Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh job training dan self- efficacy terhadap job satisfaction dengan role of affective commitment sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan PT. ABK. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 106 responden. Penelitian ini diolah dengan menggunakan program SmartPLS (Partial Least Square). Model persamaan yang dianalisis adalah analisis outer model, analisis inner model dan pengujian hipotesis. Dalam penelitian ini data dikumpulkan melalui Google formulir. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara job training terhadap job satisfaction, tidak adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara self- efficacy terhadap job satisfacion, adanya pengaruh positif dan sigifikan antara job training terhadap role of affective commitment, adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara role of affective commitment terhadap job satisfaction, dan tidak adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara job training terhadap job satisfaction yang dimediasi oleh role of affective commitment pada karyawan PT. ABK.

Tujuan penelitian akan mengetahui “Pengaruh Servant Leadership dan quality of work life terhadap job satisfaction di mediasi oleh job burnout”. Jenis penelitian ini menerapkan metode kuantitatif dengan sampel sejumlah 63 orang. Penelitian ini diolah menerapkan sofware olah data SmartPLS 3.0 dan pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara dan google formular. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwasannya servant leadership berdampak positif dan signifikan dengan job satisfaction. Servant leadership pengaruh signifikan dengan job burnout. Job burnout berdampak signifikan dengan job satisfaction. Servant leadership berdampak positif dan signifikan dengan job satisfaction meskipun demikian pada job burnout sebagai mediasi dapat mempengaruhi servant leadership dengan job satisfaction. Berdampak positif dan signifikan quality of work life terhadap job satisfaction.

Research on the relationship between Servant Leadership (SL) and Team Member Exchange (TMX) has been carried out. At the same time, the basis for this relationship and the mechanism and conditions are still minimal and poorly understood by many people. The methodology that we use in this study is a meta-analysis method by searching for empirical research with the help of Google and also Researchgate through the keyword Leadership that was selected at first. Then, sort out the discussion that focuses on Servant Leadership and Team Member Exchange (TMX) research as concepts and the relationship between variables, and then summarise them. This summary describes the importance of Servant Leadership and Team Member Exchange (TMX) mechanisms in improving Performance. By providing a nuance of understanding about how Servant Leadership (SL) and Team Member Exchange (TMX) can play a role in one's work so that they can help the company or organization in its development so that it can make decisions that are beneficial to the performance of employees and their organization. In the end, we provide some interesting views and suggestions for further research.

Kecamatan Cikarang Selatan berada di kawasan industri dan tergolong kecamatan yang maju, ternyata keadaan masyarakat di Kecamatan Cikarang Selatan sangat heterogen dan secara sosial ekonomi terdapat kesenjangan. Secara umum masalah dan kendala utama pada di Kecamatan Cikarang adalah taraf hidup yang beragam, karena ada kawasan perumahan real estate namun juga dikelilingi pemukiman sederhana dimana tingkat pengangguran yang tinggi hal ini disebabkan etos kerja dan peranan masyarakat yang kurang tertantang untuk lebih produktif, banyak anak putus sekolah tanpa memiliki keterampilan hidup, semakin bertambahnya anak muda yang terjerumus narkoba atau miras, serta masih adanya penduduk yang hidup miskin, dan cukup banyak penduduk yang menempati tanah yang relatif sempit sehingga rumah sebagai tempat tinggal sekaligus sebagai tempat usaha kurang dapat berkembang dengan baik. Sehingga diperlukan suatu kegiatan yang sesuai dengan kondisi masyarakat yang ada di Kecamatan Cikarang Selatan untuk meminimalisir masalah masalah sosial tersebut. Untuk itu beberapa dosen dari Universitas Pelita Bangsa tertarik untuk melakukan pengabdian masyarakat di Kecamatan Cikarang dengan melakukan pembinaan masyarakat untuk memberdayakan kemampuannya melalui membuat star up melalui UMKM di Kecamatan Cikarang Selatan. Langkah yang akan dilakukan adalah dengan mengadakan pelatihan kewirausahaan dan keterampilan bagi masyarakat baik anak-anak remaja dan ibu rumah tangga maupun pekerja yang terdampak PHK, agar mereka memiliki pengetahuan dan ketrampilan tertentu dalam kehidupan sehari-hari yang dapat meningkatkan nilai ekonomi mereka, dengan modal yang tidak terlalu besar [1]. Tingkat keberhasilan program kegiatan ini akan diukur dari: 1. Terwujudnya komunitas UMKM di Cikarang Selatan melalui terbentuknya Forum UMKM Cikarang Selatan 2. Di buatkan kelompok-kelompok UMKM sesuai dengan produk kerjanya seperti Fashion, Makanan dan Minuman serta Handycraft. Rencana kegiatan yang diusulkan adalah pelatihan legalitas UMKM bekerjasama dengan KPP Pratama Cikarang Selatan, dimana awal dari perijinan pelaku UMKM wajib memiliki NPWP, pelatihan digital marketing serta bekerjasama dengan BRI untuk pelatihan investasi bagi UMKM.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of servant leadership and innovation on successful female entrepreneurs mediated by self-efficacy at Perusahaan Dagang (Trading Company) Dua Bintang. The method used in this research is quantitative, the data sources used are primary data, both from questionnaire results and survey data or journals. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample formula and sampling in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a sample size of 69 respondents. This research used software in the form of computer software, namely the SmartPLS VERSION 3.0 program. The results of this research show that (1) the servant leadership variable does not have a significant influence on successful female entrepreneurs. (2) the innovation variable has a significant influence on successful female entrepreneurs. (3) the self-efficacy variable has a significant influence on successful female entrepreneurs. (4) the servant leadership variable has no significant influence on self-efficacy. (5) the innovation variable has a significant influence on self-efficacy. (6) the servant leadership variable which is mediated by self-efficacy does not have a significant influence on successful female entrepreneurs. (7) the innovation variable mediated by self-efficacy has a significant influence on successful female entrepreneurs

