Abstract

Entrepreneurship education plays an important role in shaping the character and entrepreneurial skills of students amidst global challenges and high unemployment rates. This study highlights the urgency of entrepreneurship education as a strategic effort in fostering a creative, innovative, and risk-taking spirit in students. Through a qualitative approach based on literature studies, this study examines various literatures that support the role of entrepreneurship education in improving critical thinking skills, building independent businesses, and creating new jobs. Entrepreneurship education not only equips students with technical skills, but also instills character values such as self-confidence, future vision, and the ability to face uncertainty. The results of the study show that entrepreneurship education contributes greatly to shaping students into drivers of change who are able to develop the economy and society sustainably.

Abstract

Background: The dynamics of Islamic educational institution management in the contemporary era face complex challenges that demand leadership transformation based on accountable and transparent governance. Empirical phenomena indicate that management crises in Islamic educational institutions often stem from weak good governance practices, reflected in minimal accountability, transparency, and stakeholder participation in strategic decision-making. This situation is exacerbated by resistance to change, limited human resource competencies, and technological infrastructure gaps that hinder educational effectiveness. Purpose: This study aims to analyze the concept of leadership in Islamic education perspectives and its relevance to good governance principles, describe the implementation of good governance in contemporary Islamic educational institutions, identify leadership roles in realizing good governance, and analyze challenges faced by Islamic educational leaders in implementing good governance principles. Method: This research employs a qualitative method with a library research approach, utilizing systematic content analysis of primary sources including national and international reputable journal articles published between 2020-2025, and secondary sources comprising textbooks, research reports, and policy documents related to Islamic educational leadership and good governance. Results and Discussion: The findings confirm that Islamic leadership foundations based on amanah, al-'adalah, syura, and uswah hasanah principles demonstrate significant alignment with modern good governance principles encompassing transparency, accountability, participation, and responsiveness. Leadership functions as a transformative change agent in operationalizing good governance through strategic planning mechanisms, organizing, motivation, and systematic supervision. However, implementation faces internal challenges including limited HR competencies, organizational culture resistance, and stakeholder conflicts, as well as external challenges involving regulatory changes, funding limitations, and high societal expectations. Conclusion and Recommendation: The spiritual-transformational leadership model proves to be an effective contextual approach in integrating moral-spiritual dimensions with managerial aspects to create sustainable and responsive governance. It is recommended that Islamic educational leaders develop managerial and technological competencies through continuous training programs, prioritize transparent management information systems, build organizational culture supporting good governance values, and develop funding diversification strategies to enhance institutional competitiveness.

Abstract

The education that children will get is inseparable from the perceptions of parents who send or do not send their children to school and every perception conveyed by parents is influenced by several factors. Therefore, this study aims to find out how the perceptions held by parents regarding early childhood education and find out the reasons behind the perceptions conveyed. The research method used is a type of qualitative research, while the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that parents have similarities and differences in conveying perceptions of early childhood education, namely: Parents who send their children to school said that Early Childhood Education is very important because they can gain basic knowledge, making it easier for children to enter primary school. Meanwhile, parents who do not send their children to school say Early Childhood Education is important and quite important, but most of these parents say education can be obtained at home without having to be enrolled in PAUD. The factors underlying parents convey these perceptions in the form of internal and external factors. Internal factors include the parents-children closeness and the reasons for sending and not sending children to school. External factors are environment, educational background, work, and school fees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop learning media in the form of digital media that are valid, practical, and effective in improving the ability to introduce mathematics to children aged 5-6 years. The method used is Research and Development with the ADDIE research model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The subjects of this study were group B at TK Negeri Pembina Sekayu. Data collection techniques used validity tests, practicality tests, and effectiveness tests. Validity, practicality, and effectiveness data were obtained based on questionnaire response data analyzed using a Likert scale. The results of the study showed the validity of material experts 93, very valid category, media design experts 93 very valid categories, and language experts 84 very valid categories. The practicality test of the Digital media initial field trial 70.205 practical, the main field trial 90.36 very practical, and the teacher response questionnaire 90 very practical category. The results of the study showed the effectiveness test by conducting a pretest before use 46% and the Posttest results 95% effective category. The effectiveness test of digital media based on local wisdom can be seen in the t-test so that the calculated t = (8.516) is obtained while for the t table = (0.443). then it can be concluded that the calculated t> t table then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, which means that there is a significant influence of the use of digital media based on local wisdom on the initial mathematical abilities of children aged 5-6 years at Pembina Sekayu State Kindergarten. The results of this study conclude that digital media based on local wisdom to recognize mathematical abilities is declared valid, practical, and effective for use in learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kontekstual Melalui Kegiatan Melukis Terhadap Perkembangan Motorik Halus Anak Usia Dini Ra Fatimah Palembang. Adapun permasalahan penelitian ini ialah adakah pengaruh model pembelajaran kontekstual melalui kegiatan melukis terhadap perkembangan motorik halus pada anak usia dini di RA Fatimah Palembang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan perkembangan motorik halus dengan penerapan model pembelajaran kontekstual melalui kegiatan melukis pada anak usia dini di RA Fatimah Palembang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pre eksperimental design jenis one group pretest and posttest design (satu kelompok subjek). Metode penelitian ini digunakan karena peneliti ingin melihat seberapa besar pengaruh penerapan pembelajaran kontekstual terhadap motorik halus pada anak usia dini melalui kegiatan melukis. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan terdiri dari 22 orang anak 8 anak perempuan dan 14 orang anak laki-laki. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh model pembelajaran kontekstual melalui kegiatan melukis terhadap perkembangan motorik halus anak sangat baik karena dengan model pembelajaran kontekstual anak dapat menerima pengetahuan secara nyata dalam mengembangkan motorik halusnya dengan kegiatan melukis dengan cara anak diberikan kesempatan untuk mengekspresikan apa yang anak pikirkan ke dalam sebuah lukisan yang dibuat.

