Abstract

The aim of this study was to identify factors of inter-ethnic harmony, shapes of the assimilation, and social interaction patterns of Javanese and Chinese in Sudiroprajan, Surakarta. Eight subjects were recruited, consisting of four Chinese and four Javanese. Verstehen technique was used to analyse the data. The result shows that: 1) factors of inter-ethnic harmony were social-economic equal, empathy, and inter-dependence attitudes; 2) shapes of assimilation were structural, cultural, and receptional; and 3) social interaction patterns of Javanese and Chinese consist of two kinds, namely the inside interaction of the kampung was harmony, but the outside inter- action of the kampung was potential to conflict. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor keharmonisan antaretnis, bentuk- bentuk asimilasi, dan pola-pola interaksi sosial antar etnis Jawa dan Tionghoa di Sudiroprajan, Surakarta. Subjek penelitian berjumlah delapan orang, terdiri atas empat orang etnis Tionghoa dan empat orang etnis Jawa. Analisis data menggunakan teknik Verstehen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Faktor-faktor kerukunan etnis Jawa dan Tionghoa antara lain: adanya persamaan status sosial ekonomi, empati, dan sikap saling-ketergantungan; 2) Bentuk-bentuk asimilasi meliputi asimilasi struktural, kultural, dan resepsional; dan 3) Pola-pola interaksi etnis Jawa dan Tionghoa terbagi menjadi dua yaitu interaksi di dalam kampung dan di luar kampung, interaksi di dalam kampung berjalan harmonis, sedangkan interaksi di luar kampung potensial konflik.

Abstract

Ethnocultural empathy is the ability to understand or as a personal trait related to certain personality characteristics in ethnic groups or other any cultural groups. The purpose of this study was to reveal the effectiveness of Javanese traditional games in increasing ethno cultural empathy in Javanese as well as Chinese children in Surakarta. Participants consisted of 240 Javanese and Chinese children. The results of the experiment shows that 1) traditional game can increase ethno cultural empathy in Javanese and Chinese children; 2) Participants taking one game show higher ethno cultural empathy compared with control, and participants given two treatments did not show higher ethno cultural empathy than participants given one treatment. Empati etnobudaya sebagai kemampuan memahami atau merupakan trait personal yang berkaitan dengan karakteristik kepribadian tertentu pada kelompok etnis, ras, maupun berbagai kelompok budaya lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap evektivitas permainan tradisional Jawa untuk meningkatkan empati etnobudaya (EB) pada anak-anak Jawa dan Tionghoa di Surakarta. Partisipan dalam penelitian eksperimen ini terdiri atas 240 anak-anak etnis Jawa dan Tionghoa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) permainan tradisional dapat meningkatkan EB pada anak-anak Jawa dan Tionghoa; dan 2) partisipan yang memperoleh satu perlakuan (game) menunjukkan EB yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan partisipan yang tidak memperoleh perlakuan (kelompok kontrol), dan partisipan yang memperoleh dua perlakuan tidak menunjukkan EE yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan pasrtisipan yang memperoleh satu perlakuan.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the role of fintech innovation in improving public literacy on endowments (wakaf) in Indonesia, as well as the opportunities and challenges in its implementation. Although the potential of endowments in Indonesia is vast, public understanding of its concepts and benefits remains limited. The research gap shows that the traditional and opaque management of endowments requires innovation to optimize it. Fintech innovation can bridge this gap by offering digital platforms that ease access and enhance transparency in endowment management. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a literature review, collecting data from relevant written sources, such as books, articles, and journals. Data analysis follows the Miles and Huberman interactive model, involving data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that fintech for endowments has significant potential to improve public literacy through digital platforms that provide comprehensive and easily accessible information. However, this innovation also faces challenges such as unclear regulations, low digital literacy, and security threats. Therefore, collaboration among the government, endowment institutions, and fintech providers is necessary to develop clear regulations, improve digital literacy, and ensure transaction security. With these steps, fintech for endowments can effectively optimize the potential of endowments as an Islamic philanthropy instrument.

