Agricultural education at an early age is very important because considering that today's children tend to be minimal, therefore learning about agriculture starts from around the world in order to produce capable farmers and become professional experts in the field of agriculture. The introduction of agricultural education must be implemented from an early age in children, so that it creates a love for the surrounding environment. One of them is using the school yard to always look beautiful, beautiful and attractive by cultivating various kinds of horticultural and other commodities. One of them is the introduction of vegetable plants, which aims to increase students' awareness of the environment by providing illustrations of the impact of planting on the environment. The results of this service have had a positive impact on PAUD Mutiara Hati Palm Spring students, providing additional knowledge on how to cultivate vegetables.

Himpunan yang dilengkapi dengan suatu metrik disebut ruang metrik dan dituliskan dengan (X,d). memperkenalkan konsep ruang metrik yang lebih baru, yaitu ruang metrik bernilai kompleks. Ruang metrik bernilai kompleks merupakan perumuman dari ruang metrik klasik. Selain itu, juga membahas tentang teorema titik tetap pada ruang metrik bernilai kompleks. Titik tetap merupakan suatu titik yang dipetakan ke dirinya sendiri. Kemudian, titik tetap mengalami perluasan menjadi titik tetap berpasangan. Titik tetap berpasangan adalah sepasang titik yang dipetakan ke masing-masing elemen pasangan titik tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuktikan eksistensi dan ketunggalan titik tetap berpasangan pada ruang metrik bernilai kompleks. Penelitian dilakukan dengan membentuk barisan dari pemetaan F yang kontraktif di ruang metrik bernilai kompleks. Selanjutnya, membuktikan bahwa barisan tersebut adalah barisan Cauchy dan konvergen ke titik tetap berpasangan di F. Kemudian membuktikan bahwa F memiliki titik tetap berpasangan yang tunggal. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah pemetaan F pada ruang metrik bernilai kompleks yang memenuhi salah satu dari tiga ketaksamaan dengan dua koefisien yang jumlahannya kurang dari satu memiliki titik tetap berpasangan yang tunggal.

Childbirth is a natural process experienced by every women. The mother’s various reactions after giving birth will influence attitudes, behavior and emotional levels. Psychological pressure after childbirth is an emotional symptom and feeling where a person feels gloomy, cannot sleep, is excessively physically tired, and does not know what he can do in his new role. However, this is not the case for some women who actually feel sad, irritated, tired, want to be angry, feel meaningless, and hopeless in theirearly days as a mother. If this is allowed to happen, it will certainly have bad consequences for the mother and the baby. These signs and symptoms consititute a condition called postpartum depression (Elvira, 2011). Te aim of this research is to determine the influence of maternal psychological factors on post partum blues. This types of research is quantitative research. The population is all postpartum mothers on the second day after giving birth in the Harapan Bunda delivery room. The sampling technique used was total sampling, namely 45 respondents and analyzed using the Chi Square Test. Based on the the result of research on 45 respondents who were hospitalized, the incidence of post partum blues was found, namely 15 people experienced post partum blues, and 30 people did not experience post partum blues.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mutu pelayanan pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit TK.IV Guntung Payung Banjarbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan potong lintang (cross-sectional). Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 96 pasien rawat inap yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner yang menilai lima dimensi mutu pelayanan: kehandalan, ketanggapan, jaminan, empati, dan bukti fisik. Hasil analisis univariat menunjukkan bahwa 100% responden menilai mutu pelayanan secara keseluruhan sebagai baik. Untuk dimensi kehandalan, 99% responden memberikan penilaian baik, sementara 1% menilai tidak baik. Pada dimensi ketanggapan, 95,8% menilai baik dan 4,2% menilai tidak baik. Dimensi jaminan mendapat penilaian baik dari 96,9% responden dan tidak baik dari 3,1% responden. Dimensi empati dan bukti fisik masing-masing dinilai baik oleh 96,9% dan 100% responden. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mutu pelayanan di rumah sakit umumnya dianggap baik, namun masih terdapat ruang untuk perbaikan, khususnya pada aspek ketanggapan dan jaminan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan pelatihan bagi staf medis dan perbaikan fasilitas untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan. Kata kunci : Mutu Pelayanan, Pasien Rawat Inap, Analisis Deskriptif

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan upaya guru dalam mengembangkan kreatifitas peserta didik melalui pembelajaran kaligrafi Arab. Sebab, dengan keunggulan kreativitas yang dimiliki, hal ini menjadi modal dalam persaingan global. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Sementara untuk objek penelitiannya adalah MI Sultan Agung Depok Sleman. Teknik yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi sebagai alat untuk memperoleh data. Sementara untuk analisinya, penulis menggunakan reduksi, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa upaya guru dalam mengembangkan kreatifitas peserta didik pada pembelajaran kaligrafi Arab melalui pendekatan 4P, P1 yaitu pribadi (Person) sebagai pembiasaan tanya jawab untuk melatih keterampilan berfikir lancar dan menghias kaligrafi arab serta berkarya untuk melatih kemampuan merinci. P2 yaitu pendorong (Press) sebagai usaha untuk mendorong motivasi, membangun lingkungan yang kondusif dan memberikan pujian. P3 yaitu proses (Process) dalam memberikan kesempatan berkarya bagi peserta didik dan P4 (Product) sebagai hasil karya yang dapat dinikmati oleh pengunjung saat pameran.

