Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of emotional intelligence and the learning environment on the level of learning comprehension, with ability serving as a mediating variable. The primary focus of this research is on the management students from the 2022 cohort at Pelita Bangsa University. In the digital era and online learning environment, achieving a deep understanding of course material has become a major challenge for students. It is believed that strong emotional intelligence and a supportive learning environment can enhance learning effectiveness and comprehension. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, employing purposive sampling to select 117 respondents. Data was collected through a questionnaire that measured emotional intelligence, learning environment, ability, and learning comprehension. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that both emotional intelligence and the learning environment significantly influence learning comprehension through the mediation of ability. The findings offer valuable insights into how emotional and environmental factors, when supported by ability, can improve the quality of student learning at Pelita Bangsa University. This study also highlights the importance of developing students' adaptive abilities to enhance their understanding of material in the era of online learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) dan Employee Engagement terhadap Innovation Management dengan mediasi Digital Skill pada Coffeeshop Tomorrow di Kabupaten Bekasi. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terhadap 61 responden. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan metode Smart PLS untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa GHRM memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement dan Innovation Management, sementara Digital Skill berperan penting dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan karyawan, namun pengaruh langsungnya terhadap inovasi tidak signifikan. Employee Engagement terbukti memediasi hubungan antara GHRM dan Innovation Management secara signifikan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan strategis bagi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia berbasis lingkungan dan teknologi dalam mendukung inovasi organisasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari dampak kreativitas digital dan rasa percaya diri terhadap keunggulan bersaing yang dipengaruhi oleh peluang dalam UMKM Yoghurt XYZ di Bandung Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengadakan survei melalui kuesioner kepada semua karyawan UMKM Yoghurt XYZ. Data dianalisis dengan teknik SEM-PLS 3. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas digital dan rasa percaya diri mempunyai pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing, baik secara langsung maupun melalui peluang. Namun, peluang tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kreativitas digital. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pelatihan dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam mendukung daya saing UMKM.

Abstract

This study examines the direct effect of skill practices and training on employees' performance and the indirect effect of skill practices and training on employees' performance through self-confidence. This study was conducted at PT. Mulia Glass Float Division, Cikarang, Bekasi, West Java. This study is a quantitative study that collected data using a survey technique through a questionnaire. The data was then processed using PLS 3.3.3 software. The study population was 151 employees. Based on purposive sampling, the entire population was used as a sample. The results showed that self-confidence had a positive effect on employees' performance, skill practices had a positive impact on self-confidence, skill practices had a positive effect on employees' performance, training had a positive impact on self-confidence, and training had no effect on employees' performance, skill practices had a positive effect on employees' performance through self-confidence mediation, and training had a positive effect on employees' performance through self-confidence mediation. The expertise possessed by employees and the training provided could increase the employees' confidence that they could conduct their duties and responsibilities properly. Consecutively, it affected increasing employees' performance. This study is expected to be a reference for company management to conduct training to improve employees' skill practices continuously. It is also expected to increase employees' self-confidence and have an impact on improving employees' performance.

