Natuna Island, strategically located in the Karimata Strait and the South China Sea, faces significant challenges in managing its maritime borders and social defense. Geopolitical tensions in the region, involving overlapping territorial claims and illegal activities at sea, demand a comprehensive and integrated defense strategy. This study aims to analyze the social defense strategy implemented in Natuna Island by assessing the roles of the central and regional governments, supervision and law enforcement, and empowerment of local communities. The research method used is a literature study, which involves an in-depth analysis of various legal sources, academic literature, and government reports. The results of the study indicate that collaboration between the central and regional governments, the use of advanced technology in surveillance, and empowerment of local communities are key in facing maritime border challenges. This study emphasizes the importance of integration and coordination between various parties to effectively maintain the sovereignty and security of the Natuna Island region.

The impact point is the main parameter of the performance of an artillery rocket. During its flight, a rocket experiences uncertainty of some parameter’s value, which is caused by the condition of the rocket when it exits the launcher, the ever-changing atmospheric conditions, and fabrication imperfections. This disturbance will cause deviation on the impact point. This study aims to determine the deviation of the impact point of an artillery rocket due to the value uncertainty of several parameters that affect its flight trajectory, and this analysis will be used as a reference for designers and users in further design processes. Six degrees of freedom simulation calculates the rocket's impact point and deviation. The results showed that to minimize the impact point’s deviation, the quality of the launcher fabrication must be improved, predicting aerodynamics with CFD and firing the rocket at low wind disturbances.

In today's interconnected digital world, stakeholder collaboration in cyberspace is crucial for national defense. Advances in information and communication technology have transformed daily life but also introduced complex cyber threats like cyber warfare, cybercrimes, and cyber terrorism, challenging security and stability. The objective of this study is to emphasize the importance of collaboration among diverse stakeholders in enhancing national defense against cyber threats. The methodology involves analyzing existing literature and case studies to understand the impact of collaboration on cybersecurity maturity and national defense strategies. The research findings, derived from SWOT and PESTLE analyses, have highlighted the strengths and weaknesses in collaboration, underscoring the significance of leveraging strengths and addressing weaknesses to establish a robust defense framework. To enhance national defense against cyber threats, a holistic approach is essential, combining political collaboration, economic partnerships, social awareness programs, technological advancements, legal harmonization, and environmental resilience strategies. Key recommendations include fostering regular communication among stakeholders, pooling resources for cybersecurity investments, promoting cybersecurity education, integrating advanced technologies like AI and IoT security solutions, and aligning legal frameworks across jurisdictions.

The development of an increasingly complex strategic environment today poses various forms of threats that are diverse and affect national security, including the threat of terrorism. Terrorism has become an important record in national security and has even been reported by the United Nations as a threat that the world needs to be aware of. In facing the changing trend and dynamic development of security threats, a comprehensive and effective countermeasure is needed through the role of state apparatus and other components of the nation, including the legal system. To build a national security system, it is necessary to use the national legal system as a basis for taking comprehensive and effective action on all threats and crimes that undermine national security and stability. The establishment of our country's national security system has been proposed in the National Security Bill, but there are still some obstacles, but the latest development of the national security bill, namely the bill has become one of the agenda of the National Security Bill. Legislation Plan (PROLEGNAS) for the period 2019-2024. The urgency of the National Security Bill in countering terrorism in Indonesia in this study uses a qualitative method with the type of literature study. Through the studies conducted, although there are still differences of opinion and views from experts and practitioners on the concept of national security, the urgency of the National Security Law is appropriate and expected to be a comprehensive legal system in its field.

Peristiwa yang terjadi di Morowali, Sulawesi Tengah diawali dengan bentrokan maut antara pekerja lokal dan pekerja asing asal Tiongkok di area pabrik smelter PT. Gunbuster Nickel Industri (GNI) menewaskan dua orang pekerja. Kondisi bentrokan membuat mata publik terbuka, bahwa ada konflik horizontal yang terjadi di antara pekerja lokal dan pekerja asing di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis peran serikat pekerja dalam penyelesaian serta dalam pencegahan konflik antara pekerja baik pekerja lokal maupun pekerja asing yang berada di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan pendekatan induktif sedangkan teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan yaitu melalui data kepustakaan yang telah dikumpulkan dan menelaah data sekunder. Temuan yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini yaitu serikat pekerja memiliki peran sebagai peacemaking dalam membangun jembatan komunikasi antara pihak yang berkonflik guna menciptakan hubungan harmonis antara pekerja dan penyambung aspirasi terkait hak-hak pekerja kepada perusahaan atau pemerintah. Serikat pekerja juga berperan menyelesaikan konflik dengan cara yang berbeda seperti musyawarah, pihak ketiga, komprontasi dan sebagainya. Sehingga peran serikat pekerja sangat signifikan dalam penyelesaian konflik dalam ketenagakerjaan. The incident that occurred in Morowali, Central Sulawesi began with a deadly clash between local workers and foreign workers from China in the smelter factory area of PT. Gunbuster Nickel Industry (GNI) killed two workers. Conditions of clashes make the public's eyes open, that there is a horizontal conflict that occurs between local workers and foreign workers in Indonesia. This study aims to identify and analyze the role of trade unions in resolving and preventing conflicts between workers, both local workers and foreign workers in Indonesia. This study uses qualitative research with descriptive methods and inductive approaches while the data collection technique used is through library data that has been collected and examines secondary data. The findings obtained in this study are that trade unions have a role as peacemakers in building bridges of communication between conflicting parties in order to create harmonious relations between workers and agents of aspirations related to workers' rights to companies or the government. Trade unions also play a role in resolving conflicts in different ways such as deliberations, third parties, confrontation and so on. So that the role of trade unions is very significant in resolving labor conflicts.

