Abstract

The Creative Economic Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (Bekraf RI) has produced 57 infographics throughout 2016-2018 from Independent Assessment of Creative City/ District for Indonesia (PMK3I). One of the exciting parts of those infographics is the cover related to city branding's identity in developing the creative economy in an area. This study aims to determine what identities are displayed in city branding. This research used the theory of city image management by Kavaratzis. The methodology used is descriptive qualitative with content analysis techniques. The research data used are infographics cover of Creative Economic Agency of the Republic of Indonesia in Malang, Yogyakarta, and Jakarta. The data collection technique was carried out by in-depth interviews with informants who worked in the tourism sector government agencies and were native to those areas. In representing cities/regions in Indonesia, physical buildings, cultural products, and community characters are always connected to their local identity.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Dan Sosial (IPAS) Bagi Siswa Sekolah Dasar Kelas IV berdasarkan kategori valid, praktis dan efektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model 4D dengan empat tahapan yaitu Define, Design, Development, Dissemination. Analisis dalam penelitian yaitu analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian bahwa hasil kevalidan dari ahli materi dengan persentase 88% dengan kategori sangat valid, kevalidan yang didapatkan dari ahli perangkat pembelajaran yaitu modul ajar dengan persentase 85% dengan kategori sangat valid. Hasil uji kepraktisan yang diperoleh dari hasil respon siswa dengan persentase 96% dengan dengan kategori sangat praktis. Hasil analisis data keefektifan dengan rata-rata nilai posttest 93,33% yang menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV pada mata pelajaran IPAS. Kata kunci: modul ajar; IPAS; kurikulum merdeka ABSTRACTThis study aims to produce teaching materials for Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) for Grade IV Elementary School Students based on valid, practical and effective categories. The research method used in this study is a 4D model with four stages, namely Define, Design, Development, Dissemination. Analysis in research is qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of the study showed that the validity results of material experts with a percentage of 88% with a very valid category, the validity obtained from learning device experts, namely Modul Ajar with a percentage of 85% with a very valid category. The results of the practicality test obtained from the results of student responses with a percentage of 96% with a very practical category. The results of the analysis of effectiveness data with an average posttest score of 93.33% showed that there was an increase after using the Learning Tools Based on independent learning. Keywords: teaching module; IPAS; independent curriculum

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                               Kurikulum merdeka merupakan kurikulum dengan pembelajaran intrakuri kuler yang beragam di mana konten akan lebih optimal agar peseta didik memiliki cukup waktu untuk mendalami konsep dan menguatkan kompetensi. Guru memiliki keleluasaan untuk memilih berbagai perangkat ajar sehingga pembelajaran dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan belajar dan minat peserta didik. Adapun tujuan pengabdian ini yaitu untuk menambah wawasan guru terkait implementasi kurikulum merdeka dalam penyusunan dan pengembangan perangkat  di SDN 9 Ampenan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini meliputi tiga tahapan: tahap persiapan, tahap implementasi dan tahap evaluasi kegiatan pengabdian. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan sudah berjalan dengan lancar dan diketahui masih terdapat guru yang belum memahami sistematika penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran, namun dengan adanya pelatihan ini dapat memudahkan guru untuk memahami penyusunan perangkat serta penerapannya dalam kurikulum merdeka. Kata kunci: petunjuk penulisan; template dokumen; format; style. ABSTRACTThe independent curriculum is a curriculum with diverse intracurricular learning where content will be optimized so that learners have enough time to explore concepts and strengthen competencies. Teachers have the flexibility to choose various teaching tools so that learning can be tailored to the learning needs and interests of students. The purpose of this service is to add teachers' insights related to the implementation of the independent curriculum in the preparation and development of tools at SDN 9 Ampenan. The method used in this service is descriptive qualitative. The implementation of this service activity includes three stages: the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage of the service activity. The results of this service show that the activity has run smoothly and it is known that there are still teachers who do not understand the systematic preparation of learning tools, but with this training it can make it easier for teachers to understand the preparation of tools and their application in the independent curriculum. Keywords: author’s guideline; document’s template; format; style.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penerapan smart campus diharapkan mampu menciptakan pendidikan yang kekinian dan mampu mengantarkan SDM menjadi manusia yang terdidik. Untuk menciptakan smart campus tersebut, diperlukan suatu model yang akan menjadi pedoman atau patokan bagi suatu perguruan tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan gambaran pengembangan Smart Campus di Indonesia yang diketahui dari strategi smart education yang diterapkan di Korea dan society 5.0 yang diterapkan di Jepang melalui komparasi keterkaitan antara society 5.0 dengan Smart Education serta SDGs sebagai data tambahan dalam menyusun peran dan strategi perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan wawancara kepada narasumber yang pernah atau sedang studi di Jepang/Korea. Model smart campus di Jepang yang menerapkan Society 5.0 menekankan pada teknologi yang berujung pada kemandirian dalam belajar. Model smart campus di Korea Selatan menekankan pada teknologi yang berujung pada kemudahan dalam mengakses konten-konten pembelajaran. Sistem teknologi yang terintegrasi membuat proses perkuliahan menjadi nyaman, efektif, dan efesien. Perguruan tinggi di Indonesia mulai menerapkan sistem berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam lingkungan kampus karena didorong dari seluruh civitas akademik di perguruan tinggi yang mengharapkan kenyamanan sehingga pentingnya peranan teknologi.Pengembangan konsep smart campus perlu dilakukan dengan penyesuaian terhadap culture di Indonesia agar nantinya saat konsep tersebut diterapkan secara masif dapat berjalan dengan hasil yang sesuai dan dapat membantu mempermudah penyelenggaraan pendidikan di perguruan tinggi.Abstract: The implementation of the smart campus, it is hoped that it will be able to create up-to-date education and be able to deliver human resources to become educated human beings. To create a smart campus, we need a model that will become a guideline or benchmark for a university. The aim of this research is to get an overview of Smart Campus development in Indonesia which is known from the smart education strategy implemented in Korea and society 5.0 implemented in Japan through a comparison of the relationship between society 5.0 and Smart Education and SDGs as additional data in formulating the role and strategy of higher education. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method. Data collection was carried out by conducting interviews with informants who had or are currently studying in Japan/Korea. The smart campus model in Japan that implements Society 5.0 emphasizes technology which leads to independence in learning. The smart campus model in South Korea emphasizes technology, resulting in easy access to learning content. An integrated technology system makes the lecture process comfortable, effective, and efficient. Universities in Indonesia are starting to implement information and communication technology-based systems in the campus environment because they are encouraged by the entire academic community in tertiary institutions who expect comfort, so the important role of technology is important. The development of the smart campus concept needs to be carried out with adjustments to the culture in Indonesia so that when the concept is implemented on a massive scale it can run with appropriate results and can help facilitate the implementation of education in higher education.

