Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of the Mix Marketing Model as a marketing strategy at MAN 1 Musi Banyuasin to increase the interest of prospective students. Using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and case studies, the study was conducted for 6 months (August 2024-January 2025) with data collection through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Mix Marketing Model with a focus on developing diverse, quality, and unique educational products has succeeded in significantly increasing the number of registrants from 182 (2021/2022) to 520 (2024/2025). Leading programs such as the humanist madrasah velue, PPDB roadshow, Mansamuba Festival, and 24 extracurricular activities are the main differentiations of the madrasah. A comprehensive approach involving all stakeholders and continuous evaluation produces educational products that are in accordance with the needs and expectations of users. The implementation of the Mix Marketing Model has proven effective in building a positive image and increasing the competitiveness of madrasahs in the era of globalization. madrasah effectively aligns its offerings with the needs of the local community while integrating Islamic values.

Abstract

This article explores the policy of professional certification for teachers in Indonesia as a strategic effort to improve the quality of education. The certification program serves as formal recognition of professional competence, including pedagogical, personal, social, and professional domains. Since the enactment of Law No. 14 of 2005 on Teachers and Lecturers, the government has implemented various certification schemes, such as the Teacher Professional Education (PPG) and PLPG programs, to ensure that educators meet national standards. The findings of this study, based on a descriptive-analytical literature review, indicate that certification has contributed to improvements in teacher competence, motivation, and professional development. However, several challenges remain in its implementation, including bureaucratic inefficiencies, uneven access across regions, lack of continuous evaluation, and the limited impact on actual teaching quality. Therefore, while professional certification is essential for elevating the status and performance of educators, it must be supported by effective governance, equitable access, and sustainable follow-up mechanisms. Enhancing these aspects will ensure that certification policies truly contribute to the advancement of education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Validasi metode pengujian logam Fe dengan teknik  ekstraksi fase padat menggunakan resin DOWEX 50WX2-200 secara kolom telah dilakukan. Prinsip teknik ini dengan mengabsorbsikan logam pada resin pada volume sampel tertentu, kemudian logam yang terserap dilepaskan kembali menggunakan larutan asam nitrat dalam volume lebih kecil sehingga terjadi peningkatan konsentrasi logam pada saat diukur menggunakan SSA-nyala.Hasil penelitian yang menggunakan larutan model Fe 0,1 mg/L sebanyak 50 ml menunjukkan kondisi optimum proses absorbs 2 sampai 3, laju alir 2 ml/menit, dan berat resin 0,5 g. Pelepasan kembali logam Fe menggunakan asam nitrat 1 N 10 ml (faktor pengayaan 5 kali).Pengujian akurasi metode menggunakan Certified Reference Material, CRM(PotableWatR cat.697, ERA a Waters Company) dengan nilai rekoveri 83% dan presisi dengan nilai RSD 0,18%. Secara umum nilai akurasi masih berada dalam batas keberterimaan antara 70-125% dengan presisi metode memuaskan (%RSD <7.4).Kata Kunci: besi, Dowex 50WX2-200 resin, SSA-Nyala

Abstract

Teknik preparasi untuk pengujian logam Cd, Pb dan Fe dalam konsentrasi yang sangat kecil telah dilakukan secara ekstraksi fase padat menggunakan resin DOWEX 50WX2-200 di dalam kolom ekstraksi secara bersamaan. Logam yang terserap pada resin dilepaskan kembali menggunakan larutan asam nitrat dengan volume yang lebih kecil dari volume sampel, sehingga terjadi proses pemekatan logam dalam sampel. Pada saat sampel diukur menggunakan SSA-nyala maka akan terjadi peningkatan nilai absorbansi yang akan meningkatkan akurasi hasil.Optimasi kondisi ekstraksi larutan dilakukan menggunakan larutan model yang mengandung Cd, Pb dan Fe masing-masing 0,1 mg/L sebanyak 50 ml. Diperoleh kondisi optimum pada pH 3, laju alir 1 ml/menit,  dan berat resin 0,5 g. Proses elusi dilakukan  menggunakan asam nitrat 1 N 10 ml (faktor pengayaan 5 kali).Pengujian akurasi metode menggunakan Certified Reference Material, CRM  (PotableWatR cat.697, ERA a Waters Company) dengan hasil untuk logam Cd dan Pb sesuai dengan nilai sertifikat, untuk Fe masih belum memenuhi nilai sertifikat. Secara umum nilai akurasi masih berada dalam batas keberterimaan antara 70-125% dengan presisi metode cukup memuaskan untuk semua logam (%RSD < 8).Kata Kunci: Pb, Cd, Fe, Dowex 50WX2-200 resin, SSA-Nyala

Abstract

Marketing mix is an important concept in marketing strategy involves the integration of various key elements, such as product, price, distribution, and promotion, to meet market needs and achieve business goals. In the context of Islamic education services, the application of the marketing mix concept it is becoming increasingly important to ensure effectiveness in attracting interest and maintaining public trust in educational services Islam. This article reviews the importance of a deep understanding of this issue typical characteristics of Islamic education services and how these factors can be influence effective marketing strategies. Apart from that, this article too discusses appropriate market segmentation, use of internal innovation marketing, and the influence of religious values in formulating strategies responsive and integrated marketing. Through a thorough review to current literature and practice, this article provides insight in depth about the importance of adopting an appropriate marketing mix and innovative in the context of Islamic education services to ensure growth and the sustainability of educational institutions amidst challenges and changes continuously in the world of education and marketing.