Ahmadiyah is not a new religious movement in Indonesia. This paper will focus on the conflict of the Ahmadiyya Congregation in West Nusa Tenggara which shows and explores the dynamics and resolution of the conflict that occurred. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection technique was carried out by interviewing via zoom meeting with informants by Prof. Suprapto (Deputy Chair of the West Nusa Tenggara Religious Harmony Forum). The secondary data in this study used the library research method. The data collected and processed comes from books, journal articles, and other sources that are credible and related to this research. The conclusion obtained is that the Ahmadiyya conflict in West Nusa Tenggara is one of the protracted conflicts. From 1998 to 2018 it took 20 years with an unpredictable conflict process that barely ended because the local government was not yet functioning in handling the Ahmadiyya case. The Pattern of Conflict Handling carried out by FKUB NTB in the Ahmadiyya case uses Conflict Management. However, it has not been developed thoughtfully, especially peace-building because the peacekeeping and peace-making stages have not produced results, so it isn't easy to encourage peace-building in West Nusa Tenggara In the context of conditions for the recovery of the social community in West Nusa Tenggara, it is best if the integration of the lives of the people of West Nusa Tenggara is made on the government's agenda in various related agencies. An agenda that is not only about religion but involves and involves various levels of society to build relations between communities.

Latar belakang : Kehilangan pendengaran merupakan komplikasi otitis media kronik (OMSK) yang paling sering, jenis kehilangan pendengaran yang tersering adalah tuli konduktif, yang disebabkan oleh adanya air bone gap (ABG), ABG pada pasien OMSK mempunyai variasi yang berbeda-beda dan karakter yang khas berdasarkan faktor risiko. Tujuan : Menganalisis hubungan faktor risiko dengan ABG pada penderita OMSK. Metode : Penelitian desain observational analitik retrospektif di RSUP Dr Kariadi Semarang pada bulan September 2018 - Januari 2019. Data diambil dari rekam medis. jumlah sampel ditentukan sebanyak 100. Analisis data dengan uji chi-square. Hasil : Jenis kelamin laki-laki 46 orang, wanita 54 orang, rerata usia 32 tahun. Status osikula, lama sakit, kolesteatom, luas perforasi membran telinga berhubungan terhadap ABG (p <0,05). Kesimpulan : Faktor risiko (status osikula, lama sakit, kolesteatom, perforasi membran timpani) berhubungan dengan air bone gap pada penderita OMSK. Kata kunci : Air bone gap, faktor risiko, otitis media supuratif kronik. Background: Hearing loss is the most frequent complication of chronic otitis media (CSOM), hearing loss is usually caused by conductive deafness caused by the presence of an air bone gap (ABG). ABG in CSOM patients has different variations and distinctive characters based on the factors. Objective: To analyze the relationship of risk factors ABG in CSOM patients. Methods: Observational analytic study with a retrospective observational analytic design at Dr. Kariadi Hospital Semarang in September 2018 - January 2019. Subjects were 100 patients. Data retrieval is done based on medical records about history taking, physical examination and investigation. Data were analyzed by Chi-square test. Results: A total male 46 and female. Avarage age 32 years. Oscular status, duration of illness, cholesteatom, area of ??ear membrane perforation associated with ABG (p <0.05). Conclusion: Risk factors (osicular status, duration of illness, cholesteatom, tympanic membrane perforation) associated with air bone gap in CSOM patients. Faktor Risiko Infeksi Citomegalovirus Pada Anak Yang Dicurigai Kurang Pendengaran Al Masyrukhi, Nanang Arrahman; Widodo, Pujo; Muyassaroh, Muyassaroh