Abstract

Local culture is increasingly marginalized, even though it needs to be preserved as an identity because it has many values. This research analyzes Sedekah Pedusunan in strengthening character based on local wisdom. This research uses qualitative methods with an ethnographic design. Data was collected through interviews and observations. Data analysis uses domain analysis techniques, taxonomic analysis, componential analysis, and cultural theme analysis. This research found that this Sedekah Pedusunan is an activity based on culture and rules established by society because culture itself results from a long process through history. The local wisdom of Sedekah Pedusunan is carried out to reject balak and pray for the spirits of ancestors, given for the blessings that have been obtained. Sedekah Pedusunan is carried out in five stages, namely the 1) deliberation stage, 2) the begerai stage (fund collection), 3) the cleaning stages, 4) the implementation stages; and 5) the besekum stage (asking for blessings). The khuluqiyah values in Sedekah Pedusunan include helping, respecting other people's opinions, compassion, gratitude, politeness, forging cooperation, discipline, keeping promises, honesty, responsibility, upholding morals towards neighbors, and acting good to anyone. With khuluqiyah values, it is hoped that community members can live in harmony and peace and continue to preserve local wisdom culture. With this research, it is hoped that the Sedekah Pedusunan will be preserved as an identity.

Abstract

Skripsi ini membahas tentang pengaruh media sandpaper letter terhadap kemampuan mengenal huruf anak usia 4-5 tahun, di latar belakangi oleh adanya permasalahan di PAUD Amrina Sungai Pinang. Dimana anak kurang dalam kemampuan mengenal huruf. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui apakah media sandpaper letter berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan mengenal huruf pada anak usia 4-5 tahun di PAUD Amrina Sungai Pinang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metodologi kuantitatif Pre-Eksperimental dengan desain One Grup Pretest-Posttest (satu kelompok subjek). Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 10 anak, penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji hipotesis. Hasil analisis data di dalam pembuktian menggunakan Software SPSS 22 For Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diperoleh nilai t-tabel dan t-hitung sig (2-tailed) = 0,000 karena nilai signifikan (probabilitas) lebih kecil dari 0,025 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. sehingga hasil tersebut diputuskan untuk menolak Ho dan menerima Ha. Artinya terdapat pengaruh media sandpaper letter terhadap kemampuan mengenal huruf anak usia 4-5 tahun di PAUD Amrina Sungai Pinang.

Abstract

Pendidikan Islam dimaksudkan membententuk individu tidak hanya cerdas secara akademis namun kompeten secara agama serta berjiwa sosial, dengan diupayakan oleh generasi terdahulu memberi pendidikan pada generasi berikutnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan pendidikan Islam ditinjau menurut sumbernya yakni Al Quran, hadits, ulama dan ahli pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis kepustaakaan, dengan menggali informasi dari buku, Al Quran, artikel serta website. Data direduksi, disajikan dan ditarik kesimpulannya. Penelitian menunjukkan penyelenggara pendidikan Islam perlu kembali kepada sumber utamanya sehingga menemukan beragam sistem serta konsep pendidikan seperti diajarkan nabi Muhammad. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi kepada penyelenggara pendidikan Islam supaya dapat menjawab beragam tantangan di era dunia yang terus berkembang, sehingga melahirkan generasi yang berkontribusi di masyarakat dengan mencerminkan ajaran Islam. Abstract

In the era of information technology in the 21st century, as now requires everyone to be innovative, education is also a field that demands renewal so that the system or application of education is not outdated. In completing the research results obtained from the library both from sources in the form of books, dictionaries, and journals. The conclusion of this study is that innovation is a process of renewal and change. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini mengkonstruksikan pemikiran Soekarno tentang  Pendidikan Islam yang modern. Untuk melakukan analisis terhadap informasi dan data  yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini dilakukan study library research (penelitian perpustakaan) dengan pendekatan Sejarah (history)  dan analisis konten (Content analysis) dan dianalisis dengan Analisis Wacana Kritis /model Teun Van Dijk  yang meliputi struktur teks (makro, super struktur, maupun mikro serta bagaimana kognisi dan konteks sosial. Sedangkan dalam menganalisa data, digunakan perangkat analisis wacana kritis. Hasil temuan penelitian ini bahwa yang ditulis  oleh Soekarno yang tertuang dalam Surat-surat Islam dari Ende kepada A.Hasan menggambarkan jati dirinya  yang memiliki sikap  nasionalisme yang tinggi dan rasa kepedulian beliau atas dunia Pendidikan Nasional khususnya Pendidikan  Islam yang mengalami ketertinggalan dan keterlambatan jauh dari kesan modern  (bersifat tradisonal). Kemudian Soekarno adalah seorang tokoh pembaharu  dalam hal Pendidikan Islam bahkan dia juga seorang guru  yang sangat dengan Pendidikan yang tidak hanya mengedepankan nilai-nilai spiritualitas tetapi Rasionalitas juga dalam semua aspek Pendidikan, dan sekaligus pula sebagai penyimbang keilmuan Barat yang terus maju, sehingga sedikit banyaknya mempengaruhi berbagai model Pendidikan Islam dan umum di Indonesia yang berlomba-lomba berusaha untuk mencetak manusia-manusia Islam yang unggul, baik dibidang ilmu pengetahuan Agamanya maupun science.
