Abstract

Strategi pengelolaan kelas adalah segala kegiatan guru di kelas yang menciptakan dan mempertahankan kondisi yang optimal dalam terjadinya proses belajar. Dengan demikian, efektifitas pelaksanaan pengelolaan kelas sangat bergantung kepada guru karena guru mempunyai tugas dan tanggung jawab dalam mengelola kelas dengan tercipta suasana kelas yang menyenangkan bagi peserta didik dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu guru penting untuk mengetahui tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran anak memotivasi belajar anak usia dini dapat memperngaruhi kehidupan anak dimasa depan. Mengacu dari uraian tersebut, penulis tertarik melakukan penelitian dengan judul “Strategi Pengelolaan Kelas dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Berhitung Pada Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun Kelompok B di RA Fatimah Palembang. Pokok maslah dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana Strategi pengelolaan kelas Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Berhitung pada Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun Kemlompok B di RA Fatimah Palembang, bagaimana Strategi Guru dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Berhitung pada Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun Kemlompok B di RA Fatimah Palembang dan Faktor-faktor penghambat pengelolaan kelas di RA Fatimah Palembang. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, serta teknik analisis data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi/kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunujukan bahwa, startegi pengelolaan kelas di RA Fatimah, sudah menjalankan pengelolaan kelas yang berorientasi kepada sarana prasarana dan pengaturan siswa sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Baik pengelolaan kelas yang menyangkut perencanaan penataan ruang kelas, perencanaan pengaturan peserta didik, strategi guru untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar anak pada aspek menumbuhkan hasrat berhasil dalam belajar dengan menerangkan manfaat bealajar, memberikan semangat, pembelajaran yang menyenagkan, memahami karakteristik anak, dan pemberian pengulangan pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the existence of the Mappadendang tradition of the Parepare community in Indonesia, implementing the Mappadendang tradition, and the Mappadendang tradition related to environmental conservation efforts. A qualitative approach is used to answer the research objectives. This research was conducted in Watang Bacukiki, Parepare City, Indonesia. Informants in this study are the people who live around the research location and take part in carrying out the Mappadendang tradition. The data collection techniques are interviews and documentation. After the data is collected, the data is analyzed. This study found that the Mappadendang tradition has been implemented since the community has been familiar with agriculture and the tradition still exists today. Implementing Mappadendang tradition includes rice mashing activities, dances, and eating together. The Mappadendang tradition cannot be separated from efforts to preserve the environment. This can be seen from the activities of cleaning the environment together and the stipulation of rules not to litter and to carry out activities that do not damage the environment. From the findings of this study, it can be concluded that the Mappadendang tradition, as a tradition passed down from generation to generation, must be preserved because implementing the tradition is closely related to environmental conservation efforts.

Abstract

Indonesia stands as the world's most populous Muslim nation, holding a crucial position in the realm of Islamic moderation. The richness of diversity, encompassing religion, culture, language, and customs, serves as a potential catalyst for peace when approached with an attitude of mutual respect and appreciation for differences. However, in the absence of tolerance, the specter of intolerance emerges and paves the way for acts of violence. Recognizing this delicate balance, the pivotal role of religious leaders and scholars becomes evident. They play a crucial part in fostering an understanding of religious moderation. This understanding acts as a proactive safeguard, while thwarting the escalation of intolerance and violence. Employing a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, this study focuses on Prof. Dr. K. H. Nasaruddin Umar, M.A., and Madrasah Tsanawiyah Istiqlal Jakarta. The data collection involved meticulous observation, thorough documentation, and insightful interviews. The findings underscore the significance of religious leaders in imparting insights on tolerance and the value of harmonious coexistence within religious communities. In the context of MTs Istiqlal Jakarta, the results illuminate the pivotal role of the clergy in nurturing an atmosphere of understanding. This is evident in the MCB program and congregational prayers, where students are actively engaged in learning to appreciate and respect one another, embracing the beauty of diversity. This study underscores the transformative impact of religious education in shaping attitudes and mitigating the seeds of intolerance and violence within society.

Abstract

Lingkungan pendidikan adalah suatu sistem yang kompleks dimana berbagai faktor lingkungan yang berpengaruh terhadap praktek pendidikan atau berbagai lingkungan tempat berlangsungnya proses pendidikan, yang merupakan bagian dari lingkungan sosial (Kunaryo, 1999:62). Didalam lingkungan pendidikan merupakan kunci utama penanaman karakter dan akhlak peserta didik, dari yang kurang baik menjadi yang lebih baik. Tergantung pada bekal masing-masing dari setiap anak. Oleh karna itu, pendidikan karakter adalah suatu usaha manusia atau seorang pendidik secara sadar dan terencana untuk mendidik dan memberdayakan potensi peserta didik guna membangun karakter pribadinya sehingga dapat menjadi individu yang bermanfaat bagi diri sendiri dan lingkungannya. Dalam masalah pendidikan disekolah, lingkungan pendidikan memiliki makna dan peran yang sangat penting dalam membentuk pendidikan karakter terhadap anak atau peserta didik. Tujuan penulisan atrikel ini adalah membahas tentang makna dan peran lingkungan pendidikan dalam pendidikan karakter. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Upaya mewujudkan peradaban bangsa melalui pendidikan karakter bangsa tidak pernah terlepas dari lingkungan pendidikan baik di dalam keluarga, sekolah dan masyarakat. Pengaruh penguatan pendidikan karakter, yaitu: keteladanan, pembelajaran di kelas, pengintegrasian dengan semua materi pelajaran, pengintegrasian dalam kegiatan Kokurikuler dan Ekstra kurikuler, pemberdayaan dan pembudayaan, dan penguatan. Guru memiliki tanggung jawab besar dalam menghasilkan generasi yang berkarakter, berbudaya, dan bermoral.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan kepala sekolah terkait pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif di SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik triangulasi, yang melibatkan observasi untuk mempelajari lingkungan penelitian, wawancara dengan informan yang relevan, serta dokumentasi hasil penelitian lapangan, dengan menggunakan teori Miles dan Huberman. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah kebijakan kepala sekolah dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan inklusif. Program pendidikan inklusif di SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Palembang dimulai pada tahun ajaran 2022 dan masih berlangsung hingga saat ini. Saat ini, terdapat 11 siswa inklusif di sekolah tersebut, dengan beberapa kendala yang dihadapi dalam implementasi kebijakan inklusif, seperti terbatasnya jumlah tenaga pendidik, rendahnya partisipasi masyarakat, serta kekurangan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai.

