Abstract

Endophytic fungi are microscopic organisms that live in leaves, stem bark and root bark at certain periods by forming colonies without harming their hosts, and even have a mutually beneficial relationship. Endophytic fungi generally produce secondary metabolites that have useful biological activities such as antibacterial, antioxidant, antiviral and anticancer. Endophytic fungi can be found in various types of plants, especially in medicinal plants, such as Syzygium zeylanicum, which is one of the many medicinal plants found in Indonesia. A total of 6 endophytic fungal isolates were successfully isolated from the nasi-nasi guava, namely Septonema, Lasiodiplodia pseudotheobromae, Trichoderma aureoviridae, Acremonium, Sclerotium, Scopulariopsis asperula. Antibacterial activity was carried out using the agar diffusion method. The percentage of antibacterial activity values shows that SL1, SL2, SL3, SL4, SL5 and SL 6 all have strong antibacterial activity against the bacteria Staphylococcus aureus and Propionibacterium acnes, while for the bacteria Staphylococcus epidermidis it is found that isolates SL1, SL4 and SL6 have strong antibacterial activity and isolates SL2, SL3 and SL5 had moderate antibacterial activity. This category shows that the extract of the endophytic fungus Syzygium zeyanicum has antibacterial potential.

Abstract

The development of e-government innovation in Indonesia in recent years has been initiated to create an integrated government system at both central and regional government levels. E-government has a very good impact on the implementation of government, namely the implementation of effective and efficient government. The aim of this research is to examine and analyze the factors that influence the implementation of e-government in the 3T Region of Jayawijaya Regency, Papua. This research using descriptive and qualitative methods. The sample in this study was 10 ASN in the Jayawijaya OPD and 100 Jayawijaya Regency residents. The indicators used are ease of access, always available, security and trust, integration, and cost. Based on data analysis, the results show that the indicators for ease of access, always available, security and trust, and integration received a poor rating. Then the implementation of e-government on cost indicators is felt to be cost-effective by the people of Jayawijaya Regency. Apart from that, it was found that there were 4 supporting factors and 6  inhibiting factors in implementing e-government. In this way, it is hoped that this research can be used as evaluation material in the implementation of e-government in the 3T Region of Jayawijaya Regency.

Abstract

Performance is an important factor that affects success. In an organization, this is one of the most important functions of an agency. This study aims to determine the variables that affect the performance of village apparatus and develop a theoretical basis and research model. This study used an associative descriptive quantitative method with 30 respondents drawn into samples using non-probability sampling and saturated sampling / total sampling. Data analysis techniques using linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 26. The results of this study show that the first hypothesis of leadership style does not affect the performance of the village apparatus. Thus, the second hypothesis states that work discipline significantly influences the performance of the village apparatus. The third hypothesis is that the performance of the village apparatus is influenced by leadership style and preventive work discipline, which can simultaneously improve the acceleration of the performance of the village apparatus. This research is expected to make theoretical contributions to the literature in this context, certainly in the context of human resource management.

Abstract

Zina is an illegal sexual relationship carried out by a man and a woman outside the marriage bond. The prohibition of adultery, both contained in the Qur'an and hadith, in addition to enjoining good and evil, is also intended to maintain offspring and/or honor. Humans were created by Allah SWT as cultural creatures (civilized). As a cultured creature, the biological impulses of humans are arranged in such a way with various living institutions. Even though humans are biological creatures, human sex life is different from animal sex behavior. The definition of adultery according to Islamic law is different from the meaning of adultery (overspel/adultery) in the Indonesian Criminal Code, or adultery in the Pakistan Criminal Code and the Indian Criminal Code. One of the primary objectives of Islamic law, (maqosid al-Shariah) is to protect offspring, human honor and human existence. It is not easy to prove the occurrence of adultery. To accuse someone of adultery requires at least four witnesses who saw the act. (Surat an-Nuur verse 4). In order to impose sanctions/criminal stoning (Sura An-Nuur verse 2-3) and (Sura An-Nissa verse 15) according to the principle of Legi a posterior derogat legi a priori, the punishment for stoning in the hadith has been included by Surah An-Nuur verse 2-3 and Surah An-Nissa verse 15. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, with the aim of providing an overview and knowledge to the Muslim community in the village of Bandar Sinembah, Tanjung Morawa. Before the research was conducted, it was found that the people in the village of Bandar Sinembah, Tanjung Morawa, which consisted of multi-ethnic groups did not fully understand the meaning of adultery according to Islamic teachings due to their low and lack of knowledge about the religion of Islam. After doing research and approaches, the village of Bandar Sinembah has begun to understand the meaning of adultery according to Islamic teachings, and now slowly they have left this bad habit.

Abstract

Popular music stands as a cultural space where emotion, identity, and power intertwine. Within this realm, female voices often perform the delicate balance between desire and restraint. Yet, few studies have examined how mainstream pop songs articulate female desire beyond objectification, particularly in the work of Selena Gomez, whose music navigates intimacy and autonomy with subtle complexity. This study examines Selena Gomez’s “Can’t Keep My Hands to Myself” to explore how female agency emerges through the negotiation of longing and self-control. Employing a feminist literary lens and Freud’s psychoanalytic framework of the id, ego, and superego, the analysis reveals how sensual impulse and conscious regulation coexist in lyrical expression. In dialogue with Cann (2021) and Jansson (2021), the study interprets the song as a declaration of embodied autonomy, where sensuality becomes self-possession rather than submission. Through qualitative content analysis, the findings affirm that pop music offers a stage for reimagining female identity—where emotion, restraint, and power converge in a harmony of self-aware desire.

Abstract

Background: The integrative theory argues that theories from the perspective of scientific management and human behavior are seen as failing to integrate various factors within an organization such as organizational structure, technology used, and the environment in which the organization operates. Objectives: The objective of IPE communication is to exchange ideas, opinions, and information involving two or more professions in an effort to establish interprofessional collaboration. The aim is to integrate (compare and contrast) what has been done and said by others' research. Methods: The research was conducted by analyzing open access journals. The methodology of this research is a coverage review using the Google Scholar website accessed through Publish and Perish, with Mendeley and VOS Viewer used as tools for bibliometric analysis and semantic document network visualization. It uses the Google Scholar database and and the inclusion criteria are articles accessible in full text between 2011 and 2024. Results: Collaboration in the field of interprofessional education is quite close within this group, but still centered on a small cluster. Conclusion: This indicates the potential for developing research networks outside the same circle so that research does not stagnate and can gain cross-institutional or disciplinary perspectives. Keywords: Integratif theory, IPE Communication, Systemic review
