Abstract

SMAN 2 Pinggir adalah salah satu satuan pendidikan dengan jenjang SMA di Pinggir, Kec. Pinggir, Kab. Bengkalis, Riau. SMA Negeri 2 Pinggir memiliki 316 siswa, 29 Guru dan 11 kelas. Akademik berhubungan dengan fitur penyimpanan data siswa/guru, penilaian, serta sebagai media pemberian informasi tentang kegiatan akademik. Kegiatan akademik yang berjalan masih menggunakan sistem manual informasi dan data yang tersimpan dimana saja menyulitkan para guru untuk mencari informasi mengenai bagian akademik. Metode yang penulis gunakan pada pembuatan sistem ini yaitu metode waterfall dan menggunakan framework codeigniter dengan bahasa pemograman php dinamis. Maka dari itu dilakukan observasi secara berkala untuk mendapatkan informasi pendukung guna kesempurnaan sistem. Sistem ini nantinya di harapkan dapat membantu kegiatan akademik dan bisa dimanfaatkan dengan baik oleh SMA Negeri 2 Pinggir.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan bukti empiris tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ketepatan waktu pelaporan keuangan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Faktor-faktor yang diuji dalam penelitian ini yaitu debt to equity ratio, profitabilitas, struktur kepemilikan, kualitas auditor, dan pergantian auditor. Sampel dari penelitian ini menggunakan 100 perusahaan manufaktur yang konsisten terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2015-2017 yang diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Faktor-faktor tersebut kemudian diuji dengan menggunakan regresi logistic pada tingkat signifikansi 5 persen. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi bahwa profitabilitas dan struktur kepemilikan secara signifikan berpengaruh pada ketepatan waktu pelaporan keuangan perusahaan, sedangkan Debt to Equity Ratio, kualitas auditor, dan pergantian auditor tidak berpengaruh pada ketepatan waktu pelaporan keuangan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the level of bank soundness with the RGEC method at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk., and PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative research. The type of data used is secondary data sourced from the analysis of the financial statements of PT. PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk., and PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk. Based on the results of research on the health level of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk., during the 2019-2020 period BNI bank was said to be healthy, and PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah, Tbk shows that during the 2019 period, BSI banks were said to be less healthy because the NPL and LDR ratios were below the standard, namely 7% and 20%, respectively. In the period of 2020 PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk has increased, namely the BRIS bank is said to be healthy.

Abstract

Poverty is a very complex and multidimensional phenomenon. As far as the background of this research is concerned, poverty will lead to the emergence of social impacts. The purpose of this study is to analyze the empowerment program carried out by the social services of the city of Pekanbaru in combating poverty. To find out the implementation of the social service program of the new town in empowerment of urban poor communities, there are four indicators that are the benchmark, namely human building, enterprise building, institution building, and environment building. The type of researcher used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques with interviews, observations and documentation. As a result of research, poverty can be eradicated through PKH programmes, BPNT, disability building and UMKM building. Obstacles in empowering urban poor communities are: inadequate targeted assistance, lack of knowledge and knowledge in the use of technology in UMKM construction, and poor service obtained by people with disabilities

Abstract

Penelitian tindakan partisipatori ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan berkomunikasi dan penyelesaian masalah bagi remaja usia siap menikah di kecamatan Jumapolo. Penelitian ini melibatkan remaja usia siap menikah dan remaja siap menikah, Kepala Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Jumapolo, kepala desa setempat, dosen dan mahasiswa Institut Islam Mamba’ul ‘Ulum Surakarta. Peneliti mengawali dengan melakukan observasi pada lokasi penelitian, wawancara dengan pemangku kepentingan, menentukan kegiatan berupa seminar dan focus group discussion dengan partisipan. Data kualitatif penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, perubahan persepsi partisipan kegiatan tentang komunikasi dan pemecahan masalah dalam rumah tangga. Kegiatan ini sangat penting diadakan untuk memahami karakteristik pasangan, sebagai bekal menjalin komunikasi yang baik dalam sebuah rumah tangga, bagaimana cara menyelesaikan masalah dengan baik sehingga dapat mencegah dari perceraian.

Abstract

Dengan diterapkannya sistem pemilihan serentak yang mencakup Presiden, Wakil Presiden, anggota DPR, DPD, dan DPRD di Indonesia, maka peran KPPS menjadi sangat penting dalam mendukung keberhasilan pesta demokrasi. Kinerja setiap anggota KPPS perlu ditinjau secara terus menerus agar dapat melaksanakan tugasnya dengan baik. Dalam melaksanakan tugasnya, KPPS perlu memiliki pemahaman yang baik mengenai tugas, wewenang dan kewajiban petugas KPPS. Oleh karena itu, bimbingan teknis yang dilaksanakan pada Minggu, 28 Januari 2024 di Padanan, Wonosari, Klaten sangat bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan kinerja KPPS. Dengan adanya bimbingan teknis, petugas KPPS lebih memahami dalam menjalankan tugasnya dan menyelesaikan permasalahan pada saat pemilu.

