Abstract

Background : Food safety is a public need, safe food will protect and prevent disease and health problems. Environment and food need attention if you want to live healthy and get enough nutrition. Hygiene sanitation is an effort to control the factors of people, places, equipment and food. In producing ready-to-eat food that is safe and healthy, the principles of sanitation hygiene must be implemented. Food handlers are people who have direct contact with food. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between environmental quality, sanitation hygiene, handler behavior and knowledge of food handlers with the number of Escherichia coli bacteria. Method : The research design is a quantitative method using laboratory analysis with a cross sectional research design. Results : Research shows that there is a significant relationship between environmental quality, food sanitation hygiene, food handling behavior and knowledge of food handlers with the number of Escherichia coli germs in the Jajanan Food Center, Jambi City. Conclusion : There is a significant relationship between environmental quality, food sanitation hygiene, food handling behavior and knowledge of food handlers with the number of Escherichia coli bacteria.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh rasio utang terhadap ekuitas dan laba per saham terhadap harga saham pada PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk selama periode 2014 hingga 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui hubungan antara indikator kinerja keuangan dengan pergerakan harga saham. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan selama sepuluh tahun. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa rasio utang terhadap ekuitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan laba per saham berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Model yang digunakan telah memenuhi uji asumsi klasik, meliputi normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, dan autokorelasi. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa laba per saham merupakan indikator yang lebih andal dalam mengevaluasi kinerja saham pada konteks penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi investor dan analis keuangan dalam menilai laporan keuangan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan investasi saham. Abstract

Kurangnya asupan gizi dalam jangka waktu lama pada anak menyebabkan kekurangan gizi kronis yang berakibat pada gangguan pertumbuhan yaitu tinggi badan anak lebih rendah dari standar umurnya yang disebut dengan stunting. Prevalensi stunting pada anak usia di bawah 5 tahun secara nasional sebesar 21,4% pada tahun 2022. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk melatih kader kesehatan dalam memberikan edukasi tentang pemberian makanan kepada orang tua yang memiliki anak wasting dan stunting sebagai salah satu upaya pencegahan wasting dan stunting. Metode pengabdian masyarakat dengan memberikan pelatihan kepada kader kesehatan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini melibatkan 36 kader di Desa Pelem, Kaliboto, dan Sumbersari, Kabupaten Kediri. Sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan diberikan, dilakukan pemberian angket kepada kader dengan teknik purposive sampling untuk menilai kemampuan kader dalam memberikan edukasi. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan kader secara signifikan pV 0,001 sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pelatihan dalam memberikan edukasi. Rekomendasi perlu dilakukan diskusi kelompok terfokus terkait edukasi untuk lebih mengembangkan kemampuan kader.

Abstract

The P2KBP3A Office of Kediri Regency is one of the agencies that handles stunting issues. To collect data on children under two years of age (baduta) in each village, this agency is assisted by cadres in each region. The data that has been collected certainly needs to be processed in order to produce information that is useful for decision makers in determining policies. Processing large amounts of data requires data warehouse technology as one of the solutions. In designing this data warehouse, the Nine Step Kimball method with the Star Schema diagram model was used. With this data warehouse, information on the number of stunting cases in each area can be obtained, starting from the sub-district level, village, to hamlet. Additionally, data can also be viewed based on the target and the status of that target, whether it is normal, stunted, wasted, stunted and wasted, or pre-stunted