Abstract

The report shows that healthcare employees experience more stress, emotional exhaustion, and burnout prevail during and post covid 19 and force employees to leave the profession. However, there are many more who take the challenge by staying on. This research investigates whether servant leadership, work-life balance, and behavior engagement play roles in employee intention to stay. This study surveyed 200 employees of 10 big healthcare companies in Indonesia. The number of respondents who filled out the questionnaire via google form was 137. Data were analyzed using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). The findings of the study showed that servant leadership has a positive effect on work-life balance, servant leadership has a positive effect on a leader's needs to trust, work-life balance has a positive effect on behavior engagement, work-life balance has a positive effect on leader needs to trust his subordinates, behavioral engagement has a positive effect on the intention to stay, empowerment leader moderates the positive effect of behavior engagement on intention to stay, and leader needs to trust his subordinates has a positive effect on the intention to stay. However, service leadership has no effect on the intention to stay, behavioral engagement has no effect on the leader's need to trust his subordinates, and behavioral engagement has no effect on the leader's need to trust his subordinates. The implication of this research is to retain employees in the company. Although the leadership style is not very supportive, it is still necessary to ensure that the employees feel comfortable at work, trusted by their superiors, and empowered by their abilities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and compensation on employee performance through work motivation as a mediating variable at PT. Mandiri Press Indonesia. The research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. The population consists of 200 employees at PT. Mandiri Press Indonesia. The sample consisted of 134 respondents selected using cluster sampling. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results indicate that the work environment significantly affects employee performance, both directly and indirectly through work motivation. Compensation does not directly influence performance but has a significant indirect effect through motivation. Motivation is proven to be a strong mediating variable in enhancing employee performance. These findings highlight the importance of creating a supportive work environment and a fair compensation system to improve employee motivation and performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of cultural environmental factors and psychological empowerment on employee engagement, with employee perspectives serving as a mediating variable. The research employs a quantitative approach using a causal-explanatory method and data analysis through PLS-SEM 4.0. The population in this study consists of 100 employees, and the respondents are 100 individuals working at PT. Bumi Maestroayu, selected randomly using the Simple Random Sampling method. The study reveals that workload has a negative effect on employees' mental health but does not have a direct impact on work-life balance. Conversely, employees' mental health is proven to have a positive effect on work-life balance. Job stress has a positive influence on mental health and also directly contributes to the improvement of work-life balance. Furthermore, mental health is proven to mediate the influence of workload and job stress on work-life balance. These results emphasize the importance of maintaining employees’ mental health as a key factor in creating a balance between personal and professional life.

Abstract

The community's need for affordable and easily accessible basic necessities has become , Revan great opportunity for the development of grocery store business. Through the community service program This community, assistance and improvements were provided to the Berkah Makmur Grocery Store in the KSB Housing area, Serang Baru. The aim of this activity is to improve operational effectiveness and strengthening the store's marketing strategy to be able to compete and develop sustainably. This study uses a qualitative method which includes field observations, problem analysis, implementation of digital-based solutions and innovative services, and evaluation of results. In addition, to analyze problems and The potential that can be developed from the Berkah Makmur Grocery Store is also carried out SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis approach which aims to to formulate the right strategy for business actors. The solutions implemented include: digitalization of stock recording, rearranging store layouts, active promotion through social media, development of delivery services, as well as the creation of customer loyalty programs. Results devotion shows an increase in turnover of 15% in one month, increase in new customer visits by 25%, as well as significant improvements in speed of service. This finding proves that the development of small businesses can done effectively through simple innovations that focus on customer needs and utilization of easily accessible technology. This program is expected to be a model for development of similar businesses in other communities.

Abstract

School is a structured system, because schools have components related to each other. The components that are discussed in this case are employees or teachers. The purpose of this study is to create and develop an empirical conceptual model of how transformational leadership and organizational culture can affect performance with innovation as a mediating variable. Sampling is carried out with the sampling technique used in this study is random sampling (probability sampling), namely by simple random sampling. This study used quantitative data with the distribution of questionnaires processed using PLS Software. The results of this study are first, transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of elementary school teachers in Bekasi Regency. Second, organizational culture has a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of elementary school teachers in Bekasi Regency. Third, transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on the innovation of elementary school teachers in Bekasi Regency. Fourth, organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on the innovation of elementary school teachers in Bekasi Regency. Fifth, Innovation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of elementary school teachers in Bekasi Regency. Sixth, transformational leadership has a negative and insignificant effect on performance through the innovation of elementary school teachers in Bekasi Regency. Abstract

Village community empowerment aims to enable villages to carry out joint actions as a unit of village governance. The unity of governance of village community institutions and customary institutions, as well as the unity of economic and environmental governance. This breakthrough makes the village the spearhead of development that has autonomy to prosper its people with the enactment of village autonomy. Villages can organize government independently based on, by and for the people. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of competence, performance and community participation on the performance of village apparatus and whether organizational commitment can mediate competence and accountability to performance in Serang Baru District, Bekasi Regency. This research method is quantitative by distributing questionnaires and the results are processed using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study are that competence and accountability respectively have a significant effect on performance. Organizational commitment is able to mediate between the influence of competence on performance and accountability on performance.