Latar belakang : Infeksi Citomegalovirus (CMV) merupakan infeksi kongenital tersering pada bayi dan anak, 1 – 6% bayi lahir hidup. Infeksi CMV menimbulkan kecacatan permanen, salah satunya kurang pendengaran. Tujuan: Mengetahui faktor risiko infeksi CMV pada anak yang dicurigai kurang pendengaran. Metode: Penelitian cross sectional di Clinic Diagnostic RSUP Dr Kariadi Semarang periode Januari-Maret 2019. Sampel ditentukan sebanyak 97 anak dengan kecurigaan kurang pendengaran, yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi, ekslusi. Diagnosis dan derajat kurang pendengaran berdasar pemeriksaan Brainstem Evoked Response Audiometry, Otoacustic Emission dan timpanometri. Infeksi CMV ditentukan dengan pemeriksaan laboratorium. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi- square. Hasil: Didapatkan 56 (57,7%) anak kurang dengar, kurang pendengaran derajat berat-sangat berat didapatkan pada 48 (85,71%) anak. Infeksi CMV didapatkan pada 59 (60,8%) anak dengan kadar IgG CMV diatas 25UI/ml sebanyak 43(72,88%) anak. Infeksi CMV merupakan faktor resiko kurang pendengaran (p<0,001 RP 16,364 IK 95% 5,9-45,31). Infeksi CMV tidak berpengaruh pada jumlah telinga yang terganggu (p=0,470) dan umur saat dilakukan pemeriksaan BERA (p=0,428). Kadar IgG CMV berpengaruh terhadap kurang pendengaran (p<0,001), namun tidak berpengaruh pada derajat kurang pendengaran (p=0,370) dan umur saat dilakukan pemeriksaan BERA (p=0,516) dengan kadar IgG CMV. Simpulan: Infeksi CMV merupakan faktor resiko kurang pendengaran pada anak yang dicurigai kurang dengar. Kadar IgG CMV berpengaruh terhadap kurang pendengaran. Method: Cross-sectional study at the Clinic Diagnostic Centre of Dr. Kariadi Hospital Semarang, January-March 2019. Samples were determined as 97 children with suspicion of hearing loss, fulfill inclusion and exclusion criteria. Diagnosis and severity of hearing impairment are based on an examination of Brainstem Evoked Response Audiometry (BERA), Otoacustic Emission (OAE) and Tympanometry. CMV infection is determined by laboratory examination. Data analysis using Chi-square test. Results: Obtained 56 (57.7%) children with hearing loss, 48 (85.71%) children with severe-profound hearing loss. CMV infection was found in 59 (60.8%) children, IgG CMV titers above 25UI / ml found in 43 (72.88%) children. CMV infection is a risk factor for hearing loss (p<0.001 RP 16.364 95% CI 5.9-45.31). CMV infection had no effect on laterality of hearing loss (p=0.470) and age at the BERA examination performed (p=0.428). IgG CMV titers had an effect on hearing loss (p <0.001), but had no effect on severity of hearing loss (p = 0.370) and age at the BERA examination performed (p = 0.516). Conclusion: CMV infection is a hearing loss risk factor in suspected of hearing loss children. IgG CMV titers affect hearing loss. Keywords: CMV infection, risk factor, hearing loss

LATAR BELAKANG : Peningkatan kadar LDH dikenal sebagai penanda tumor yang menggambarkan aktivitas tumor termasuk tumor sel germinal, sarkoma dan LNH. Koenzim Q10 bekerja sebagai kofaktor dalam Siklus Krebs yang berperan dalam mengatasi kondisi kekurangan ATP dalam sel melalui reaksi reduksi dan oksidasi. TUJUAN : Membuktikan pengaruh pemberian koenzim Q10 terhadap kadar LDH penderita LNH yang mendapat kemoterapi di RSUP Dr.Kariadi, Semarang. METODE : Penelitian intervensi dengan desain randomized pre and post test double blind control group design. Subyek yang ditentukan sebanyak 34 orang. Subjek penelitian adalah penderita LNH yang mendapat kemoterapi dengan pemberian terapi selama 21 hari. Kelompok penelitian dibagi menjadi 2, yaitu kelompok perlakuan (penderita LNH yang mendapat kemoterapi, dan koenzim Q10 100mg/hari) sebanyak 17 orang, serta kelompok kontrol (penderita LNH yang mendapat kemoterapi dan plasebo) sebagai sisanya. Analisis data dengan deskriptif dan uji hipotesis HASIL : Terdapat perbedaan signifikan sebelum dan setelah intervensi, dimana terjadi penurunan kadar LDH pada kelompok perlakuan sedangkan pada kelompok kontrul justru terjadi peningkatan kadar LDH. KESIMPULAN : Kadar LDH pada pasien LNH yang diberikan koenzim Q10, lebih baik dibandingkan tanpa pemberian koenzim Q10. SCO atau Shanghai Cooperation Organization adalah organisasi regional berbasis di Asia Tengah, organisasi ini digerakkan oleh dua kekuatan yang paling penting adalah Rusia dan China. Sebelum berganti nama, namanya adalah SCO adalah Shanghai Five pada tahun 2001. Organisasi ini hanyalah sebuah forum Pembahasan kerjasama ekonomi, keamanan dan politik. Setelah perwistiwa 9/11 terjadi perubahan fokus keamanan dalam organisasi menciptakan badan khusus untuk menangani ancaman dari Three Evils dan Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure (RATS).
