Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan mengetahui hubungan antara keterampilan berkomunikasi guru dengan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika kelas IV di SDN 066049 Medan Helvetia T.A 2023/2024. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SDN 066049 Medan Helvetia berjumlah 39 siswa, yaitu kelas IV-A (19 siswa) dan kelas IV-B (20 siswa). Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode sampling jenuh, dimana setiap individu dalam populasi diambil sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan menentukan uji kecenderungan, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji koefisien, dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t pada taraf α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa uji koefisien korelasi antara variabel keterampilan berkomunikasi guru dengan motivasi belajar matematika siswa kelas IV di SDN 066049 Medan Helvetia dengan N= 39, r_hitung= 0,626, r_tabel=0,3160, diperoleh r_hitung= 0,626 > r_tabel=0,3160, atau Ha diterima. Dengan diterimanya Ha maka dapat diartikan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara variabel kemampuan komunikasi guru dengan motivasi siswa dalam belajar matematika. Berdasarkan nilai r = 0,626 maka disimpulkan bahwa variabel keterampilan komunikasi guru (x) dengan variabel motivasi belajar siswa (y) memiliki hubungan yang kuat.

Abstract

This article discusses a comparison of leadership in the context of good and less good schools. The principal's leadership style basically means a manifestation of the behavior of a school principal, which concerns his ability to lead the school. Elementary Schools (SD) are of course part of basic educational institutions to instill values, attitudes and aesthetics so that quality leaders are needed with the right leadership style. Leadership style influences a person's success in the school he leads, especially in influencing the behavior of his subordinates and success is much influenced by leadership style. School principals should provide work instructions to teachers so that carrying out their work becomes easier. Leadership in educational institutions is very important to achieve goals. academics and student character development. However, leadership in good schools, elementary school A and less good elementary school B, has differences in leadership style. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with the leaders of good schools at Sdn A and less good Sdn B. Data analysis was carried out using the thematic analysis method. The results of the research show that leadership in good schools, Sdn A, is more focused on achieving academic targets, while leadership in less good schools, Sdn B, on the other hand, is not focused on achieving academic targets or anything else. In the context of educational development in Indonesia, this research can provide insight and understanding of the differences in leadership in two different types of educational institutions. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide guidance for school leaders in improving the quality of leadership and educational development in Indonesia. Every leader has a leadership style that is different from one leader to another. Furthermore, try to avoid reprimanding in public if a teacher makes a mistake in their work and continue to guide teachers so that they are more comfortable at work. Apart from that, we should improve and maintain patterns that have been good so far and increase the values ??of a positive leadership style in order to increase achievement motivation and at the same time improve teacher performance.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of low learning outcomes in choosing nutritious food for students because students are more interested in practical learning, consider theoretical learning boring and students pay less attention to teacher explanations so they do not understand the learning material. This study aims to determine the effect of the NHT type cooperative learning model on the learning outcomes of choosing nutritious food for grade III students of SDN 064976 Medan Tembung. The type of research is a quantitative research method with a quasi-experimental research design with a nonequivalent control group design model. The research sample consisted of 2 classes, namely the experimental class (IIIA) consisting of 21 students and the control class (IIIB) consisting of 21 students. The instrument used in this study was a multiple-choice test. The data analysis techniques used were the normality test, homogeneity test and t-test processed using SPSS 30. Based on the results of the study, it was found that students in the experimental class obtained a higher average score of 85.238, while the average score of the control class was 71.667. From the calculation results using SPSS assistance, it was obtained t-count> t-table (5.265> 2.079) with a significance level of 0.000 which means <0.05 (0.000 <0.005). Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that it can be concluded that there is an influence of the implementation of the NHT type cooperative model on the learning outcomes of choosing nutritious food for grade III students of SDN 064976 Medan Tembung.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menghasilkan media pembelajaran berbasis Autoplay yang layak, praktis dan efektif diterapkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan memakai model 4D (Define, Design, Develop dan Disseminate). Subjek penelitian siswa kelas V SDN 060908 Medan Denai. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang dipakai yaitu wawancara, kuesioner dan tes. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan yang sudah dilaksanakan memperoleh persentase nilai validasi ahli materi sebesar 90,91% kategori œSangat Layak, validasi ahli media sebesar 81,17% kategori œSangat Layak, validasi ahli praktisi pendidikan sebesar 93,68% kategori œSangat Praktis, dan uji efektivitas pada pretest sebesar 33,33% dan posttest sebesar 93,33% kategori œSangat Efektif.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterampilan mengajar guru terhadap aktivitas belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas IV SD di SDN 105280 Desa Lama yang berjumlah 43 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan lembar observasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan mengajar mempengaruhi secara signifikan aktivitas belajar siswa kelas IV di SDN 105280 Desa Lama. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan analisi data uji hipotesis yang memperoleh nilai thitung (4,133) > ttabel (1,682). Sedangkan hasil uji R square diperoleh diperoleh nilai 29,4%, dimana memiliki arti bahwa aktivitas belajar siswa dipengaruhi sebesar 29,4% oleh keterampilan mengajar guru, dan 70,6% di pengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

