Abstract

ABSTRAK Angka prevalensi terjadinya insomnia pada usia mahasiswa tergolong tinggi. Mereka kebanyakan mengalami insomnia karena kecanduan internet, mereka menggunakan internet untuk berkomunikasi dengan orang lain, mencari / memudahkan mereka dalam mengerjakan tugas sekolah, dan berbagai aktifitas on line lainnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecanduan internet terhadap insomnia pada mahasiswa tingkat III di Akademi Keperawatan 17 Karanganyar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman Rank. Jumlah sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 38 responden diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil korelasi Spearman Rank,diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,567 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh positif antara kecanduan internet terhadap insomnia pada mahasiswa tingkat III di Akademi Keperawatan 17 Karanganyar. Kata kunci : Kecanduan internet, Insomnia THE EFFECT OF INTERNET ADDICTION ON INSOMNIA IN THE THIRD STUDENTS IN THE 17th NURSING ACADEMY KARANGANYAR ABSTRACT Prevalence rate of insomnia at student age is high. Most of them have insomnia because of Internet addiction, they use the internet to communicate with others, searching / facilitating them in doing school work, and various other on-line activities.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Internet addiction to insomnia in third- gradestudents at the Academy of Nursing 17 Karanganyar.This research uses quantitative descriptive method with cross sectional approach. Data analysis in this research use Spearman Rank correlation test. The number of samples studied by 38 respondents was taken using purposive sampling technique. Based on Spearman Rank correlation result, obtained value of significance equal to 0.000 with correlation value equal to 0,567, there is a positive influence between internet addiction to insomnia in third grade students at the Academy of Nursing 17 Karanganyar. Abstract

Students have a duty to assist the community in addition to their roles as scholars.  Community Service Programs (KKN) provide a transformative framework for putting knowledge into practice.  Environmental cleanliness and nutritional knowledge were among the village issues that the KKN program addressed in Sedulang Village, Muara Kaman District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency.  Outreach on stunting and Dengue Fever (DHF) was part of the work program, as in creating eco-friendly briquettes and environmental education via the "See Trash, Take It" (LISA) campaign.  The community's awareness between illness transmission and unclean surroundings has grown as a result of the DHF outreach. The stunting outreach, meanwhile, helped moms and young women understand how crucial nutrition is to a child's growth and development.  By encouraging active community participation in village cleanliness and providing training on creating briquettes from organic waste as an alternative energy source, the LISA movement brought tangible results.  This program links local issues like waste, flooding, and the state of stilt houses with global solutions for health, clean energy, and sustainable village development. It does this by taking an approach that is in line with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) points 12 (responsible consumption and production) and 3 (healthy and prosperous lives).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Perceived Organizational Support (POS) on Work Meaningfulness and its impact on Employee Life Satisfaction and Employee Creativity among Civil Servants in the Public Order Police Unit (Satpol PP) in West Java. The study population includes 338 civil servants from the Satpol PP in five regions (Cirebon Regency, Kuningan Regency, Majalengka Regency, Cirebon City, and Indramayu Regency). The research sample was determined using the 10:1 rule of thumb approach (Hair et al., 2019), based on the number of indicators, which is 17, resulting in a minimum requirement of 170 respondents. Sample distribution was done proportionally in each region, while respondent selection in the second stage used convenience sampling as a form of multi-stage sampling. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the assistance of AMOS. The research findings indicate that (1) POS has a positive effect on employee life satisfaction and employee creativity; (2) POS has a positive effect on work meaningfulness; (3) work meaningfulness has a positive effect on employee life satisfaction and employee creativity; and (4) work meaningfulness is proven to mediate the relationship between POS and both employee life satisfaction and employee creativity. These findings confirm that organizational support not only directly enhances employees' life satisfaction and creativity but also indirectly increases work meaning. Therefore, human resource management strategies at Satpol PP need to focus on improving the perception of organizational support and creating work meaning to strengthen the well-being and creativity of civil servants in the local government work environment.

