Abstract

Diversity of Colletotrichum Species Assosiated with Imported Citrus Fruits, and their Potential to Infect Chili, Rubber, and Cacao Trees in Indonesia Colletotrichum species have been widely reported as causative agents of anthracnose in citrus trees. The importation of citrus fruits brings the risks of introducing introducing species of Colletotrichum new to Indonesian territory. This research was conducted to identify species of Colletotrichum from imported citrus fruits and to evaluate their potential to infect important horticultural and plantation crops in Indonesia. A total of 7 Colletotrichum isolates were isolated from imported citrus fruit from China, Pakistan, and Indonesian local citrus fruit. The Colletotrichum isolates were observed for their morphological and molecular characteristics as well as their pathogenicity on citrus fruit, chili, rubber and cocoa trees. Phylogenetic analysis was carried out using the MLSA (multilocus sequence analysis) method which combines the ITS, ACT, TUB2 and GAPDH gene loci. Identification of Colletotrichum isolates resulted in one species of the C. boninense complex species (C. karstii) and 3 species of the C. gloeosporioides complex species (C. fructicola, C. gloeosporioides sensu stricto, and C. siamense). The Colletotrichum isolate from Indonesian citrus was identified as C. gloeosporioides sensu stricto. The C. fructicola strain could infect chilies, while the C. karstii strain could infect chili and cocoa. Strain of C. gloeosporioides s.s. and C. siamense have a wider host range, namely chili, rubber, and cocoa. Several species of Colletotrichum carried by imported citrus fruits could become pathogens in several important crops in Indonesia, including chili, rubber, and cocoa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (i) the teacher education system, (ii) the accreditation status of teacher’s colleges and study programs, (iii) the fulfillment of lecturer standards, (iv) the quality of student input, and (v) the quality of student internships. Study approach is a mix of quantitative and qualitative. The study utilizes secondary data from Higher Education Database and National Accreditation Board for Higher Education. Also used is survey data with students in four institutions around Jakarta. The study findings show that the teacher education system has changed for the better, but has not been implemented strictly. Previously, graduates of undergraduate education could immediately become teachers, but after the issuance of Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No 87/2013, a bachelor of education must take Teacher Professional Education first if he wants to become a teacher. Another study finding is that most of the study programs have not been accredited. Some study programs that have been accredited, only get a C grade. Regarding the standard of lecturers, some teacher’s colleges have met the minimum standard of having a master’s degree for lecturers. The number of lecturers at certain teacher’s colleges is excessive so that the workload is less than the standard. The quality of student input is quite good. Most students feel that they have had sufficient experience during their internship. The study 50 recommends that the ministry and teacher’s colleges apply Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No 87/2013 to produce professional teachers. The Ministry of Education and Culture must work closely with local governments so that teacher recruitment only accepts the graduates from teacher professional education. Teacher professional education must prioritize quality by only accepting graduates with Bachelor’s degree in education. If there is a study program that does not meet the requirements, it should be proposed to have its operational permit terminated. Studi ini bertujuan menganalisis: (i) sistem pendidikan keguruan, (ii) status akreditasi lembaga pendidikan keguruan dan program studi, (iii) pemenuhan standar dosen, (iv) mutu input mahasiswa, dan (v) mutu magang mahasiswa. Pendekatan studi menggunakan campuran kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Studi memanfaatkan data sekunder dari Pangkalan Data Pendidikan Tinggi dan Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi. Digunakan pula data survei dengan mahasiswa di empat lembaga di sekitar Jakarta. Temuan studi menunjukkan bahwa sistem pendidikan keguruan mengalami perubahan ke arah yang lebih baik, namun belum diimplementasikan secara ketat. Sebelumnya lulusan sarjana pendidikan bisa langsung menjadi guru, namun setelah terbitnya Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Nomor 87/2013, seorang sarjana pendidikan harus mengikuti Pendidikan Profesi Guru terlebih dahulu jika ingin menjadi guru. Temuan studi lainnya yaitu sebagian besar program studi belum terakreditasi. program studi yang sudah terakreditasi, sebagian hanya memperoleh nilai C. Terkait standar dosen, sebagian lembaga pendidikan keguruan sudah memenuhi standar minimal berpendidikan pasca sarjana. Jumlah dosen pada lembaga pendidikan keguruan tertentu berlebih sehingga beban kerjanya kurang dari standar. Mutu input mahasiswa sudah cukup baik. Sebagian besar mahasiswa merasa telah mendapat pengalaman memadai dari magang. Kajian merekomendasikan agar kementerian dan lembaga pendidikan keguruan menerapkan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Nomor 87/2013 untuk menghasilkan guru profesional. Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan harus bekerja sama dengan pemerintah daerah agar rekrutmen guru hanya menerima lulusan pendidikan profesi guru. Pendidikan profesi guru harus mengutamakan mutu sehingga hanya menerima lulusan sarjana pendidikan. Jika ada program studi yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan, sebaiknya diusulkan untuk dihentikan ijin operasionalnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa dasar hukum dari penerapan pengembalian kerugian negara hasil tindak pidana korupsi, bagaimana efektivitas pengembalian kerugian negara dari hasil tindak pidana korupsi dan faktor-faktor yang menghambat pengembalian kerugian negara hasil dari tindak pidana korupsi. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yaitu memahami permasalahan hukum dan kemudian mengkonstuksikannya dalam rumusanrumusan masalah yang akan diteliti secara deskriptif-analitis yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan putusan pengadilan dari pengembalian kerugian negara hasil tindak pidana korupsi dan dianalisa menggunakan Undang-undang dan Peraturan terkait pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi. Analisis dengan membandingkan data yang diperoleh melalui bahan hukum primer yaitu Peraturan Perundangundangan mengenai Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi dengan bahan hukum sekunder yaitu Putusan Tindak Pidana Korupsi Pengadilan Negeri. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengembalian kerugian negara hasil dari tindak pidana korupsi belum efektif. Total kerugian negara dari 3 Putusan yang diteliti adalah sebesar Rp 27.737.325.000 (dua puluh tujuh miliar tujuh ratus tiga puluh tujuh juta tiga ratus dua puluh lima ribu rupiah), sedangkan total pengembalian kerugian negaranya hanya sebesar Rp 5.478.394.664 (lima miliar empat ratus tujuh puluh delapan juta tiga ratus sembilan puluh empat ribu enam ratus enam puluh empat rupiah). persentase dari efektivitas pengembalian kerugian negara dari ketiga studi kasus tersebut adalah 19,75 % hasil penelitian ini tidak jauh berbeda dari laporan Kejaksaan RI Tahun 2016, total pembebanan uang pengganti. Rp 26.055.995.222 (dua puluh enam miliar lima puluh lima juta sembilan ratus sembilan puluh lima ribu dua ratus dua puluh dua rupiah). jumlah uang pengganti yang telah selesai dibayarkan sebesar Rp 103.609.000 (seratus tiga juta enam ratus sembilan ribu rupiah) dari total 109 perkara tindak pidana korupsi yang dibebankan uang pengganti

