Abstract

Indonesia has the third lowest per capita CO2 emission in the world, which is 2.1 tons. Even so, the problem of increasing carbon emissions remains an important issue in Indonesia, mainly due to the presence of factories. Companies in Indonesia have made efforts to overcome this problem, one of which is through the implementation of Green Human Resource management (GHRM) or environmentally friendly based human resource management. The purpose of this scientific article is to explain the relationship between green resource management variables using theoretical and empirical approaches, as well as interviews with several respondents, in the context of business sustainability. The approach used in this study is a qualitative method. The results of this study reveal that the variables that affect Green Human Resource management, such as environmentally friendly-based recruitment, environmentally friendly-based training and development, environmentally friendly-based performance management and assessment, as well as environmentally friendly-based compensation and rewards, have an effect on business sustainability.

Abstract

VUCA world has inspired companies to be aware of the importance of the sustainability both for the companies and the surrounding environment. The success of the companies depend on their dynamic and innovative adaptation toward changes. For that reason, the company management needs to have certain approaches in planning the changes because they don't happen abruptly. The objective of this research is to analyze the changes in the organizations / companies in their attempt to achieve sustainable business. The research applied qualitative method by collecting data through depth interviews with five company managers who have worked for at least five years. The analysis if the data was conducted through triangulation forms of documentation, interviews and direct observation in the field through case studies. The result of the research shows that companies need to conduct changes in their organization because those changes will support innovation. However, evaluation prior to those changes is necessary because the changes contribute significantly in the realization of sustainability in business as revealed in the interviews.

Abstract

There are many ways to try and better understand the attractiveness of a property. Competition between property entrepreneurs is currently quite tight, so it is interesting to study further by testing and analyzing the influence of digital marketing on property purchasing decisions in grand tourist housing and brand image as mediation and WOM (word of mouth) as moderation. This study investigates 1) will Digital Marketing influence property purchasing decisions positively and significantly? 2) does Brand Image have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, 3) does WOM have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, 4) Can brand image mediate the influence of digital marketing on Purchasing Decisions? 5) Is WOM able to moderate the Effect of Digital Marketing on Property Purchase Decisions? The study for the survey used Stratified Random Sampling, by grouping by age, 100 respondents were selected via the Google form. Data were analyzed using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) 23. The results of the study concluded that Digital Marketing had a positive and significant influence on property purchasing decisions, Brand Image had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, WOM had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image mediates the influence of digital marketing on purchasing decisions and WOM moderates the influence of digital marketing on property purchasing decisions in grand tourist housing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of servant leadership on employee performance mediated by organizational commitment and moderated by work life balance at Pelita Bangsa University. This research method uses quantitative analysis, however, to strengthen the research results, researchers use descriptive qualitative analysis,. The sample of respondents in the study was 100 using the SMART PLS method. The results of the study concluded that 1) servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 2) Servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3) Servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, 4) Servant leadership has an effect on employee performance through work life balance as a mediator. Based on these findings, it is evident that the Servant Leadership leadership style is appropriate because it has an effect on increasing employee performance, similarly organizational commitment is also appropriate for use because it further supports the relationship between servant leadership on employee performance, but work life balance still does not support increased employee performance, this is due bearing in mind that Pelita Bangsa University should continue to improve the work life balance of employee performance so that there is more balance between employee performance and employee personal life.

Abstract

Every company needs quality human resources, innovation and creativity so that a company can continue to compete with other companies so that employee performance is really needed by companies to improve company performance and employee performance. This research aims to determine the influence of the Work Life-Balance variable and the Work Engagement variable on Organization Citizenship Behavior mediated by the Self-Efficacy variable in employees PT. LG Electronics Indonesia. The research method used is a quantitative method with the research population namely employees of PT. LG Electronics Indonesia and the sample size was 87 people. The analytical method used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS) using the SmartPLS version 3.0 program. Based on this research, that Work-Life Balance has no significant influence on Organization Citizenship Behavior with a t-statitic value (1,566 1,96), Work Engagement has a significant influence on Organization Citizenship Behavior with a t-statitic value (3,166 1,96), Self-Efficacy has a significant influence on Organization Citizenship Behavior with a t-statitic value (2,056 1,96), Work-Life Balance has a significant influence on Self-Efficacy with a t-statitic value (4,211 1,96), Work Engagement has a significant influence on Self-Efficacy with a t-statitic value (5,495 1,96), Work-Life Balance mediated by Self-Efficacy does not have a significant influence on Organization Citizenship Behavior with a t-statitic value (1,877 1,96), Work Engagement mediated by Self-Efficacy does not have a significant influence on Organization Citizenship Behavior with a t-statitic value ( 1,811 1,96).

