Abstract

Kemampuan mengenal huruf ini merupakan syarat dasar pertama agar anak dapat memahami membaca dan menulis , dimana kemampuan mengenal huruf ini dapat dikembangkan melalui media tutup botol terhadap kemampuan mengenal huruf . Maka dari itu tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui apakah media tutup botol berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan mengenal huruf pada aspek mengenal simbol-simbol huruf di TK Islam Terpadu Al Muthamainnah Jambi, apakah media tutup botol berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan mengenal huruf anak pada aspek menuliskan huruf A-Z di TK Islam Terpadu Al Muthamainnah Jambi dan untuk mengetahui apakah media tutup botol berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan mengenal huruf pada aspek mengucapkan huruf A-Z di TK Islam Terpadu Al Muthamainnah Jambi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen. Metode eksperimen yang digunakan adalah one group pre test post test design. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 3 uji yaitu uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ini diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar (14,442) > t tabel (2,086) t tabel didapatkan dari n-20 yang dalam distribusi t tabel didapat nilai 2,086. Data tersebut menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan, sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh media tutup botol huruf terhadap kemampuan mengenal huruf anak usia 4-5 tahun di TK Islam Terpadu Al Muthmainnah Jambi

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk, 1) Mengembangkan panduan model problem based learning dalam menstimulasi keterampilan 4Cs anak usia 5-6 tahun yang layak berdasarkan uji validasi ahli materi dan uji validasi ahli media  2) Untuk mengetahui kepraktisan panduan model problem based learning dalam menstimulasi keterampilan 4Cs anak usia 5-6 tahun berdasarkan uji coba kepraktisan dari respon guru (pengguna) produk. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE dengan 5 tahap pengembangan yaitu, Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Validasi produk dilakukan oleh validator ahli untuk menilai kepraktisan produk. Subjek uji coba terdiri dari 5 guru kelompok B di TK Al Hidayah Kota Jambi dan TK Nurul Khoir Kota Jambi. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket validasi ahli dan angket respon guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, 1) pengembangan panduan model problem based learning dalam menstimulasi keterampilan 4Cs anak usia 5-6 tahun memperoleh tingkat validitas 4 dengan nilai persentase 100% oleh ahli materi dan dinyatakan ”Sangat Layak” dan memperoleh tingkat validitas 3,92 dengan nilai persentase 98,2% oleh ahli media dan dinyatakan ”Sangat Layak”. 2) Berdasarkan hasil Uji coba kepraktisan hasil dari angket respon guru terhadap buku panduan dikembangkan mendapat kategori “Sangat Praktis” dengan nilai 3,49 dengan nilai persentase 87,1%. Kesimpulan bahwa panduan model problem based learning dalam menstimulasi keterampilan 4Cs anak usia 5-6 tahun yang dikembangkan layak berdasarkan hasil uji validasi ahli dan praktis berdasarkan uji coba kepraktisan dari respon guru.

Abstract

This article analyses educational programs for preparing a generation with global competitiveness in the Department of Early Childhood and Elementary Education, Jambi University using a qualitative approach and critical analysis. Furthermore, the data collection techniques used include interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique is the Miles and Huberman model, including reduction, presentation, and verification. The results showed that there are several programs to prepare a generation of global competitiveness, including 1) Organizing training and workshops to prepare a generation with global competitiveness, 2) Reframing for Global Competitiveness, 3) Organizing Focus Group Discussions (FGD), 4) Implementation of Student Extracurricular Activities, 5) Socialization of Student Achievement Improvement.

Abstract

Numeracy ability is the ability to apply the concept of numbers and symbols in basic mathematics to solve problems in everyday life. In elementary school education, there are several aspects that students must master, such as cognitive, motor and psychomotor aspects. One of the abilities in the cognitive aspect that students must master is the ability to count. Numeracy is something related to managing numbers with a system that includes addition, subtraction, division and multiplication. So that mathematical skills can develop well, teachers must create a pleasant learning atmosphere, such as using the educational game Snakes and Ladders Numeracy. Snakes and Ladders Numeracy is an educational game that was developed by modifying the snakes and ladders game in general with mathematical problems. This game aims to increase the interest in learning mathematics in  students at SDN 072/VII Pangindaran, in order to make it easier for students to solve a mathematics problem. The method that will be used in this research is a descriptive method, while the approach that will be used is a qualitative approach, using data collection through observation and documentation. The results of this research are that students understand the material better and can improve students' mathematical abilities. Therefore, with the educational game tool Snakes and Ladders Numeration, it can improve students' mathematical abilities and learning motivation.

Abstract

Learning Media is very necessary in the world of education. Because it really influences children’s development. It can improve children’s motor development the problem that occurs is that there are still many children who cannot handle natural materials well. To overcome this problem, it can be overcome this problem, it can be overcome by using tasting techniques. Dancing aims to develop the creativity level of children aged 3-4 years. The methods used in this research are observation and documentation. The result of this research are that there are still many children who cannot differentiate colors well. Taste techniques are effective in developing fine motor skills in children.

