Abstract

This study aims to describe the development of the collaborative supervision process to improve the professional competence of teachers at SDN Brudu Jombang and increase the professional competence of teachers at SDN Brudu Jombang after the collaborative supervision approach was applied. This type of research is School Action Research. The subjects of the study were SDN Brudu teachers totaling 9 people, the object of this research was the professional competence of teachers. This research was conducted in two cycles (cycle 1 and cycle 2), the results showed that with a collaborative supervision approach the average professional competence of teachers increased in the pre-cycle of 74.88 with sufficient criteria, in the first cycle of 79.77 with sufficient criteria and in cycle 2 of 87.55 with good criteria. So, it can be concluded that the professional competence of teachers at SDN Brudu Jombang can be improved through the application of a collaborative supervision approach.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the model’s formation that can reduce the problem of unemployment and poverty. In accordance with these objectives, there are several principal problems studied in this research that are; (1) how the approach to poverty reduction programs should be made, (2) how the potential of local institutions' resources are able to act as virtuous circles to reduce the poverty, (3) how the community empowerment model system based on the potential of local wisdom resources and institutions local communities should be conducted in order to be able to significantly reduce the number of local poor community, independent and sustainable. This research was conducted at Muntuk Village due to it is classified as a backward village and it still has the good local wisdom potential to be developed further. This research applies participatory research method to the craftsmen group chosen as pioneer in forming the community empowerment model. The main subjects in this research are; craftsmen group and socio economic community societies at Muntuk Village. The subjects of this study are determined by purposive sampling. Data collection techniques are done through interview, FGD, and analytical descriptive analysis. The result of the research shows that the link and the integration among the bamboo handicraft industry, the local institution’s role, the entrepreneurship spirit and the work ethic of the craftsmen group through the entrepreneurial skills development and social entrepreneurship culture are able to be a virtuous circle or the virtue circle to cut the poverty problem, more independent and sustainable, from the original still powerless to be powerful. The strengthening of empowerment model supported by the strength of human capital, social capital, and also citizens participate actively, were increasingly able to produce a form of community empowerment model. Furthermore, the empowerment model is more strongly built through six pillars namely; industrial structure, entrepreneurship spirit, human capital and social capital factors, local institution, infrastructure and conductive environment. All sub-systems in each of these pillars are interconnected in a system namely community empowerment system model through the development of an entrepreneurial culture to alleviate unemployment and poverty. Abstract

ABSTRAKPendampingan belajar pada anak usia sekolah terdampak covid-19 ini adalah salah satu pelaksanaan tri dharma perguruan tinggi yaitu pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Tujuan pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan motivasi belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran. Metode pelaksanaan pendampingan belajar dilakukan secara luring yaitu dengan cara bertatap muka secara langsung selama proses belajar mengajar. Pendampingan ini diberikan kepada seluruh anak usia sekolah di forum pendidikan anak negeri di Magelang. Sebelum melakukan pendampingan terlebih dahulu dilakukan observasi lapangan untuk mengetahui permasalahan yang ada di forum pendidikan anak negeri, dilanjutkan dengan membuat rancangan kegiatan. Materi pendampingan disesuaikan dengan apa yang dibutuhkan siswa. Hasil pendampingan menunjukkan bahwa siswa sangat termotivasi selama proses pembelajaran dan merasa terbantu dalam mengerjakan tugas-tugas yang diberikan sekolah. Dan proses pendampingan berjalan dengan baik dan lancar. Pemberian motivasi dilakukan dengan cara memberi pujian, memberi hadiah dan memberi penilaian dari tugas-tugas yang dikerjakan

Abstract

This research is aimed to understand the effect of school based management implementation to the development of educational quality at Local Elementary School I ofKadipiro of Yogyakarta. This research is quantitative research. Free variable in the research isschool based management implementation and the bonded variable is the development ofeducational quality. Population in the research are the elementary school teachers of LocalElementary School I of Kadipiro of Yogyakarta. Whereas the samples are obtained based onrandom sampling technique. Method that used in the data obtaining is questionnaire,documentation, interview, and observation, whereas the data analysis uses simple linearregression. The result of the research shows that school based manajemen implementation arepositioned in the good category shown by average observation value as much as 78,94. Whereasthe development of educational also positioned at the good category with average observationvalue as much as 79,94. Whereas  regression analysis result shows that there is positive effectbetween school based manajement implementation to the development of educational qualityshown by calculated t (3,245) is higher than t values (2,10).tabel

