Abstract

Yayasan Aisyah Berbagi is a social foundation that runs the Sedekah Jum’at Rutin program, which aims to support orphans, the poor, and the underprivileged. However, several issues still exist, including ineffective information dissemination, manual processes for both donations and donation submissions, lack of transparency in donation pickups, and manual donation reporting. This research aims to apply the design thinking method in developing a web-based donation application for Yayasan Aisyah Berbagi’s Sedekah Jum’at Rutin program, with the goal of increasing donation process efficiency, expanding donor reach, and making it easier for the public to submit donations. The results show that implementing this method effectively addresses the existing problems within Yayasan Aisyah Berbagi. With the introduction of this web-based donation application, the donation process is expected to become more practical, transparent, and well-organized, allowing Yayasan Aisyah Berbagi to optimize its fundraising efforts more effectively.

Abstract

Puskesmas merupakan salah satu fasilitas kesehatan yang sangat penting di Indonesia, berfungsi sebagai pusat pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat tingkat pertama. Salah satu aspek penting dalam operasional Puskesmas adalah pengelolaan obat, yang mencakup seluruh kegiatan dari perencanaan hingga pelaporan. Pengelolaan obat yang baik sangat diperlukan untuk memastikan ketersediaan obat yang tepat dan mendukung tercapainya tujuan kesehatan. Namun, di Puskesmas Meskom, pencatatan dan pelaporan data obat masih dilakukan secara konvensional menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan pencatatan manual, yang mengakibatkan proses pencarian data dan pembuatan laporan menjadi lambat, tidak akurat, dan memakan waktu. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, petugas pengelola obat di Puskesmas Meskom juga mengungkapkan kesulitan dalam menyampaikan laporan stok obat ke Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bengkalis. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem pencatatan data obat berbasis website di Gudang Farmasi Puskesmas Meskom. Sistem ini akan menyimpan data dalam bentuk elektronik yang memudahkan pencarian, pengelompokan, dan pembuatan laporan. Diharapkan dengan penerapan sistem ini, proses pengelolaan data obat di Puskesmas Meskom akan menjadi lebih efisien, akurat, dan mempermudah petugas dalam menyampaikan laporan tepat waktu.

Abstract

Agree and disagree is an integral part when talking about the idea of Fiqh Indonesia TM Hasbi Ash-Shiddiqy (fiqh is determined based on the personality and character of Indonesia). Critical review conducted by Yudian Wahyudi about the idea of Fiqh Indonesia is very important to be understood thoroughly in order to align the proportionality debate and at the same time the idea of Fiqh Indonesia Hasbi contextualization. The description in this paper is the result of reading the author entirely to the works of Yudian Wahyudi to review the idea of Fiqh Indonesia Hasbi, especially a work entitled  Hasbi's Theory of Ijtihad in the Context of Indonesian Fiqh(2007).

Abstract

Religious  institutions  looked  having  an  important  role  in responding a violence, especially for women at domestic violence. It is because  our  understanding  that  any  religion  has  never  agreed  and received any kind of violence. However, time has changed, campaign and gender  mainstreaming  has  been  actively  issued  by  the  government  and non  government  organizations.  Therefore,  the  interpretation  of  the devine  text  by  the  religious  leaders  has  also  shifted.  This  article elaborates  the  role  and  paradigm  shift  in  the  religious  institutions  in anticipating and rehabiliting domestic violence in Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This study analyzes the relationship between lecturers' teaching styles and students' learning motivation in higher education. Teaching style is an external factor significantly influencing student engagement and academic achievement. The study used a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The study sample consisted of 120 Elementary Madrasah Teacher Education Study Program students at Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin State Islamic University, Banten, selected through proportional stratified random sampling. The instruments used included the Teaching Style Inventory and the Academic Motivation Scale, which had been tested for content validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and the Pearson product-moment correlation test. The results showed a strong positive relationship between lecturers' teaching styles and students' learning motivation (r = 0.672; p 0.001). The Facilitator dimension had the highest correlation (r = 0.701), followed by Personal Model and Expert. This finding is consistent with Self-Determination Theory, which emphasizes the importance of fulfilling the needs for autonomy, competence, and relatedness to increase students' intrinsic motivation. These findings recommend that lecturers optimize facilitative approaches, serve as academic role models, and provide constructive feedback. Universities are advised to facilitate ongoing pedagogical training to improve the quality of teaching styles oriented toward student empowerment.