Abstract

Gizi seimbang merupakan selogan yang tidak semua orang memahaminya dan diperlukan edukasi lebih mengenai hal tersebut. Pengetahun seseorang tentang gizi seimbang dapat berpengaruh pada sikap dan prilaku dalam memilih makanan. Dengan pengaturan makan yang memperhatikan golongan makanan untuk di konsumsi seseorang. meliputi makanan pokok, lauk hewani dan lauk nabati, sayur dan buah dapat meningkatkan status gizi yang akan berdampak pada kondisi gizi namun jika tidak terpenuhi maka akan berdampak pada seseorang. Untuk mengetahui pengetahuan dan praktik konsumsi buah dan sayur pada remaja kelas X di SMA Negri 1 Sungai Ambawang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 siswa kelas X SMA Negri 1 Sungai Ambawang, sampel berusia 15-16 tahun. Analisis data adalah univariat dengan variabel praktik konsumsi buah dan sayur. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 72,5% siswa memiliki pengetahuan baik, 80% siswa kurang mengkonsumsi sayur, dan 82,5% siswa kurang mengkonsumsi buah. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya edukasi tentangs pentingnya praktik dalam mengkonsumsi buah dan sayur. Siswa-siswi kelas X SMAN 01 Sungai Ambawang memiliki pengetahuan yang baik, dan konsumsi buah dan sayur yang kurang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar digital berbasis puisi tradisional menggunakan pendekatan Project Based Learning (PjBL) untuk meningkatkan kreativitas menulis puisi siswa SMP. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMPN 2 Woja, Kabupaten Dompu, menggunakan metode Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4-D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Tahap Define bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan siswa dan guru dalam pembelajaran menulis puisi. Tahap Design menghasilkan prototipe bahan ajar digital berbasis PjBL yang siap divalidasi. Tahap Develop dilakukan melalui uji validitas oleh ahli materi, media, dan bahasa, uji praktikalitas oleh guru dan siswa, serta uji efektivitas melalui pre-test dan post-test. Tahap Disseminate bertujuan untuk menyebarluaskan bahan ajar melalui pelatihan guru, publikasi, dan seminar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar digital ini valid (skor rata-rata 82,3%), praktis (skor rata-rata 84%), dan efektif meningkatkan kreativitas siswa menulis puisi (peningkatan rata-rata 25,5%). Selain itu, integrasi puisi tradisional membantu siswa memahami budaya lokal Kabupaten Dompu, menjadikan pembelajaran lebih autentik, kontekstual, dan menarik. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar digital berbasis puisi tradisional dengan PjBL dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran inovatif yang meningkatkan keterampilan menulis, kreativitas, dan apresiasi budaya.

sasaran pasar rumah sakit umum sakinah pada pengguna jasa pelayanannya itu adalah masyarakat luas yang diupayakan dan harus dipenuhi untuk mendapatkan pasar sasaran yang diinginkan. posisi produk harus dijaga dengan melihat pada potensi dalam pasar produk yang kompetitif harus dipertahankan sehingga menggenjot segmen pasar. rumah sakit umum sakinah juga mengharapkan agar masyarakat luas merasa puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan sehingga konsumen memiliki persepsi masyarakat akan pelayanan yang diberikan. persepsi tersebut akan membentuk suatu brand image. brand image rumah sakit yang positif akan memberikan dampak positif dalam persepsi konsumen yang akan membantu kegiatan pemasaran rumah sakit. tujuan: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap brand image rumah sakit umum sakinah lhokseumawe pada pasien rawat inap. metode: penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan penelitian kuantitaif dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis secara univariat untuk menggambarkan sebaran dan proporsi, serta bivariat menggunakan chi square dan menggunakan analisis multivariate dengan regensi liner. hasil: penelitian ini menemukan adanya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap brand image rumah sakit faktor realibitas (reliability) p value = 0,001 dan or = 21,875, daya tanggap (responsiveness) p value = 0,005 dan or = 14,5, jaminan (assurance) p value = 0,000 dan or = 50,143, empati (empathy) p value = 0,001 dan or = 21,875, bukti fisik (tangibles) p value = 0,000 or = 29,25. faktor yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap brand image rumah sakit umum sakinah lhokseumawe pada pasien rawat inap berdasarkan faktor kualitas pelayanan yaitu jaminan dengan p value = 0,006 dan or = 29,837 artinya brand image yang dijalankan rumah sakit umum sakinah lhokseumawe dengan berfokus pada faktor jaminan pada kualitas pelayanan akan 29,837 kali mempengaruhi pertimbangan pasien dalam memilih untuk memanfaatkan pelayanan kesehatan rawat inap. kata kunci : kualitas pelayanan, brand image