This article discusses a comparison of leadership in the context of good and less good schools. Leadership in educational institutions is very important for achieving academic goals and developing student character. However, leadership at elementary school A and elementary school B has differences in leadership style. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with school leaders at SDN A and SDN B. Data analysis was carried out using the thematic analysis method. The results of the research show that leadership in SDN A schools is more focused on achieving educational goals, while leadership in SDN B schools, on the other hand, is not focused on achieving academic or other targets. In the context of educational development in Indonesia, this research can provide insight and understanding of the differences in leadership in two different schools. The conclusion of this research is that as a leader it is important to understand and adapt leadership styles to achieve mutual success in accordance with national education goals. In implementing research results, leadership training programs to improve quality, increase communication and collaboration, improve resource management systems, and increase innovation and creativity can be carried out as concrete steps to improve the quality of leadership in schools. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide guidance for educational leaders in improving the quality of leadership and educational development in Indonesia in accordance with national education goals.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat kesiapan guru dalam menerapkan pendekatan Deep Learning untuk pembelajaran Homeschooling. Dalam konteks homeschooling yang fleksibel, pendekatan ini mendorong peserta didik menjadi subjek aktif yang didorong untuk tidak hanya menguasai literasi dasar, tetapi juga mengembangkan kompetensi abad ke-21. Alat dan Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif untuk memperoleh pemahaman komprehensif mengenai kesiapan guru dalam menerapkan pendekatan deep learning pada pembelajaran homeschooling di PKBM Homeschooling Medan Timur. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tiga teknik utama, yaitu wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil yang didapatkan guru PKBM HomeschoolingMedan Timur telah merancang pembelajaran yang tidak hanya berorientasi pada pencapaian materi tetapi juga menekankan pengembangan keterampilan abad 21 seperti berpikir kritis, kreativitas dan kemandirian belajar. Penerapan pendekatan deep learning di PKBM HomeschoolingMedan Timur telah menunjukkan hasil yang positif dalam mengembangkan pengalaman belajar yang berarti, mendalam dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan setiap siswa. Kesimpulan penelitian, guru di PKBM Homeschooling Medan Timur memiliki kesiapan yang baik dalam menerapkan pendekatan deep learning. Kesiapan tersebut terlihat dari kemampuan guru dalam merancang kurikulum berbasis kompetensi, menyusun tujuan pembelajaran yang mendorong pemikiran kritis serta memanfaatkan sumber belajar autentik di lingkungan sekitar..

Abstract

This research aims to determine the product quality of the developed Electronic Student Worksheet (E-LKPD), specifically focusing on its validity, by utilizing liveworksheets media. This research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The final product of this research is an E-LKPD developed with liveworksheets media on the fundamental movements of big ball games for fifth-grade students at UPT SDN 060876 Medan. The results indicated that the material expert evaluation yielded an average score of 96%, and the media expert evaluation resulted in an average score of 88.75%, both indicating a 'very feasible' rating. The practicality assessment achieved a score of 85.3%. Student responses, after calculation, showed an average score of 91%. Furthermore, the average scores of the pre-test and post-test demonstrated an increase from 43.5 to 84.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the traditional game Gobak Sodor on the level of agility of third-grade students at SD Negeri 112281 Aek Kanopan. Along with the development of technology, traditional games are increasingly abandoned, and students' interest in digital games is increasing. The method used in this study is an experimental method with a One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The research sample consisted of 15 third-grade students of SD Negeri 112281 Aek Kanopan, who were selected through a total sampling technique. The instrument used in this study was a shuttle run test to measure students' agility levels before and after treatment. The data obtained were analyzed using normality tests, homogeneity tests, and paired sample t-tests. The results showed a significant increase in students' agility levels after being given treatment through the Gobak Sodor game. The average travel time of students in the agility test decreased, indicating an increase in their agility abilities. The results of the statistical test showed a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05), so the alternative hypothesis was accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that the traditional game Gobak Sodor has a significant effect on increasing the agility of grade III students of SD Negeri 112281 Aek Kanopan. Therefore, this game can be used as an alternative in physical education learning to improve students' fitness in a fun way.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of traditional games bebentengan in sprint running material in physical education lessons class V SD Negeri 060871 Medan. This type of research is quantitative research. The research method used is Experiment with One Group Pretest and Posttest Design design. The population used was class V SD Negeri 060871 Medan which amounted to 76 students. The sample used was purposive sampling technique, namely V-B 25 students. Data collection techniques used are test techniques, test scores. Based on the results of the study it was found that there was an effect of traditional games bebentengan. This is tested from the value of the average difference in sprint running time in the pre-test 3,76 and post-test 3,44. Based on the data obtained from the hypothesis test results for the data, namely 3,22 > 1.70, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that “There is an Effect of Bebentengan Traditional Games on Sprint Running Material in Physical Education Class V State Elementary School 060871 Medan”. The results of the research on the traditional game method bebentengan obtained an increase in students' sprint running time so that it gave an influence on the ability to run sprints in students' running speed.
