This study aims to analyze the effect of training, motivation and rewards on the work discipline of PT XYZ employees in Bekasi Regency. This research was conducted atPT XYZ by involving employees as the object of research and a sample size of 57 respondents. Sample calculation using saturated sampling method. The method used is quantitative with a case study design, where data is collected through a questionnaire measured on a Likert scale and analyzed using the SmartPLS 3.0 tool. The results showed that training has a positive effect on employee work discipline, motivation has a positive effect on employee work discipline, and rewards have a positive effect on employee work discipline.

Kementrian Koperasi UKM (2023), mengemukakan bahwa kontribusi usaha bidang penyediaan akomodasi dan makanan minuman Rp116.267.405 Juta atau 4,67% dari PDB DKI Jakarta Th 2020s, laju petumbuhan kontribusi tahun 2020 sebesar -16,21% artinya sangat memprihatinkan sehingga perlu ditingkatkan kemamapuan bisnis UMKM. Tujuan PKM adalah memberikan pelatihan untuk mewujudkan penguatan ekonomi hijau berbasis karakter kewirausahaan UMKM mendukung program Pemerintah mengembangkan green economy. Metode PKM: pelatihan konsep-konsep penting untuk dimengerti dan dikuasai oleh peserta PKM yaitu pengetahuan ekonomi hijau dan karakter kewirausaha UMKM. Selain itu melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi sejauhmana perkembangan ekonomi hijau dan karakter kewirausahaan mendukung keberlangsungan bisansi peserta PKM secara berkelanjutan. Khalayak sasaran: Pelaku UMKM, Calon pelaku UMKM, Tokoh Masyarakat UMKM. Temuan dilapangan: suruh peserta pelatihan menganggap ekonomi hijau penting dengan nilai 4.327 dan karakter kewirausahaan penting dengan nilai 4.157. Seluruh instrumen: ekonomi hiujau 6 instrumen dan karakter kewirausahaan 5 instrumnen semua dinilai diatas 4 yang artinya penting dalam skala 5. Kontribusi PKM: pelaku UMKM memiliki kemampuan mewujudkan ekonomi hijau berbasis karakter kewirausahaan dalam menjalankan bisnis UMKM secara efektif, efisien, dan berkelanjutan yang diharapkan pada akhirnya meningkatkan pertumbuhan kontribusi UMK terhadap PDB Pemerintah.

Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh budaya organisasi dan manajemen perubahan terhadap komitmen organisasi dengan trust (kepercayaan) sebagai variabel mediasi pada perusahaan Homedoki. Metode kuantitatif diterapkan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Penelitian ini melibatkan 86 responden, dipilih melalui purposive sampling dari karyawan yang berpengetahuan dan berpengalaman dalam organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Organisasi dan Manajemen Perubahan memiliki efek langsung yang signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi manajemen dalam merancang strategi peningkatan komitmen organisasi melalui penguatan budaya dan pengelolaan perubahan yang efektif.

Kebocoran data menjadi ancaman yang semakin meningkat seiring pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi. Penelitian ini mengkaji hubungan antara kepatuhan etika profesi dan penerapan keamanan sistem dalam kasus kebocoran data di Indonesia. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor penyebab kebocoran data, baik dari aspek perilaku manusia maupun kelemahan teknologi. Penelitian ini menyelidiki apakah kebocoran data lebih sering terjadi karena kelalaian menerapkan etika profesi atau karena sistem keamanan yang tidak memadai. Analisis dilakukan dalam kerangka regulasi nasional, terutama Undang-undang Perlindungan Data Pribadi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebocoran data umumnya disebabkan oleh kombinasi faktor manusia dan teknologi, dengan kurangnya kepatuhan pada standar keamanan dan rendahnya kesadaran etika sebagai faktor dominan. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya strategi yang lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan kepatuhan terhadap standar keamanan, serta dapat menjadi dasar pengembangan kebijakan pencegahan kebocoran data di masa depan. Cocopeat, a processed coconut fiber product, holds significant potential as an environmentally friendly growing medium, particularly for hydroponic and horticultural agriculture. Increasing awareness of sustainable agriculture and the need for efficient alternative growing media underscore the urgency of this research, given the limited comprehensive studies on Cocopeat business development strategies at the local level. This study aims to analyze local resource-based Cocopeat business development strategies through the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach and SWOT analysis. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through literature studies and distributing questionnaires to 62 respondents from the segment of housewives and employees aged 25-40 years. Qualitative data from questionnaires and literature studies were then analyzed using content analysis and thematic analysis techniques to identify key patterns and insights. The research results indicate that the majority of respondents have a good understanding of the functions and benefits of Cocopeat and show high purchasing interest. The recommended business strategy focuses on optimizing distribution through digital channels and forming strategic local partnerships, with a strong emphasis on sustainability values and product quality assurance. These findings contribute to the development of sustainable agriculture-based entrepreneurship relevant to urban farming trends. Practically, this research can serve as a guide for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and startups in designing effective Cocopeat business models, and can provide input for local governments in formulating policies that support innovative and environmentally friendly local agricultural industries.

