Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Imtaq and Tahsin Qur’an Programs at SMA Negeri 1 Rambutan. The study employs a qualitative method with a field study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with Islamic Education teachers, homeroom teachers, tahsin instructors, and students; observations of religious activities and tahsin learning; as well as documentation such as activity schedules, implementation reports, and program evaluation archives. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data presentation, verification, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that the Imtaq program is implemented through well-planned religious habituation activities such as morning prayers, tadarus, salat duha, salat zuhur in congregation, and Islamic studies aimed at fostering spiritual discipline and noble character. Meanwhile, the Tahsin Qur’an program is carried out through gradual coaching based on students’ ability levels, using the talaqqi and sima’an methods, along with periodic evaluations that have proven effective in improving students’ Qur’anic reading quality. The implementation of both programs is supported by effective supervision systems and strong collaboration among the school, teachers, students, and parents, ensuring the programs run effectively and sustainably

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan gejala dan fenomena terkait implementasi program keagamaan di SMA Negeri 1 Rambutan. Penelitian ini merupakan field research dengan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologis, melibatkan ketua program keagamaan, wakil kepala sekolah, dan kepala sekolah sebagai informan kunci. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program keagamaan mencakup kegiatan harian, mingguan, bulanan, hingga kegiatan insidental, seperti doa bersama, sholat berjamaah, tilawah, kajian Jumat, dan peringatan hari besar Islam. Seluruh kegiatan tersebut diarahkan untuk membangun pembiasaan nilai religius, akhlak mulia, toleransi, dan kepedulian sosial. Para informan memandang program ini bukan sekadar kegiatan seremonial, tetapi strategi pembinaan yang efektif dalam membentuk pribadi peserta didik yang religius dan berkarakter kuat. Controlling program dilaksanakan secara sistematis melalui enam pilar: perencanaan terintegrasi, koordinasi rutin, monitoring lapangan, evaluasi berkala, pelibatan stakeholder, dan keteladanan. Program keagamaan terbukti menjadi pilar penting pembentukan karakter religius dan integritas peserta didik, sekaligus mendukung visi pendidikan yang menekankan keseimbangan antara kompetensi akademik, kedewasaan spiritual, dan kontribusi positif bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to identify students' interest in writing descriptive texts using images of favorite objects. The informants were grade VII students of MTs Negeri 1 Palembang. The problems found were the low quality of students' descriptive writing, such as low ability to express ideas, unclear description of objects, text structure errors, limited word choice, and spelling and punctuation errors. The research method used qualitative descriptive and data collection techniques in the form of descriptive text writing assignments and interviews. The results showed that students' interest in writing descriptive texts was high. The aspects of title selection and the suitability of the text content were relatively good, but deficiencies were found in the use of vocabulary, sentence accuracy, and the application of spelling and writing. Factors found were lack of knowledge of word functions, minimal vocabulary, and students' lack of accuracy in writing. This study confirms that image media can help students generate ideas and increase interest in writing, although intensive learning regarding word choice and spelling is still needed. The implications of this research indicate the need for teachers to provide reinforcement of material regarding word usage, spelling, and provide more visual media-based writing exercises to improve students' literacy skills.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik melalui imlementasi Pendekatan Teaching at the Right Level (TARL) dengan mengintegrasikan permainan Teka (Tebak kata) ke dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di kelas V SDN 17 Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas dengan desain penelitiannya model Kurt Lewin. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada semester sanjil tahun ajaran 2024/2025 pada bulan Juli – Agustus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 20 peserta didik kelas V B SDN 17 Kota Bengkulu. Objek penelitiannya adalah hasil belajar peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan tes. Data dari hasil observasi dan tes di analisis secara deskriptif dan di sajikan dalam bentuk diagram. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar yang dinamis disetiap siklusnya, peningkatan kategori sangat mahir dari hasil prasiklus terdapat 5 orang, setelah mendapat tindakan 1 menjadi 11 dan pada silus ke dua menjadi 15 orang. Dengan demikian implementasi Pendekatan Teaching at the Right Level (TARL) dengan permainan ke dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas V SDN 17 Kota Bengkulu. Kata Kunci : Pendekatan TARL, Integrasi Permainan Teka (Tebak Kata), Hasil Belajar. Abstract This research aims to improve student learning outcomes through the implementation of the Teaching at the Right Level (TARL) approach by integrating the Teka game into Indonesian language learning in class V at SDN 17 Bengkulu City. This research uses a classroom action research method with a Kurt Lewin model research design. The research was carried out in the Sanjil semester of the 2024/2025 academic year in July – August. The subjects of this research were 20 students in class V B of SDN 17 Bengkulu City. The object of the research is the learning outcomes of students. Data collection techniques use observation and tests. Data from observations and tests are analyzed descriptively and presented in diagram form. The results of the research showed that there was a dynamic increase in learning outcomes in each cycle, the increase in the very advanced category from the pre-cycle results was 5 people, after receiving action 1 became 11 and in the second cycle there were 15 people. Thus, implementing the Teaching at the Right Level (TARL) approach with games into Indonesian language learning can improve the learning outcomes of class V students at SDN 17 Bengkulu City. Abstract

The role of educational administration as a strategic instrument in school development, focusing on the function of managing and improving the quality of educational services. Through a systematic analysis of national and international literature, this study identified challenges faced by schools, such as policy changes, limited human resources and technology integration. The findings show that education administration can improve the quality of management and teacher performance, as well as the quality of education services if optimally implemented. However, administrative practices often fall short of their potential due to the lack of integration between theory and practice and the lack of adaptation to the local context. Therefore, this study recommends the need to strengthen institutional capacity through participatory approaches and effective use of information technology. As such, this study contributes to providing deeper insights into how education administration can function as an agent of change that has a positive impact on school development and the achievement of quality education.