Abstract

The province of Banten population growth rate is higher than the rate of population growth in Indonesia (BPS, 2020) to suppress the growth of population can be controlled with the family planning program, using the method of Long-term contraception. Coverage MKJP Banten Province is still low (17%), compared to the scope of MKJP in (24,6%). The purpose of the research to determine the factors associated with the use of the method of long-term contraception. The type of research used is the quantitative analytical cross-sectional approach. The population is all of WUS in the Province of Banten, while the sample WUS that be acceptors totalled 827 people. Data collection using secondary data. The results showed that the factor associated with the use of MKJP is the age and number of children (P-value less than 0.05). The number of children who owned PUS be the factor most dominant associated with the use of MKJP evidenced by the results of logistic regression double value (OR= 1,980) after the controlled variables age, number of children and maternal Education. The number of children that are owned by couples of childbearing age is something of value which is very important for the decision to wear Long-term contraception.Abstrak: Di provinsi Banten laju pertumbuhan penduduk lebih tinggi dari laju pertumbuhan penduduk di Indonesia BPS 2020) untuk menekan pertumbuhan penduduk dapat dikendalikan dengan program KB, menggunakan metode kontrasepsi jangka Panjang. Cakupan MKJP Provinsi Banten masih rendah (17%), dibandingkan cakupan MKJP secara (24,6%). Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan penggunaan metode kontrasepsi jangka panjang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah analitik kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasinya adalah seluruh WUS di Provinsi Banten, sedangkan sampelnya WUS yang menjadi akseptor KB berjumlah 827 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa factor yang berhubungan dengan penggunaan MKJP adalah umur dan jumlah anak (P value kurang dari 0,05). Jumlah anak yang dimiliki PUS menjadi factor yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan pemakaian MKJP dibuktikan dengan hasil uji regresi logistic ganda dengan nilai (OR= 1,980) setelah dikontrol dengan variabel umur, jumlah anak dan Pendidikan ibu. Jumlah anak yang dimiliki oleh pasangan usia subur merupakan sesuatu nilai yang sangat penting bagi pengambilan keputusan untuk memakai kontrasepsi jangka Panjang

Abstract

This study is aimed to understand whether there are differences of student’s study achievement between the usage of jigsaw cooperative study model with the usage of team games tournament (TGT) study model, also to understand which one is more effective between both of two in the progress of student’s study achievement development. This research is quasi experiment. Free variable in the research is jigsaw cooperative study model and teams games tournament and as the bond variable is student’s study achievement. The population in the research are all of grade IV students of MBS Elementary School of Bantul Regency Year of Study 2010/2011, sample that used are grade IV students of Kembang Putihan Elementary School, Guwosari Elementary School and Sungapan Elementary School. In the research, there is 2 experiment class namely Jigsaw class which is treated with cooperative study of jigsaw and team games tournament (TGT) class which is treated with cooperative study of team games tournament (TGT). Method that used in the data obtaining are documentation, test, and observation, whereas data analysis uses t-test. The result of the research shows that cooperative jigsaw study model is more effective compared with the cooperative team games tournament (TGT) study model. It is shown with calculated t as much as 2,196 larger than t-table = 1,99 for a = 5%, it means there is study achievement’s differences between cooperative jigsaw study model with cooperative team games tournament (TGT) study at grade IV students of year of study 2010/2011. in the other side, based on the study achievement score of the students, it is shown that cooperative jigsaw study model have ability to give better student’s study achievement score with average score 80,82 higher than the usage of cooperative team games tournament (TGT) study model that is 75,05

