Abstract

This study investigates how servant leadership influences sustainable performance in community institutions in Meruya Selatan Village, with psychological empowerment as a mediating variable. Centered on Social Exchange Theory the relationship between these factors is an important consideration for the sustainability of community institutions. The approach that will be used to complete this study is quantitative with SEM data analysis methods. Sample selection through a random sampling technique approach that has been collected based on the distribution of questionnaires, including: field officers, Community Early Warning Forum, Handling of Public Infrastructure and Facilities, Village Staff, Deliberative Institutions, Entrepreneurs, employees, and laborers with a total sample size of 137. The results of this study reveal that servant leadership produces a negative and insignificant effect in influencing institutional performance, while the direct relationship between servant leadership and psychological empowerment, as well as psychological empowerment with institutional performance is positive and significant. The most important thing as the main focus of the results of this study is the role of psychological empowerment as a mediator is able to provide a positive and significant effect on the relationship between servant leadership and institutional performance. The resulting mediation model is a superior model design or full mediation. This model is an effective institutional model mechanism as a form of contribution to the implementation of strategic decision-making, especially in the context of community institutions.

Abstract

Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan atlet tinju dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri adalah latihan visualisasi pertandingan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan visualisasi pertandingan terhadap kepercayaan diri atlet tinju. Partisipan penelitian merupakan atlet tinju berjumlah lima orang yakni berjenis kelamin laki-laki. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode quasi eksperimen. Desain penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah one group pre-test-post-test yaitu jenis penelitian yang memberikan perlakuan kepada kelompok dan melakukan pre-test sebelum perlakuan serta mengadakan post-test setelah perlakuan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, ada pengaruh latihan visualisasi pertandingan terhadap kepercayaan diri atlet tinju KONI Kota Makassar, dengan nilai sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0.043. Hal ini berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, dikarenakan nilai signifikansi < 0,050. Serta terdapat peningkatan kepercayaan diri atlet sebesat 15.00 dilihat dari hasil pretest dan postest. Adapun implikasi dari hasil penelitian yaitu: hasil penelitian dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan bagi pelatih dalam membuat program latihan mental bagi atlet dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri terkhusus bagi atlet Tinju.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises, abbreviated as SMEs, play an important role in enhancing the economic growth of a country. They function to increase local income by meeting the community's needs for products and providing job opportunities. Sini sa Clean is one of the SMEs operating in the cleaning services sector in the city of Palu. Sini sa Clean offers room cleaning services, mattress cleaning, and sofa cleaning. This research aims to analyze the income and business feasibility of Sini sa Clean. The data analysis method used is the income analysis formula consisting of Total Cost (TC), Total Revenue (TR), and Profit (π). Meanwhile, to calculate business feasibility, the Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio) formula is used. Based on the research results, the average revenue for Sini sa Clean's cleaning service business is Rp. 2,521,000 per month, with total production costs amounting to Rp. 1,548,000 per month. These production costs consist of fixed and variable costs. From the data analysis results, the income generated by Sini sa Clean's business is Rp. 973,000 per month. Based on the business feasibility calculation (R/C Ratio), a value of 1.62 is obtained, which means 1.62 > 1. This indicates that for every Rp. 1 spent, there is a return of Rp. 1.62, making the revenue greater than the capital invested. Therefore, the cleaning service business of Sini sa Clean can be considered profitable, feasible to continue, and worth expanding.

Abstract

Komitmen organisasi merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam kelangsungan hidup sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, sangat penting bagi organisasi atau perusahaan untuk memperhatikan beban kerja yang sesuai dengan kemampuan karyawan, sehingga komitmen organisasi karyawan tetap terjaga atau meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara beban kerja dan komitmen organisasi pada karyawan bank Kota Makassar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif survei dengan jumlah responden penelitian 201 karyawan bank Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur berupa skala beban kerja dengan nilai reliabilitas cronbach’s alpha 0,894 dan skala komitmen organisasi dengan nilai reliabilitas cronbach’s alpha 0,761. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik non-parametrik Spearman’s rho dengan bantuan JASP v0.16.2.0 for Windows. Hasil analisis data menghasilkan nilai r= -0,669 dan p>0,001. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara beban kerja dan komitmen organisasi pada karyawan bank Kota Makassar. Semakin tinggi beban kerja maka semakin rendah komitmen organisasi karyawan. Impilkasi penelitian diharapkan menjadi sumber informasi bagi organisasi atau perusahaan bahwa sangat penting untuk memperhatikan beban kerja yang sesuai dengan kemampuan agar komitmen organisasi karyawan tetap terjaga atau meningkat.