Abstract

Coral reefs are vital habitats for numerous fish species, providing food, shelter, and breeding grounds. In Jepara Regency, Central Java, Indonesia, these ecosystems are threatened by human activities and natural disturbances. This study aimed to assess the biodiversity of reef fish in relation to coral health degradation. Researchers used the Line Intercept Transect (LIT) and Underwater Visual Census (UVC) methods to evaluate fish abundance and coral coverage across three locations with six sampling stations. 936 reef fish individuals, representing 35 species and 14 families, were recorded, with the Pomacentridae family being the most prevalent. The highest coral coverage, categorized as fair, was found at Location II (Blebak Beach) at Stations 3 and 4, with coverage of 27.93% and 25.61%, respectively. This coral coverage was positively correlated with reef fish abundance, with counts of 238 and 246 individuals (average ± SD: 242 ± 5.65). The biodiversity index indicated a dominance index (D) ranging from 0.05 to 0.14 (in the fair category), a high evenness index (E) between 0.75 and 1, and a low dominance index (D) between 0.05 and 0.14. A significant correlation was found between coral coverage and reef fish numbers (P < 0.05, R² = 0.8702), with a linear regression equation of y=6.26+67.71. The findings suggest that the health of coral reef ecosystems significantly affects reef fish populations. Hereafter, the healthiness of this ecosystem will support the scientific core development of Marine Sciences as well as fulfill society's needs (economically).

Abstract

Pada umumnya, setiap orang ingin menikah dengan pasangan yang seagama agar mereka dapat membangun dan mendidik keluarga dengan agama yang sama. Namun, faktanya, perkawinan antara agama berbeda sering terjadi di masyarkat karena interaksi dan pergaulan antar manusia yang tidak terbatas, terutama karena Indonesia adalah negara yang majemuk yang memiliki banyak penganut agama. Dalam Pasal 28B Ayat (1) dari Undang-Undang Dasar 1945, disebutkan bahwa setiap orang berhak membentuk keluarga dan melanjutkan keturunan melalui perkawinan yang sah. Dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2019 perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974, Pasal 2 ayat 1 menyatakan bahwa perkawinan adalah sah jika dilakukan menurut hukum agama dan kepercayaan masing-masing. Hal ini dapat berarti bahwa perkawinan yang sah harus dilakukan menurut agama dan kepercayaan yang sama bukan berlainan. Namun, beberapa hakim di pengadilan negeri mengabulkan permohonan perkawinan beda agama. Dalam Putusan Mahamah Konstitusi Nomor 68/PUU/XII/2014, Mahkamah Konstitusi dengan tegas menolak perkawinan beda agama, dan Mahkamah Agung juga menerbitkan SEMA Nomor 2 Tahun 2023 Tentang Petunjuk bagi hakim dalam mengadili kasus permohonan pencatatan perkawinan antar orang yang berbeda agama.

Abstract

In this modern era, most household appliances require electrical energy as an energy source. The use of energy in large and sustainable amounts will cause an energy crisis. Where fossil fuels will run out and cannot be renewed. Therefore, renewable alternative energy is needed that can be used as an energy substitute for one of the solutions. One of the alternative energies is solar cell energy that to supply the energy needs of electric stoves. This study discusses photovoltaic system that use 10 solar cells each with a power of 100 WP and 90 VDC. The electrical energy generated from the solar cell is 1000 WP. From the solar cell, the voltage is increased using a Single-Ended Primary-Inductor Converter (SEPIC) converter and controlled using Fuzzy Logic Control (FLC). The output voltage is used to meet the power needs of an electric stove with a maximum power of 650 W which has an average efficiency of 93%.

Abstract

Abstrak. Desa Banjarsari memiliki beberapa potensi industri UMKM, dengan memanfaatkan hasil dari pertanian serta perkebunan. Usaha-usaha tersebut menjadi tambahan pemasukan bagi kelompok usaha di Desa Banjarsari. KWT Berkah mulyo menjadi salah satu kelompok usaha di Desa Banjarsari yang memproduksi Jahe Instan. Namun, dalam pelaksanaanya masih mengalami beberapa kendala salah satunya terkait pemasaran. Mahasiswa Unnes Giat 5 melakukan sosialisasi STP serta pendampingan dalam pemanfaatan Digital Marketing pada KWT Berkah Mulyo. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Asset Based Community yakni strategi pengembangan masyarakat melalui pemanfaatan asset berupa Jahe Instan sebagai salah satu produk UMKM Desa Banjarsari. Kegiatan yang dilakukan berupa sosialisasi dan pelatihan. Hasil dari pendampingan yaitu KWT Berkah Mulyo sudah memiliki akun Shopee, diajarkan pengelolaan dan pemanfaatannya, serta dapat digunakan untuk memperluas pemasaran.Abstract. Banjarsari Village has several UMKM industrial potentials, by utilizing products from agriculture and plantations. These businesses are an additional source of income for the business group in Banjarsari Village. KWT Berkah Mulyo is one of the business groups in Banjarsari Village that produces instant ginger. However, in its implementation there are still some obstacles, one of which is related to marketing. Unnes Giat 5 students conduct STP socialization and assistance in using Digital Marketing at KWT Berkah Mulyo. The method used is Asset Based Community, namely a community development strategy through the use of assets in the form of instant ginger as one of the UMKM products of Banjarsari Village. Activities carried out in the form of outreach and training. The result of the assistance is that KWT Berkah Mulyo already has a Shopee account, and can be used to expand marketing. Abstract

