Abstract

This study aims to understand the impact of strategic leadership and organizational culture on strategic competitiveness with strategic planning being a mediating factor. This writing applies a quantitative methodology and involves 96 respondents who are a sample of workers from manufacturing companies in Bekasi Regency. Data collection for this study was carried out using the Google formular, and data processing software called SmartPLS was used. The findings of this study show that strategic leadership has a significant effect, strategic leadership has a significant effect on strategic planning, organizational culture has no significant effect on strategic competitiveness, strategic planning has no significant effect on strategic competitiveness, and strategic planning can significantly and negatively affect strategic competitive employee performance in companies manufacturing in Bekasi Regency.

Abstract

The rapid development of the internet greatly affects business changes. Many business activities have changed with the availability of the internet today. One of the significant changes in business activity is marketing or marketing. Marketing is a social and managerial process by which individuals and groups obtain what they want and need through creating and exchanging products and value with others. Marketing is also the process of designing and executing the conception, pricing, promotion and distribution of ideas, goods and services to create exchanges that satisfy individual and organizational goals. E-marketing describes company efforts to inform, communicate, promote and market products and services via the internet. Electronic marketing utilizes network technology to coordinate market share research, assist product development, develop strategies and tactics to attract customers, provide online distribution. This web-based marketing system with SMS Gateway facilities can assist companies in capturing new customers and providing optimal service to existing customers. This web-based marketing system with SMS Gateway facilities will later be integrated with a database that will store the required data. Packaging is an important marketing tool, not only as a wrapper but also as a differentiator between the company's products and similar products from competitors. Packaging (packaging) is a process related to the design and manufacture of a container (container) or wrapper (wrapper) for a product. Each product should have an attractive packaging design, containing information on the product name, company name, net weight, expiration date, composition, nutritional content, Indonesian National Standard or SNI, Hazard Analytical Critical Control Point (HACCP) and halal marking. 2. In making the packaging design there are aesthetic and identity factors, there should be the words and the Bananation logo, and use a combination of several colors, and add various images to make the packaging more colorful and catchy so that it is easier for everyone to remember. Security and distribution factors must also be a concern of the company without compromising aesthetic value by using corrugated paper type cardboard on the outside and food grade plastic material on the inside so that it is guaranteed durability in shipping and is also environmentally friendly

Abstract

Competition between companies is increasing, therefore company characteristics that can invite competitiveness between competitors are very much needed. The aim of this research is to determine the direct and indirect influence between the variables green human resource management and green innovation mediated by digital skills on business sustainability. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach, where the respondents were health workers at RSUD Sayang Cianjur with a population of 1,413 people and a sample of 93 people. Data collected from health workers in the form of a statement questionnaire that represents the information needed in the study to obtain a number of data or information relevant to the research topic. The analytical method used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS) using the SmartPLS version 3.0 program. The research results show that green human resource management has a positive influence on business sustainability, green innovation have no influence on business sustainability, digital skills has a positive influence on business sustainability, green human resource management has an influence on digital skills, green innovation have no influence on digital skills, green human resource management mediated by digital skills has on influence on business sustainability, and green innovation mediated by digital skills has no influence on business sustainability

Abstract

Human resources are a crucial factor that must always be considered in an organization, because the achievement of the vision and implementation of the mission are basically managed by humans. Performance refers to the level of achievement or results of individual work in accordance with the targets or tasks that must be completed within a certain period of time based on their respective responsibilities. This study aims to evaluate the effect of job training, communication, and work discipline variables on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach with a saturated sampling technique involving 60 respondents. Data were collected through a survey with a questionnaire filled out by employees of PT. Virginia Estetika (Farina Beauty Clinic). Data analysis involved validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using t-test and f-test, as well as analysis of the coefficient of determination (R²). The results of the analysis show that job training, communication, and work discipline partially affect employee performance. In addition, simultaneously, the three variables also have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstrak Sumber daya manusia adalah faktor krusial yang harus selalu diperhatikan dalam suatu organisasi, karena pencapaian visi dan pelaksanaan misi pada dasarnya dikelola oleh manusia. Kinerja mengacu pada tingkat pencapaian atau hasil kerja individu sesuai dengan sasaran atau tugas yang harus diselesaikan dalam jangka waktu tertentu berdasarkan tanggung jawab masing-masing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh variabel pelatihan kerja, komunikasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh yang melibatkan 60 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei dengan kuesioner yang diisi oleh karyawan PT. Virginia Estetika (Farina Beauty Clinic). Analisis data melibatkan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, serta uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji f, serta analisis koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja, komunikasi, dan disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh pada kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut juga memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Abstract

