Abstract

Peran penting pendidikan dalam membentuk masa depan siswa menuntut adanya panduan yang tepat dalam memilih program studi yang sesuai dengan minat, bakat, dan potensi diri. Seringkali, keputusan dalam memilih program studi diambil tanpa pertimbangan yang matang, sehingga berdampak negatif pada perkembangan akademis dan karier di masa depan. Untuk menjawab persoalan ini, program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) diadakan di SMA Negeri 1 Pantee Bidari dengan pendekatan pengembangan potensi diri dan perencanaan karier. Program ini melibatkan metode partisipatif berupa pemaparan materi, diskusi kelompok, analisis minat dan bakat, serta simulasi pemilihan program studi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa dalam memilih program studi yang sesuai dengan potensi diri dan prospek karier di masa depan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman siswa, dengan 85% peserta mampu mengidentifikasi minat, bakat, dan potensi secara lebih baik, serta memiliki pandangan yang lebih jelas tentang pilihan karier yang akan diambil setelah kuliah. Program ini diharapkan menjadi model edukasi yang efektif untuk diterapkan di sekolah lain, guna membantu siswa membuat keputusan yang tepat dalam memilih program studi.

Abstract

Burns are a condition where there is damage to the epidermis layer down to the dermis layer. The skin structure sustains damage from the epithelium to the basal layer of the dermis. You can use the herbal Chinese pepper (Peperomia pellucida L.) for burn treatment. This study aims to evaluate the impact of administering Chinese betel leaf ointment, with variations in concentration and formula, on the duration of burn wound healing and the diameter of wound closure. Methods There were 30 Mus musculus mice in this study. Divided them into five groups: a regular group without burns, a positive control group that received gentamicin, treatment group 1 that received a low concentration 5% ethanol extract of Chinese betel leaf (EECB) ointment, a treatment group 2 that received a low concentration 10% EECB ointment, and a treatment group 3 that received a high concentration 15% EECB ointment. Results demonstrate wound closure activity by measuring the diameter of burn wounds treated with a 15% concentration of Chinese pepper ointment on the 18th day and a 15% concentration closed the burn wound. Histopathological differences were seen in the K3 group, where collagen density scored +3 (±0.06). We found a very weak positive correlation (0.000) between histopathology (collagen) and wound diameter and a strong negative correlation (-0.0527) between the histopathological parameter (collagen) and the duration of burn wound healing. Conclusion. The research concludes that the effectiveness of administering Chinese betel leaf ointment with a concentration of 15% was obtained

Abstract

The Barzanji tradition is a tradition of reading Arabic literary works in prose that tells the history of the life of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. some are described in beautiful words, with nuances of praise for the Prophet Muhammad SAW. by Sayyid Ja'far Al-Barzanji which is still applied by the people of South Kalimantan, especially in the Hulu Sungai Selatan area. The background to the problem of this research is that in society the commemoration of the Prophet's birthday, especially Barzanji, is just a ritual, without knowing, understanding and practicing the content and meaning of the reading of Barzanji's birthday. Meanwhile, Barzanji's birthday reading contains a lot of wisdom to be used as a guide in life. The aim of this research is that the researcher wants to describe the tradition of reading Maulid Barzanji as a basis for Islamic education and its significance in the context of Islamic educational values in the Hulu Sungai Selatan community. This research uses a type of field research conducted with a qualitative ethnographic type approach and descriptive form. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the first research explain that the Barzanji birthday tradition is the basis of Islamic education, namely the Barzanji birthday tradition not only as a routine, but as an important means in forming someone who is knowledgeable, has noble character and is obedient to Allah SWT. Second, the significance of the Barzanji birthday tradition in the context of Islamic educational values, namely strengthening ties of friendship, teaching us to always strive to be a person with noble character in accordance with our example, namely the Prophet Muhammad, and increasing our belief and love for the Prophet.

Abstract

Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi seharusnya menjadi salah satu jalan keluar dari masalah-masalah yang ada tetapi berkebalikan dengan hal itu semua, ternyata kecanggihan yang ada kurang mampu menumbuhkan moralitas yang baik. Dan ternyata ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang kian berkembang, menunjukkan gejala moralitas yang menurun. Degradasi moral terlihat pada anak-anak hingga remaja bahkan manusia dewasa pun banyak yang kehilangan moralitasnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan memberikan solusi bagi degradasi moral yang ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode kajian kepustakaan (library research). Pendekatan ini bertujuan untuk menggali nilai-nilai akhlak yang terkandung dalam Al-Qur'an dan Sunnah serta menganalisis relevansinya sebagai solusi krisis moral. Data primer berupa Al-Qur’an dan Sunnah, data sekunder diperoleh dari buku, artikel jurnal, dan penelitian sebelumnya yang membahas pendidikan akhlak dalam Islam dan krisis moral. Teknik Analisis Data menggunakan analisis isi (Content Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pertama, penguatan nilai-nilai spiritual dengan pendidikan berbasis iman dan takwa. Kedua, pendidikan karakter berbasis kisah para Nabi dan teladan Rasulullah saw merupakan metode yang efektif dalam membangun akhlak mulia. Kisah-kisah ini memberikan gambaran nyata tentang nilai-nilai kebaikan seperti kejujuran, kasih sayang, kesabaran, dan tanggung jawab, yang dapat diaplikasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Ketiga, pendidikan akhlak di lingkungan keluarga dan sekolah.