Abstract

The development of the Out-of-School Education sector has a strategic role in improving the quality of human resources. Learning media in alphabet cards is needed to increase students' motivation and learning achievement in reading learning, which are used as a learning resource to develop learning models while playing for students. This research aims to determine and test the effectiveness of implementing the development of the learning process for reading while playing through alphabet card learning media for residents learning literacy in PKBM North Sulawesi Province. This research uses the "Research and Development" method, following the research stages of developing the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate) in 4 districts: 1). Bolaang Mongon-dow South, 2). East Bolaang Mongondow, 3). Talaud Islands, and 4). North Minahasa. This research was designed for two years, and in the first year, 2022, it was carried out in 3 stages: 1). Analysis Stage, 2). Design stage, and 3). Development Stage. Meanwhile, two stages were carried out for the second year, namely the Implementation and Evaluation stages. It can be concluded that the learning process is effective because students who were previously literate but forgot the letters have learned them again. There is an increase in students' cognitive abilities, better ability to arrange letters to form meaningful words, and students' learning becoming more involved.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari alternatif upaya meningkatkan minat baca siswa. Upaya meningkatkan minat baca siswa sekolah dasar menjadi tanggung jawab bersama, antara siswa itu sendiri, orang tua, sekolah, dan pemerintah. Namun rendahnya minat baca siswa di sekolah dasar menjadi salah satu halangan, kurangnya kemauan dan keinginan dari siswa itu sendiri, guru juga belum mengharuskan siswa untuk membaca buku saat pembelajaran yang diajarkan kepada siswa. Dalam Upaya meningkatkan minat baca siswa sekolah sebaiknya siswa diberi dukungan agar minat baca itu muncul dari diri siswadan dikenalkan dengan bahan bacaan agar siswa tersebut terbiasa membaca. Maka dari itu kebiasaan membaca siswa dimasa duduk dibangku sekolah dasar akan menumbuhkan minat baca yang tinggi hingga siswa tumbuh dewasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif.

Abstract

Organizational Health meningkatkan produktivitas kerja yang dapat menjadi solusi terhadap kinerja Pegawai Pemerintah di Indonesia yang masih terbukti rendah. Kinerja dinilai berdasarkan proses yang telah dilakukan pegawai selama bekerja. Organizational Health merupakan faktor yang dapat memengaruhi kinerja pada pegawai pemerintah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Organizational Health dan Kinerja. Subyek penelitian (N = 426) merupakan pegawai yang bekerja di instansi pemerintah kota Makassar dengan lama kerja minimal 1 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dua instrumen yaitu Individual Work Performance Questionnaire (IWPQ) dan Instrument Development Organizational health (IDO). Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menandakan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara organizational health dan kinerja pada pegawai pemerintah (r = 0,463, p = 0,000) dimana semakin tinggi skor kinerja, maka semakin tinggi organizational health pada pegawai. Penelitian ini dapat menjadi landasan bagi instansi pemerintah untuk menerapkan organizational health sebagai praktik dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, work environment, and workload on employee performance. Population in this research is 35 employees of PT. Sunrider Nusaperdana. The sample used is 35 employees, with a saturation sampling, meaning the entire population is used as the sample. Data collection method uses field research, with the research instrument being a questionnaire measured using a Likert scale. Data analysis method uses component or variance-based structural equation modeling, processed using the Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) version 3.0 program. The research design used is a causal research with a quantitative approach. This study proves that the organizational culture variable has an original sample value of 0.363, t-statistics of 4.146 > 1.96, and a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The work environment variable has an original sample value of 0.176, t-statistics of 3.584 > 1.96, and a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that the work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The workload variable has an original sample value of 0.468, t-statistics of 6.002 > 1.96, and a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that workload has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The growth of the automotive industry has a significant role in encouraging economic growth through empowering Human Resources (HR) which contributes to driving a productive economy. Managing the performance of automotive company HR or employees is an important aspect for management to maintain the company’s sustainable success. This research was conducted to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on the performance of company sales division employees in one of the well-known automotive industries in Jakarta. Researchers used SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis to predict the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance, using a quantitative descriptive and causal approach. Random sampling technique was used with a sample size of 108 sales division employees. The results of this research are that compensation has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, while compensation has a positive and significant effect on work discipline and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Apart from that, work discipline positively and significantly mediates between compensation and employee performance.

Abstract

Lingkungan kerja menuntut para karyawan untuk berpenampilan rapih dan menarik. Maka tidak sedikit dari para karyawan apalagi karyawan kantoran yang sangat aware terhadap penampilan yang ditonjolkan. Tentunya jika berbicara masalah penampilan tidak akan jauh-jauh membahas tentang masalah fisik juga di dalamnya, walaupun terkadang masalah fisik menjadi suatu hal yang sensitive untuk dibahas oleh beberapa orang. Psikoedukasi dilakukan kepada sekelompok orang guna memberikan informasi serta sebagai sarana untuk menambah pengetahuan. Psikoedukasi yang diberikan kepada karyawan finance PT. Borwita Citra Prima mengenai penjelasan tentang body image, perbedaan antara body image dan body shaming, penjelasan mengenai body image positive dan negative, ciri-ciri dari body image positif, dampak ataupun efek dari body image negative, dan bagaimana cara menghadapi body image negative. Tujuan dilakukannya psikoedukasi diharapkan dapat manambah pengetahuan karyawan mengenai body image serta dapat menumbuhkan rasa penerimaan diri sehingga karyawan tidak melihat kekurangan sebagai suatu hal yang sangat memalukan dari dirinya. Psikoedukasi dilaksankan pada hari kamis 21 desember 2023 yang dilaksanakan secara daring malalui via zoom meating dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 15 orang karyawan divisi finance accounting. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai body image setelah dilaksanakannya psikoedukasi terhadap para karyawan PT. Borwita Citra Prima Makassar.
