Abstract

This study emphasizes the significance of providing teachers with opportunities to develop their capacity to implement innovative peer-learning strategies. The research also emphasizes the necessity for educational institutions to guarantee equitable access to resources and facilities to facilitate the implementation of optimal peer-learning strategies. This study employs a framework for analyzing industrial transformation and educational innovation. Students, academics, instructors, heads of educational institutions, and government officials were among the approximately 20 respondents in the study. The focus of the study was on two case studies examining the contribution of peer learning in Physics classes at two Jakarta secondary institutions. Since Physics is one of the principal subjects for which interactive learning methods have been extensively developed, research findings indicate that respondents agree that peer learning is an innovative and engaging method. However, participant teachers' comprehension of the potential of peer learning varied. Some instructors have a solid grasp of the concept and its benefits, whereas others have a limited grasp.

Abstract

The important role of private universities is increasingly felt in the midst of the limited number of state universities. Private universities are proven to be able to accommodate 300% more students than state universities. Thus, so that human resources are qualified, the quality of private higher education institutions needs to have a serious concern from the leader. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that wants to capture the performance of private universities based on the quality and performance of lecturers, management performance and learning outcomes. The study was conducted at 4 (four) private universities in Bandung and Cimahi, West Java Province which had educational characteristics. The used data are obtained from documents and are strengthened by data from surveys and interviews for each variable of university performance. All data were quantified using a Likert scale and categorized into four qualifications namely very good, good, moderate, and low, and analyzed the correlation with student learning outcomes. The results of the study indicate that the performance components of private universities, in general, need to be improved because they are still in moderate qualifications. The management component has the highest score, followed by sequential components of lecturer quality and lecturer performance. In general,  student learning outcomes  are also in the moderate category. The three components analyzed have a very strong influence on student learning outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) as a means of achieving student character through Pancasila values. Through literature studies, this study examines how applying P5 provides opportunities for students to experience knowledge as a process of strengthening character and utilizing the surrounding environment as a learning resource. The Pancasila student profile dimension emphasizes that education focuses on cognitive abilities and students' attitudes and behaviors as citizens of Indonesia and the world. Educators are important in helping students grow their capacity and build noble morals to the Pancasila student profile. In addition, Islamic education plays a central role in shaping the character of the young generation with noble character, in addition to social and environmental factors, media influence, and government policies. Thus, Islamic education is a key element in producing a young generation that is qualified and moral by the values of Pancasila.

Abstract

Marketing Public Relation menjadi pilar utama dalam dunia pemasaran serta perbaikan citra suatu perusahaan pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh marketing public relations terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada laboratorium patologi medis diagnostik (Lab PMD) Majalengka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik yang digunakan yakni saturation sampling, maka jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah 73 orang. Hasil penelitian di Lab PMD Majalengka menunjukkan bahwa publikasi sebagai bagian dari marketing public relations tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (tingkat signifikansi > 0.05), namun kegiatan, aktivitas pelayanan publik, dan media identitas memiliki pengaruh signifikan (tingkat signifikansi < 0.05). Secara keseluruhan, marketing public relations secara simultan memiliki pengaruh positif kuat sebesar 66% terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Lab PMD Majalengka (nilai signifikansi 0.000).

Abstract

Drug logistics management is one of the efforts to improve the degree of health. The most important aspect of drug logistics management by optimizing the use of drugs, this should include planning to ensure the availability, safety and effectiveness of drug use. The availability of drugs is currently a demand for health services. Drug logistics management in hospital pharmacy installations which includes stages, namely planning, procurement, receipt and storage, distribution, control, and destruction, which are interrelated with each other, so they must be well coordinated so that each can function optimally. This study aims to analyze drug logistics management in planning, controlling safety stock in pharmaceutical installations. This study used qualitative research with a descriptive approach through unstructured in-depth interview techniques. The data used is primary data in the form of direct interview results. The informants in this study were the head of the pharmaceutical installation, the head of the drug logistics warehouse and the head of the inpatient pharmacy. Research shows that in planning, safety stock control has gone well. Planning uses consumption methods, feeding patterns and prescribing patterns while to control drug safety stock applies an additional 10% to its procurement from drug consumption in the previous period, records drug stock cards, pays attention to slow-moving, fast-moving drugs and always pays attention to drug expiration dates. The destruction of drugs has been going on as it should, but the hospital does not yet have a means of drug destruction.