Abstract

A biosafety assessment is a crucial first step in the management of microbial culture collection to screen and determine unexpected potential plant and human pathogenic bacteria. It is common to collect and store as many fresh culture collections from natural resources before being further evaluated for antagonist bacteria. As a result, a bulk of isolates must be preserved which required more effort and budget. Safety evaluations based on the hemolysis and hypersensitive reactions offer simple tests to ease culture collection management of antagonist bacteria. The study aimed to evaluate the safety of bacterial culture collection for their hemolysis and hypersensitive reactions. Ninety-five isolates of rhizosphere and endophytic bacterial isolates from the culture collections of the Department of Plant Protection-IPB University, Indonesian Industrial and Beverages Crops Research Institute, and Indonesian Spice and Medicinal Crops Research Institute, were evaluated their safety using the hemolysis and hypersensitive tests. The hemolysis test was conducted using blood agar media, from which isolates with a negative (?) reaction were then tested for the hypersensitivity reaction on tobacco leaves. Bacterial isolates passed from both hemolysis and hypersensitivity tests were then preserved by the lyophilization method for long-term storage of culture collection. Based on the hemolysis test, 68 out of 95 bacterial isolates (71.57%) were found to be positive (? or ?) reactions. The hypersensitive test showed that 22 of 27 negative hemolysis isolates did not trigger hypersensitivity reactions in tobacco leaves, therefore, they were preserved by lyophilization. The study indicated that a high number of bacterial isolates in the present collection, 68 positive hemolysis, and 5 hypersensitive, need to be re-evaluated due to their safety concerns. The present study highlights the importance of biosafety tests performed in an early stage before the to permanent collection of antagonist isolates.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and optimize the implementation of library services at SMP Al-Imam Islamic School Balikpapan to enhance student literacy. Currently, the library services play a crucial role in supporting literacy activities, but there is still potential for further development. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, where data were obtained through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the library services have shown positive developments, particularly in increasing student participation in literacy programs. The continuously updated book collection and the relevance of literacy programs tailored to students' needs are key factors supporting literacy improvement. Based on these findings, it is recommended to continue innovating library services, such as expanding access to digital resources and developing more interactive and engaging literacy programs. This optimization is expected to further strengthen the role of the library as a literacy center that significantly contributes to improving the quality of education at SMP Al-Imam Islamic School Balikpapan.

