This study aims to determine the effect of the fiscal decentralization component on poverty, directly or indirectly, through pro-poor expenditures in Special Regions of Yogyakarta. The Privileges of the Special Region of Yogyakarta mentioned what distinguishes it from the other provinces so that it is called a special region is the privilege to establish a social order that guarantees diversity and the critical role of the Sultanate and Duchy of Pakualaman in preserving culture. However, poverty in the Special Region of Yogyakarta is spread in every district. On the other side, more than two decades of efforts to address poverty have been through fiscal decentralization. During the era of fiscal decentralization, there were problems from the revenue and expenditure sides. It is a question related to the successful implementation of fiscal decentralization. This study uses path analysis with secondary data. The result of this study is that the component of local revenue can play a role in poverty reduction directly through local-own source revenue. The indirectly effect shows that poverty alleviation can also be done through the role of local-own source revenue through pro-poor expenditure instruments.

The rise of migrant workers who migrate commuting is an interesting topic in this study. This study aims to determine the socioeconomic characteristics (education and income) of the probability of formal workers who are commuting to Surabaya and know the individual characteristics (marital status, age, number of family dependents, distance, and gender) to the probability of formal workers who are commuting in Surabaya. Using quantitative methods with logistic regression analysis is continued by looking for marginal effects values. In this study, income had a significant positive impact on the decision to commute to Surabaya, and the distance from Surabaya's region of origin to Surabaya had a significant positive effect on the decision to commute to the regular labor sector in Surabaya. I know to give. Education level had a significant positive impact on formal sector workers' decision to migrate to Surabaya, and marital status significantly impacted official sector workers' decision to migrate to Surabaya did not affect. For regular workers migrating to Surabaya, age significantly impacted the decision to commute to Surabaya. The number of family members did not significantly affect the decision to commute to Surabaya. This research is limited to the formal sector so that it can be developed again from the industry and regional reach.

The Covid-19 pandemic has put pressure on the global economy and Indonesia. The impact of Covid-19 is the largest since the 2008 Global Financial Crisis. This study aims to describe the fiscal policies pursued by the Indonesian government in response to the crisis during the pandemic, as well as to examine the influence of balancing funds and capital expenditures on local own-source revenues and their impact on the economic growth rate in 34 provinces in Indonesia. The results of this study showed Indonesian government's success in implementing a flexible fiscal policy with various fiscal stimulus has had a positive impact on the handling of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia both from a health and economic perspective. Based on the results of the path analysis, the balancing funds and local own-source revenue variables have a significant influence on the economic growth rate, while the capital expenditure variable does not have a significant influence on the economic growth rate.

Intelligent systems based on the Internet of Things (IoT) used for analysis and monitoring needs are present in all areas of human life and agriculture. Through the smart system was created, it can provide recommendations for management and also improving for agricultural and livestock production. Monitoring is done by collecting data (data collecting) and being modeled from several temperatures, humidity, gas, distance measurement, light indicators. The concept of E-Agriculture (Electronic Agriculture) is limited to monitoring environmental conditions of agricultural production and also provides an overview of E-Agriculture or E-Farm modeling on a larger scale. The E-AgriFarm intelligent system simulation using Arduino Controller and Blynk's Cloud IoT has a temperature measurement range of 26 - 31 0C, Relative humidity (RH) from 47% - 64%, and detection of a water level of at least 40-50 cm meters for drinking containers for each livestock with a capacity of 20 liters, and the systems can detect the level of pollution of gas leaks. Thus the E-AgriFarm smart system can provide management recommendations and increase the livestock production system to be better monitored and controlled.

