peran enzim sedangkan terendah pada konsep analisis peran ATP dan perubahan molekul saat transpor elektron dan fosforilasi oksidatif

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is a Classroom Action Research which aims to improve the activity and student learning outcomes using around environment with mind mapping techniq in the IV grade of SDI Al-Irsyad  Tarakan. This study was conducted on January 5, 2017 to february 16, 2017.The research was carried out in three cycles of learning. Each cycle consists of two meetings.The research subject is the IV grade of SDI Al-Irsyad Tarakan which consists of 30 students in the second semester of the academic year 2016/2017. And the object of research is the students’ learning activities and student learning outcomes. The result showed that the application of using around environment with mind mapping techniq in social studies material economic activity related to natural resources and other potentials in its region can increase the activity and student learning outcomes. It can be seen from the observation and analysis of data in each cycle. Increased students’ activity can be seen from the increase of the percentage of students’ activity in the first cycle is 75,19% become 82,13% in the second cycle and 87,72% in the third cycle. Improving student learning outcomes can be seen from the increase in the learning outcomes completeness in the first cycle is 63,33% become 76,67% in the second cycle and 93,33% in the third cycle. Based on these results it can be concluded that the application of using aroud environment with mind mapping techniq in social studies material economic activity related to natural resources and other potential activity in its region can improve student learning activities and student learning outcomes the IV grade of SDI Al-Irsyad Tarakan. Keywords: Contextual Teaching and Learning, Mind Mapping, Student Activity, Learning outcomes. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa dengan menerapkan pemanfaatan lingkungan sekitar dengan teknik Mind Mapping pada siswa kelas IV SDI Al-Irsyad Kota Tarakan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 5 Januari 2017 sampai dengan tanggal 16 Februari 2017. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama tiga siklus pembelajaran. Setiap siklus terdiri atas dua kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDI A-Irsyad Kota Tarakan yang berjumlah 30 siswa pada semester 2 tahun pelajaran 2016/2017, dan objek penelitiannya adalah aktivitas belajar siswa dan hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan lingkungan sekitar dengan teknik mind mapping pada pembelajaran IPS materi pokok aktivitas ekonomi yang berkaitan dengan sumber daya alam dan potensi lain di daerahnya, dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil pengamatan dan analisis data pada setiap siklus yang telah dilaksanakan. Peningkatan aktivitas siswa dapat dilihat dari peningkatan persentase aktivitas siswa pada siklus I sebesar 75,19% menjadi 82,13% pada siklus II dan 87,72% pada siklus III. Peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dapat dilihat dari peningkatan ketuntasan hasil belajar pada siklus I sebesar 63,33%% menjadi 76,67% pada siklus II dan 93,33% pada siklus III. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemanfaatan lingkungan sekitar dengan teknik mind mapping dalam pembelajaran IPS materi pokok aktivitas ekonomi  yang berkaitan dengan sumber daya alam dan potensi lain di daerahnya dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SDI Al-Irsyad Kota Tarakan Kata Kunci: Contextual Teaching and Learning, Mind Mapping, Aktivitas Siswa, Hasil Belajar.

Abstract

Understanding the meaning in communication becomes an important aspect of life. So that the intentions and objectives can be conveyed when communicating. The purpose of this study is to describe the contextual meaning in the novel if someday by Sifa Mermeida. The benefits of this study are (1) as material to add knowledge about the contextual meaning contained in the novel if someday (2) as a reference for further research. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive description. Research using reading and note taking techniques. The results of research from the novel if someday that the contextual meaning contained in the contents of the story makes the delivery of intent more interesting. Contextual meaning can be known from the markers in the sentence such as the context of the situation, place, object that refers to the conversation.

Abstract

Peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar permasalahan tenaga kerja Indonesia dengan Numbered Head Together (NHT). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together (NHT) dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar pada materi permasalahan tenaga kerja Indonesia siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 5 Batang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus mencakup tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII A yang berjumlah 40 siswa di SD Negeri 5 Batang. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran kooperatif model Numbered Head Together (NHT) dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran di SMP Negeri 5 Batang, yang meliputi peningkatan dalam proses dan hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan penjabaran diatas peneliti memberikan saran kepada guru sebaiknya menggunakan model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together (NHT) agar siswa lebih aktif dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Increased activity and learning outcomes Indonesian labor problems with Numbered Head Together (NHT). This study aims to determine the application of learning models Numbered Head Together (NHT) to increase the activity and learning outcomes on the material issues of Indonesian workers eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 5 Batang. This study uses classroom action research was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle includes the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Subjects were students of class VIII A, amounting to 40 students in SMP Negeri 5 Batang. The results of this study indicate that cooperative learning Numbered Head Together (NHT) to improve learning in SMP Negeri 5 Batang, which includes an increase in the students' learning processes and outcomes. Based on the above translation researchers advising the teacher should use instructional model Numbered Head Together (NHT) to make students more active in learning activities.