Abstracts Employee retention is one of the company's ability activities to retain employees who have the potential to remain loyal to the company in the long term. The aim of employee retention is to retain employees who are considered to have quality as long as possible, because employees who have the best quality are one of the supporting factors in advancing the organization in the future company. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of career development and non-physical work environment on employee retention with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research used quantitative methods with a sample of 105 employees at Mary Cileungsi Hospital. This research was processed using SmartPLS data processing software and data collection was carried out via Google forms. This research shows that career development has a significant influence on employee retention, the non-physical work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee retention, and there is no influence between job satisfaction and employee retention, there is a significant influence between career development on job satisfaction, the non-physical work environment has an influence positive and significant on job satisfaction, career development has a significant effect on employee retention mediating job satisfaction and job satisfaction can mediate the non-physical work environment on employee retention.

Abstract

High employee performance not only contributes directly to the achievement of organizational goals, but also plays a role in increasing customer satisfaction and company reputation. This research was conducted to determine the impact of Servant Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance mediated by Organizational Commitment at PT XYZ. This type of research is quantitative research, sampling is carried out by distributing questionnaires with a total sample of 50 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear analysis techniques using smartPLS version 3.0. Based on the findings of this study Servant Leadership does not have a positive impact on Employee Performance, Organizational Culture does not have a positive impact on Employee Performance, Servant Leadership does not have an impact on Employee Performance after being mediated by Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture has an impact on Employee Performance after being mediated by Organizational Commitment, Organizational Commitment has a positive impact on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Business development in Indonesia is happening fast and has given birth to many examples of digital businesses with diverse business models. This requires every business owner to be able to adapt and find new opportunities for business growth. This digital business model also aligns with the government program that targets 30 million MSME businesses to go digital by 2024. MSME players must keep up with technological developments to spread to a broader market, so they must try to familiarize MSME players with digital behavior. This activity is a Community Service Programme (PkM) that aims to improve the sustainability of MSME businesses through digital business development training for MSME participants. This activity is expected to provide meaningful benefits for the participants, where the participants, after attending the training, can better understand the importance of digitalization in the businesses they run. Also, the participants are expected to be able to be more effective and efficient in running their businesses using digital technology. The final result to be obtained is that MSMEs can maintain the sustainability of their business by being able to compete in the global market, have high innovation, and be strong in facing future challenges.

Abstract

The main objective of this study was to find performance determinants of the employees of UD. This research data is sourced from the dissemination of questionnaires conducted by as many as 98 employees of trade businesses spread across ten districts and cities of Province Central Java. Following data collection, smart partial least square (PLS) software is used to evaluate the data. The analysis is started by putting the outer model to the test to see how the indicator and the variables it represents relate to one another. The study concluded that the power distance had no impact on employee performance and that situational leadership style has both direct and indirect effects on employee engagement, but the energy space can be increased by implementing employee engagement. Employee engagement positively influences employee performance as a mediation between situational leadership styles and power distances.

Abstract

The development of technology in Indonesia is quite rapid, which means that competition between companies will also be increasingly competitive. The phenomenon in this study is how companies located in the Cikarang industrial area, which is one of the largest industrial areas in Indonesia, can maintain their existence in this era which technology rapidly developing through several aspects, namely Employer Branding, Company Reputation, and Recruitment. The potential that has been achieved will make the company's reputation increase. This type of research is quantitative research using descriptive methods. The processed data is primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires. Obtained respondents as many as 80 people. The data processing technique uses Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study indicate that employer branding has no effect on interest in applying for work. Company reputation also has no effect on interest in applying for work and Recruitment has a positive effect on interest in applying for work.

Abstract

Batik Ninot Craft merupakan salah satu UMKM di Bekasi yang bergerak dalam industri kreatif dengan fokus pada produksi batik khas Bekasi. UMKM ini menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan akses pasar, persaingan yang ketat, dan kurangnya inovasi produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas strategi pemasaran digital dan inovasi produk dalam meningkatkan daya saing Batik Ninot Craft. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui survei menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 50 pelanggan serta analisis data penjualan selama enam bulan terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran digital melalui media sosial dan marketplace memberikan dampak signifikan, dengan peningkatan penjualan sebesar 35%. Selain itu, inovasi produk berupa diversifikasi motif dan pengembangan produk turunan seperti pakaian, tas, dan aksesoris, berhasil meningkatkan minat pelanggan. Sebanyak 80% responden merasa puas dengan kualitas produk dan nilai estetikanya. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi pemasaran digital dan inovasi produk merupakan kombinasi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMKM. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi referensi bagi UMKM lain dalam mengembangkan strategi berbasis data untuk menghadapi persaingan pasar.