Abstract

Penelitianl ini bertujuanl untuk menganalisis karakteristik pembinaan kemampuanl berbicara anakl usia l5-6 tahunl melalui medial big lbook di RA Purwanida 3. Penelitianl ini menggunakanl metode deskriptif kualitatifl dengan teknikl pengumpulan datal observasi, lwawancara, dan ldokumentasi. Hasil penelitianl menunjukkan bahwal karakteristik pembinaan kemampuan berbicaral anak usial 5-6l tahun melalui medial big bookl di RAl Purwanida 3 meliputi: (1) penggunaan big book sebagai media pembelajaran bukan hanya memfasilitasi anak untuk belajar membaca, mendengarkan, dan berbicara, tetapi juga membuat proses belajar menjadi menyenangkan, aktif, dan melibatkan anak secara langsung, (2) teknik pembinaan kemampuan berbicara yang digunakan guru, seperti membaca, diskusi, dan tanya jawab, menjadikan gurul sebagai fasilitatorl dan motivatorl dalam prosesl pembelajaran, ldan   kemampuan berbicaral anak usial 5-6l tahun setelah menggunakanl media bigl book dinilai mengalami perkembangan yang berarti hall ini dibuktikanl dengan, hasill observasi penelitil terhadap prosesl pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan di RA tersebut terlihat tampak aktif. Penelitianl ini diharapkanl dapat memberikanl kontribusi padal pengembangan lkemampuan berbicara anakl usia dinil dan penggunaan media lbig book dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterlibatan orang tua dalam pengembangan keterampilan sosial-emosional anak usia dini di RA Perwanida 3 Palembang. Penelitian ini dibuat karena minimnya keterlibatan dan pemahaman orang tua terhadap sosial emosional anak. Penelitian ini melibatkan 10 orang anak dan 10 orang tua serta 2 guru. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan orang tua secara aktif, baik di rumah maupun di sekolah, berkontribusi positif terhadap kemampuan anak dalam mengelola emosi dan menjalin hubungan sosial. Kerja sama antara guru dan orang tua menjadi kunci dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung perkembangan anak.

Abstract

Mastery of Arabic speaking skills (maharah kalam) poses a significant challenge for students, particularly in the context of primary education where exposure to the language is limited. Previous research has examined the use of Quantum Learning and digital media in language learning, but few have examined the impact of the combination of the two methods, particularly in teaching Arabic speaking skills. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of Quantum Learning-based maharah kalam learning using flipbook media at MI Al-Ishlah Palembang. Using a mixed method approach, this study combines quantitative data obtained from pre-test and post-test scores with qualitative interviews and observations. The data analysis process included descriptive statistics, t-test, and thematic analysis to evaluate both the effectiveness of the method and the student experience. The results showed a significant improvement in students' speaking skills, with an average increase from 72.92 in the pre-test to 89.17 in the post-test. In addition, students reported higher levels of engagement and motivation during learning. This study concludes that the integration of Quantum Learning and flipbook media is an effective strategy in improving Arabic speaking skills and can provide a more dynamic and interesting learning environment for students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between father's care and early childhood independence. The research method is quantitative. The correlational approach is an approach that looks for the relationship between one variable and another. The population is children aged 5-6 years. The observation that researchers use is directly to the research location in Block F Surya Adi Village. The results of observations, interviews, and the results of the father's parenting questionnaire and early childhood independence questionnaire, namely most of the parenting is neglectful parenting. From the results of the calculation of the X variable questionnaire (father's care) with the results of the calculation of variable Y (early childhood independence), the product moment correlation analysis is used to determine the relationship between the two variables, namely the relationship between variable X (father's care) with variable Y (early childhood independence). Based on the results of the study through statistical calculations conducted by researchers, it shows that parenting has a very significant relationship to early childhood independence, with a correlation of 1.03 and there is a very significant relationship between variable X and variable Y.

Abstract

The Musi River plays an important role in the people's economy on its coast. However, the usefulness of this river is not accompanied by public awareness of environmental preservation. The environment on the coast of this river is polluted by waste or garbage. The purpose of the assistance is to increase environmental awareness based on Islamic Religious Education from a gender perspective for the Musi River, Palembang, and coastal communities. The assistance method used is Asset Based Communities Development (ABCD). The subjects of assistance were 53 people from the coastal communities of the Musi River in Palembang. Data was collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Assistance was carried out through socialization based on Islamic Religious Education integrated with ecological values from a gender perspective. Data analysis used qualitative and Rasch analysis. The assistance results showed that the Musi River's coastal assets in Palembang are locations and human resources that have a high spirit of mutual cooperation to preserve the environment. Rasch's analysis of the level of understanding of environmental awareness based on Islamic religious education from a gender perspective showed that 31 people were categorized as very high, six people were high, 16 people were moderate, and no one was categorized as low. Religious values about nature as a trust in God, the importance of maintaining cleanliness, and the prohibition of causing damage to the earth are the main foundations in building environmental awareness. Gender roles can maximize the participation of men and women in environmental conservation efforts