Abstract

This study investigated whether children's association skills and engagement with literate media, toys, games, and activities influence their early reading and writing abilities in kindergarten. The study included 60 participants selected by cluster random sampling using a 2 x 2 factorial design. The results indicated that children with literate media scored higher in early reading and writing abilities than those with non-literate media. Fourth, youngsters with high association skills who play with literate media score better than youngsters with high association skills who play with nonliterate media. Children with high association skills also demonstrated better early reading and writing abilities than those with low association skills. The study found a significant interaction between association skills and media, influencing early reading and writing abilities differently. The study emphasizes the importance of incorporating literate media and activities promoting association skills in early childhood education to enhance children's reading and writing abilities. It also highlights the need for teachers and parents to consider individual differences in association skills when selecting media and activities for young children. Both literate and non-literate media have an important impact when combined with different association skills, influencing children's early reading and writing abilities.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of the Copy The Master strategy using audiovisual media on the narrative writing skills of seventh-grade students at Wustha PKPPS Hidayatul Qomariyah. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with an experimental research type, employing a quasi-experimental design. The sample includes class VII A and VII B, with a total of 32 students. The researcher designated class VII A as the experimental group, taught using the Copy The Master strategy through audiovisual media, while class VII B served as the control group, taught without this strategy. The assessment results indicate that students in class VII A showed considerable improvement in narrative writing compared to those in the control class, VII B, who were taught using conventional methods. Based on data from pretest and post-test scores analyzed using the independent sample t-test, a significance value of 0.039 was obtained. This indicates a significant difference (0.039 < 0.05) between the experimental and control groups in narrative writing scores. The descriptive analysis shows that the average post-test score for the control group was 70.25, while the experimental group’s average post-test score was 76.5, indicating a higher average for the experimental group. In conclusion, there is a significant effect of using the Copy The Master strategy with audiovisual media on the narrative writing skills of seventh-grade students at Wustha Hidayatul Qomariyah in the 2024/2025 academic year. Abstract

Nannochloropsis sp. is the green colored microalgae with its round shape of cell. This microalgae has lipids of 28,7% by dry weight, especially unsaturated fatty acids which can be transesterified to produce methyl ester and be a potential as biodiesel feedstock. The content of biodiesel Nannochloropsis sp. reaches 80% of dry weight and has the sama characteristics as vegetable oil. In the lipid extraction process many problems were found, one of which was the cell wall of Nannochloropsis sp. which prevents the lipid from being extracted. This research was carried out on 10 December 2022-28 February 2023 at the Hatchery and Aquaculture Technology Laboratory aquaculture study program, faculty of agrigulture, Malikussaleh University, Chemical Technology Laboratory at Lhokseumawe State Polytechnic and at The Environmental Quality Testing Engineering Laboratory At Syiah Kuala University, Banda Aceh. This study used a laboratory experimental method using a Non-Factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 4 treatments and 3 replications. Treatment A Control, treatment B Heating, treatment C Osmotic shock, and treatment D Homogenizer. Based on statistical analysis of the F test (ANOVA) showed that the percentage of lipid from the application of pretreatment gave significantly different resulst to the percentage of lipid from the application of pretreatment. The highest lipid was found in treatment B which was 21,14% and the lowest lipid was in treatment C which was 12,51%. The highest lipid producer from the application of pretreatment is using the heating method. Biodiesel is obtained through a tranesterification process using methanol as a solvent and KOH catalyst.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis Canva terhadap pemahaman materi teks iklan pada siswa kelas VIII di SMPN 14 Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian The Randomized Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok eksperimen yang menggunakan Canva sebagai media pembelajaran dan kelompok kontrol yang menggunakan media pembelajaran konvensional, masing-masing terdiri dari 30 siswa yang dipilih secara acak. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes soal uraian yang dirancang untuk mengukur tingkat pemahaman siswa terhadap materi teks iklan. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada semester ganjil di SMPN 14 Kota Bengkulu. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik Paired Sample T-Test, yang menghasilkan nilai t-hitung sebesar 0,005 dengan taraf signifikansi (???? < 0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai 0,005 lebih kecil dari 0,05, sehingga H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis Canva memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi teks iklan. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi seperti Canva dapat menjadi alternatif efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Windu shrimp (penaeus monodon) is one of the export commodities that are a priority of the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) in 2021-2024, one of the factors that cause disease in windu shrimp cultivation is vibrio parahaemolitycus bacteria. This study aims to determine the use of mangosteen peel extract (Garcinia mangostana) in feed as an inhibitor or Vibrio parahaemolyticus bacteria in windu shrimp (Penaeus monodon). This research was conducted from January to March 2022 at the Hatchery Laboratory and Cultivation Technology program of Malikussaleh University Aquaculture study program. The method used in this study was carried out in an experimental way using a complete random design (RAL) non-factorial with four three-treatment treatments. The results showed that the feeding mixed with mangosteen skin extract with different doses had an effect on clinical symptoms, healing duration, survival and absolute growth. Statistical test analysis with test F showed that feed mixed with mangosteen peel extract (garcinia mangostana) had a very noticeable effect on the duration of healing, survival, absolute growth of windu shrimp (Penaeus monodon) infected with vibrio parahaemolitycus bacteria and organoleptic test on feed. The water quality range is in the good range for the maintenance of windu shrimp.

Abstract

This research aims to increase students' learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects through the use of visual media in class 8 of SMPN 11 Central Bengkulu. Visual media was chosen as a learning strategy to increase students' interest and involvement in the learning process. The research method used is classroom action research (PTK) which consists of two cycles. Data was collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The research results show that the use of visual media can significantly increase students' learning motivation. This is shown by increasing student activity in class discussions, increasing the average value of daily tests, and increasing positive responses to learning.