Abstract

Rice is the main staple in Indonesia and the demand for rice production risees along with population growth. Providing organic fertilizer can overcome fluctuations in rice production by increasing nutrient efficiency and being nutrients availability that contribute crop yield increase. This research was carried out in Kaur Regency, Bengkulu Province in September – December 2023. The objective of this research was to investigate the effect of manure on growth and yield of three varieties of irrigated lowland rice. The first experiment was using a Completely Randomized Block Design (CRBD) with 2 factors. The first factor is 3 types of rice varieties, namely Inpari 48, Inpari 32 and Inpari 38. Meanwhile, the second factor is the type of manure, namely cow manure, goat manure and chicken manure. The results of the research showed that in the first experiment it was concluded that there was no real interaction between rice varieties and manure on rice growth and yield. The best rice variety is Inpari 48 which has better growth and yield compared to Inpari 32 and Inpari 38. The application of chicken manure produces better growth and yield of rice and soil chemical properties and agronomic efficiency compared to cow and goat manure. Abstract

Naskah Luput ing Pamulang merupakan salah satu karya sastra Jawa yang memuat nilai-nilai pedagogis tentang pengasuhan anak menurut kultur Jawa. Artikel ini menyajikan gambaran pola pengasuhan anak dalam budaya Jawa yang tidak selazimnya dipahami dan dimengerti oleh masyarakat saat itu. Pola pengajaran yang disajikan lebih menekankan pada hal-hal yang terlepas dari kelaziman pola pengasuhan anak pada masa itu. Beberapa hal penting yang ditemukan sebagai anomali adalah adanya pola pengasuhan yang selama ini diyakini sebagai: (1) pengabaian emosional, (2) eksploitasi anak, (3) kurangnya disiplin dalam pola pengasuhan, dan (4) peran gender yang kaku. Pola pengasuhan yang ditawarkan dalam naskah Luput ing Pamulang merupakan sebuah alternatif inovatif yang lebih cermat dalam interaksi hubungan orang tua dan anak.

