Abstract

One effective approach in developing student competence is through the implementation of integrated quality management. This approach involves various aspects, including developing relevant curricula, interactive and innovative learning, comprehensive assessment, and increasing teacher competence. In the context of SMP IT Cendikia Tulang Bawang, this study aims to investigate the implementation of Integrated Quality Management in developing the competence of students at SMP IT Cendikia Tulang Bawang. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach and involved participants from school staff, teachers, students, and parents. Data was collected through observation, interviews and document analysis. The results of the study show that the implementation of Integrated Quality Management has a positive influence on the development of students' competencies. Strong leadership from the school, participation and active commitment from teachers, and parental involvement are important factors in this implementation. However, there are a number of problems encountered, including technical constraints in the use of educational technology and barriers to parental involvement. Therefore, this research also provides strategies for optimizing the implementation of Integrated Quality Management, including increasing teacher training, using innovative educational technology, and increasing the active involvement of parents. By implementing these strategies, it is hoped that schools can achieve better results in the development of student competencies. This research contributes to the development of education at SMP IT Cendikia Tulang Bawang and can be a reference for other schools that wish to implement Integrated Quality Management for developing student competencies.

Abstract

Habituation and example in education are need because psychologically students tend to imitate an idolized figure, including the teacher. This research is a qualitative research with a case study at Ma’arif Grabag Districts Magelang Junior High School. The data collected was obtained from observations, documentation and interviews. Data analysis was carried out by reviewing all data, reducing, compiling, categorizing, checking the validity of the data, and drawing conclusions. The conclusion shows; The implementation of moral development at Ma’arif Grabag Districts Magelang Junior High School which is applied in routine programs thet are a must for students, forms of exemplary and habituation exemplified by teachers include discipline, the habit of greeting teachers of friends when meeting, reading Asma’ul Husna, tadarus Al-Qur’an, dhuha prayer in congregation,tausiyah, praying before and afterlessons, muhadara, flag ceremony, clean living, and religious activities; Moral development materials include religion and discipline, evaluation of coaching activities is carried out regularly once a month and reported to the Principal; Supporting factors include the participation of all school members, participation of parents, and students; The inhibiting factors include the interaction of students outside class hours with the outside environment which is sometimes not good, supervision is still lacking in habituation activities, and the use of information technology such as mobile phones is not controlled.

Abstract

Infections of HIV/AIDS currently has become very serious problems for the world health. In the country the first case of HIV/AIDS was discovered in Bali in 1987, in its progress has not the meaning but after 1985 HIV transmission increased considerably. The complex problem that the living and the increasing number of cases should indeed, medical practitioners understand more the clinical and how to diagnose infections of HIV/AIDS. A snapshot of the clinical HIV infection/aids can be seen from grievances and a diseasethat often accompanies it, a complaint which is found at HIV/AIDS sufferers in the form of suds retroviral acute: fever, weight loss, diarrhea chronic, disphagi, limpadenopati, infections in the skin respiratory disorders and nervous breakdown center. While a disease that often been gained by those with HIV / AIDS as candidiasis, tuberculosis, pneumonia bakterialis, toksoplasmosis and pneumonia pneumocystic carinii. Diagnose HIV infection created based on clinical symptoms which includes major symptoms and symptoms ofminor, and the result of the examination of the laboratory.

Abstract

This research aims to increase the knowledge and attitudes of third-trimester pregnant women towards postpartum IUDs through the application of I-VLAM. The research method used was an actual experiment with a pretest-posttest control group design. The research results show that applying I-VLAM to pregnant women in the third trimester significantly influences increasing knowledge (value = 0.0001) and attitudes (value = 0.0001) toward postpartum IUDs. Abstract

Bell sekolah merupakan perangkat untuk mengatur ketertiban waktu belajar di sekolah. Suara bell memberikan informasi kepada pengajar maupun siswa tentang pembagian waktu belajar yang telah ditetapkan.  Pengaturan waktu belajar di SD Islam Fitra Bhakti menggunakan bell manual.   Penggunaan bell manual menjumpai beberapa permasalahan diantaranya faktor kelalaian yaitu bell terlambat dibunyikan sehingga waktu belajar tidak tepat waktu. Selain itu, suara bell kurang informatif karena tidak ada keterangan maksud bell dibunyikan dan kurang nyaman didengar. Tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat memberikan solusi melalui penerapan smart bell wifi dengan tujuan  meningkatkan disiplin waktu belajar, memberi rasa nyaman warga sekolah dan meringankan pekerjaan penjaga sekolah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat meliputi pelatihan cara instalasi Smart Bell Wifi dan penggunaan Smart Bell Wifi. Hasil kegiatan ini  adalah(1)menggantikan bell manual sekolah menjadi bell otomatis, (2) peserta mampu menggunakan  Smart Bell Wifi  untuk pengaturan waktu dan kegiatan belajar.