For commercial frequency telecommunication purposes, commonly used are C, Ku, and Ka-band. C-band is the most popular frequency used in Indonesia; its low frequency makes it relatively more resistant to rain interference. However, the use of C-band frequency is no longer sufficient for future communication needs. Alternative solution with higher frequency usage than C-band and Ku-band. The advantage of Ku-Band frequency is that with smaller antennas can produce large bandwidth (broadband), The use of Ku-band frequency also avoids interference because it is relatively uncommon in terrestrial systems. Determination of satellite, concerning the type of satellite, coverage area (footprint), and availability of satellite links (C-Band or Ku-Band). In this thesis, the satellites used in data analysis are SES-9 satellites, which are on a 108 ° East orbit with the availability of Ku-Band 81 links. (C / N) Total_inroute and (C / N) Total_outroute for the analyzed links are 11.49 dB and 12.44 dB, respectively. Walking aids for people with visual impairments today still have many weaknesses, therefore it is necessary to develop technology that can help blind people move from place to place. This test was carried out with the aim of building a road tool design tool using a water sensor using the rain sensor module and the HC-SR04 Ultrasonic Sensor located in front, left, and right as well as testing the accuracy of the sensor and the success of the tool. The tool is designed using 3 Ultrasonic sensors HC-SR04, Arduino Pro Mini, DF Player Mini, TP4056 Charger Module, Rain Sensor Module, and a Speaker. The instrument was researched to be able to read a distance of 2cm to 150cm for the front, 2-75cm for the left, and 2-75cm for the right. In addition to distance testing, the tool is also tested to read any objects that can be detected and to test the water sensor which is 1.5cm higher than the surface of the tip of the stick. The output of the device is a sound recording issued by the speaker. The results of the research tool have a fairly high level of accuracy if the distance is <30cm from the obstacle while if it is more than >30cm the accuracy level of the tool decreases.

Lithium-ion (Li-Ion) batteries are rechargeable batteries used to store and provide electrochemical energy. The purpose of this research is to find out the durability of lithium-ion batteries on three-wheeled electric bikes. Research methods used using quantitative descriptive methods. The durability of the lithium-ion battery on an electric bike during use (discharge) varies depending on the intensity of use. Loadless use tends to last longer, while heavy use reduces battery life. The first use of a lithium-ion battery with a voltage of 64.1 V, then after 5 minutes of use the battery decreased to 62.8 V and so on with a variable time efficiency. This factor needs to be taken into account to maintain the performance and battery life and the capacity of the lithium-ion battery on a three-wheel electric bike may change during the recharge cycle. Initially, after full charging, the battery capacity will be maximum. However, every time a battery is recharged and used, there are chemical changes in the battery cell that can result in a decrease in capacity over time and the number of recharging cycles.

Technological advances are expected to be able to meet growing human needs. One of the things that needs to be considered is door security, and one method to achieve this level of security is by utilizing technology. This research will explore the working principles of door locks that adopt facial identification as an alternative to conventional keys. In this research, conventional keys will be replaced by a facial identification system that operates based on a specified command sequence. The data resulting from the facial identification process will be collected by the ESP32-CAM device, then transferred to the computer to be compared with the available data. The computer uses the Arduino IDE programming language. This research will adopt quantitative methods, which include literature study and direct observation as data collection techniques. The collected data will be analyzed to reach conclusions. In this research, Telegram is also used as a means of remote control which will connect automatically when the system is activated and will be processed by the NodeMCU-ESP8266. The results of this research show that the ESP32-CAM can identify faces with a response time of between 2.69 s – 3.24 s and the distance for face reading is up to a maximum distance of 80 cm. Test results on Telegram show that the response time obtained by the Telegram bot to control the key on the NodeMCU-ESP8266 is between 4.19 s – 4.48 s for each different location.

For people with physical impairments, wheelchairs are the tools that are most widely used in their activities and are also the most widely used in hospitals. There are two types of wheelchairs that are often used, namely manual wheelchairs and electric wheelchairs. The electric wheelchair is designed using an Arduino Uno microcontroller, a set of buttons, and a motor driver circuit. Using the Arduino Uno as a microcontroller makes the system cost-effective and easy to access. Electric wheelchairs can move on a flat track using a pushbutton, which means the wheelchair can be moved easily. This research also uses the Arduino uno ATmega 328P as a wheelchair controller which is modified into two types, namely fast and slow according to the motor and battery capabilities. The performance test on this wheelchair includes the ability to lift loads with a maximum weight of 18 kg and subjects with an age range of 21 to 26 years with a maximum subject weight of 65 kg. From the test results, the wheelchair with a load of 11-18kg can move around 1.00 – 10.84 s. test results with subjects weighing 49-66kg moving around 1.00 – 8.00 s for each different weight.

Gas leakage is also one of the security concerns in the surroundings of the house. It is not uncommon to find cases of LPG pipes leaks that result in deaths and losses to its users. To reduce the occurrence of gas leaks then designed a tool that functions as security on the use of automatically integrated LPG tubes. With the MQ-2 Sensor Test 30 trials at 18 trials that succeed at a distance of 25-31 cm. so that it can unlock the rotor on the regulator, the buzzer sounds and sends notifications to the Blynk application. with the IR-Flame Sensor testing 30 trial at 30 tries that work at the distance of 1-30 cm. The security system will only be activated if either of the sensors or both sensors detect a gas leak or a fire occurred when the gas leaks occurred.