Red chili peppers (Capsicum annuum L.) is a type of vegetable that has economic value high and contains various compounds that are useful for human health. The aim is to determine the extent of the effect of Nitrogen and phosphore on the vegetative growth of red chili plants. This study used a two- factor factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK) method. The first factor is the dose of Nitrogen Fertilizer consisting of three levels, namely N1 (5 gr/plant), N2 (10 gr/plant), and N3 (15 gr/plant), the second factor is the dose of Phosphore fertilizer with two levels, namely P1 (10 gr/plant) and P2 (15 gr/plant). Observation variables include plant height, number of leaves, and number of branches. The results showed that there was a real interaction between nitrogen and phosphore fertilizers. Nitrogen Fertilizer treatment was significantly different from plant height, number of leaves and number of branches. The best Nitrogen Fertilizer treatment was at the N3 dose level (15 gr/plant). Furthermore, in the Phosphore fertilizer treatment, the best results were obtained at the P2 level (15 gr/plant) which affected plant height, number of leaves, and number of branches.

In the family can support mental health, especially broken home children, communication between parents and children has many impacts, such as the development of children's emotions, character and attitude formation. The purpose of this study was to determine family communication on the mental health of broken home children. This research, using qualitative methods because the targets taken have the same characteristics, namely the family. Data validity was carried out using data source tringulation techniques. This research has interpersonal messages obtained between parent and child communication. The theory used is S-O-R Theory by conducting interviews with 4 men and 4 women aged 17-25 years old children who experienced broken homes. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, documentation. The results of this study explain that family interpersonal communication in maintaining children's mental health is very influential for children, especially broken home children who experience mental health, because communication between parents and children is needed, therefore the important role of parents is needed so that there is no promiscuity for children.

This research aims to analyze the level of financial distress in four palm oil plantation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2022-2023 period, using the Altman Z-Score method. The basis for selecting companies as sampling is the criteria for companies whose share price trends are below IDR 500 per share. In addition, this research evaluates the relationship between stock price trends and company financial conditions as a reflection of market sentiment on business performance. The results of the analysis show that two companies are in the financial distress zone, one company is in extreme conditions with a high risk of bankruptcy, and one company is in the safe zone with stable financial performance. It was found that companies with low Z-Score values tend to have stagnant or declining share prices, while companies in the safe zone show more stable share prices. This research provides insight for management, investors and policy makers to understand the relationship between financial risks and market trends, as well as design mitigation strategies to maintain business sustainability in the palm oil plantation sector

Assessment of the implementation of healthservices for pregnant women can be done by looking at the coverage of K1, K4 and K6 (Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, 2020). According to data from the Indonesian Ministry of Health on Indonesia’s health profile, in 2021 K4 coverage reached 88.8%, showing an increase compared to the previous year. This increase was caused by new adaptations made due to facing the COVID-19 pandemic situation in 2021. Where in the previous year, there were significant restrictions on routine services, including maternal health services. The aim aof this research is to analyze factors related to antenatal care visits in the Gandapura Community Health Center working area. The type of research used is analytical observational research with the research design used being cross sectional. The research was carried out in November-December 2024. The sample is part of the number and characteristics of the population. The number of samples taken was 30 samples. Each data was tested statistically to see whether there was a relationship between the two variables. For the attitude factor with antenatal care visits, the value was p=0.004, for support from health workers with antenatal care visits, the value was p=0.014, while the husband’s support with antenatal care visits was obtained with a value of p=0.042, so it can be concluede that there is a relationship between attitude, staff support and husband’s support with antenatal care visits for pregnant womwn at the Gandapura health center.

The phenomenon in this research lies in the value of Current Debt and Total Debt at PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk, which continues to experience an increase from 2016 to 2022, this phenomenon of increasing debt has the potential to reduce the company's Profitability (Return On Equity). This is the basis and aim of this research, to see whether there is an influence of the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on Return On Equity in PT companies. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk, either partially or simultaneously. This research uses purposive sampling in sample selection, and this research also uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that partially the Current Ratio has a significant effect on Return On Equity, and the Debt to Equity Ratio has a significant effect on Return On Equity. Meanwhile, simultaneously the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio have a significant effect on Return On Equity