Abstract

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran nilai inti ASN BerAKHLAK sebagai variabel mediasi dalam pengaruh transformasi digital terhadap budaya kerja di IPDN Kampus Papua. Metode Penelitian: Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode kausal digunakan untuk menjelaskan hubungan sebab-akibat antarvariabel. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sensus, melibatkan seluruh ASN (PNS dan PPPK) di IPDN Kampus Papua sebanyak 98 responden. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan dengan standar minimum 0,70 untuk outer loading, Cronbach’s Alpha, dan Composite Reliability. Hasil dan Pembahasan: Seluruh konstruk memenuhi kriteria validitas dan reliabilitas. Nilai R-Square menunjukkan bahwa transformasi digital menjelaskan 59,4% variasi nilai inti ASN BerAKHLAK, sedangkan transformasi digital dan nilai inti ASN BerAKHLAK bersama-sama menjelaskan 65,3% variasi budaya kerja. Analisis F-Square menunjukkan pengaruh positif signifikan antarvariabel. Uji mediasi menunjukkan nilai koefisien jalur 0,324 dengan T-statistik 4,509 dan P-value 0,000, menandakan mediasi signifikan. Implikasi: Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan nilai inti ASN BerAKHLAK sebagai strategi dalam mengoptimalkan pengaruh transformasi digital terhadap budaya kerja, serta dapat menjadi acuan kebijakan peningkatan kinerja ASN di lingkungan pendidikan kedinasan.

Abstract

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja, pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, serta peran motivasi kerja sebagai mediator hubungan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di IPDN Kampus Papua. Metode Penelitian: Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode explanatory research digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sampel terdiri dari 44 ASN di IPDN Kampus Papua. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) melalui aplikasi SmartPLS versi 4.0. Hasil dan Pembahasan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (koefisien jalur = 0,291; p = 0,133). Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja (koefisien jalur = 0,764; p = 0,000), dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (koefisien jalur = 0,423; p = 0,029). Analisis indirect effect membuktikan bahwa motivasi kerja memediasi hubungan antara lingkungan kerja dan kinerja pegawai (koefisien jalur = 0,323; p = 0,040). Implikasi: Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan kualitas lingkungan kerja untuk mendorong motivasi, yang pada akhirnya berdampak pada kinerja pegawai. Strategi pengelolaan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif perlu diintegrasikan dengan upaya peningkatan motivasi dalam kebijakan manajemen ASN.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the effect of applying the Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics (STEAM) strategy on students’ science literacy in the ecosystem material of grade V at SDN 44 Pontianak Barat. The research employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design type pretest-posttest control group design. The sample consisted of 52 students selected using a random sampling technique. Data were collected through observation, tests, and documentation, and analyzed using instrument analysis, prerequisite tests, hypothesis testing, and effect size measurement. The results showed that the average science literacy score in the control class increased from 42.08 (low) to 57.09 (moderate), while in the experimental class it increased from 49.02 (low) to 83.23 (high). Hypothesis testing obtained a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, indicating a significant difference between the use of STEAM and conventional strategies. The effect size of Cohen’s d was 1.055 > 0.8, which falls into the large effect category. Thus, the application of the STEAM strategy has a positive and significant effect on improving elementary school students’ science literacy.

Abstract

Research Objective: This study aims to describe the science literacy offifth-grade students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta Darussalam Pontianak and the application and influence of the guided inquiry model on improving science literacy in the subject of the human circulatory system, including its quantitative influence. Methodology: This study applied a quantitative approach with an experimental method using a nonequivalent control group design. Classes VA and VB were selected as samples through total sampling technique. The instruments included multiple-choice tests, observation sheets, and documentation. Data analysis was performed through descriptive statistical tests, prerequisite tests, and hypothesis testing to examine the effectiveness of the model. General Findings: The results showed that the application of the guided inquiry model had a positive impact on improving the science literacy of fifth-grade students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta Darussalam Pontianak. This was indicated by an increase in posttest scores compared to pretest scores, as well as significant paired t-test results (0.000 < 0.05). Although the average N-Gain score was only 40.03% (less effective category), this model still contributed to helping students understand science concepts more actively and structurally. Novelty/Originality of this Research: This study is unique because it examines the effectiveness of the guided inquiry model specifically on science literacy at the madrasah ibtidaiyah level, which has rarely been studied. The focus on the human circulatory system and the application of a quantitative approach in a local context makes this research valuable as an empirical contribution to the development of relevant and contextual science learning models.

Abstract

In organizational settings, job positions are often viewed not only as formal roles with defined responsibilities but also as symbols of personal identity, career progression, and individual achievement. This study aims to explore how employees perceive and interpret the positions they hold within the organizational structure, particularly in the context of PT. Surya Toto Indonesia Tbk. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis to gain deeper insights into employees’ experiences, perceptions, and expectations related to their roles. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 10 employees from various hierarchical levels within the company. Respondents were selected using purposive sampling, based on predetermined criteria relevant to the study’s objectives. The findings indicate that a job position is not merely seen as a formal duty but also carries personal significance, including a sense of pride, validation, and a pathway for professional growth. However, several respondents also revealed that their positions often come with psychological burdens, such as high performance expectations, complex responsibilities, and persistent pressure to maintain standards. Moreover, workplace social dynamics may contribute to interpersonal conflicts or competition, which can adversely affect emotional well-being. These findings highlight the dual nature of organizational roles, encompassing both opportunities and challenges.