The purpose of this study was to observe the relationship between servant leadership, organizational commitment, and employee performance. In addition, this research also aims to observe variables servant leadership, organizational commitment, and employee performance. Empirical studies to test the servant leadership model can be done in the environment of nonprofit organizations and profits. Several studies that have been studied about the success of servant leadership have been achieved in nonprofit companies; therefore, the results of this study can be researched eligible for adoption by profit companies. This research is included in qualitative descriptive research, which explains the relationship between servant leadership to organizational commitment, and employee performance. The results of this study showed that servant leadership has relevance to organizational commitment, and employee performance. In addition, the results of this study showed that organizational commitment can mediate the relationship between servant leadership and employee performance.

This research aims to analyze the influence of behavior, intrinsic motivation and innovation to multiply the success of the organization. The subjects in this research are female handicraft entrepreneurs in Bekasi. The approach used is a quantitative method with the variables are Examining the influence of behavior, intrinsic motivation and innovation to the success of female handicraft entrepreneur in Bekasi andThe influence of Innovation mediated by organizational culture on the success of femalehandicraft entrepreneurs. The sample of this research was 100 of 150 respondents from the population of female recycled handicraft entrepreneurs.The data collected from secondary and primary data. The primary data were obtained by Interview, Forum Group Discussion, Questioner, and observation.The sampling technique using judgment sampling method and data analysis is processed by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is assisted by the application of Moment Structure Analysis (AMOS) version 22.0. The Results are the behavior of female handicraft entrepreneurs affects organizational culture, as well as intrinsic motivation, affect the organizational culture, and the ability to innovate mediated by the organizational culture affects the success of woman handicraftentrepreneurs, which means the ability to innovate as a dominant mediation variable.

This study explains the impact of digital marketing growth and business ethics on the competitive advantage of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Cikarang. MSMEs have competed intensively in this digital era, so it is important to use innovative digital marketing and uphold business ethics to gain customer trust. However, most MSMEs in Cikarang still find it difficult to implement effective digital marketing strategies and business ethics in their daily operations, resulting in low competitive advantage. In the real world, this study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 60 MSME actors in Cikarang. The results show that the development of digital marketing and business ethics simultaneously have a significant influence on the competitive advantage of MSMEs. Although the role of digital marketing is significant, business ethics has a greater influence in shaping the competitive advantage of MSMEs in Cikarang. This means that MSMEs in Cikarang not only need to develop digital marketing, but also must prioritize business ethics to achieve sustainable competitive advantage..

Customer satisfaction is one of the keys to business success, including in the rapidly growing culinary sector. Sate Apaleh Geurugok Bireuen is a popular local culinary business, but it still faces challenges in maintaining customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to analyze The Influence of Store Atmosphere and Electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM) on Customer Satisfaction at Sate Apaleh Geurugok Bireuen with Excellent Service as a variable mediation. This study uses a quantitative method, sampling using the lemeshow formula, because the population size is unknown and a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed using Google Forms. Data processing was carried out using Partial Least Squares (PLS) through the Structural Equation Model (SEM) technique with the help of the SmartPLS program version 4.1.1. The results of the analysis obtained are: Store atmosphere has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Sate Apaleh Geurugok Bireuen. Electronic word of mouth does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction on sate apaleh geurugok bireuen. Excellent service has a significant influence on customer satisfaction on sate apaleh geurugok bireuen. Store atmosphere has a significant influence on Excellent service on satay or Geurugok Bireuen. Electronic of mouth has a significant influence on Excellent service on satay or Geurugok Bireuen.Store atmosphere has a significant influence on customer satisfaction on sate apaleh geurugok bireuen with excellent service as a mediating variable. Electronic Word of Mouth has a significant influence on customer satisfaction on sate apaleh geurugok bireuen with excellent service as a mediating variable.

The rapid development of e-commerce in Indonesia has changed people's shopping behavior from conventional to digital, which has an impact on aspects of corporate sustainability, including brand reputation. Tokopedia as one of the leading e-commerce platforms, needs to understand the factors that influence the sustainability of its company, especially in terms of consumer purchasing behavior (Customer Purchase Behavior) and customer trust (Trust). The purpose of this study is to analyze the Influence of Customer Purchase Behavior and Trust on the Corporate Sustainability Dimensions of Tokopedia's Brand Reputation in South Cikarang. This study uses quantitative methods, The population in this study was Tokopedia e-commerce users, totaling 134 people. The sample used was a saturated sample, namely using the entire population as a sample of 134 respondents. Data processing used the SmartPLS version 3.0 analysis tool. The results of the analysis obtained were reputation Tokopedia in South Cikarang. Trust does not have a positive effect on Tokopedia's brand reputation in South Cikarang. Customer purchasing behavior does not have a positive effect on corporate sustainability through the mediation of Tokopedia's brand reputation in South Cikarang.
