Abstract

This study aims to determine the nusyuz behavior of husbands to wives in the dynamics of contemporary community marriage. By using literature research and descriptive qualitative methods, the researcher seeks to understand the various aspects that contribute to the emergence of nusyuz behavior. Based on the results of the study, the researcher found several factors at play, including economic problems that burden the family, differences in socio-cultural values that may not be aligned, psychological issues that affect relationship dynamics, lack of deep religious understanding, and the influence of a less supportive family and social environment. Overcoming this problem requires strategic and collaborative measures involving various parties. The government and related institutions must take the initiative to create programs that educate the public about the importance of understanding and practicing Islamic teachings in accordance with the current context. Educational and religious institutions must be active in spreading the values of love, compassion and harmony taught by Islam. In addition, increasing public awareness about rights in marriage and the importance of gender equality is also key to preventing nusyuz.

Abstract

This article aims to explain in more depth that early marriage is taking away the nation's future. Early marriage in Indonesia is an increasing trend. This is demonstrated by data revealing high numbers of requests for marriage dispensation in the Religious Courts in a number of regions. In fact, sadly, the high number of requests for marriage dispensation, according to data from the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN), 80% of them are due to pregnancy out of wedlock. Marriage is an important thing in the human life cycle. One of the reasons for marrying young is to avoid promiscuity that violates religious and social norms, as well as reducing the burden on parents. Early marriage is a phenomenon that robs the nation of its future. This article discusses the negative impact of early marriage on children's growth, society, education and public health. By analyzing the factors that influence the continuation of early marriage, it is hoped that effective preventive steps can be taken to protect the future of future generations.

Abstract

This research explores Minangkabau customary inheritance law in the context of an Islamic perspective. In this context, there are two different inheritance law systems, namely customary inheritance law which developed in indigenous communities and Islamic inheritance law which is based on sharia principles. This research aims to identify points of similarity and difference between the two systems, as well as to reveal how customary inheritance law can play a role in the context of Islamic values. By analyzing the literature and analysis, this research provides a deeper understanding of how Padang traditional inheritance law can be understood within the framework of Islamic law. Customary inheritance law is a local law in a particular region or tribe that is valid and still implemented where traditional values ​​can be in line with Islamic principles. This shows that customary inheritance law can play an important role in strengthening Islamic values ​​in society. This research has practical implications in the context of law enforcement and community development. By understanding the role of customary inheritance law from an Islamic perspective, policy makers and legal practitioners can develop a more holistic approach in dealing with inheritance issues in multicultural societies.

Abstract

This research examines the importance of transparency and fairness in the distribution of inheritance according to Islamic law in the modern era. The main problem faced is dissatisfaction and conflict between heirs due to unfair and non-transparent distribution. The purpose of this research is to identify how the principles of transparency and fairness can be applied in the distribution of inheritance in accordance with Islamic law, in order to maintain harmony and justice in the family and society. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a literature study, which involves collecting data from various literatures related to Islamic inheritance law. The results showed that transparency can be achieved through clear documentation, open communication, and the use of technology to digitize inheritance documents. Fairness in inheritance distribution emphasizes that gender differences do not affect inheritance rights, with men and women having equally strong rights, although there are differences in the amount of shares received based on utility and need. In conclusion, applying the principles of transparency and fairness in the distribution of inheritance according to Islamic law is crucial to avoid conflicts and ensure justice in families and societies in the modern era.

Abstract

The implementation of the 2013 curriculum began in the 2013 school year with a coba tahap that benefited the more disadvantaged schools. Initially, this curriculum is taught in lower grades, such as grades I and IV for Dasar School, grades VII for Primary School, and grades X for Upper School/Kejuruan School. Over time, this curriculum is needed to cover more ground in various educational settings.One of the primary guidelines in the 2013 curriculum is the application of knowledge to four areas of study: comprehension, application, sikap, and research. The purpose of the curriculum is to evaluate students not only on the basis of their academic performance but also on their moral and social development. This aspek-aspek integration aims to provide a holistic approach to teaching.

Abstract

Alquran diturunkan kepada umat Islam sebagai pedoman hidup dengan menggunakan bahasa Arab. Untuk memahami isinya, seseorang harus menguasai bahasa Arab dengan baik karena di dalam Alquran terdapat beberapa gaya bahasa dalam menyampaikan isinya, di antaranya adalah hakikat dan majaz. Hakikat adalah pokok. Sedangkan majaz adalah cabang. Hakikat adalah lafaz yang digunakan sesuai dengan makna aslinya. Sedangkan majaz adalah lafaz yang digunakan bukan pada makna aslinnya karena ada hubungan (alaqah) tertentu serta adanya indikator (qariinah) yang mengalihkan dari makna aslinya. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan. Sumber data tulisan ini diambil dari kitab, buku, jurnal dan sumber lainnya yang berkaitan dengan pembahasan. Tulisan ini akan memaparkan apa yang dimaksud dengan hakikat dan majaz dalam Alquran, cara menentukan lafaz hakikat atau majaz, ketentuan yang berkaitan dengan hakikat dan majaz, penyebab tidak berlakunya hakikat dan majaz serta pendapat ulama terkait keberadaan keduanya. Tidak lain supaya kita tidak salah dalam memahami isi Alquran.