Pericardial effusion is a condition characterized by fluid accumulation in the pericardial cavity. This fluid accumulation can cause disturbances in cardiac contractility, affecting hemodynamic stability. Fluid accumulation is caused by several factors, ranging from the amount of fluid, the speed of fluid accumulation, and the ability of the pericardium to accommodate fluid. One of the causes of pericardial effusion is pericarditis. Pericarditis can be caused by infection and non-infection, such as in patients with chronic renal failure with an incidence of 2-21%, which can lead to cardiac tamponade. In this study, a 46-year-old male patient who came to the emergency room of Dr. Soebandi Hospital, Jember with complaints of shortness of breath in the last 2 months. The patient also complained of heartburn. The patient had a history of chronic renal failure and routinely performed hemodialysis. On examination of vital signs, thoracic photographs, and echocardiography, a picture of cardiac tamponade was found. Cardiac tamponade can occur in patients with chronic renal failure. This is due to the condition of uremia which causes pericarditis. Inflammation of the pericardium causes blood that is intravascular to enter the pericardial cavity, causing fluid accumulation there. If not treated immediately, it can lead to cardiac tamponade which endangers the patient's life.

Abstract

Fish disease is an obstacle in the cultivation of Dumbo catfish (Clarias sp.) which can result in fish death. The need for information on how to prevent and treat fish diseases is very necessary. This study aims to determine the effect of aeration duration on water quality, ectoparasite intensity, prevalence, dominance, survival and condition factors, then correlate water quality with ectoparasite intensity. This study used a Complete Randomized Design (CRD) with five treatments and four replications. Treatment includes aeration 0 hours/day, 6 hours/day, 12 hours/day, 18 hours/day and 24 hours/day. Data analysis using ANOVA of a certain level of significance. If there is a noticeable difference from each treatment, proceed to the DUNCAN test. Test the correlation of water quality with ectoparasite intensity. The result of this study is that long aeration can increase oxygen solubility, acidity but reduce ammonia and nitrite. The correlation value of oxygen solubility in ectoparasite intensity is 0.828, acidity (pH) is 0.849, ammonia is -0.888, nitrite is -0.592. The prevalence value of P0 and P1 is 0%, P2 is 89%, P3 and P4 is 100%. The intensity of ectoparasites in Dumbo catfish (Clarias sp.), at P0 is 2, P1 is 13, P2 is 75, while at P3 and P4 is 100. The dominance of ectoparasites that infect is Trichodina sp. by 71.7-100% and Dactylogyrus sp. by 0-28.4%. The survival rate of fish at P0 was highest with a value of 89%, P1 at 84%, P2 at 71%, P3 and P4 rates at 0%. The value of the condition factor then P0 and P1 have a value of 1, P2, P3 and P4 have a condition factor value of 1. It is concluded that the longer aeration is given, the solubility of oxygen increases which results in an increase in the intensity and prevalence of ectoparasite infections, the pH of the water becomes neutral and decreases the content of ammonia and nitrite. There is a moderate to very strong correlation between water quality and ectoparasite intensity. There is an increase in the prevalence of infection, ectoparasite intensity and fish mortality so that it can reduce the survival and condition factors of Dumbo catfish (Clarias sp.).Keywords:AerationInfectionEctoparasitesClarias sp