Abstract

Background: Salah satu faktor penting yang dapat mempercepat dan memperkaya perkembangan sosial-emosional anak adalah keterlibatan orang tua di lembaga PAUD. Untuk mencapai hal ini, orang tua harus memahami pentingnya stimulasi perkembangan sejak usia dini dan bagaimana melakukan asesmen perkembangan pada anak. Tujuan: Memberikan pemahaman kepada orang tua tentang pengembangan kemampuan sosial emosional anak usia dini mulai dari pentingnya, stimulasi perkembangan sampai asesmen perkembangannya. Metode: Lembaga mitra SPS Negeri Bale Bermain Bunga Mawar, Pulau Untung Jawa, Kepulauan Seribu, DKI Jakarta. Peserta yang hadir 33 orang tua. Metode yang dilakukan pendidikan masyarakat berupa seminar parenting. Pengambilan data dengan memberikan instrumen berupa angket kepada orang tua dalam format google form. Hasil: Banyak pertanyaan dari orang tua menunjukkan bahwa orang tua sangat antusias saat narasumber menjelaskan materi. Selain itu, orang tua menerima contoh praktis tentang cara mendorong perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia dini dan bagaimana melakukan asesmen perkembangan sosial emosional untuk anaknya. Kesimpulan: Perlunya peran aktif orang tua dalam mengembangkan kemampuan sosial emosional dengan berbagai bentuk stimulasi yang tepat dan sesuai untuk anak usia dini melalui kegiatan bermain. Dilanjutkan dengan melakukan asesmen perkembangan pada anak usia dini untuk melihat proses tumbuh kembangnya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the implementation of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) on management decision-making at Drs. H. Abu Hanifah Hospital, Central Bangka Regency. The research method used is a qualitative method with the PIECES (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service) approach. This study involved 17 participants who were directly related to the use of SIMRS in hospitals. The results of the study show that even though SIMRS has been implemented well, there are still several obstacles such as incomplete data that affects employee performance. However, in general, SIMRS has a positive impact on information quality and operational efficiency in management decision-making. Recommendations for improvement include improvements in service aspects and periodic system updates.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas strategi peningkatan kepuasan pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Kasih Herlina Sorong melalui analisis indikator mutu pelayanan. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan alat analisis seperti IFE, EFE, Matriks IE, SWOT, dan QSPM untuk merumuskan strategi terbaik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa RS Kasih Herlina memiliki komitmen kuat dalam meningkatkan mutu dan keselamatan pasien, namun terdapat kelemahan dalam sosialisasi, kompetensi staf, dan penetapan prioritas masalah. Peluang rumah sakit adalah dukungan lintas sektor, sementara ancaman utama adalah kurangnya komunikasi efektif. Berdasarkan matriks I-E, strategi yang direkomendasikan adalah "grow and build" untuk mempertahankan kualitas dan meningkatkan kerjasama serta manajemen.

Abstract

ABSTRACT To improve students' motivation and response in learning mathematics, teachers must use a learning model that requires students to be active in learning activities or known as (student center). One model that requires students to be active is project-based or Project Based Learning (PjBL). This study aims to determine the motivation and response of students in Project Based Learning (PjBL). The method used in this study is a qualitative method of the Ethnography type. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire or questionnaire, namely a questionnaire containing statements about Motivation and Response statements. The sample taken based on Simple Random Sampling, which was taken randomly with two different classes, namely class XA and XD. The approach in this study is Qualitative Ethnography research, the instrument used in this study is a questionnaire or questionnaire. The questionnaire was made differently to determine the motivation and response of students in Project Based Learning (PjBL). Data analysis used a Likert scale consisting of five answer choices, namely Strongly Disagree (STS), Disagree (TS), Neutral (N), Agree (S), and Strongly Agree (SS). Based on the results of the average Likert scale of student responses to mathematics lessons is 3.86, student responses to the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model are 3.40, and student responses to mathematics problems are 3.16. This shows that students give positive responses to all indicators. While the average results of the Likert scale of student motivation that shows interest in mathematics learning is 4.06, student learning motivation towards the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model is 4.16. Abstract

The increasingly rapid development of the times has led to the emergence of dynamics in people's thinking which has become more critical in choosing educational institutions. A school that develops with the competence of each of its human resources can create a positive image, that the school is a competent school. The research was conducted with the aim of: 1) formulating the competencies that need to be achieved by school principals, teachers, education staff and students at SMAN 1 Panumbangan to build a competent school, and 2) knowing the brand image management activities of competent schools at SMAN 1 Panumbangan. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative and data collection is carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that competency standards are absolute things to have as basic competencies for employees, including students. Additional competencies for school principals include ICT competencies, financial analysts and supervisors. Additional competencies for teachers adapt to their areas of expertise as well as ICT and project manager competencies which really support learning in the independent curriculum. The competencies of educational staff adjust to their job position, while additional competencies for students adjust to the skills required in the world of work for high school qualifications. Brand image management is carried out by directing the achievement of competency standards and additional competencies achieved by school principals, teachers, education staff and students which are then published so that they are known to the wider community as school achievements.