Abstract

The author raises the title "Application of Murabahah Contracts in Syariah Mortgage Financing Based on the DSN-MUI FATWA at the Indonesian Syariah BANK Jelutung Branch". This study aims to provide input to BSI Jelutung Branch to pay more attention to the application of its Murabahah Agreement so that it does not come out of the FATWA DSN-MUI 04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 concerning Murabahah. The formulation of the problem discussed in this thesis is: How is the implementation of the murabaha contract at the BSI Jelutung Branch? Is the implementation of the murabaha contract at the BSI Jelutung Branch in accordance with the DSN-MUI Fatwa? and what are the obstacles in implementing the DSN-MUI fatwa in Islamic banking activities? The author uses a qualitative data collection method, namely a method by conducting field surveys directly with existing sources. The author also uses other data collection techniques, namely interviews, namely the technique of conducting direct questions and answers to the authorities and the companies studied, in order to be able to complete more accurate data and information. The results of the study show that in general the implementation of the Murabaha contract at the BSI Jelutung Branch is in accordance with the DSN-MUI Fatwa. However, there are still provisions that are not in accordance with the provisions of the DSN-MUI Fatwa, namely incompatibility with Syariah KPR financing products, namely the price comparison is greater than conventional banks in Syariah KPR financing, where BSI Jelutung Branch should be able to provide more affordable prices to the public. especially Muslims.

Abstract

The purpose and objective of this research is to see how the factors of leadership and organizational culture directly affect teacher performance. The sample is the teachers of SMAN 4 Kerinci totaling 72 people, instrument is questionnaire. The collected data was then analyzed by path analysis method with the help of SMARTPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study found that leadership factors and organizational culture affect teacher performance both directly and indirectly which are mediated by work motivation. The effect of work motivation on the influence of leadership and organizational culture on teacher performance is partial mediation.

Abstract

Differentiated learning has become known in Indonesia since the existence of a “Guru Penggerak” program which was first held in 2020. Differentiated learning is a teaching and learning process that allows students to study subject matter based on their talents, preferences, and individual requirements. Differentiated learning can support the development of learning competencies, one of which is learning mathematics. A literature review is the research approach used in this study. The publications utilized in this study were published during the previous ten years, from 2013 to 2023. Based on the search results using Google Scholar, 34 articles were found that were appropriate and related to this research. The results of the study found that the application of differentiated learning was able to improve learning outcomes, and understanding of the concept of creativity, achievement, interest, and motivation to learn.

Abstract

Penelitin ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kegiatan bercocok tanam melalui media hidroponik terhadap kecerdasan naturalis kelompok B1 di TK Dharma Wanita mendalo Darat. Subjek pada penelitian ini merupakan siswa pada kelompok B1 dengan jumlah 12 sampel. Jenis penelitian eksperimen dengan desain penelitian one group pretest and post test desaign digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sampel penelitian ini diambil menggunakan teknik sample cluster sampling, pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument penelitian, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan uji normalitas (liliefors), dan uji hipotesis (uji T dengan paired samples test)  menggunakan software SPSS. Kegiatan bercocok tanam melalui media hidroponik yang dilakukan yaitu mengajak anak melakukan kegiatan menanan, merawat, sehingga anak dapat mengetahui proses pertumbuhan dan kebutuhan pada tanaman guna mengetahui pengaruh kegiatan bercocok tanam melalui media hidroponik,. Instrument yang digunakan merupakan indrikator kecerdasan naturalis menurut prasetyo yang dikembangkan sesuai dengan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan.  Instrument penelitian yang digunakan divalidasi terlebih dahulu oleh validator untuk  mengetahui kevalidan instrument. Hasil penelitian menunjukan mean pre-test 31,33, dan post-test 67,25 . Dilakukan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji T test dan didapati nilai n -34,7292,201 yang artinya terdapat peningkatan pada nilai rata-rata setelah dibandingkan (nilai pre-test nilai post-test). Hasil analisis data dari uji hipotesis  menunjukan nilai 0,0000,05  (dengan taraf yang dipercara 95% ) dan  hasil akhir  pada penelitian ini melahirkan kesimpulan bahwasanya Ha  diterim dan Ho ditolak, dengan keterangan keterangan bahwa kegiatan bercocok tanam melalui media hidroponik berpengaruh terhadap kelompok B1 di tk dharma wanita mendalo darat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah  media pembelajaran berupa game multimedia interaktif untuk menstimulasi kemampuan berpikir simbolik tema binatang pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Pertiwi Siulak Mukai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development). Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah ADDIE. Metode pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner. Data diolah menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif. Subjek uji coba dari penelitian dilakukan pada para ahli dan validator. Penelitian diperlukan validasi dari tim ahli, yaitu 1 orang dosen ahli media dan 1 orang dosen ahli materi yang berasal dari dosen program studi PGPAUD FKIP Universitas Jambi dan 6 orang guru yang ada di TK Pertiwi Siulak Mukai. Berdasarkan hasil uji game multimedia interaktif dapat dilakukan melalui uji validitas. Hasil penelitian validasi materi mendapat persentase 87,5% (sangat baik) dan validasi media pada persentase 95,83% (sangat baik). Hasil uji terhadap respon guru diperoleh persentase 93,23% (sangat baik dan layak digunakan).
