Abstract

Lingkungan,sosial, dan tata kelola (LST) telah menjadi standar bagi perusahaan besar di dalam menjalankan operasi usahanya. Melalui LST, investor dapat menilai apakah perusahaan besar tersebut menguntungkan dan berkelanjutan. Pada sisi perusahaan besar, laporan LST dapat menjadi acuan di dalam menggaet investor, pertanggungjawaban kepada stakeholder, dan mendapatkan reputasi. Penerapan LST pada usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) menghadapi kendala dikarenakan karakteristiknya yang berbeda dengan perusahaan besar seperti kualitas SDM, manajemen, akses modal, jaringan bahan pasok, pemasaran, dan perijinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh LST terhadap performa dan profitabilitas UKM. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan literatur sistematis dari jurnal ilmiah yang sudah diseleksi melalui kriteria jurnal ilmiah internasional terindeks scopus dan berisi penelitian pengaruh LST terhadap performa dan profitabilitas UKM. Alur seleksi jurnal menggunakan PRISMA. Analisis bibliometrik dan tampilan VOSviewer digunakan untuk memetakan posisi setiap jurnal dan memudahkan melakukan analisa. Ditemukan bahwa pengaruh LST terhadapa performa perusahaan dan profotabilitas bisa berasal dari faktor lingkungan, tata kelola, gabungan dua faktor baik lingkungan dengan tata kelola atau lingkungan dengan sosial, ataupun gabungan dari tiga faktor lingkungan, sosial, dan tata kelola.

Abstract

Aceh is noted to have extensive waqf land spread over 16,560 districts and cities with an area of ​​8,902.33 ha. Unfortunately, Aceh's waqf resources are relatively passive and have not been utilized optimally. Aceh even ranks as the poorest province in Sumatra, according to a release issued by BPS in 2020. Various waqf problems make the existing potential not adequately managed, even though if optimized, the benefits will be huge for the people of Aceh. For this reason, this study aims to investigate further waqf in Aceh Province so that it can be more optimal in its management and help improve the economy of the Acehnese people. This study uses a qualitative method where the data comes from a literature study obtained from good books, journals, articles, and websites. The results of this study indicate that the optimization of waqf in Aceh can work if stakeholders can improve overall community literacy, certify waqf land, provide guidance to waqf nadzir and make institutional improvements. With the advancement of these four things, it is believed that the potential of waqf in Aceh can be optimized and more productive to bring economic change to the people of Aceh. The implication of this research are recommends a major waqf literacy program, faster land certification, nadzir professionalism, and institutional reform of waqf management.

Abstract

Analgesik adalah obat untuk mengurangi atau menghilangkan rasa sakit atau obat-obat penghilang nyeri tanpa menghilangkan kesadaran untuk menghilangkan gejala nyeri dapat di sembuhkan dengan cara swamedikasi, swamedikasi merupakan pengobatan yang dilakukan secara mandiri untuk mengatasi gejala ringan sampai sedang. Pengetahuan merupakan hasil dari tahu, yang terjadi setelah melakukan pengindraan terhadap suatu hal. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Gambaran tingkat pengetahuan swamedikasi obat analgesik pada masyarakat di kelurahan tidung RT 1 RW 3 kota Makassar Dengan jumlah populasi masyarakat sebesar 200 populasi dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 37 responden. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tahun 2022 merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang di berikan kepada masyarakat, Berdasarkan Hasil Penelitian menunjukan tingkat pengetahuan sebesar 52,2% yang artinya pengetahuan masyarakat termasuk dalam Kategori Baik.

Abstract

Research has been carried out on the manufacture and quality test of the peel off gel mask preparation from papaya juice (Carica papaya L.) Moringa leaves were taken from the home garden area on Jl. Bontoduri 6 N0.14 C, then made papaya juice, after the juice was produced. fruit. Then made a mask base, then added papaya juice. And carried out ornanoleptic testing, pH, dry time, and homogeneity. The results showed that the pH with a concentration of 15% = 6.14 Concentration of 20% = 6.24. Testing Dry time where the concentration of 15% = 20 minutes and 20% = 24 minutes. Organoleptic testing of simplicia is thick, orange in color, has no odor. And testing the homogeneity of both concentrations is homogeneous

Abstract

Balsam stick is an innovative alternative preparation of balsam preparations to increase user comfort and ease of use. The aim of this research was to determine whether basil leaves (Ocimum basilicum L.) could be formulated in the form of stick balm. This research uses experimental research methods. By using various concentration variants starting from 1%, 3% and 5% formulations using several evaluation tests for balm preparations including organoleptic tests, homogeneity tests, pH tests, spreadability tests and adhesion tests. The research results obtained for the organoleptic test in the form of pH showed that the pH test results produced a pH of 6 and were homogeneous for each concentration. In the organoleptic test, it has a semi-solid form, has a distinctive aroma of basil leaves and has a light green color at a concentration of 1% and a dark green color at a concentration of 3% and 5%. In the spreadability test, a concentration of 1% produced 5.4 cm, a concentration of 3% produced 6.1 cm and a concentration of 5% produced 5.6 cm. In the adhesion test at a concentration of 1%, adhesion was obtained for 12 seconds, at a concentration of 3% for 17 seconds, and at a concentration of 5%, adhesion was obtained for 7 seconds.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan membangun aplikasi berbasis multimedia Interaktif pada Pembelajaran Matematika di SMPN Satu Atap Andulan menggunakan apliksi adobe flash cs6. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Research and Development (R&D) yang mengaju pada metode pembangunan sistem waterfall. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, desain, pengkodean, dan pengujian. Hasil penilitian menunjukkan Pembuatan aplikasi berbasis multimedia Interaktif pada Pembelajaran Matematika di SMPN Satu Atap Andulan menggunakan apliksi adobe flash cs6. Hasil uji sistem mengunakan metode Blackbox dikategorikan baik karena semua aspek yang diujikan berhasil sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Hasil uji ahli pada dosen pendidikan mendapatkan nilai akhir 3.85 yang termasuk kategori “Valid” dengan hasil dari aplikasi yang dibuat