Abstract

Employee turnover intention is an important thing that needs to be considered in every company. Companies must be able to reduce the turnover rate which increases over time. Turnover intention has a big impact on the sustainability of company performance. So, companies must be able to properly maintain human resources. Employee performance is very important to improve company performance and employee performance because every business requires quality, innovative and creative human resources to be able to compete with its competitors. The aim of this research is to determine the direct and indirect influence between the variables Person Organizational Fit (P O Fit) and Work Environment mediated by Organizational Commitment on Turnover Intention. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach, the respondents were employees of PT. Asahi Sukses Industri, totaling 57 employees with Saturated sampling. The analytical method used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS) using the SmartPLS version 3.0 program. The research results show that Person Organization Fit (P O Fit) has a significant effect on Turnover Intention with a t-statistic value (4.932 1.96), Work Environment has an insignificant effect on Turnover Intention with a t-statistic value (0.735 1.96), Organizational Commitment has an insignificant effect on Turnover Intention with a t-statistic value (0.196 1.96), Person Organization Fit (P O Fit) has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment with a t-statistic value (2.730 1.96), Work Environment has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment has a t-statistic value (2.915 1.96), Personnel Organization Fit (P O Fit) which is mediated by Organizational Commitment has an insignificant effect on Turnover Intention with a t-statistic value (0.172 1.96), Work Environment which is mediated by Organizational Commitment has an effect not significant for Turnover Intention with a t-statistic value (0.175 1.96).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti secara empiris pengaruh harga, keputusan pembelian dan Word Of Mouth. Kami meneliti data penelitian dari 83 pengguna smartphone merk Samsung yang ada di kota Bekasi. Metode pengambilan sample yang nyaman digunakan untuk mengumpulkan sampel penelitian. Pengukuran skala likert 5 point yang mengklasifikasikan dari 1 = Sangat Tidak Setuju dan 5 = Sangat Setuju. Berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya, model penelitian direkomendasikan. Smart PLS 4 digunakan untuk memeriksa model pengukuran dan model struktural. Kami telah memperkirakan keandalan skala melalui Alpha Cronbach dan Keandalan Komposit. Selain itu, kami telah menilai Validitas Diskriminan melalui standar Fornell-Larcker. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa harga memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan pada Keputusan pembelian. Selain itu, hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa harga berhubungan positif dengan WOM. Dengan demikian, temuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa harga memiliki dampak positif pada Keputusan pembelian dan WOM positif. Selain itu, hasil penelitian mengkonfirmasi bahwa WOM positif berhubungan positif dengan Keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh live streaming selling dan online customer review terhadap kepercayaan konsumen untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian pada e-commerce Shopee dengan melakukan studi kasus pengguna Shopee di Cikarang. Hal ini dilatarbelakangi oleh Shopee yang telah menjadi platform yang paling banyak dikunjungi di Indonesia, terutama pada periode Januari – September 2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pengguna Shopee di Cikarang. Data yang terkumpul akan dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan statistik dan model system SEM PLS versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan berharga tentang hal-hal yang dapat menjadi pertimbangan bagi pelaku bisnis yang membuka toko online di Shopee sehingga dapat meningkatkan keberlanjutan bisnis para pelaku UMKM. Hasil penelitian ini adalah live streaming selling dan online customer review berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian dan kepercayaan pelanggan. Namun, kepercayaan pelanggan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian pelanggan di platform Shopee.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara manajemen risiko yang diproksikan oleh nilai (Non Performing Loan, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Capital Adequacy Ratio dan Beban Operasional Pengeluaran Operasional ) terhadap Profitabilitas yang diproksikan dengan nilai (Return On Asset dan Return On Equity) dengan Good Corporate Governance sebagai variabel moderasi pada Bank – bank Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) tahun 2015 – 2023. Metode yang dilakukan secara purposive sampling berdasarkan laporan tahunan bank – bank tersebut sedangkan metode analisis data menggunkan program SmartPLS 4 dengan hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa Manajemen Risiko berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas, tidak ada hubungan antara Good Corporate Governace terhadap Profitabilitas dan Good Corporate Governance tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan antara Manajemen risiko terhadap profitabilitas meskipun secara tidak signifikan hal ini mengindikasikan perlunya optimalisasi pelaksanaan Good Corporate Governance bagi perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi sebagai mediasi pada implementasi budaya 5S/5R terhadap kinerja karyawan yang menjadikan keberlangsungan perusahaan dalam persaingan pasar di perusahaan manufaktur.. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel adalah karyawan level operator sampai manajer bekerja di PT. X di Karawang dengan jumlah 56 responden. Penelitian ini diolah dengan menggunakan software pengolah data SmartPLS 4.0 dan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui google form. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) tidak terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan budaya 5S/5R terhadap kinerja karyawan secara langsung, (2) terdapat pengaruh signifikan budaya 5S/5R terhadap komitmen organisasi, (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, (4) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan impelmentasi budaya 5S/5R jika dimediasi oleh komitmen organisasi,