Abstract

ملخص: العلاقة بين الكفاءة المهنية لمعلم ورغبة التلاميذ في تعلم اللغة العربية بمهارة قراءة النص العربية بالمدرسة العالية المهاجرين موسي رواس سومطرى الجنوبية. هذا البحث سيبحث عن كيف الكفاءة المهنية لمعلم اللغة العربية وكيف رغبة التلاميذ في تعلم اللغة العربية وكيف مهارة قراءة النص العربية وكيف العلاقة بين الكفاءة المهنية لمعلم اللغة العربية ورغبة التلاميذ في تعلم اللغة العربية بمهارة قراءة النص العربية. فنتائج البحث هي (1) أن الكفاءة المهنية لمعلم اللغة العربية في إشارة  متوسطة بنتيجة معدلة يعني 69 تلاميذ أو 66%. (2) وأن رغبة التلاميذ في تعلم اللغة العربية في إشارة متوسطة بنتيجة معدلة يعني53 تلاميذ أو 51%. (3) أن مهارة قراءة النص العربية في إشارة متوسطة بنتيجة معدلة يعني53 تلاميذ أو 51% . (4) العلاقة  بين الكفاءة المهنية لمعلم ورغبة التلاميذ بمهارة قراءة النص العربية بالمدرسة العالية المهاجرين موسي رواس قوية أو عالية بنتيجة ٠٫٧٤. وجدول التفسير عند قيمة ر : 60،0 -799،0 يشير إلى أن بين المتغيرين ك1 ك2 و يلهم العلاقة القوية أو عالية. الكلمات الأساسية: الكفاءة المهنية، المعلم، رغبة التلاميذ Abstrak: Kompetensi profesionalisme guru dan minat belajar bahasa Arab siswa dengan keterampilan membaca teks berbahasa Arab di MA Al Muhajirin Musi Rawas Sumatera Selatan. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa (1) kompetensi profesionalisme guru bahasa Arab MA Al Muhajirin Musi Rawas sedang, dengan jumlah responden yang memilih sebanyak 69 siswa atau 66%. (2) minat belajar bahasa Arab siswa MA Al Muhajirin sedang, dengan jumlah responden yang memilih sebanyak 53 siswa atau 51%. (3) keterampilan membaca teks berbahasa Arab siswa sedang, dengan jumlah responden yang memilih sebanyak 53 siswa atau 51%. (4) korelasi kompetensi profesionalisme guru bahasa Arab dan minat belajar siswa dengan keterampilan membaca teks berbahasa Arab di MA Al Muhajirin kuat atau tinggi dengan angka 0,74 dan r  = 0,60 – 0,799 menunjukkan hubungan x1 x2 dan y memiliki hubungan yang kuat dan tinggi. Kata kunci: Kompetensi profesional, guru, minat belajar

Abstract

Wondershare Quiz Creator is a powerful test maker that allows trainers and educators to create professional flash-based multimedia tests and surveys. The research objectives are to know the sincerity and level of ease of use (Practically) and the effectiveness of the results of the development of the Wondershare Quiz Creator program on the Arabic book of Baina Yadaik as a source of independent learning in the cradle of Saad bin Abi Waqas Palembang. This research uses the research and development approach and then the data were analyzed three 1) design analysis 2) expert review 3) design revision, development. The research result are certification of materials is done with a very valid category of 74.47% and good 25.53%.It can be concluded that a program for a program Wondershare Quotes as an effective for use.Nobelty from this program is can be to make questions, tests, exams, and essay easily. Wondershare Quiz Creator has advantages compared to other programs that are the process of creating a similar problem in Microsoft Word.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative approach, data analysis using the Miles Huberman and Saldana interactive model with steps: 1). Data collection, 2). Data condensation, 3). Presentation of data, and 4). Drawing conclusions. For data validity using Triangulation and Member check. There are 2 triangulations used, namely, source triangulation and method triangulation. Findings: 1). Planning of teaching resources999: at the beginning of each school year the school makes a plan of activities and school budgets in which there are activities regarding the needs and development of teaching resources and planning for recruitment, first analyzing the mapping of lesson hours so that the needs of teaching staff are known. 2). Recruitment and Selection at SMA IT Nurul Falah Bandar Lampung: a). recruitment patterns applied internally. b) selection carried out includes administrative selection and interviews. 3). Development and Training at SMA IT Nurul Falah Bandar Lampung: To improve and develop the potential of educators (teachers), the school conducts training such as In House Training (IHT), besides that the school also provides opportunities for educators (teachers) to further improve and develop their potential by participating in activities / workshops outside the school in the hope that it can have a positive effect on the progress of the school.
