Abstract

Study This aim is to know the influence use media online learning Edmodo on simulation learning outcomes and digital communication class X student at SMK Negeri 1 Kakas. The population in this study were all students Class X of SMK Negeri 1 Kakas has 92 students. The sample in this research is class X TKJ with 20 students as the experimental class, and class X TKR amount 20 students as the class control. Study This uses an experimental method study Pre-Test, Post-test research type Control Group Design. Method analysis data use test normality Liliefors obtained Fcount = 0.137 And Ftable = 0.19 with level significant 0.05, showing data distribute normal, test Homogeneity use F-test showing sample Which researched obtained Fcount = 1.55 And Ftable = 2.17 based on criteria testing Fcount < Ftable so class experiment And class control Variance Which The same or Homogeneous And test hypothesis use T-test obtained Tcount = 7.13 and Ttable = 2.20 based on the test criteria tcount > ttable shows that the experimental class learning outcomes are greater than the classroom learning outcomes control. Thus it can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of online learning media Edmodo on simulation and communication learning outcomes.

Abstract

Objective study This for know Application Model Learning Problem Based For Increase Results Study Computer And Network Base class X TKJ State Vocational School 1 Bitung. The research method used is classroom action research (PTK). The research took place in 2 cycles consisting of 8 meetings. Every cycle consists of planning action, implementation action, observation, and reflection. The subjects in the research were students of class X TKJ SMK Negeri 1 Bitung consisting of 32 person students. The data intake in a study covers data on student learning outcomes from the knowledge (cognitive) domain and the psychomotor (skills) domain. The research results show that the application of the problem-based learning model can improve computer and basic network learning outcomes for classroom students X TKJ vocational school Country 1 Bitung. This can prove that there is an enhancement in student learning outcomes in each cycle. In cycle I the percentage of completeness of students' knowledge of learning outcomes was 72%, while in cycle II the percentage of completeness of learning outcomes knowledge students increased become 94%. Then For cycle I the percentage of completeness of students' skills learning outcomes was 75%, while in cycle II the percentage of completeness of students' skills learning outcomes increased to 100%. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the application of the problem-based learning model can improve computer and basic network learning outcomes for class X TKJ SMK Negeri 1 Bitung students.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine whether or not there was an influence of learning facilities and motivation on the learning achievements of students in class X TJK, X Nursing Assistant, X AKL, and X ATPH (30 respondents). The results of this research show that the multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y=80.501 + 0.007x1 + 0.048x2. Where learning facilities and motivation influence the learning achievements of class X students at Tombatu Christian Vocational School. The correlation results show a value of r = 0.241, proving that the influence of learning facilities and motivation on learning achievement is relatively strong. Then for the F test, Fcount = 4,296 > Ftable = 3.35. The results obtained state that there is a significant influence on learning facilities and motivation on the learning achievements of class X students at SNK Tombatu Christian. The influence of learning facilities (x1) and student motivation (x2) influences learning achievements (Y) by 24%, the remainder is influenced by other factors. This research concludes that learning facilities and motivation influence the learning achievements of class X students at Tombatu Christian Vocational School, both simultaneously and partially.

Abstract

Teacher performance plays a role in increasing student motivation and learning outcomes. This research aims to provide an overview of the relationship between situational leadership and performance. The research method used is qualitative with a literature review. Search for articles using Google Scholar with the keywords "situational leadership" and "employee performance". The articles selected were from 2016 to 2023. A total of 30 research articles were selected and then an overview was provided. The research results found that 11 out of 30 articles stated an insignificant relationship between situational leadership and performance and sustainability stated a significant relationship. Only 1 out of 30 articles researched had an educational nuance. Most research articles come from Indonesia. Future research can use mediation to link situational leadership with teacher performance such as job satisfaction, work motivation, employee sustainability, organizational citizenship behavior, and total quality management.

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the management of student's character education at SMAN 2 Tondano. This study applied a qualitative approach. The data-collecting techniques were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data collected from that technique were analyzed by using data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of this study reveal that the implementation of character education in SMAN 2 Tondano has been integrated into school activity in three main forms: (1) combine with learning activities, (2) combine with extracurricular activities, (3) combine with cultivation and making people accustomed. The management of student character education in PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOL 2 Tondano students consists of (1) the planning of character education; (2) the organization of character education; (3) the implementation of character education; and (4) the supervision of character education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lebih lanjut pengaruh supervisi kepala sekolah dan iklim sekolah terhadap kinerja guru TK di Kota Tomohon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan total sampel 95 Guru TK di Kota Tomohon. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model regresi berganda (multiple correlation). Teknik analisis data ini dilakukan melalui 3 (tiga) tahap yaitu: (1) Deskripsi data (2) Uji prasyarat analisis (3) Pengujian hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1). Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial supervisi kepalah sekolah terhadap kinerja guru TK di Kota Tomohon. 2). Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial iklim sekolah terhadap kinerja guru TK di Kota Tomohon. 3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan supervisi kepala sekolah dan iklim sekolah terhadap kinerja guru TK di Kota Tomohon. Abstract

  ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran kearsipan kelas XI jurusan perkantoran SMK N 1 Motoling Timur.metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi . Adapun analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah dengan rumus t-test yaitu separated varians. Hasil penelitian Dari hasil analisis data yang menggunakan statistic uji t nampak nilai thitung yakni sebesar 2,43 lebih besar dari  tkriteria yang hanya sebesar 2,02 atau pada pengujian bahwa H0 di ditolak dan menerima HA dimana HA diterima karena nilai thitung yaitu 2,43 tidak beradi di antara -2,02 dengan -2,02. Hasil ini mengambarkan bahwa proses pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan model penbelajaran motivasi akan memberikan hasil yang lebih baik dari yang menggunakan metode ceramah hal ini dikarenakan model pembelajaran motivasi belajar dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kritis siswa, serta membetuk cara berfikir siswa untuk membangkitkan minat siswa terhadap suatu materi yang disajikan sehingga siswa terlibat aktif  dalam proses pembelajaran dan hasilnya  adalah hasil belajar siswa bisa meningkat. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Belajar Dan Hasil Belajar     ABSTRACT This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of learning motivation on the learning outcomes of class XI archives subjects in the office department of SMK N 1 Motoling Timur. The research method used in this research is the experimental method. Data collection techniques through interviews and observation. The data analysis used to test the hypothesis is using the t-test formula, namely separated variance. Research results From the results of data analysis using the t test statistic, it appears that the tcount value is 2.43 which is greater than the tcriteria which is only 2.02 or in the test that H0 is rejected and HA is accepted where HA is accepted because the tcount value is 2.43, no is between -2.02 and -2.02. These results illustrate that the learning process carried out using the motivational learning model will provide better results than that using the lecture method. This is because the motivational learning model can improve students' critical abilities, as well as shape students' way of thinking to arouse students' interest in the material. presented so that students are actively involved in the learning process and the result is that student learning outcomes can improve. Abstract

Abstrak Kelurahan Taratara terletak di bagian Barat Kota Tomohon. Kontribusi masyarakat Kelurahan Taratara di sektor pertanian cukup besar karena masyarakat di Kelurahan Taratara adalah salah satu pengembang padi terbesar di Kota Tomohon dan sebagian besar masyarakatnya bekerja sebagai petani bidang pertanian padi. Pendayagunaan sumber daya pertanian menjadi kunci dalam meningkatkan produktivitas pertanian sehingga sumber daya yang terbatas itu harus dialokasikan seefisien mungkin. Seperti diketahui sumber daya pertanian yang terdiri dari lahan, tenaga kerja, air, termasuk unsur-unsur yang terkandung didalamnya merupakan sumber daya yang utama untuk kelangsungan hidup manusia. Yang terjadi pada petani padi sawah di Taratara adalh fluktuasinya pendapatan dikarenakan proses pemasaran yang dipengaruhi juga harga jual produk. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode penelitian kualitatif. Metode Kualitatif adalah sebuah penelitian ilmiah yang bertujuan untuk memahami suatu fenomena dalam kontak sosial secara alami. Kata Kunci: Pendapatan Petani Padi   Abstract Taratara Village is located in the western part of Tomohon City. The contribution of the people of Taratara Village in the agricultural sector is quite large because the people in Taratara Village are one of the largest rice developers in Tomohon City and most of the people work as rice farmers. Utilizing agricultural resources is the key to increasing agricultural productivity so that limited resources must be allocated as efficiently as possible. As is known, agricultural resources consisting of land, labor, air, including the elements contained therein are the main resources for human survival. What happens to lowland rice farmers in Taratara is that their income increases due to the marketing process which also influences the selling price of the product. The method that will be used in this research is a qualitative research method. Abstract

This research aims to determine the source of education funding and the magnitude of the influence of these sources of educational funding on student learning outcomes. The expected benefits from this research include practical benefits, which can serve as a reference for readers and become a means for this research to explore economic education theories, and theoretical benefits as inputs for Education Office. This research used a descriptive method with correlational techniques, in which the data collected were analyzed with a correlation formula. The population was all students who received BKM (Bantuan Keluarga Miskin or Poor Family Assistance) scholarships, and the sample was taken from the entire population. The research results showed that students’ average potential was satisfactory, and education funding significantly influenced student achievement. Apart from the education funding factors, learning achievement is also determined by other factors, such as student perseverance.

Abstract

The provision of incentives is one stimulus to encourage someone’s loyalty, and better work performance as the incentives are paid based on one’s work commitment. This research was conducted at Bethesda General Hospital, Tomohon City, and aims to determine the effect of incentives on its employee work commitment. The results of the correlation coefficient analysis of r = 0.84 indicated that there is a close and positive relationship between incentives and employee work commitment. The correlation analysis also produced the coefficient of determination r² = 0.71 or 71%, implying that the provision of incentives influences 71% of employee work commitment, and other factors beyond this research influence the remaining 29%. In addition, the t-test analysis shows that t count = 8.23 is greater than t table = 1.70 indicating a highly significant relationship between the provision of incentives and employee work commitment.
