Abstract

Employee performance plays an important role in terms of organizational continuity. The success of the entire implementation of work tasks of an organization is largely determined by the existence of quality human resource management. Employee engagement should be more than just a systematic approach, it should be part of the company culture and part of the management philosophy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of quality of work-life on performance mediated by job satisfaction. The number of samples in this study was all employees in the production department of an electronics company in the Jababeka industrial area with a total of 72 respondents. This study has been performed using the Smart PLS analysis tool using quantitative methods. The selection is conducted via a Google Form, which completes an online survey. Data analysis techniques used in this research are R-square checks, bootstrapping, route coefficient, and some indirect effects. Results have shown that work-life quality affects employee performance, work-life quality influences job satisfaction, job satisfaction affects employee performance and job satisfaction can help mediate work-life quality on employee performance.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas merupakan salah satu variabel penting dalam persaingan global. penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh komitmen organisasi, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Elite Recycling Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan kuesioner dan melalui google formulir terhadap 55 orang responden dari total 55 orang populasi karyawan, dan diolah menggunakan program SPSS versi 24.Berdasarkan hasil tersebut komitmen organisasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Dengan demikian disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Dalam jurnal internasional, secara parsial lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini meneliti pengaruh stres kerja terhadap turnover intention, pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention, dan pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention di PT Uniflex Kemasindah. Adapun metodenya adalah mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner yang disebar ke 67 responden dan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data dengan Smart PLS 3.3.3 dengan outer model, inner model, dan  uji hipotesis. Hasil analisis menyatakan stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention, lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnoverintention. Nilai R-square sebesar 0.429 atau 42.9% yang berarti turnover intention dipengaruhi oleh stres kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi sebesar 42.9% , sisanya 57.1% dipengaruhi dengan variable lain diluar penelitian ini. Kata kunci: : komitmen organisasi, lingkungan kerja, stres kerja, turnover intention ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work stress on turnover intention, the effect of the work environment on turnover intention, and the effect of organizational commitment on turnover intention at PT Uniflex Packaging. The method used for data collection was a questionnaire distributed to 67 respondents and the sampling method used a saturated sample. The data analysis method utilized SmartPLS 3.3.3 with the outer model, inner model and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that work stress has a significant effect on turnover intention, the work environment has no effect on turnover intention, and organizational commitment has a significant effect on turnover intention with an R-square value of 0.429 or 42.9% which means that turnover intention is influenced by work stress, work environment and organizational commitment of 42.9%, while the remaining 57.1% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. Keywords: commitment organization, work environment, work stress, turnover intention

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to examine the effect of perceived organizational support for the environment (POSE) on environmental performance, by considering the mediating role of organizational citizenship behavior for the environment (OCBE) and the moderating role of individual green values. Design/methodology/approach – This study used a quantitative approach with a sample of 215 respondents from manufacturing company employees and used purposive sampling technique. The data obtained were analyzed using conditional process analysis and SPSS-Process. Findings – The results of this study indicated that POSE had a positive effect on environmental performance and proved that this influence can be found through the mediating role of OBCE. Then, the individual green value moderated the effect of POSE on OCBE, and the indirect effect of POSE on environmental performance through OCBE. Research limitations/implications – The data in this study were only taken from one city in Indonesia in a cross-sectional manner; thus, it required research with longitudinal data to explore causality between variables. Practical implications – The findings of this study can be a consideration for managers in manufacturing companies to understand the importance of improving environmental performance in companies and what factors influence it. Originality/value – Research that uses POSE and OCBE as factors that determine environmental performance in manufacturing companies, especially in Indonesia, is still limited. In addition, this study also considers the moderating role of individual green values and contributes to provide an understanding of the importance of environmental aspects for companies.

Abstract

Perspektif pariwisata menjadi pilihan masyarakat untuk mengisi waktu libur bersama keluarga. Hal ini yang menjadi dasar mengenai pentingnya memanfaatkan peluang untuk meningkatkan pendapatan asli daerah. Pengembangan pariwisata saat ini mulai menjadi salah satu program unggulan dalam pembangunan desa. Pengembangan desa wisata tersebut diharapkan mampu memberikan dampak yang baik terhadap masyakarat yang berada di sekitar lokasi pengembangan pariwisata untuk meningkatkan pendapatan dengan adanya pariwisata didaerahnya. Oleh karena itu perlunya dukungan dari masyarakat dalam merealisasikan desa wisata yang ada di Cibatu. Masyarakat dalam desa wisata bukan hanya sebagai obyek pengembangan pariwisata tetapi juga sebagai subyek pengembangan pariwisata. Konsep pembangunan pariwisata dan pembangunan sumberdaya manusia tersebut sesuai dengan konsep Community Based Tourism (CBT) yang akan membuka peluang terbentuknya jenis mata pencaharian serta sumber pendapatan yang baru bagi masyarakat, ada 4 metode yang digunakan antara lain metode observasi, metode wawancara dan metode pelatihan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan pengaruh Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, Lingkungan kerja fisik Dan Budaya organisasi Terhadap Kepuasan kerja. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT.Semesta Jaya Abadi CIKARANG. Pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan metode sampel jenuh yaitu 61 responden yang diambil dari seluruhnya pada populasi. Adapun metode dalam pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner, dan jawaban dari responden di beri skor dengan menggunakan skala linkert. Analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah multiple regression analisis dengan melakukan uji asumsi klasik. Adapun analisis regresi linier berganda dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis statistik SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara parsial bahwa Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan kerja, Lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan kerja, dan Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan kerja