Abstract

This research explains the internalization of Islamic values ​​through religious practices in increasing students' devotion to worship at SDN Bumi 1 Surakarta. In this research using field research (field research) with a descriptive approach. The results of the research are the value of devotion, the value of politeness of students towards teachers, tolerance and harmony between school members, both teachers and students, tolerance for fellow school members, discipline in terms of dress and time, concern for fellow school members and community members in need, and Moral values ​​towards the environment, namely the value of cleanliness in terms of preserving the school environment through an internalization process through example and habituation.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of students' example non example models in class V science lessons at SDN 140 North Bengkulu. The research subjects were 17 class V students. Data collection was carried out by observation and final learning test. Data analysis was carried out descriptively. The results of the research show that by using the example non example learning model, learning outcomes regarding the relationship between food and health in science lessons in class V of SD Negeri 140 North Bengkulu can be improved. Research data proves this by increasing the average daily test 1 to 63.00 to 70.00, the average daily test 3 to 75.33, and the average daily test 4 to 82.52. The results of this research can be concluded that the use of the example non example model is effective in improving student learning outcomes in science lessons in class V S 140 North Bengkulu.

Abstract

Tantangan terbesar yang dihadapi PMI adalah memastikan bahwa proses rekrutmen relawan dapat terus berlanjut. KSR PMI Unit UNJ merupakan sarana bagi mahasiswa untuk mengamalkan tugas kepalangmerahan dan tugas-tugas organisasi sebagai wujud tanggung jawab kepada masyarakat dan negara. Dalam penyiapan kader atau sumber daya manusia, KSR PMI Unit UNJ akan melaksanakan rangkaian kegiatan penerimaan calon anggota baru (PCAB) sesuai dengan aturan standar pelatihan PMI untuk menghasilkan sumber daya yang berkualitas.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan web service yang dapat digunakan dalam Sistem Informasi Penerimaan Calon Anggota Baru KSR PMI Unit UNJ dan memudahkan dalam melaksanakan rangkaian kegiatan penerimaan calon anggota baru KSR PMI Unit UNJ serta memiliki sifat adaptif terhadap perubahan-perubahan di masa mendatang. Pengembangan web service modul admin Sistem Informasi Penerimaan Calon Anggota Baru KSR PMI Unit UNJ dengan metode scrum menggunakan framework Express.js dan menghasilkan 58 endpoint. Pengujian dengan metode unit testing terhadap 58 endpoint menggunakan aplikasi bernama Postman. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa 58 endpoint yang diuji berfungsi dengan baik, dan layak digunakan sebagai sisi backend yang akan digabungkan dengan sisi frontend untuk menjadi aplikasi Sistem Informasi Penerimaan Calon Anggota Baru KSR PMI Unit UNJ yang utuh.

Ada banyak metode yang bisa digunakan untuk peringkasan multi dokumen ilmiah, salah satunya adalah metode K-Means dan K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa perbandingan kinerja peringkasan multi dokumen ilmiah berbahasa Indonesia menggunakan metode K-Means dan K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN). Bahan penelitian yang digunakan adalah dokumen ilmiah berbahasa Indonesia sebanyak 30 dokumen dengan topik yang sama tentang “Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan”. Dokumen ilmiah diproses menggunakan tools NLTK dan Sastrawi, kemudian hasil peringkasan metode K-Means dan K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN) dievaluasi dengan metode ROUGE. Pengujian metode K-Means pada ROUGE-1 dan ROUGE-2 menunjukkan hasil optimal sebanyak 30 dokumen dengan tingkat peringkasan sebanyak 15 kalimat. Pada ROUGE-1 diperoleh nilai presisi 0.391, recall 0.277, dan f-measure 0.324. Kemudian pada ROUGE-2, diperoleh nilai presisi 0.067, recall 0.048, dan f-measure 0.056. Sedangkan pada metode K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN) pada ROUGE-1 dan ROUGE-2 menunjukkan hasil optimal sebanyak 10 dokumen dengan tingkat peringkasan 15 kalimat. Pada ROUGE-1 diperoleh nilai presisi 0.362, recall 0.296, dan f-measure 0.326. Kemudian pada ROUGE-2, diperoleh nilai presisi 0.045, recall 0.037, dan f-measure 0.045. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode K-Means memiliki kinerja yang lebih baik jika dokumen yang digunakan relatif lebih banyak. Sebaliknya, metode K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN) memiliki kinerja yang lebih baik jika dokumen yang digunakan relatif lebih sedikit.
