Abstract

This study aims to explore students' perceptions of the implementation of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) in higher education. With increasing awareness of environmental issues, GHRM has become important in the context of higher education. This study used a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to students at several universities in Indonesia. The results showed a positive relationship between students' understanding of GHRM and their attitudes toward sustainability. This study also identified determinants that influence students' perceptions, including education, experience, and involvement in environmental activities. This study recommends that universities pay attention to improving education, providing support for students, and creating a supportive organizational environment for students to be more involved in GHRM. These findings are expected to provide insights for universities in developing more effective GHRM policies

Abstract

. . The need for land is increasing over time to meet basic human needs and on the other hand there is no increase in land area in Indonesia. However, there are also many individuals and legal entities who control land that is not utilized in accordance with the nature of the land rights and the purpose of granting the rights, which results in abandoned land. Reviving abandoned land or dead land from the perspective of the Qur'an and Al-Hadith in the study of land theology is an effort to protect the environment so that it avoids damage. The context of the hadith of reviving dead land (Ihya al-mawat) in Indonesia in the current conditions of course must look at the existing conditions so that its application is more beneficial for the general public by utilizing abandoned land for development in the public interest. Legal protection for parties who control abandoned land in good faith is also provided with compensation if the land becomes the object of land acquisition for development in the public interest. Of course, to utilize abandoned land, you must follow the positive legal provisions governing land regulations in Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract This research is an events study that aims to find empirical evidence of the Indonesian capital market investors' reaction to the event announcement Economic Policy Package Phase I Jokowi - JK. The study population was consistent stocks listed in LQ 45 index over the study period. The data used are secondary data from daily stock price five days before and five days after the event. The statistical test used to test the hypothesis is independent sample t-test and Wilcoxon Signed Rank test.The result of the calculation of Independent Sample t-test showed that there are significant positive abnormal returns around the date of the event, which means that investors respond to the event announcement Economic Policy Package Phase I Jokowi - JK as good news. Results Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test proved that there is a significant positive difference in the average abnormal return between the prior and current events, and there is a significant negative difference in the average abnormal return between current events and after an event. Keywords: Capital Markets, Event Study, Abnormal Return, Investor reaction. Abstrak Penelitian ini merupakan studi peristiwa yang bertujuan untuk menemukan bukti empiris reaksi investor pasar modal Indonesia terhadap peristiwa pengumuman Paket Kebijakan Ekonomi Tahap I Jokowi – JK. Populasi penelitian ini adalah saham-saham yang konsisten terdaftar dalam indeks LQ 45 selama periode penelitian. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa harga saham harian lima hari sebelum dan lima hari setelah peristiwa. Uji statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah Independent Sample t-test dan Uji beda Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test.Hasil perhitungan Independent Sample t-test menunjukkan bahwa terdapat abnormal return positif signifikan di sekitar tanggal peristiwa, yang berarti investor merespon peristiwa pengumuman Paket Kebijakan Ekonomi Tahap I Jokowi – JK ini sebagai kabar baik. Hasil uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test membuktikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan positif signifikan rata-rata abnormal return antara sebelum dan saat peristiwa, dan terdapat perbedaan negatif signifikan rata-rata abnormal return antara saat dan setelah peristiwa. Kata Kunci : Pasar Modal, Studi Peristiwa, Abnormal Return, Reaksi Investor.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance and Commitment to the Organization with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable in Regionally-Owned Enterprises (BUMD) in Bogor City, namely Perumda Pasar Pakuan Jaya and Perumda Air Minum Tirta Pakuan. The research approach used is quantitative with a survey method of 212 respondents selected using proportional stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed using path analysis techniques with the help of SmartPLS to test the direct and indirect effects between variables. The results show that Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance, and Commitment to the Organization. Job Satisfaction also has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance and Commitment to the Organization. In addition, Job Satisfaction is proven to partially mediate the relationship between Organizational Culture and Employee Performance and Commitment to the Organization. These findings indicate that improving a strong and conducive organizational culture can increase job satisfaction which ultimately has an impact on improving employee performance and commitment. This study provides an empirical contribution in the development of organizational behavior models in the BUMD sector and provides practical implications for management in formulating strategies to improve performance and strengthen employee commitment through managing organizational culture and job satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstrak: Indonesia sebagai produsen kopi besar menghadapi permasalahan limbah ampas kopi yang berpotensi mencemari lingkungan, meskipun memiliki kandungan tanin dan polifenol sebagai pewarna alami. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan mengembangkan pembelajaran berkelanjutan melalui pemanfaatan limbah kopi sebagai pewarna batik untuk meningkatkan kreativitas dan keterampilan kewirausahaan siswa. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, workshop, dan praktikum pembuatan batik kopi dengan pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD). Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Bululawang, Kabupaten Malang, melibatkan 35 siswa dan 3 guru pendamping. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi produk, angket pemahaman sejumlah 15 soal, dan refleksi peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan 88% siswa memahami konsep pembelajaran berkelanjutan, 85% mampu menghasilkan pewarna kopi dengan kualitas warna stabil, dan 82% siswa tertarik mengembangkan batik kopi sebagai produk wirausaha sekolah. Program ini meningkatkan kreativitas, keterampilan praktis, serta kesadaran ekonomi kreatif berbasis potensi lokal.Abstract: Indonesia, as a major coffee producer, faces the problem of coffee grounds waste that has the potential to pollute the environment, despite containing tannins and polyphenols that can be utilized as natural dyes. This community service activity aims to develop sustainable learning through the utilization of coffee waste as a batik dye to enhance students’ creativity and entrepreneurial skills. The methods used include socialization, workshops, and practical sessions on making coffee-dyed batik using the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. The activity was conducted in Bululawang, Malang Regency, involving 35 students and 3 supervising teachers. Evaluation was carried out through product observation, a 15-item understanding questionnaire, and participant reflection. The results showed that 88% of students understood the concept of sustainable learning, 85% were able to produce coffee dye with stable color quality, and 82% of students were interested in developing coffee batik as a school entrepreneurship product. This program enhanced students’ creativity, practical skills, and awareness of the creative economy based on local potential.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology encourages companies, particularly in the manufacturing industry, to adopt digital systems in order to improve operational efficiency, including in daily production reporting. At PT Aneka Komkar Utama, especially in the production area of the Bushing Hanger section, the reporting process is still carried out manually, which makes it prone to recording errors, delays, and difficulties in data verification and analysis. This condition poses a risk of hampering performance monitoring and managerial decision-making. This study aims to design and develop an integrated and user-friendly web-based daily reporting information system using the Laravel framework. The system is designed using the Spiral model approach, which allows for iterative and gradual development through several phases: communication, planning, risk analysis, engineering, construction and deployment, and user evaluation. This approach is chosen to ensure that the system developed can flexibly adapt to user needs. The result of this research is a system capable of recording and presenting production data in real-time, thereby improving the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of daily reports. In addition, the system provides users with the convenience of monitoring and identifying potential improvements in production performance more quickly and precisely, ultimately supporting more effective and data-driven decision-making processes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance and organizational commitment in Regionally-Owned Enterprises (BUMD) in Bogor City. The research was conducted at Perumda Pasar Pakuan Jaya and Perumda Air Minum Tirta Pakuan using a mixed-method sequential explanatory approach. A total of 212 permanent employees were selected through proportional stratified random sampling. Quantitative data were analyzed using path analysis with SmartPLS to examine direct and indirect relationships among variables, while qualitative analysis was conducted using the Delphi technique involving human resource experts to formulate strategic recommendations. The findings reveal that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, employee performance, and organizational commitment. Job satisfaction also significantly influences employee performance and organizational commitment. Furthermore, job satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between organizational culture and both employee performance and organizational commitment. These results indicate that strengthening organizational culture can enhance employee satisfaction, which subsequently improves organizational commitment and work performance.This study contributes to the development of organizational behavior literature in the public enterprise sector and offers practical implications for management in designing strategies to strengthen employee commitment and improve organizational performance through organizational culture and job satisfaction programs

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance at PT Argatama Multi Agung Bogor. A quantitative approach was employed using probability sampling with a proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The sample consisted of 105 employees selected from a population of 142 employees. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The findings indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on both employee performance and work motivation. Work motivation also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, although the strength of the effect is relatively weak. However, work motivation is not able to significantly mediate the relationship between the work environment and employee performance. These results imply that the work environment plays a more dominant role in improving employee performance compared to work motivation, highlighting the importance of creating a supportive and conducive work environment to achieve optimal organizational outcomes.