Abstract

Background: Acute limb ischemia (ALI) requires immediate treatment to maintain limb viability and prevent morbidity and mortality. Nevertheless, vasospastic acute limb ischemia on limb arteries is rarely reported. Case Illustration: This article reported a 37-year-old woman with sudden pain in her left leg and foot. The absence of peripheral pulsation of the left dorsalis pedis artery and popliteal artery were noted. Her foot was cold and clammy with decreased oxygen saturation in the left toes. The symptoms were partially improved following heparinization therapy. Angiography was conducted, and it revealed the spasms of the left popliteal and dorsalis pedis arteries with no sign of acute embolism or thrombosis. Arterial vasospasm is a rare cause of acute limb ischemia. A theoretical etiology of this vasospasm might be a secondary Raynaud's phenomenon. The associated factors were female, pre-menopausal age, the use of combined injectable contraception containing estrogen, and exposure to cold temperatures. Conclusion: This case report emphasizes the necessity to consider all possible causes in ALI-presenting cases to provide adequate therapy and prevent limb death.

Abstract

In the transition from the dry season to the rainy season, betta fish breeders are particularly affected. Betta fish cubs are prone to death. Betta fish fry are betta fish children after 1 to 7 days. The feedstock of betta fish cubs, namely water fleas, is greatly reduced due to overflowing water. Unstable temperature attacks the body resistance of betta fish cubs. This study designed and made a conditioning device for the growth of betta fish fry using PLC Zelio SR3B261BD and NodeMCU ESP8266.  Features of the tool consist of making artemia feed, distributing artemia feed, telling breeders to mix feed, controlling, and monitoring the temperature of the pond water. The results of the study showed that the device can work to hatch artemia eggs, distribute artemia to fry, notify farmers via telegram to mix feed, monitor the temperature, and maintain the temperature of the pond water in the range of 24?C - 27?C. The difference with previous fish farming research, this research adds a feature of making betta fish feed through the process of hatching artemia eggs.

Abstract

Background: Oral health and optimal nutrition are pivotal in fostering the health autonomy of the golden generation, particularly among primary school-aged children. However, awareness regarding dental care and nutrition significance often lacks among children, especially within the primary school environment. Hence, an effective and innovative educational approach is imperative to instill awareness and healthy habits among young children. Purpose: This study aims to develop and execute a community engagement program focused on cultivating awareness of oral health and optimal nutrition among primary school children at Glagahwero Elementary School, Jember. Implementation: The program will entail employing interactive educational media, including dental and oral health games, and engaging learning materials that are accessible and comprehensible to children. Result: It is envisaged that through this program, there will be an augmentation in knowledge and comprehension among children regarding the importance of oral health and optimal nutrition, as well as the adoption of healthy habits in dental care and dietary choices. Suggestion: Sustainable and collaborative measures need to be undertaken between schools, communities, and local governments to ensure the long-term viability and success of this program.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian adalah menganalisis status keberlanjutan pengelolaan PLTMH dapat memberikan manfaat sosial, ekonomi dan lingkungan bagi masyarakat Desa Renah Kasah. Hasil analisis RAPFISH menujukan bahwa keberlanjutan Dimensi Ekologi sebesar 54,21% Dimensi Ekonomi sebesar 73,21 % dan Dimensi Sosial Sebesar 72, 83% pada nilai ini pengelolaan PLTMH dikategorikan cukup berkelanjutan. Terdapat atribut sensitif terhadap keberlanjutan PLTMH pada setiap dimensi yaitu: Atribut pengungkit pada dimensi ekologi yaitu; perlidungan terhadap sumber air dan sungai di sekitar PLTMH; Atribut pengungkit dimensi ekonomi yaitu; (1) Menunjang aktifitas ekonomi masyarakat, (2) Memberi ruang terhadap akses kerja masyarakat desa, (3) Berkontribusi terhadap produktifatas lahan pertanian dan sumberdaya lokal, (4) Manfaat langsung terhadap keberadaan PLTMH, (5) meminimalisir pengeluaran rumah tangga terhadap akses listrik; Atribut pengungkit dimensi sosial yaitu; 1) Keseimbangan hak dan kewajiban masyarakat dalam pemanfaatan PLTMH, 2) Mekanisme organisasi KTH dalam mendukung pengelolaan PLTMH, 3) Keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan dan perlindungan PLTMH, 4) Mekanisme pemanfaatan dan pengelolaan PLTMH, 5) Praktek gotong royong dalam pelestarian areal sekitar PLTMH..

Abstract

Calcium is an essential micronutrient for children to the postmenopausal women. In practice, consumption of calcium-rich foods sourced from animal protein foods for family members, especially children, is still low. Egg shells contain calcium which can be fortified into nuggets to produce calcium-rich nuggets. Thus, the high benefits of egg shells will be obtained and reduce the negative environmental waste impact. Kota Baru Village, Geragai Subdistrict, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency was chosen as the location for community service because apart from being an UNJA’s integrated laboratory village, this area is one of the location for stunting reduction in Jambi Province. This community service project has target of producing nugget products with the addition of egg shell flour, as well as increasing the knowledge and skills of village business group members. Evaluation of participants' knowledge and skills was carried out using pre-test and post-test questionnaire and checklist of nugget-making procedures. The results of this community service showed that there was a difference in 10 participants' knowledge compared to before the training (test score from 72 to 88). The hedonic test showed that more participants really liked the eggshell and carrot nuggets formulation in terms of smell, texture, and taste. Processing of nuggets with the addition of eggshell flour can be an alternative local food source of animal protein which is also of economic value.
