Abstract

Tradition is a habit that is based on a belief or belief in something done by a person or community whose existence has been introduced from the past until now by ancestors from generation to generation and cannot be eliminated. The aim of this research is to find out and develop the process of a tradition carried out in Bangun Jaya Village in everyday life. The research method used in this research is qualitative descriptive research using documents and books as data sources. In addition, researchers also conducted interviews as supporting data in this research. The results of this research regarding the traditions carried out by the Bangun Jaya community in their daily lives have a positive impact, traditions like this can be a link between kinship and the introduction of new members.

Abstract

Ahmad Dahlan was born in Jogyakarta in 1868 AD/ 1268 AH, the figure of K.H. Ahmad Dahlan, who is known as a figure in the Islamic reformist and reformist movement, bravely and seriously put education as a strategic means and effort to save Muslims from static thinking, because at that time Indonesian society experienced colonialism from Dutch and Japanese colonialists. towards dynamic thinking to realize Indonesian independence. The spirit of struggle initiated and carried out by K.H. Ahmad Dahlan implemented this by establishing educational institutions which were then used as cadre formation centers for Indonesian Muslims. K.H. Ahmad Dahlan believes that education is capable of turning humans into perfect humans. In general, Ahmad Dahlan's reform ideas can be classified into two dimensions, namely: first, trying to purify Islamic teachings from khufarat, superstition and heresy which have been mixed into the beliefs and worship of Muslims. Second, inviting Muslims to leave the network of traditional thought through re-interpretation of Islamic doctrine in formulations and explanations that can be accepted by reason.

Abstract

Islamic education is education that is based on the teachings of Islam itself. The Qur'an and Sunnah are the main guidelines in implementing its operations. In the current era, Islamic education continues to strive to improve its quality, so that every effort is made. One of these efforts is, for example, reviewing with a sharp analysis how Islamic education that the Prophet Muhammad SAW implemented at the beginning Islamic history itself. It is hoped that this study of the early history of Islam can refresh our memories about the figure of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. so that it can be successful in developing human beings who have previously experienced crises in various aspects of life. Based on the studies that have been discussed, it turns out that the Prophet Muhammad was able to raise their dignity and even become a factory of knowledge and culture for approximately six centuries.

Abstract

Islamic religious teachings with the principles of Sufism or Islamic mysticism. This approach aims to deepen students' understanding of Islamic teachings through spiritual experiences and self-introspection. In this article, the author explores the main aspects of the Sufism approach, including the concepts of tazkiyat al-nafs (cleansing the soul), muhasabah (self-introspection), and tawakkul (complete trust in Allah). The author also discusses how the application of the Sufism approach can increase students' empowerment in facing moral and social challenges, as well as help them to develop leadership based on Islamic values. In the context of Islamic religious education, the Sufism approach provides a solid foundation for creating a deep and meaningful learning environment, which not only helps students understand religious texts, but also guides them towards spiritual growth and wisdom in everyday life. This research uses qualitative literature study methods. This article concludes that the application of the Sufism approach in various Islamic educational institutions has shown a positive impact on student character formation and academic development. Thus, the Sufism approach in Islamic Religious Education is considered an effective and holistic solution to improve the quality of Islamic religious education and form a young generation with noble and responsible morals.

Abstract

Education is a key element in the development of society and the country. This article examines the development of education in Indonesia with a focus on the background, results and conclusions of the historical journey of education in this country. The development of education in Indonesia has been influenced by a long history, especially the period of Dutch colonialism. Education at that time was limited to the native elite and created inequality in access to education. However, after the proclamation of independence in 1945, education became a top priority in national development, resulting in a significant increase in access to basic education. Nevertheless, educational inequality between urban and rural areas and between islands in Indonesia remains a problem that must be addressed..Educational developments in Indonesia include increasing access to education, diversifying higher education programs, and efforts to integrate local culture in the curriculum. The government has allocated a significant budget for education, modernizing the curriculum and improving the quality of teaching. Education reform also includes teacher training and curriculum updates to face changing times. However, there are still challenges in educational governance, unequal access to education, and integrating technology in the learning process. The development of education in Indonesia reflects a journey full of challenges and significant changes. While there has been progress in terms of access and cultural integration efforts, challenges such as educational inequality, complex governance, and technology integration still need to be addressed. Quality education remains a priority, with the hope that continued efforts will ensure that education in Indonesia meets high quality standards and is relevant to face a challenging future. Abstract