Abstract

This study evaluates the policy integration of post-marriage counselling within Islamic family education in the District of Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir. The study is motivated by the increasing incidence of domestic conflict and divorce in the region, which highlights the need for preventive and educational family policies. Employing a qualitative research design, this study applies the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model to examine policy implementation and outcomes comprehensively. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis involving key stakeholders, including the Head of the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA), married couples participating in post-marital counselling programs, and local policymakers. Data analysis was conducted through thematic analysis, involving data reduction, categorization, and interpretation aligned with the CIPP components. The findings indicate that post-marital counselling contributes positively to enhancing couples’ understanding of marital rights and obligations, communication skills, and family conflict management from an Islamic educational perspective. Nevertheless, the program’s effectiveness remains limited by short implementation duration, inadequate human and institutional resources, and low participant engagement in follow-up sessions. This study recommends strengthening interactive counselling methods, enhancing facilitator capacity, and improving inter-institutional policy synergy to reinforce Islamic family resilience and ensure the sustainability of post-marital counselling integration.

Abstract

This study evaluates the implementation of the Digital Smart Classroom program at MAN 3 Palembang using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. The research is driven by the disparity between rapid technological infrastructure expansion and educators' actual pedagogical readiness. Employing a qualitative-dominant mixed-methods approach, data were gathered through in-depth interviews with 18 key informants, participatory observations, and questionnaires distributed to 72 respondents. The findings reveal that while the Context and Input phases show strong institutional alignment and infrastructure readiness (score 3.70–3.90), teacher digital pedagogical competence remains a critical bottleneck (score 3.60). Process evaluation indicates that digital transformation has successfully fostered an active learning environment (score 4.05), although it is frequently hindered by network stability issues (score 3.45). Ultimately, the Product evaluation demonstrates that the program significantly enhances student motivation and satisfaction, placing it in the "Very Good" category (score 4.21). The study concludes that successful digital transformation in madrasahs necessitates a strategic shift from hardware-oriented procurement to sustainable human resource development, with a focus on innovative digital pedagogical strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to examine in depth the implementation of Good University Governance and its contribution to improving the quality of higher education. The research employs a Systematic Literature Review method with data sourced from journal articles published in the last five years. Data collection techniques include literature selection, extraction, and synthesis, while data analysis is carried out using thematic analysis and concept mapping. The synthesis results show that the implementation of GUG has a positive impact on improving accreditation, managerial performance, the quality of academic services, and stakeholder trust when supported by Internal Quality Assurance mechanisms, periodic audits, and the use of digital governance to strengthen information transparency and data-driven decision-making. Nevertheless, many institutions still face implementation challenges such as bureaucratic organizational culture, limited human resource capacity, weak institutional independence, and dependence on government regulations that frequently change.This SLR also confirms that the most effective implementation model is a hybrid model that integrates IQA, shared governance, and digital information systems holistically.

Abstract

The rapid technological shift in education increasingly requires teachers to demonstrate strong digital literacy aligned with continuous curriculum reform processes. In Indonesia, the Merdeka Curriculum promotes learner-centred pedagogy and systematic technology integration; however, many Islamic Education teachers still struggle to effectively apply digital competencies in lesson planning, instructional delivery, and assessment practices. This qualitative case study examined how innovative school leadership supports and strengthens teachers’ digital literacy development in a public secondary school in South Sumatra. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, non-participant classroom observations, and document analysis involving principals, teachers, administrative staff, and students. The data were analysed thematically using iterative analytical procedures supported by trustworthiness strategies. The findings reveal that leadership practices such as shared vision building, mentoring, instructional supervision, and collaborative professional learning consistently embed digital competence within school planning and ongoing professional development. These practices enhance teachers’ confidence, adaptability, and their use of digital tools in the classroom. Overall, leadership bridges curriculum reform objectives with teachers’ digital readiness in Education contexts.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterampilan menulis cerpen pada siswa kelas XI SMA Pramula Palembang melalui program pelatihan intensif. Pengabdian ini menerapkan strategi pembelajaran berbasis interaktif. Strategi ini melibatkan siswa secara aktif melalui diskusi, pemberian tugas, dan kegiatan kelompok. Selain itu, penggunaan multimedia menjadi praktik baik yang efektif untuk mendukung dan memperkaya proses pembelajaran di kelas. Praktik lainnya adalah memberikan umpan balik yang konstruktif dan terjadwal kepada siswa, yang terbukti Pengabdian ini termasuk pengabdian deskriptif kuantitatif karena mengukur tingkat Meningkatkan  Kemampuan  Menulis Cerpen Pada Siswa Kelas  XI.1 SMA Pramula Palembang dengan Melalui Program Pelatihan Intensif meliputi, unsur intrinsik. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data pada pengabdian ini adalah teknik dokumentasi dan cerpen pengalam pribadi siswa. komponen-komponen yang membentuk sebuah karya sastra dari dalam, seperti tema yang menjadi pusat narasi, alur yang menghubungkan berbagai peristiwa, karakter-karakter yang terlibat dalam cerita, setting yang menunjukkan waktu dan lokasi kejadian, sudut pandang yang diambil oleh penulis, serta nilai atau pesan yang ingin dikomunikasikan kepada pembaca. signifikan dalam membantu mereka meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap materi pelajaran. melibatkan 30 siswa sebagai sampel. Program ini terbukti efektif dalam mengembangkan keterampilan sastra siswa SMA.