Abstract

The values of Islamic character should be the spirit that colors all aspects of education, both in classroom-based learning, the climate of school life, as well as in the context of interaction with community life in general, integrated into learning starting from planning, implementing, and evaluating according to the characteristics Basic Competence. Learning in vocational schools needs to be designed according to the demands of the curriculum in an effort to instill Acehnese values through production-based training/production-based education and training and Islamic edutechnopreneur learning practices. The objectives of this research are to: 1) Develop a model of education implementation based on Acehnese values through the Islamic Edutechnopreneur model; 2) Testing the quality of the education delivery model; and 3) Analyzing teacher and student responses to the Acehnese values-based education model through the Islamic Edutechnopreneur model that has been developed at SMK Negeri 7 Lhokseumawe. This study uses the Research and  Development method. The importance of this research is because vocational and school teachers really need a model of Islamic edutechnopreneur-based education and its implementation in school life. The results showed that the success of the Edutechnopreneur production unit at SMK Negeri 7 Lhokseumawe really depends on the management applied in the school. Therefore, it is important to strengthen SMK management so that Islamic Edutechnopreneur production units can be developed in an effort to strengthen the competitiveness of graduates. Teachers are an important resource, involve teachers in various trainings that enable them to develop in mastery of competencies and achieve increased insight and entrepreneurial skills.

Abstract

This service describes a community empowerment initiative through service to the oyster mushroom cultivation group in Tasiwalie Village. This empowerment approach focuses on the application of technology and innovation in oyster mushroom cultivation with the aim of increasing production, diversifying processed products, product branding and waste management. By integrating modern technology such as sensors, automatic irrigation systems, and temperature and humidity control techniques in kumbung, oyster mushroom production is increased significantly. In addition, through training and business assistance, the oyster mushroom food business group is provided with assistance and training regarding product diversification and effective branding strategies to increase the competitiveness of its products in local and regional markets. In addition, waste management from the cultivation process is converted into high-value resources such as charcoal briquettes. The result is an increase in the income of cultivation groups, improvement in community welfare, and the creation of a sustainable model of rural economic empowerment. This dedication makes a real contribution in strengthening local economic resilience while reducing environmental impacts, thereby creating a positive outlook towards sustainable agricultural development.

Abstract

Dilatarbelakangi tujuan pembelajaran matematika siswa menggunakan bahasa yang matematis dan mudah dipahami serta dipersiapkan untuk dapat mengembangkan pemikiran yang inovatif dan kreatik sehingga penulis menarik untuk mengambil judul skripsi ini dengan judul : Peningkatan Kemampuan Koneksi Matematis Siswa SMA Dengan Menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Cooperative-Meaningful Intructional Design. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang dilakukan di SMA Indra Jaya yang bersampelkan kelas X MIPA 1 dengan jumlah 24 siswa. Setelah peneliti mengguji data tersebut dengan uji t melalui test of normality Pre Test dan Post Tes SPSS 20 diperoleh signifikasi 0,020 (pre tes) dan 0,274 (post tes0 yang lebih besar dari 0,05 maka data tersebut normal. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa “Ha diterima” artinya ada perbedaan antara hasil belajar matematika untuk Pre Test dan Post Test, sehungga dapat disimpulkan pula bahwa ”ada pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Cooperative-Meaningful Intructional Design pada siswa X IPA SMA Negeri 2 Indra Jaya.

Abstract

With the increasing development of the times, service to customers is a very important factor. Therefore, the provider must be able to provide satisfaction to its customers, for example by providing a higher quality, cheaper product and better service. A product is said to be of good quality if it can meet the needs of its customers. Therefore, knowledge of customer needs and satisfaction (customer requirements) is very important. In this study using quantitative methods with a sample of 85 Umrah pilgrims in Medan City. The results of this study show that service has a significant effect on pilgrim satisfaction. The processed data showed that the sig value was 0.019 0.05. It means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between services on the satisfaction of Umrah pilgrims in Medan City. Cost has a significant effect on pilgrim satisfaction. The results showed that 0.029 0.05. It means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. There is a positive and significant influence between costs on the satisfaction of Umrah pilgrims in Medan City. Facilities have a significant effect on pilgrim satisfaction. The results showed that 0.018 0.05. That is, Ho was rejected, Ha accepted. There is a positive and significant influence between facilities on the satisfaction of Umrah pilgrims in Medan City.