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                               Perangkat pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh guru telah mengalami perubahan, saat ini dalam kurikulum merdeka, guru harus mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran berupa modul ajar yang berprisip pada diferensiasi proses pembelajaran. Salah satunya adalah dalam pengembangan modul ajar. Kemampuan guru untuk menyesuaikan diri dan mengembangkan modul ajar berdiferensiasi masih kurang sehingga tujuan pengabdian ini yaitu untuk menambah wawasan guru dan keterampilan guru dalam mengembangkan modul ajar berdiferensiasi, khususnya bagi guru yang ada di SDN 1 Jeringo kecamatan Gunungsari. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini meliputi tiga tahapan: tahap persiapan, tahap implementasi dan tahap evaluasi kegiatan pengabdian. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan sudah berjalan dengan lancar , setiap guru berhasil mengembangkan produk berupa modul ajar berdiferensiasi sesuai dengan mata pelajaran yang di ajarkan di kelas masing-masing.ABSTRACTThe learning tools used by teachers have changed, currently in the independent curriculum, teachers must develop learning tools in the form of teaching modules that are based on the differentiation of the learning process. One of them is in the development of teaching modules. The teacher's ability to adapt and develop differentiated teaching modules is still lacking, so the purpose of this service is to add to the teacher's insight and teacher skills in developing differentiated teaching modules, especially for teachers at SDN 1 Jeringo, Gunungsari sub-district. The method used in this service is descriptive qualitative. The implementation of this service activity includes three stages: the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage of the service activity. The results of this dedication show that the activity has been running smoothly, each teacher has succeeded in developing a product in the form of differentiated teaching modules according to the subjects taught in their respective classes.

Abstract

The use of gadget devices in early childhood has become an increasing concern in recent years. influence on human thinking patterns because devices can find data quickly for children. Research on the consequences of using gadgets in early childhood has its own significance in understanding its impact on their development. In this study, an analysis was carried out on the level of gadget use in early childhood by applying the K-Means algorithm. The K-Means algorithm is used to group the level of gadget use in children, allowing the identification of groups that have similar characteristics. The aim of this research is to evaluate and understand the level of gadget usage by young children in response to technological developments, as well as to develop an effective method or approach in classifying their gadget usage patterns by utilizing the K-Means algorithm. Thus, this research aims to provide in-depth insight into gadget use patterns in young children, which can be the basis for developing better strategies or policies regarding technology use in this age group. From a total of 332 questionnaire responses, 14 groups were found based on the best DBI scores with different category distributions, namely "very often", "often", "sometimes", "rarely", and "never" with each percentage of 1 % (2 people), 24% (80 people), 0%, 71% (235 people) and 5% (15 people).