This research discusses the education system in the United States and at the end of the discussion a little comparison with the education system in Indonesia. Because of its focus, the discussion of this paper is more directed at the implementation of education systems and policies in the United States including; how the level of education in the United States, management, curriculum, learning evaluation, teacher quality, education funding and education quality assurance practices, which are applied in developing education. The approach used through the method used by the author in conducting this research is through descriptive qualitative methods by searching for various data from documents and literature in the form of; literature, articles, books, other supporting websites including podcasts and video interviews on YouTube that have been directly involved in education in the United States. It is assumed that since the United States declared independence from Great Britain on 4 July 1776, the form of government of the Federal Presidential Constitutional Republic and Liberal Democracy with three branches of government, namely, executive, legislative and judicial, has progressed in various aspects including in the aspect of education. In this context, of course, progress in various fields in Indonesia is far behind compared to the United States, especially in the field of education. From this analysis, it is not wrong if Indonesia continues to improve and take valuable lessons from the United States experience in the education system in this contemporary era.

Abstract

Curriculum is a set of educational subjects and programs provided by an education provider institution which contains lesson plans that will be given to lesson participants in one educational level period. The method used in this research is qualitative research. According to Saryono (2010), qualitative research is research that is used to investigate, discover, describe and explain the qualities or features of social influence that cannot be explained, measured or described using a quantitative approach. The aim of this research is to discover the process of implementing the Curriculum at MTs IT At-Tauhid Kampung Tauhid Sriwijaya. The approach used in this research is qualitative with descriptive analysis methods. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and observation.

Abstract

There was a divorce that broke the relationship between a husband and a wife. But there are other attempts to unite the couple through one word called reference. This study aims to describe and analyze the different references and reference procedures between the KHI and some of the Mazhab views. The research carried out using library research with the collection of data obtained from the study of the library (library research). The data received is divided into two primary data and secondary data. Furthermore, the data analysis techniques in this research are qualitative with deductive-inductive reasoning. The results of the study show that there is a reference difference in the view of the mazhab and KHI which is the maintenance of marriage. According to Mahab Shafi'i, the reference is to restore the status of marriage law in the midst of 'iddah after the occurrence of talak Raj'i. According to the hambali reference was to return to the state of the wife after the happening of the talak raj'i and is still in the iddah without repeating the interruption. Meanwhile, according to Imam Malik the referral is the return of the wives who have been interrogated other than Ba'in, with without doing interruptions and in the time of iddah. The husband who commits a ruse is a man who is lawful, reasonable, self-righteous, and not a murderer. According to Mazhab Syafi'i, the reference must be expressed in a clear or concise manner. However, according to the scholars, including Mazhab Hanafi, referrals are usually performed orally and are usually also performed directly by spouses. Abstract

Many aspects of life are regulated in the Koran, which is the main source of Islamic teachings, including aspects related to wills. In the Qur'an, the word will is often found with different meanings and connotations other than just a message before death. This difference is caused by the use of different will words in the context of the problem. A will is a voluntary gift made by someone to another person, which is made after the death of the giver (testator). Because wills have the nature of worship (human relationship with God), they are also a legal act, a means of getting closer to Allah (taqorrub ilallah) which is often done by many people, especially those who have sufficient wealth. In practice, a will is usually made by someone orally or in writing. This is done so that other people know that this is his will. This research aims to examine the meaning of a will, the reasons for making a will, the wisdom of making a will, the law of wills, the types of wills, the pillars of wills, and the amount of assets that can be bequeathed. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with a type of library research. Researchers obtain data from books, journals, articles and others related to the theme or title being discussed.

Abstract

Inovasi kurikulum PAI harus diarahkan kepada integrasi dan singkronisasi ilmu pengetahuan. Kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam yang menjadi acuan utama dalam pengembangan lembaga-lembaga pendidikan Islam, sudah seharusnya mengikuti alur perubahan yang terus menerus dan mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Disamping itu pengembangan kurikulum PAI memerlukan landasan yang jelas dan kokoh, sehingga tidak mudah terombang-ambing oleh arus transformasi dan inovasi pendidikan dan pembelajaran yang begitu dahsyat sebagaimana terjadi pada saat ini. Pengembangan kurikulum juga harus ditekankan pada pengembangan individu yang mencakup keterkaitannya dengan lingkungan sosial setempat. Lingkungan sosial budaya merupakan sumberdaya yang mencakup kebudayaan, ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi berdasarkan uraian di atas sangatlah penting memperhatikan faktor kebutuhan masyarakat dalam pengembangan kurikulum. Dalam tataran praksis bahwa kurikulum sebagai hasil belajar dan sebagai pembelajaran. Pembelajaran agama Islam bukan sekedar kurikulum tertulis yang hanya disampaikan sebagai pengetahuan (kognitif) saja. Tetapi kurikulum PAI mampu memberikan nilai terhadap peserta didik dengan pemahaman, perilaku, sikap terhadap materi yang ada.