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk partisipasi dan hambatan orang tua siswadalam menumbuhkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas VI SD N Minggiran, Mantrijeron, YogyakartaTahun Pelajaran 2016/2017.Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei-Juli 2017 di SD Negeri Minggiran, Mantrijeron,Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengambilan data dalam penelitianini adalah menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yangdigunakan adalah teknik model Miles Huberman, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikankesimpulan. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik.Pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber yaitu berasal dari guru kelas VI, orangtua siswa kelas VI, dan siswa kelas VI. Pemeriksaan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik yaitumenggunakan berbagai teknik dalam pengambilan data yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terdapat dua bentuk partisipasiorang tua, yaitu (1) Bentuk partisipasi fisik orang tua siswa kelas VI yaitu penyediaan fasilitas tempatbelajar dan fasilitas alat-alat bantu belajar. (2) Bentuk partisipasi non-fisik yang diberikan oleh orangtua siswa kelas VI yaitu pemberian bimbingan dan arahan serta pemberian perhatian kepada anak. (3)Hambatan yang dialami dalam kegiatan partisipasi orang tua yaitu beberapa orang tua siswa sibukbekerja, sehingga tidak dapat hadir dalam kegiatan forum paguyuban orang tua siswa kelas VI.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) peran komite sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, (2) mutu pendidikan, dan (3) kendala komite sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SD Negeri Pujokusuman 1 Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskripif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa (1) komite sekolah telah melaksanakan peran dengan baik dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan yaitu sebagai pemberi pertimbangan, komite sekolah melakukan pertimbangan perencanaan sekolah, pelaksanakan program sekolah dan pengadaan sumber daya pendidikan. Sebagai pendukung, komite sekolah melaksanakan dukungan sumber daya pendidikan dan anggaran. Sebagai pengontrol, komite sekolah mengontrol perencanaan sekolah, pelaksanaan program dan output pendidikan. Sebagai mediator, komite sekolah berperan sebagai mediator dalam perencanaan sekolah, pelaksanaan program dan sumber daya. (2) Mutu pendidikan di SD Negeri Pujokusuman 1 Yogyakarta mengacu pada Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP) yaitu pada standar kompetensi lulusan diketahui lulusan dapat diterima di SMP/MTs unggulan. Pada standar isi diketahui perangkat pembelajaran sesuai dengan rumusan kompetensi lulusan, melaksanakan dan mengembangkan kurikulum 2013. Pada standar proses diketahui guru membuat perangkat pembelajaran sesuai ketentuan, proses pembelajaran dilaksanakan dengan tepat dan dilakukan pemantauan dan supervisi. Pada standar penilaian diketahui penilaian mendapat nilai A dari pengawas. Pada standar pendidik dan kependidikan diketahui pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan memadai dan memiliki kompetensi sesuai. Pada standar sarana dan prasarana diketahui sarana dan prasarana sebagian besar lengkap dan layak. Pada standar pengelolaan diketahui terdapat pengelolaan perencanaan, pelaksanaan program, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan sistem informasi manajemen yang baik. Pada standar pembiayaan diketahui pembiayaan dikelola dengan baik. (3) Kendala komite sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan yaitu komunikasi, kesibukan dan kemampuan menyeleksi ketenagaan yang kurang.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an instrument to evaluate Indonesia’s children-friendly school program (CFSP). This development research is then used to evaluate CFSP in Indonesia. Instrument development using the context, input, process, product (CIPP) approach and outcome evaluation. The population of this study was all students in the provinces of Riau and Yogyakarta. The research sample is of the students taken randomly from 108 schools that run CFSP. Data analysis used content validity, construct analysis, construct reliability, and descriptive statistics to evaluate the current CFSP. The content validity result shows that only 50 can be used of 56 of the developed items. The construct validity analysis result shows that all indicators obtained from theoretical exploration are valid and reliable. The model fit test shows that the instruments and data obtained from the respondents fit statistically. The results of the evaluation analysis show that the CFSP has been running well, but three indicators are still at a poor level and need to be improved so that the CFSP can run optimally. Indicators needing improvement are the completeness of documents and indicators of student participation, parental participation, community institutions, and the business world. This instrument became the new product to evaluate completely CFSP program because this instrument evaluates not only the process or implementation program but also every process until the program's outcome. Recommendations that need to be considered by stakeholders are to improve CFSP performance so that CFSP can maximally develop student character.

Abstract

This research aimed to inventory the cultural meaning of traditional ritual equipment and document the equipment used during the tradition of healing requests of Anak Dalam Tribes Batin Sembilan Muaro Jambi Regency as a form of effort to maintain local wisdom. Meanwhile, the research method in this research used a qualitative descriptive method with an ethnographic approach. Data collection techniques in this research used interviews and documentation, while data analysis techniques used data reduction techniques, data presentation and conclusions. The results of the research show various descriptions and documentation of the cultural meaning of the equipment used during the tradition of healing requests of Anak Dalam tribes in Batin Sembilan Muaro Jambi Regency as a form of effort to maintain local wisdom. The names of the tools used in this tradition include: Balai, sesaji, Balai Pengadap, Ancak Kembang, Dupo dan orang-orangan and these are large tools that are used in general while other tools used include: Bertih, Cace, Balai di atas balai, cengkraman, redap, bedak kramasan, nampan sirih tambang balai, kain andam, gambar koneng dan cawan.