Abstract

Kinerja Organisasi ialah salah satu peran penting untuk keberlangsungan sebuah organisasi, mengenai tingkat pencapaian pelaksanaan tugas, dalam sebuah organisasi yang bertujuan untuk, mewujudkan visi, misi, dan sasaran organisasi. Kinerja organisasi juga sebagai indikator krusial yang mesti diperhatikan oleh perusahaan, sebab kinerja organisasi mampu memaksimalkan produktifitas dan juga mampu memaksimalkan kualitas dan loyalitas karyawannya. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh green organizational culture serta work life balance terhadap organizational performance dengan green innovation selaku variabel mediasi. Studi berikut memakai metode kuantitatif berjumlah sampel yaitu karyawan PT. EPS Indonesia Cikarang Utara Wilayah Kabupaten Bekasi dengan jumlah sebanyak 126 responden. Penelitian ini diolah dengan mempergunakan software olah data SmartPLS dan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui formular google yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kapada karyawan PT. EPS Indonesia Cikarang Utara Wilayah Kabupaten Bekasi. Studi ini memaparkan bahwasanya ada pengaruh positif serta signifikan antara green organizational culture terhadap organizational performance, green organizational culture berpengaruh positif terhadap green innovation, green innovation berpengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap organizational performance, green organizational culture berpengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap organizational performance dimediasi oleh green innovation, work life balance berpengaruh positif serta signifikan pada organizational performance. Abstract

Turnover intention is usually referred to as a form of expression that describes a person's situation or feelings towards a decision to leave a company or job. turnover intention can be avoided by a company because it is very detrimental to the company. the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership transformation and green human resource management on turnover intention with organization citizen behavior as a mediating variable. This study used a quantitative method with a total sample of 45 employees of PT. This research was processed using SmartPLS data processing software and data collection was carried out using the Google formula. This research results that there is no significant effect between transformational leadership on turnover intention at PT.Sango Indonesia, there is no significant effect between green human resource management on turnover intention at PT.Sango Indonesia, there is no significant effect between organization citizen behavior on turnover intention, there is a positive and significant influence between transformational leadership on organizational citizen behavior. There is no positive and significant influence between transformational leadership on turnover intention which is mediated by organization citizen behavior at PT.Sango Indonesia.

Abstract

Competitive Advantage, namely the ability gained through roles and resources to outperform an organization/company of a similar nature, and keep the company active and developing so that it is superior to its competitors. With the intense competition requires a company to be more competitive. This study aims to analyze human resource management practices and employee service quality on competitive advantage mediated by employee engagement in the JNE Cikarang area. This study found a comprehensive analysis of competitive advantage. The method used in this study uses the SmartPLS Version 3.0 application. Analysis of the 87 respondents in this study used cluster random sampling method. This study resulted that the practice of human resource management and employee service quality had no effect on competitive advantage, furthermore there was a significant positive effect between employee engagement on competitive advantage in the JNE Cikarang Area. The final results of this study reveal that human resource management practices have a positive effect on competitive advantage through employee engagement, as well as employee service quality have a positive effect on competitive advantage through employee engagement.

Abstract

Indonesian businessment must pay close attention to any problems that exist in the business sector. This study aims to measure the influence of Transformational leadership, Green Human Resources Management on Business Sustainability mediated by Organizational Innovation in millennial generation employees at the Tiara Cibarusah cafe or restaurant in the Bekasi Regency area. This data was analyzed using quantitative methods, saturated sampling techniques with a sample of 41 respondents. The processing of this research applies the SmartPLS 3.0 software program. The results of the analysis in this study found that there was a significant influence between Transformational Leadership on Business Sustainability of millennial generation employees at the Tiara Cibarusah cafe or restaurant in the Bekasi Regency area. There is a significant influence of Transformational Leadership on Organizational Innovation for millennial generation employees at the Tiara Cibarusah cafe or restaurant in the Bekasi Regency area. There is a significant influence of Organizational Innovation on Business Sustainability of millennial generation employees of the Tiara Cibarusah café or restaurant in the Bekasi Regency area. There is a significant influence of Transformational Leadership on Business Sustainability through Organizational Innovation of millennial generation employees at the Tiara Cibarusah cafe or restaurant in the Bekasi Regency area. There is a significant influence of Green Human Resources Management on Business Sustainability.