Abstract

This analysis delves into Surah Al-Imran:104 from the Quran, exploring its relevance to contemporary social leadership. The verse emphasizes the importance of promoting goodness while discouraging evil, offering valuable insights for modern leadership paradigms. Through a comprehensive examination of the verse within its Quranic context and classical Islamic exegesis, this research highlights the significance of leaders who uphold moral values and virtuous behavior within their communities. By elucidating the implications of the verse for leadership and exploring its contemporary relevance, the study aims to contribute to understanding Islamic leadership principles and their application to societal challenges. The results reveal the guidance provided by Surah Al-Imran:104 in shaping leaders committed to the betterment of society, leading to success and prosperity. In conclusion, the article underscores the unique perspective offered by this Quranic verse, enriching modern leadership theories with ethical dimensions. This study offers a fresh approach to social leadership by drawing upon Quranic wisdom, providing insights into ethical practices that can benefit society as a whole.

Abstract

The education system expects teachers to be more competent in their work as educators, meaning that teachers who are proficient in their work are competent and professional teachers. The purpose of this study is to find the concept of educator personality from al-Imām an-Nawawī's thoughts in his book At-Tibyān Fī 'Ādāb Hamalati Al-Qur'ān and also its relevance to the National Education Standards that have been set by the Education Office. The type of research that researchers use is qualitative research with a library and field research approach. The primary data source is from the book At-Tibyān written by Al-Imām Al-Nawawi. From the analysis that has been carried out, it is found that the concept of educator personality from Imam Nawawi's thoughts, namely: (1) Educators must carry out their responsibilities sincerely with the sole intention of expecting the pleasure of Allah SWT. (2) Educators do not intend to obtain worldly pleasures. (3) Educators must always be careful and thorough. (4) Educators should adorn themselves with commendable qualities and good morals. (5) Students must be treated well by educators. (6) Educators should advise their students. (7) Educators must be gentle and humble, be gentle and humble. (8) Students must be taught to behave in a way that is approved by Allah SWT by their teacher from ti me to time. (9) If there are many students, the teacher should give priority to the first student's turn and so on. (11) The teacher may not teach by coming to the student's place.

Abstract

Humans are the most perfect creation of Allah. Humans on this earth are caliphs, one of whose duties and mandate is to raise people from ignorance with education and moral knowledge. Moral education is an education that is very prioritized in education, it is the main goal that must be achieved. If humans do not have morals, they will lose their status with Allah as perfect and noblest creatures. In learning the book of Ta'limu Muta'alim, it is necessary to apply it in order to form moral values that should be used as guidelines and guidelines in this life. The problems raised in this study include questions: 1) How is the effect of the application of learning the Ta'limu Muta'allim Book on the formation of the moral values of the students of the Darul Hijroh Islamic boarding school. This type of research approach is qualitative. As directed by the type of qualitative research, the collected data is analyzed with intellectual weapons in the form of theories to obtain various interpretative descriptions according to logical and rational scientific research rules based on the data collected. encountered in the field using data collection techniques through observation, interviews, & documentation. By using data validity through credibility, transferability, dependability & confirmability tests. The results showed that the application of learning the Ta'limu Muta'allim Book on the formation of the moral values of the students of the Darul Hijroh Islamic boarding school, teaches the attitude of love for Allah, knowledge, and the carriers of knowledge, namely teachers. Train students patience, keistiqomahan and tawakal to Allah SWT. Self-actualization through the application of Ta'limul Muta'alim learning can be seen from the achievement of indicators regarding students' self-understanding of the nature of students regarding their moral potential. In this study, students showed good and sufficient understanding and self-direction. good and sufficient self.

Abstract

Currently, tahfidz huts have mushroomed in every region, this is for consumption by parents now. However, the tahfidz boarding school combines memorization and technology applied to the tahfidz al-qur'an and IT darul fitrah Tawangsari Sukoharjo boarding schools. The application is not easy in the teaching and learning process between the two. In fact, there are not a few students who only tend to like technology and the reduced interest in memorizing students due to a lack of control from a teacher in teaching and learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which the teachers of the Darul Fithroh Grajegan Islamic boarding school had control, Tawangsari District, Sukoharjo Regency. also to find out the memorization of Islamic boarding school students Darul Fithroh Grajegan, Tawangsari District, Sukoharjo Regency. Conclusions based on the results of the research above, it is thus understood that there are other factors that can influence students' memorization of the Koran at the tahfidzul qur'an and IT Grajegan Tawangsari Sukoharjo Islamic boarding school, apart from the lack of teacher control, namely; students are less motivated in memorizing the Qur'an.