Abstract

This study was aimed to know: (1) the influence of guided discovery learning model to the scientific literacy; (2) the influence of naturalist intelligence to the scientific literacy; (3) the interaction between learning model and naturalist intelligence to the  scientific literacy. This study is a quasy experimental research  with 2x3 factorial design. The popullation of this study is all of students grade X SMA N 1 Ngemplak academic year 2015/2016. Sample of class is selected by purpossive sampling technique. Data is collected by test techniques (Instrument matter of Nature of Science Literacy Test/NOSLiT) and non-test technique (quesionnaire, observation, and documentation). The data is analyzed by Two Ways analysis of variance test with different content of cell with level of significance 5%. Data analyzing is helped by Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program 21 version. The results showed that there was the influence of the use of guided discovery learning models to scientific literacy (Sig. = 0.047) <α = 0.05. There was the influence of naturalist intelligence toward scientific literacy (Sig. = 0.015) <α = 0.05, and there was no effect interaction between learning-models and naturalist towards their scientific literacy (Sig. = 0,544)>α = 0.05.Keywords:        Guided Discovery Learning Model, Scientific Literacy, Naturalist Intelligence

Abstract

Education in Indonesia is currently experiencing obstacles caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. This obstacle is not only felt by teachers, but also students and parents of students. This makes significant changes to the learning system used. In this context, Blended learning is the most significant development of a learning model during a pandemic like now. Blended learning can be defined as a mixture of online learning models and offline learning models. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the blended learning learning model during the COVID-19 pandemic and analyze the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of the implementation of the blended learning learning model during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method in this study uses qualitative research. The process of data collection is done by using interviews, observation and documentation. In the implementation of the blended learning model, it gives good results because it is able to make learning more varied and not monotonous so that it is liked by many students. Although in this case there are still many obstacles that are passed during learning, the teacher can overcome them little by little well. Factors supporting the implementation of the blended learning model include the Government, Teachers, Technology. While the inhibiting factors for the implementation of the blended learning model include time, connections/networks, teachers and students. With these results, it is hoped that schools or other educational institutions can further study the concept of blended learning and implement blended learning.

Abstract

The role of mothers in motivating children's learning, which currently takes place online, the role of mothers is needed to motivate children. The purpose of this study is to be able to describe and realize the role of mothers in motivating children's online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. This type of research is qualitative, descriptive research and uses analysis more often. Data analysis in this study is descriptive qualitative analysis. The process of collecting data in this study is using the methods of interview, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are themother's role in motivating children's online learning during the pandemic, including 1) the role of the mother as a child educator, 2) the mother's role as a child facilitator, 3) the mother's role as a child motivator, in providing motivation the roles that mothers do are, 1) giving gifts, 2) sayings of praise, 3) giving punishments. Furthermore, there are factors driving the mother's role in motivating children's online learning during the pandemic, namely 1) cooperation between family members, 2) the assertiveness of the mother, 3) the involvement of the father. The inhibiting factors for the mother's role in motivating children's online learning during the pandemic are 1) the condition of the child, 2) the mother's busyness, 3) the surrounding circumstances.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the GI-type cooperative learning model assisted by comic media on increasing the mathematical literacy skills of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Punggelan. This research is an experimental research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students of class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Punggelan and the samples used were taken by simple random sampling technique and the sample results obtained were students of class VIII G and class VIII H, totaling 58 students. The instrument used in this study was a description test consisting of a pretest and a posttest. The results of this study are that the average mathematical literacy ability of students who are subjected to the GI type cooperative learning model assisted by comic media is better than those who are not subjected to it, as seen from the results of the N-Gain test, namely the experimental class obtained an average N-Gain value of 0 .77 with high criteria, while in the control class the average N-Gain value for the control class was 0.47 with moderate criteria. In the t-test, the two independent samples showed a significance result of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there was a significant difference in students' mathematical literacy skills between the experimental and control classes. The GI type cooperative learning model assisted by comic media was declared effective for increasing mathematical literacy skills with the average N-Gain test results obtained in the experimental class by 77% with effective criteria and in the control class by 47% with less effective criteria.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of group counseling using self-management techniques to increase students' self-regulated learning at SMPN 2 Sukodo. The research population was class VIII students and sampling used a purposive random sampling technique and obtained a total of 6 students. This research uses quantitative research methods with a one group pre-test post-test design. Data collection uses a self-regulated learning scale developed by researchers. The data analysis using Wilcoxon UI using SPSS. The research results show the value of Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) of 0.027. It's smaller than <0.050, which means nol hypothesis is rejected. Based on this results shows that Self-Management Techniques in Group Counseling are effective in increasing students' self-regulated learning at SMP Negeri 2 Sukodono.

Abstract

Latar Belakang. Berdasarkan Survei Demografi dan Kesehatan Indonesia (SDKI) 2012 Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) Indonesia sebesar 359 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup, sedangkan Angka Kematian Bayi (AKB) sebesar 36 per 1.000 kelahiran hidup dan Angka Kematian Neonatus (AKN) adalah sebesar 19 per 1.000 kelahiran hidup. Kemampuan kinerja tenaga kesehatan berdampak langsung pada peningkatan kualitas pelayanankesehatan maternal dan neonatal terutama kemampuan dalam mengatasimasalah yang bersifat kegawatdaruratan. Untuk dapat memberikan asuhan yang tepat dan benar diperlukan bidan yang terampil dan professional dalam menangani kondisi kegawatdaruratan. Tujuan. Mengevaluasi efektivitas PPGDON di Program Studi D-IV Bidan Pendidik Universitas Respati Yogyakarta. Metode. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen, berupa One Grup Pre test -Post test Design. Pendekatan yang digunakan prospektif. Sampel penelitian adalah peserta pelatihan PPGDON sejumlah 200 orang. Teknik sampling total sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa master tabel hasil rekapitulasi nilai pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta pelatihan. Analisa data univariat dan bivariat menggunakan paired t-test. Hasil. Rata-rata nilai pengetahuan sebelum mengikuti pelatihan adalah (46,52) dan setelah mengikuti pelatihan (69,02) sedangkan rata-rata nilai Keterampilan setelah mengikuti pelatihan adalah (80,69). PPGDON efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta pelatihan dengan P-value 0,001 Kesimpulan. PPGDON efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta pelatihan di Program studi D-IV Bidan pendidik Universitas Respati Yogykarta