Abstract

Tulisan ini membahas tentang bagaimana paradigama filosiosfis toleransi dalam moderasi beragama, dimana yang menjadi pokok pembahasannya adalah mengenai bagaimana pandangan filosofis terhadap makna dan implementasi toleransi dikaitkan dengan wacana moderasi dalam beragama. Metode yang digunakan penulis dalam melakukan penelitian ini adalah melalui metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan kajian dokumen kepustakaan. Pengumpulan data diambil dari sumber berupa, literatur, artikel, buku dan dari website pendukung lainnya yakni kajian-kajian serta video di youtube. Kemudian dari data yang dikumpulkan lalu dituangkan dalam tulisan selanjutnya dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif. Konsep toleransi sudah digaungkan oleh para pendahulu pendiri bangsa ini dan bahkan jauh sebelum berdirinya Indonesia. Di dalam bertoleransi semakin banyak perbedaan maka semakin banyak pula diperlukan sikap tenggang rasa pengendalian diri dan pengertian. Jika ada pertentangan seperti apapun itu harus memiliki kesadaran untuk selalu menjaga kesetiakawanan, toleransi dan rasa persaudaraan.

Abstract

This research aims to instill the values of character education in strengthening the Al-Quran literacy culture for teenagers at State Vocational Schools in Palembang City. This research uses a pedagogical, historical, and sociological approach where research data comes from primary data and secondary data is obtained from literature or reference books and documents as supporting data. The researchers themselves were the key instruments, and they then developed new instruments, namely observation guidelines, interview guidelines, and documentation. All three are used to collect data in the field. For this research, two main factors play a very important role in strengthening the results of the data analysis study, namely supporting factors and inhibiting factors. The results of this research show that the values of character education in strengthening Al-Qur'an literacy culture implemented at State Vocational Schools in Palembang City are still very low, even though there are 15-minute recitation, tadarrus, and kultum movements held every Friday, but This is caused by the lack of time allocated for implementing Al-Qur'an literacy culture, students are still unable to read the Al-Qur'an and do not have full awareness of implementing the Al-Qur'an literacy culture program, so its implementation is not optimal. The character values instilled in students are religion, honesty, responsibility, discipline, and caring.

Abstract

Dalam perkembangannya, model, pendekatan, strategi, dan metode pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran PAI khususnya di lembaga pendidikan formal hanya bersifat operasional dan teknis sehingga materi pembelajaran PAI mengalami involusi atau penyampaian materi PAI yang statis dan monoton. Pendekatan, strategi dan metode PAI harus saling terkait dengan visi, materi, kurikulum, sarana prasarana, dan evaluasi pendidikan agar diperoleh kualitas yang optimal, sehingga pembelajaran PAI yang dilaksanakan di lembaga pendidikan formal dan nonformal mampu memberikan landasan teori bagi konsep PAI agar pembelajaran PAI mengalami perkembangan dan transformasi menjadi lebih baik. Model penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan, data penelitian berasal dari sumber primer dan data sekunder. Kemudian data diolah dengan analisis isi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan quantum teaching dalam pembelajaran PAI dapat dilihat pada 8 keunggulan utama yang ada pada quantum teaching, 8 kunci memberikan cara yang bermanfaat untuk mendapatkan keharmonisan dan kerjasama. 8 kunci menetapkan kerangka kerja untuk lingkungan yang saling mendukung dan percaya di mana setiap siswa dihargai dan dihormati. Sehingga pembelajaran dapat berlangsung tanpa adanya ancaman. 8 kunci keunggulan adalah Integritas (kejujuran), kegagalan awal kesuksesan, berbicara dengan niat baik, hidup saat ini, komitmen, tanggung jawab, fleksibel dan seimbang

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui lebih mendalam mengenai konsep dasar metode inquiry, kelebihan dan kelemahannya serta aplikasinya dalam pembelajaran Fiqih. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini data dikumpulkan melalui metode library research. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode Inquiry merupakan sebuah rangkaian kegiatan pembelajaran yang menekankan pada proses berpikir secara sistematis, kritis, logis dan analitis dalam merumuskan suatu masalah dan menemukan jawaban. Penerapan metode Inquiry dalam pembelajaran Fiqih mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa secara aktif dalam memperoleh dan memproses perolehan belajar dengan cara mempelajari masalah tertentu yang dipelajari dalam kelompok ahli sampai generalisasi terhadap objek tertentu yang kemudian didiskusikan dalam kelompok asal.