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of career development and work engagement on Organizational Citizenship Behavior which is mediated by organizational commitment of millennial generation employees manufacturing companies in Kawasan Industri MM2100. The method used in this research is quantitative, the data sources used are primary data from both questionnaire results and survey or journal data. The sampling technique uses the Lemeshow formula, and sampling in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a sample size of 100 respondents. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis technique using SMARTPLS version 3.0. The results of this research show that (1) the career development variable does not have a significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. (2) The work engagement variable has a significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. (3) The organizational commitment variable has a significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. (4) The career development variable has no significant influence on organizational commitment. (5) The work engagement variable has a significant influence on organizational commitment. (6) Career development mediated by organizational commitment has no significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. (7) Work engagement mediated by organizational commitment has a significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh work life balance, kepercayaan karyawan terhadap komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja sebagai faktor mediasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. XYZ di Cikarang. Jumlah populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 322 karyawan PT. XYZ di Cikarang. Sampel penelitian dipilih berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan slovin sebanyak 77 populasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Untuk mengumpulkan data penelitian, kuesioner diuji validitas dan reabilitasnya dengan software SmartPLS 3.0. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa work life balance memiliki dampak yang menguntungkan dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Kepuasan kerja dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh variabel work life balance. Variabel kepuasan kerja secara signifikan dan positif mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel work life balance. Sedangkan variabel kepuasan kerja berperan sebagai mediasi yang memperkuat pengaruh work life balance terhadap komitmen organisasi. Komitmen organisasi tidak banyak dipengaruhi oleh variabel kepercayaan karyawan.

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of self-actualization and hangout lifestyle on purchasing decisions at Janji Jiwa Coffee Shop for the Bekasi millennial generation. The study employs a quantitative approach and an associative method. The research sample is obtained using non-probability sampling, involving 100 respondents who are consumers of Kedai Kopi Janji Jiwa and have made at least one purchase. Data collection is conducted through questionnaires, while data analysis utilizes validity tests, reliability tests, and hypothesis testing with the assistance of SmartPLS 4.0. The findings of this research indicate that self-actualization (X1) significantly influences purchase decisions. Additionally, the hangout lifestyle (X2) also has a significant impact on purchase decisions. Both self-actualization and hangout lifestyle significantly influence purchase decisions at Kedai Kopi Janji Jiwa among the millennial generation in Bekasi

Indonesia has the third lowest per capita CO2 emission in the world, which is 2.1 tons. Even so, the problem of increasing carbon emissions remains an important issue in Indonesia, mainly due to the presence of factories. Companies in Indonesia have made efforts to overcome this problem, one of which is through the implementation of Green Human Resource management (GHRM) or environmentally friendly based human resource management. The purpose of this scientific article is to explain the relationship between green resource management variables using theoretical and empirical approaches, as well as interviews with several respondents, in the context of business sustainability. The approach used in this study is a qualitative method. The results of this study reveal that the variables that affect Green Human Resource management, such as environmentally friendly-based recruitment, environmentally friendly-based training and development, environmentally friendly-based performance management and assessment, as well as environmentally friendly-based compensation and rewards, have an effect on business sustainability.

VUCA world has inspired companies to be aware of the importance of the sustainability both for the companies and the surrounding environment. The success of the companies depend on their dynamic and innovative adaptation toward changes. For that reason, the company management needs to have certain approaches in planning the changes because they don't happen abruptly. The objective of this research is to analyze the changes in the organizations / companies in their attempt to achieve sustainable business. The research applied qualitative method by collecting data through depth interviews with five company managers who have worked for at least five years. The analysis if the data was conducted through triangulation forms of documentation, interviews and direct observation in the field through case studies. The result of the research shows that companies need to conduct changes in their organization because those changes will support innovation. However, evaluation prior to those changes is necessary because the changes contribute significantly in the realization of sustainability in business as revealed in the interviews.