Abstract

Mastitis merupakan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh bakteri dan pada umum menyerang ternak perah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian sebelumnya, terdapat perbedaan jenis bakteri penyebab mastitis di setiap daerah. Mengidentifikasi bakteri penyebab mastitis perlu dilakukan agar penyakit ini dapat ditangani dengan cepat, tepat, efektif dan efisien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi bakteri yang berpotensi menyebabkan mastitis di salah satu peternakan sapi perah di Yogyakarta. Pengujian California Mastitis Test dilakukan sebelum pengambilan sampel susu. Sampel susu yang menunjukkan hasil positif tiga kemudian diambil untuk diisolasi bakteri yang ada di dalamnya. Sampel susu yang berasal dari sapi yang terkena mastitis di peternakan tersebut diinolulasikan ke dalam bood agar, isolat yang tumbuh kemudian diinokulasikan kembali untuk selanjutnya dilakukan beberapa pengujian, seperti pewarnaan Gram, uji katalase, uji motilitas dan identifikasi menggunakan PCR. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dua isolat dominan yang dihasilkan menunjukkan ciri – ciri berwarna ungu, berbentuk bulat, hasil uji katalase negatif dan hasil uji motilitas juga negatif. Hasil identifikasi menggunakan PCR menunjukkan bahwa kemungkinan spesies bakteri yang berhasil diisolasi adalah Streptococcus agalactiae, Bacillus cereus ,Bacillus thuringiensis, Bacillus wiedmannii, dan Endophytic bacterium. Streptococcus agalactiae dan Bacillus cereus merupakan bakteri dominan yang berhasil diisolasi dan kedua bakteri tersebut berpotensi sebagai penyebab mastitis pada peternakan di daerah Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Different growing environments will have different effects on plant growth and development. The phenology of a line or variety needs to be precisely understood so that crop production management can be carried out appropriately. This study aims to evaluate the phenology of lines resulting from crossbreeding of local swamp rice from Bengkulu. The study was conducted from February 2023 to September 2023 in shallow swamp land, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Bengkulu. Using a Randomized Complete Block Design with 3 replications to place the lines UBPR-2, UBPR-3, UBPR-4, UBPR-6, UBPR-8, UBPR-9, UBPR-10 and UBPR-11. The results showed that the eight swamp rice lines evaluated had diverse phenologies. Critical stages such as tillering were grouped into 5 clusters, flowering into 6 clusters, and harvesting into 6 clusters. UBPR-2, UBPR-9, and UBPR-11 produced comparable grain weights per hill, despite varying harvest stages.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan ujian pada beberapa mata kuliah di Pendidikan Teknik Informatika dan Komputer (PTIK) Universitas Negeri Jakarta dilaksanakan secara online. adapun instrumen pelaksanaannya menggunakan aplikasi dari pihak ketiga yang bervariasi dan sesuai dengan pilihan tiap dosen. Banyaknya variasi dari aplikasi yang digunakan memungkinkan data pelaksanaan ujian ataupun data hasil ujian pada setiap ujian tidak terintegrasi secara maksimal. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah solusi berupa aplikasi ujian essay yang dikembangkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan ujian pada Prodi PTIK dan dapat diintegrasikan dengan sistem lain seperti Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAKAD). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan web service yang dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi ujian essay yang memiliki sifat adaptif terhadap perubahan kebutuhan di masa mendatang. Pengembangan dilakukan dengan menggunakan konsep RESTful API, metode Spiral, framework ExpressJS dan menghasilkan 229 endpoint. Pengujian web service dilakukan terhadap seluruh endpoint dengan menggunakan metode unit testing dan bantuan tools Postman. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa seluruh endpoint telah berfungsi dengan baik dan layak digunakan sebagai sisi back-end pada aplikasi ujian essay online.

Abstract

This study explores the integration of AutoProctor-enabled Google Forms to enhance English listening comprehension in large EFL classrooms. The research aims to address challenges of academic integrity and scalability faced by university instructors in technology-limited contexts. Employing a descriptive mixed-method design, data were collected from 95 undergraduate students and one lecturer through questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. The results indicate that the integration of AutoProctor in listening activities improved students’ motivation, confidence, and comprehension, while also ensuring a fair testing environment through automated proctoring features. Participants appreciated the platform’s automated grading, immediacy of feedback, and accessibility for independent practice. However, technical limitations such as unstable connectivity and restricted access to premium features occasionally constrained learning efficiency. The study highlights that AutoProctor-based Google Forms constitute a viable and integrity-oriented innovation for large-scale English learning, supporting both learner autonomy and sustainable digital pedagogy. The findings also offer implications for the broader use of AI-assisted assessment in EFL instruction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the dynamics of integrating Sedulur Sikep Samin values into PAI learning to develop students’ multiple character at SD Muhammadiyah Blora. This research employs a transcendental phenomenological approach following Moustakas, involving eight participants: a school principal, two PAI teachers, three students, and two parents. Data were collected through semi-structured in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis. Data analysis followed Moustakas’ four stages: epoché (bracketing), phenomenological reduction (horizonalization and clustering), imaginative variation, and synthesis to identify the essence of participants’ experiences in integrating values into multidimensional character formation. The findings reveal five key dynamics in the integration process: (1) value harmonization between Samin philosophy and Islamic teachings through the convergence of universal principles; (2) pedagogical adaptation incorporating storytelling, experiential learning, and value reflection; (3) collaboration among the three centers of education (school, family, and community); (4) transformation through the hidden curriculum to strengthen value internalization; and (5) holistic character assessment through authentic behavioral observation. The results indicate significant improvement in five character dimensions: tolerance, honesty, simplicity, mutual cooperation, and spirituality.