Abstract

Abstract: The university needs to know what factors influence student behavior in determining distance learning. It is very necessary as a way to formulate an optimal marketing strategy. This study aimed to determine the influence of student behavior factors consisting of cultural, social, personal, and psychological factors in determining decisions to take distance learning at the Universitas Terbuka. This study's population was UT students registered in the 2023-1 semester, as many as 439,222 students. From this population, there were 10,119 students as respondents with quota sampling techniques from all branch offices throughout Indonesia and abroad. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Analysis with the Enter Method and the SPSS 25.0 for Windows program. The results showed that the student's behavior strongly influenced their decisions in choosing a distance learning system. The main factors shaping student behavior in determining decisions to study remotely are social factors, such as social status and the role of students in society, as well as the personality factors of the students themselves, such as the personal decisions of students in understanding their needs for distance learning systems that are following the conditions they face. In addition to these two factors, cultural factors of residence and student psychology also shape student behavior in determining decisions to study remotely. By knowing these factors, it is hoped can continue to compete with other universities that also organize distance learning courses so that it is always expected to be the first choice of students to participate in the distance learning system.Keywords: Consumer Behavior, Purchasing Decisions, Distance Learning, Multiple Linear Analysis

Abstract

This community service activity aims to address the issue of inadequate promotion of the river tubing tourist destination in Sama Guna Village, which has led to a low number of tourist visits. The lack of effective promotion has prevented this natural tourism potential from optimally contributing to the local community's economy. To tackle this issue, the study aims to design and market digital promotional media capable of reaching a broader target market. The methods used in this activity include the design phase of digital promotional media, training for the local community on the use of digital technology, and the implementation of digital marketing strategies through social media platforms and websites. A participatory approach was employed to involve the community in each stage of the activity, ensuring knowledge transfer and program sustainability. The results of this community service activity showed a significant 75% increase in tourist visits to the river tubing destination in Sama Guna Village following the implementation of digital promotion, compared to the previous rate of only 50%. Additionally, the local community experienced an improvement in their skills in using digital technology to promote their products and services, which ultimately contributed to increased income and economic well-being in the village.

Abstract

Aktivitas pembelajaran matematika yang dilakukan oleh guru di tingkat sekolah dasar belum sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan karena media pembelajaran yang digunakan hanya terpaku pada satu sumber, yaitu buku ajar sehingga peserta didik kesulitan dalam memahami materi dan objek yang tidak jelas. Mobile learning sebagai alternatif layanan pembelajaran masa kini yang adaptif menawarkan kemudahan, kecepatan, keluwesan, dan kemenarikan. Selain itu, penggunaan media pembelajaran semakin beragam dan interaktif, salah satunya adalah dengan pemanfaatan teknologi augmented reality (AR). Perlu dilakukan pengembangan aplikasi mobile learning berbasis augmented reality materi bangun datar dan ruang yang terdapat dalam pelajaran matematika di tingkat SD agar materi tersebut mudah dipahami. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengembangan aplikasi tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini melakukan pengembangan hingga uji kelayakan dari para ahli. Manfaat penelitian ini adalah mengetahui langkah-langkah yang dilakukan dalam melakukan pengembangan aplikasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah research and development (R&D) dengan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan kuesioner sebagai teknik pengambilan data. Tahapan penelitian dan pengembangan sesuai dengan teori yang dikemukakan oleh Borg & Gall. Penelitian ini fokus pada bagian pengembangan aplikasi yang terdiri atas dua tahap. Tahap pertama adalah pengembangan konten dan tampilan aplikasi. Tahap kedua adalah uji validasi aplikasi menurut ahli bahasa, materi, dan media sehingga jika ada kekurangan dapat dilakukan perbaikan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kualitas dan kelayakan aplikasi mobile learning berbasis augmented reality materi bangun datar dan ruang. Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan pedampingan ini merupakan kegiatan lokakarya bagi guru-guru dalam rangka pengembangan profesi terutama pada pemimpin pembelajaran agar mampu mendorong tumbuh kembang peserta didik secara holistik, aktif dan proaktif dalam mengembangkan pendidik lainnya untuk mengimplementasikan pembelajaran yang berpusat kepada peserta didik; serta menjadi teladan dan agen transformasi ekosistem pendidikan untuk mewujudkan Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Metode pendampingan yang dilakukan berupa Focus Grup Discussion (FGD) dengan tujuan untuk menciptakan suasana pendampingan yang harmonis dan bersahabat. Berdasarkan hasil pedampingan menunjukkan bahwa Guru sudah  dapat mengetahui dan berbagi perkembangan kompetensi Guru; sudah mampu memetik pembelajaran (refleksi) dan merumuskan upaya perbaikan dari Kompetensi Guru; sudah mampu menyusun rencana pengembangan diri setelah pelatihan; sudah mampu menyusun dan memiliki rencana pengembangan program sekolah yang berdampak pada murid (1 tahun); sudah  memiliki strategi pelibatan warga sekolah dalam program yang berdampak pada murid.Abstract: This mentoring activity is a workshop activity for teachers in the context of professional development, especially in learning leaders to be able to encourage the growth and development of students holistically, actively, and proactively in developing other educators to implement student-centered learning; as well as being an example and agent of transforming the educational ecosystem to realize the Pancasila Student Profile. The mentoring method carried out is in the form of a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to create a harmonious and friendly mentoring atmosphere. Based on the results of the assistance, it shows that the Teacher can already know and share the development of the Teacher's competence; has been able to learn (reflection) and formulate improvement efforts from Teacher Competence; already able to draw up a self-development plan after training; have been able to compile and have a school program development plan that has an impact on students (1 year); already has a strategy of engaging school residents in programs that impact students.