Abstract

Production process of power pole involves connected production process flow between machines. Thus, the company must ensure the machine availability during production runs. PT Kunango Jantan as a company that produces pole power also considers machine availability. The level of machine availability can be seen from the high level of machine reliability. However, the company is still not been able to guarantee the availability of the machine so it is necessary to study the reliability of the system to help to take the right policy in handling pipe production machinery maintenance. The first step is to determine the distribution of machine damage. Minitab 16 software was used determine the type of distribution and distribution parameters of each machine damage. In addition, mean time between failure (MTBF) was calculated to the pipe manufacturing machine. The machine reliability was obtained based on a formula and parameters. The determination of the system reliability was derived from the block diagram in accordance with the condition of machines in the field. The analysis was performed using fishbone diagram to propose an attempt to increase the machine reliability. The results of this study indicate that the machine reliability in good level since the reliability value is between 0.901 to 1.000. The machine reliability in a series circuit is smaller than the machine reliability in a parallel circuit. Rs and R values of the system were 0.980 and 0.998. R system shows that the system has a good performance with a chance of machine damage during production <0.002 (0.2%).

Abstract

Electrical energy requirements in Indonesia annually increase in line with economic growth and an increase in population. So, PT PLN (Persero) have to be able to fulfill the public demands for electrical energy. One of the power generation existed is Steam PowerGeneration. The condition of power generation depended on the maintenance, so, well maintenance made power plant operated at ease condition. Production process in SteamPower Generation of Ombilin used a closed cycle or continuous process. If a machine or an equipment damaged, it will stop the whole function. In the production process, the company involved several main engines are boiler, turbine, condenser, and generator. But the damage often occurs in turbine engine which caused the generation power in Steam PowerGeneration of Ombilin can not operate. Therefore, it needs a maintenance action of machinery/equipment to be able to prevent the damage. The right strategy to keep the engine operating is determining the optimal maintenance interval of equipment for minimizing downtime.The stages of this research begin by determining the critical engine with Criticality Analysis method. Then, the determination of the critical components using Pareto diagram. Then, the determination of the probability density function (pdf) and the reliability of critical components. After that, the determination of maintenance intervals of the critical components by using the criterion of minimizing the downtime that will be used to make maintenance scheduling.Based on the processing data has been done, it was found that the critical engine is a turbine engine with a total value is 44 and the critical components of a turbine engine are membrane turbine, bearing and turning gear with the examination time interval for each critical component are 960.48 hours (40 days), 908.57 hours (37 days) and 1150.28 hours (48days). While the preventive replacement intervals for components of turbine membrane is after operating for 3410 hours, the replacement for bearing components can be carried out during overhaul after operating for 8000 hours and the replacement intervals for components of turning gear is after operating for 4500 hours. The reliability values for each critical component before and after preventive maintenance remains the same, but the value of downtime on each component decreases. The total values of availability for each critical component exceeds 95%.

Abstract

Nowadays, automation system become an important aspect of the manufacturing process because could make integration manufacturing process on it more effective and more efficient. PLC or Programmable Logic Controller is one kind of automation system. Many industries use PLC as automation control device in the manufacturing process to control all kind of process. For example at transportation process of coals in generator industry. Coals could be burned because main elements of coals are carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen. Base on this prototype early warning system design, we get the result if sensor thermocouple detects temperature larger than setpoint temperature (it is 2000C), then PLC will give an order to shut down the output, that is a belt conveyor. The result of this prototype design could use at coals transportation as an early warning system. The design of prototype early warning system could detect and prevent fire because of the consequence of burned coals until spreading of fire could be avoided.

Abstract

Hydropower is one of the power plants that supplies electrical energy. It has several machines and equipment that have a time limit of use. To anticipate the limitation of the use, maintenance of machinery and equipment are needed in order to return its original state and can perform its function as usual. Therefore some indicators required to determine maintenance work performance level to provide the optimal results. The Traditional measurement methods have some limitations that make it difficult to implement in industrial environments. This requires a performance measurement method that can provide a balanced perspective on the overall system performance. One of them is implementing the Maintenance Scorecard and Objective Matrix (OMAX) method to assess the performance of hydropower maintenance. Objective research in this assessment is to integrate Maintenance Scorecard and Objective Matrix (OMAX) approach in Maninjau Hydropower. Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are defined by 6 perspectives: productivity perspective, cost effectiveness perspective, a safety perspective, an environmental perspective, quality perspective and learning perspective. The priorities are determined by using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). We then measure the performance of maintenance by using Objective Matrix (OMAX) until we get the level of achievement of the performance in the current situation.The results obtained in the process of designing the scorecard maintenance on the Maninjau hydropower that produces overall 20 KPI consists of 9 KPI for productivity perspective, 4 KPI for quality perspective, 2 KPI for safety perspective, 2 KPI for environmental perspective and 3 KPIs for learning perspective.
